The best decision we've ever made!
Where do I begin? Working with Christina and the Pinch Me Planning team was the easiest and best decision we made. From our first introductory conversation to our wedding day - Christina was unwavering in her attention to detail, creativity, organization, compatibility, and thoughtfulness. Her incredible reputation and vendor relationships within Maine and New England made our vendor selection that much easier along the way. As expected, they were the perfect match for us. Pinch Me Planning's full-service planning and design process allowed my family and I the confidence that even a hurricane couldn't stop us from having the perfect weekend. We unexpectedly had to shift venues, due to a hurricane, less than a week before our wedding day. There aren't enough "thank you's" to show our appreciation and love for Christina guiding us through an emotional week, finding a new venue, and seamlessly transitioning our vendors and wedding day to a new space. Despite the wild circumstances, that plan B venue turned out to be our plan A. It was meant to be. And it was perfection - thanks to Christina, her team, and our wonderful vendors.
Christina is our planner turned friend - and we couldn't be more grateful! Thank you for all that you've done PMP!

Christina is the reason I was a happy, stress free mother of the bride! I had the time of my life because of my confidence in Christina being in charge. She perfected the wedding we had hoped for and took it to the next level. She is super easy to work with, organized, kept me on top of necessary payments and decisions. Her vendors were perfect matches for us. She has a great friendly staff. The wedding was flawless thanks to her. We will never be able to repay her for letting us have nothing to think about and letting us enjoy the incredible celebration. THE BEST!!

Dream planner for our dream wedding
Working with Christina and the Pinch Me Planning team was hands down the best investment we made for our wedding. If the glowing five-star reviews don’t already speak for themselves, know that you are in the best, most experienced, organized, kind, fun, thoughtful, dream-teams hands! Having Christina and team help with planning gave us peace of mind knowing how interconnected she is in the Portland and greater Maine wedding industry (think: tips and tricks that only seasoned professionals who have worked with a slew of vendors would know!) and day-of coordination allowed us to ENJOY our own wedding without a worry in the world, a true blessing when so much expectation is held in one big day which can create a lot of pressure. Christina and the Pinch Me Planning team were absolutely incredible from day 1 of working together. We chose to do the 60-day planning option, as I like event planning and felt like I had a good handle on everything. Despite feeling like we had it all going on, once Christina started helping at the 60-day out mark, her value immediately became evident. She helped coordinate with all of the vendors we had chosen (she knew each one personally, which was amazingly helpful), provided guidance on the rentals we had secured, put together floor plans, was available for every question and thought we had, etc. We were truly blown away. I was someone who THOUGHT they had thought of everything, but Christina (very politely) showed us the areas where we needed to adjust what we had in place.
No one hopes for rain on their wedding day, but Christina helped us to completely pivot our original vision and put an amazing rain plan into action. On the big day, we didn't even think about the fact that it was raining, as Christina and her team put us SO at ease with our new plan. Our wedding was even more beautiful than we could have ever imagined, despite the rain.
Simply put, without Christina and her team, we never would have been able to pull off the wedding of our dreams. She’s truly the best of the best and we can’t thank her and the Pinch Me Planning team enough for every single thing they did to make it an incredible day.
Best money we spent hands down! HIRE THIS TEAM!

