I couldn't be happier with how my wedding day went. It was the most magical, calming venue to have such an important day at. Windy is a beam of light and helped make everything so special. If I could do it all over again, I'd choose Pin Oak Farms a million times over!! The space is already so beautiful and the size of the venue and all of its amenities allowed me to transform it into the wedding of my dreams with the most gorgeous backdrop I could ever imagine. What a dream! -

One Saturday, as we were looking at venues - somehow we found Pin Oak (it was a God thing). We didn’t have an appt but the owner, Windy Butler, took us on a tour anyway. My daughter and her fiancé fell in love with Pin Oak and we booked that day.
Everything was amazing, Windy sold us on the venue, she is gracious, kind, creative and very helpful from the moment we booked, She is filled with a beautiful spirit. We couldn’t have asked for anything more than we received from her.
The day of the wedding, everything was perfect! Everything was so clean and ready for us to come in and get ready for the most wonderful day for my daughter! Windy was so helpful and went above and beyond in making sure that the day flowed perfect. (The Bridal Suite and the Groom’s dressing area were too cute! The Bridal Suite was so beautiful and decorated in all white. The Bride and her Bridesmaids each had their own mirror and area to get ready. The Groom’s area was just too much. It had a pool table. A big screen TV and arcade games! Outside, there was a Corn Toss and Disc Golf! (For the children - there was a wonderful playground to keep them occupied.)
The Venue is gorgeous!
The reception room is exquisite. The windows around the room looked out on the beautiful property.
The service was held outside in front of the lake. The scenery is breathtaking. Windy’s husband built the most beautiful arches for the wedding party to walk under. He also built a deck and unique benches for the guests.
We are so blessed to have found Pin Oak Farm Venue. We would recommend Windy and her venue to anyone and everyone! Our daughter and her new husband described their wedding day as “Amazing.” We couldn’t have asked for more - than to have them describe theif day as AMAZING! No where else We wouldn’t have wanted to celebrate the wedding anywhere else,
We’d have another event at Pin Oak in a heart beat! -

My husband and I got married here back in April and it was everything we dreamed of! The venue is beyond beautiful and has a gorgeous bridal suite and an exciting grooms room. There are multiple spacious areas for indoor and outdoor ceremonies and receptions. The venue owners were incredible and Mrs. Windy was super hands on throughout the whole process and readily available on the wedding day to ensure everything went smoothly! Overall I was blown away by the beauty of the venue and the loving experience we received from Mrs. Windy! -

I cannot say enough about Wendi and the Pin Oaks Farm venue. The venue is not only beautiful, but no detail has been left out and to top it all off, Wendi goes above and beyond as the owner. My daughter's wedding was everything she had dreamed of and more. Thank you so much for an amazing night and event. -

A absolutely Beautiful Venue!!! I had my 50th milestone party celebration here back in September and it is now November, my guest and I are still in awe of the wonderful and beautiful time we had at Pin Oak Farms.
As you enter unto the premises and goes into each part of the buildings of the Venue, you'll find nothing but excellence and absolute Beauty! A Unforgettable Experience! This Venue has so much to offer. Well equipped for all of your needs. It has the farm look, Classy Elegance, Professionalism, great picture locations around the entire place. This is the most Beautiful venue I've ever seen and I'm a decorator, so I've visited a lot! You will not be disappointed! If you are looking to have your Dream Wedding, don't look no further!!!!!! -

The most Beautiful Wedding Venue around!!
After seeing this venue, we knew it was where my daughter wanted to get married. There are so many options in one venue. The Bride and Groom’s rooms were perfect for our wedding party. The lake is a Beautiful compliment to any occasion. The owners were very flexible and helpful to make my daughter s dream come true.

The combination of the location (newly built, fantastic facilities and views) along with the owner, Windy, made giving this venue (and owner) 5 Stars! From the moment we booked until we said our final good-byes, Windy was amazing to work with ... simply amazing. She truly cared that our daughter's wedding was beautiful, stress-free and memorable for all! We're new to West TN, and we could NOT have chosen a better location and person to work with. She suggested other vendors and worked with us every step of the way. Grateful we met her! Pin Oak Farms venue is BEAUTIFUL! Wait until you see the Bride's Suite - and the backdrop of the pond behind the bride and groom! Simply beautiful! Whatever you do, make meeting Windy and seeing what she and her husband have created. You'll be amazed! -

Windy was more than accommodating and made the reservation process as easy as could be considering I was helping plan my younger sister's wedding from Texas. Windy became family to us due to how attentive she was during the ceremony and how sweet/thoughtful all of her efforts were to make the day extremely special. The venue itself is stunning as the pictures do not do it justice. I highly recommend this venue. -

No place like home
I hosted a wedding shower at this venue. Absolutely beautiful venue! You name it, they got it! The barn is stunning. They have put so much effort into this and with the Lord along side it’s the most scenic beautiful venue near home! Couldn’t be more thankful! They have a playground for the children, beautiful pond and frisbee golf as well for your guest! TONS of room. Charming, rustic and convenient! I cannot recommend this venue enough! -

Don’t get me started on the venue itself!! Beautiful, inside and out. I hope to one day use for my big day! Pin Oaks will definitely be our go to for events and right in our hometown! Hey guys! My name is Kayla, I got married at Pin Oak Farms on July 29,2023. Mrs. Windy and her amazing husband were nothing short of helpful, prompt, and kind to us. They made sure if we needed ANYTHING at all, that they were there. They were very accommodating with anything that me and my new husband needed. I was also 5 months pregnant at the time, and they made sure I had snacks, drinks, and anything else I could’ve asked for. The venue was breath taking, clean, spacious, and organized amazingly. I would definitely recommend this venue to anyone wanting a budget-friendly, & beautiful space. We appreciate them so much! 🫶🏼❣️ They also do other things there besides just weddings. So, always look into them if you need something else too! -

Beautiful Venue Incredible Owners
Pin Oak is breathtakingly beautiful. It was a blessing to be able to get married here. The owners are absolutely incredible and made our day stress free. The bride and groom rooms are AWESOME. They have everything you need and more. We had our ceremony outside & reception inside. Both areas are so perfect and beautiful. Words can’t express how amazing this venue is or how down to earth the owners are. I would recommend anyone and everyone to have their special day here. It was an unforgettable day. -

Do not choose this venue! I signed a contract in early 2025 because i fell in love with the beautiful rustic look of this venue (formerly known as Pin Oak Farms). However, new ownership took over and completely changed the entire look and feel of the bridal suite and reception hall. It went from romantic and rustic to modern and boring. After realizing that this venue was no longer the one I had picked out, the new owners refused to refund my deposit or even try to negotiate/help me out in any way. I ended up choosing to go with a different venue. The Vineyard in Byhalia, MS was my savior! Same look I wanted originally and at a better price. On top of that, they informed me that I was not the only bride that was devasted by the renovations to The Elliot and had called to switch my venue. In conclusion, the new owners seem to be very untrustworthy and do not have your best interest in mind. Go somewhere the owners are on your side!