Christina and the entire Pinch Me Planning team were phenomenal to work with! We had originally reached out to Christina just to help us find a wedding venue in York and quickly decided to work with her for our entire wedding. She was super friendly, always on top of everything, flexible when it came to needing to reschedule due to COVID and has unmeasurable knowledge of the wedding industry. Christina and her team were truly incredible! They were so critical in the planning process. Planning anything can be stressful. PMP was able to acknowledge the unknown factors, but still guided us in the planning process and gave us control on what the final outcome of our special day would be. No question they will take so much stress out of the planning process and be there for all questions you might have. If you are on this page then stop what you are doing and book Pinch Me Planning! You have come to the right place. I was lucky enough to follow Christina for years before my wedding took place as she was starting her business, so I already knew I was going to be working with the best there was, however 2020 would prove that to me in ways I never expected before. I hired Christina for the 60-day coordination, but even before those 60 days she was always willing to give design or vendor advice and help me out in any way she could. When we postponed our April wedding approximately 50 days out, it was devastating and emotional. She handled absolutely everything - communicating to the vendors, helping us find a new date (which we then had to postpone again!) and assuring me that everything would end up being just as magical. I could never thank Christina enough for all she did for us throughout the entire wedding planning process. She was always so supportive of my decisions and focused on the positives even in the worst of scenarios. She truly makes magic happen in every wedding that she plans and makes you feel like you are her only client at the time. I am thrilled with how our wedding turned out - despite all the changes we had to make it was everything I dreamed it would be. She has an incredible eye for design and is able to adapt her ways of working to match the vision of the couple. Christina was an absolute dream come true. From design all the way today of planning, we could not have pulled off our destination wedding in Sonoma California without her. First off, her design eye is unmatched, so if you're thinking about going for just day-of coordination, I highly recommend you consider adding design. Christina will ensure your wedding is unique and authentically you. She has the best ideas that'll make your wedding stand out and completely surpass your expectations. From the moment we started planning for our wedding, we knew we wanted a day-of coordinator so that we could really relax and so that our families and close friends didn’t need to worry about anything. We found Pinch Me Planning by searching for wedding planners in the Portland, Maine area. What we didn’t realize we would get as part of our day-of coordination package was the invaluable information and insight that Christina shared with us in all of our planning phone calls months before our wedding. Christina was such a great resource and was always communicating with us. We loved that she asked questions - she didn’t just try to tell us what to do, unless we asked of course! We could tell that she wanted to help us to make our vision of our day a reality. She was helpful and extremely organized, even though she was planning for her own wedding (and getting married) in the middle of all our planning. Christina was so great in helping us plan and prep for our wedding, and Carolyn was amazing running our rehearsal dinner and getting everyone in our wedding party on the same page. Carolyn made everyone feel comfortable with what was going to happen the next day.
We held our wedding at O’Maine Studios and brought in most of the decorations and things that needed to be set up. Christina and her team set everything up the day of the wedding and perfectly executed the vision we had of how we wanted it to look and feel. We walked into our reception and ceremony spaces and felt that PMP had completely nailed it!
The best thing about having a coordinator from PMP was having the organization and structure on the day-of so we didn’t have to worry about anything and we didn’t have to put our friends or family in the position of being responsible for the flow of the day. Christina and her team (Carolyn and Mariya) executed our wedding day perfectly and so flawlessly. With all the emotions you feel during that day, the last thing you need to worry about is when to get everyone seated for dinner (or some other major thing that only a coordinator would know to handle). Everyone who worked with us on our day was genuinely kind while keeping us on task, and directing the flow and order of our day. They were extremely attentive to our needs and they made sure we each had a drink post-photos! The team was inconspicuous throughout the reception, and we both felt we could completely focus on enjoying our wedding. We ended up hiring Christina and PMP because our venue, Brick South in Portland, ME, required a day of coordinator (for good reason). Looking back on it, the money we spent on the PMP 60-day Coordination package was the best money we spent on the entire wedding. It proved to be invaluable both in the planning process and the weekend of the wedding. We would recommend Christina and her team to ANYBODY getting married in the New England area, without hesitation.
For those curious about what the 60 day coordination plan looks like, this was our experience: We had an initial meeting at a coffee shop to come up with a game plan for the coming months including our current standing with vendors, our overall vision of the wedding day, and a tangible to-do list. She also put us in touch with talented vendors from the area that we otherwise would likely not have discovered. Whenever we had questions, whether about big picture decisions or nitty-gritty details, Chrstina was patiently there for us, always with a smile on her face and a positive attitude. She was incredibly flexible, squeezing phone calls in as her OWN wedding approached and even afterward, during her time out-of-office.
On the weekend of the wedding, her level of service continued to amaze us. Everything that we could possibly imagine or fret over, was handled, often before we even could fret over it. From sewing back together a cornhole bean bag, to warning us that it was imperative we hold on to the arm-less chairs during the Horah, to magically reverse-engineering and printing a missing table number sign, Christina and her team had it all under control at all times. She even met up with us in Boston, after the wedding, to pick up a rental item that a guest had “accidently” taken home. The peace of mind that came from this was priceless to us. When my husband and I started planning our wedding (2 years ago) we thought a wedding planner would be a good idea but we had NO idea just how much of a necessity it turned out to be. With COVID throwing off our original wedding plans and having to switch gears to postpone 4 months, I will be forever grateful that Lena and the PMP team was there all along the way. Every day there was a new challenge and Lena made me feel so at ease, like everything was going to work out perfectly (which is hard to imagine when you are trying to get married in the middle of a pandemic). But she was so right. It may not have been our original plan, but it was perfect. Lena allowed me to fully enjoy my day, which ladies.. that is the goal! I didn't have to worry about a thing and that is exactly how every bride should feel on their wedding day. I cannot recommend PMP enough and cannot thank you all enough for help making our day so special. -

Pinch Me Planning truly made our wedding day come to life in a way that truly exceeded our expectations. We had so many guests compliment us on how beautiful the day was, and we attribute that to Christina and her team. The best part about having a coordinator was the peace of mind of knowing that someone else, someone who knew all the the little details in my brain, was in charge of the day. I enjoyed planning our wedding, but I always knew that I did not want to have to coordinate and be in charge of the day itself. I wanted to be able to hand the reigns over to someone else with full confidence that our vision would be brought to life. That is exactly what Christina and her team made happen. We primarily worked with Courtney on Christina's team for day-of coordination and could not have been happier with our decision to to hire Pinch Me Planning. Courtney took care of coordinating timelines and schedules with all of our vendors, reviewing our rental list to ensure we had everything we needed based on all the details of the day, and she set-up and ran the day flawlessly. As far as I was concerned our wedding was perfectly executed and if there was a hiccup PMP took care of it before I even noticed! Christina and her team ran the show on the day of our wedding and it was incredibly helpful to have her there! She did a great job organizing all of our vendors, touching base with them and confirming the schedule for the day in advance, and provided great tools for us to plan with, including several shared online platforms. I found that the best value of working with Christina -- without having a full-on planner, she gave us the resources to do much of the legwork up front, and then took over right when it was crunch time. Being a wedding vendor myself, I knew the importance of hiring a planner. I knew I needed someone to help make my vision cohesive and execute it the day of in a way that I would. But most importantly give me peace of mind knowing my dreams were in good hands and I could be stress free.
Christina did all of that and more. She was my sounding board, my voice of reason, and an absolute rock star the day of the wedding and all the days leading in between. From thunderstorms, to ceremony location changes, and a lot of non-traditional aspects Christina handled the entire day.
The moment I walked into my reception tent my heart exploded and I immediately started crying tears of joy. She made all of my dreams come true. Every single detail just the way I imagined it, and so much more.

We absolutely loved working with Christina! We live in Chicago and planning a wedding in Maine would not have been possible without her!! She had so many connections and recommendations when it came to planning a wedding in Maine. She was fun, extremely patient, professional and organized - which allowed for a nice experience. I cannot say enough great things about working with Christina and the Pinch Me Planning team for our wedding in Maine! When I started the wedding planning process, I felt like I had a clear vision for what I wanted, but just wanted to make sure I had a little expert guidance and also wanted to make sure we had day-of coordination. I was basically looking for a "wedding consultant" that could be there when I needed help. Christina's "Event Management" plan fit the bill perfectly, and I am SO GLAD I had Christina there throughout this process. More that just being a consultant, she went above and beyond to help me in any way she could! She was there in the beginning to make suggestions and connect me to vendors (which was super helpful as I was out of state), review rental lists to make sure they looked right (how many napkins do you need per person?? SHE KNOWS!), and generally keep me on track in the most gentle, but efficient way possible. She was a total rock star towards the end when I needed more support and was just generally stressed, like helping put together the day of schedule and sorting out the ceremony timing. She is responsive, proactive, and just such a kind and wonderful person! When the wedding weekend actually arrived, I was so at ease knowing she and her assist were out there, working closely with the venue and all my vendors to make sure everything went smoothly. Working with Pinch Me Planning was by far the best decision we made for our wedding planning process. Because we were planning a Portland wedding from Boston in a venue that required bringing in all of our own vendors, hiring a planner felt like a no-brainer and was something we really wanted to prioritize in our budget, but the value we got out of it was beyond anything we could have expected.
Christina was amazing to work with from beginning to end. She understood exactly the vibe we were going for, always wanted to hear my input and opinions on things, but was there to provide extremely helpful guidance and direction when I needed it. In addition to making the day run flawlessly and every decor detail perfect, it would be hard to put a price on her help throughout the planning process. Her knowledge of the Portland wedding industry and connections within it were so valuable. From helping us brainstorm rehearsal dinner options to figuring out amazing lighting alternatives that could fit in our budget to helping us find the perfect after party spot, she delivered.
One of my favorite parts of the wedding day was walking into our venue and seeing the total transformation of the space for the first time. It was so much more than we envisioned and really surpassed all expectations. It can be hard to visualize how it will all come together, but it's clear that Christina has not only the right eye and vision, but the ability to execute and make it all happen. We have had so many of our wedding guests say how perfect the wedding was from beginning to end, and so much of that is because of the amazing work from Christina and her team.
