Cannot go wrong with Bruce Pike Productions!

Bruce Pike Productions does the best job at livening up each and every party! The talent is always amazing and they find the perfect fit for each event to tailor the music to each client perfectly. Our wedding clients have always had a blast using them!

Great lighting option!

We contacted Pike for uplighting and bistro lighting for our wedding and couldn't have been happier with the result. The pricing was reasonable and working with them was so straightforward and simple. They were so professional and their established relationship with our venue made everything so easy. Would definitely recommend them for any wedding lighting!

Easy and highly recommended!

We used Pike Productions as they came recommended, plus they were the in-house A/V for our venue District Winery. We talked to them last year about arrangements, which were super easy to coordinate. Then, COVID-19 came along and we had to make adjustments. We reduced our wedding and they ended up doing a livestream of our ceremony. The quality of the audio and visual for the livestream was incredible. Our friends and family who watched were amazed and so elated with how well the production was. The video we watched back days later had us in tears. A job well done!

Our DJ, Zach, was incredible. We spoke with him twice - once over a year ago, and then again a few weeks before the wedding. He was easy to work with, very knowledgeable, and understood our vibe immediately. He had me dancing all night and we were very happy with how he worked our music requests. Overall, highly recommend for the service, price, and professionalism.

Highly recommend!

My husband and I were SO pleased with our DJ, Zach Pleasant, and the staff at PIKE Productions. First and foremost, everyone is incredibly nice and easy to work with, and we loved the online portal that PIKE provides to list songs you want played (and not played!). Above all, we LOVED our DJ Zach. On our planning phone call, it was clear that he wanted to understand who we are as a couple and what we envisioned for our wedding evening -- including the mood we were hoping to set throughout the entire event. And wow, he did an amazing job!!! Zach read the crowd perfectly and helped keep the evening flowing and the dance floor full! We couldn't be happier with his work!! We still have guests RAVING about the music.

We used Pike Productions for outside lighting at our daughter's wedding reception, and were extremely happy with the responsiveness, professionalism, pricing, and quality of work done. Elizabeth was quick to return emails and was a pleasure to work with. The team was in and out of the venue quickly, and their lighting installation provided just the right touch of sparkle for a summer evening in the garden.

Okay Pike Productions was AMAZING to work with. They came highly recommended by our wedding planner and they did not disappoint. It was so great working with Elizabeth and Zach, they were so organized with everything. On the day of the wedding I only spoke to Zach once and he had everyone up dancing the whole night. I highly recommend anyone in the area to book Pike Productions for any type of event.

From my first conversation with Bruce, I knew that Pike Productions was the right choice to DJ our wedding. We were completely on the same page regarding vibe and our likes/dislikes, and I knew he and the team would execute our wedding perfectly. Our DJ was Ernie, and he was completely on board with all of our asks - we did not want a DJ who would be TOO active on the microphone (more emceeing/directing than doing any hype, etc.), and he was perfect. The music kept everyone from all generations on the dance floor for the entire wedding. We had also specifically requested that the music not be too loud (so people who weren't dancing could still talk at their tables and enjoy the party) and the volume was perfect - loud enough for a good party, but not deafening for those who wanted to talk. We also used the team for uplighting, and they were great at making recommendations of how many lights and where to place them.

Pike Productions was amazing! They did the drapes and lighting for our wedding, as well as providing a guitarist for our ceremony. We were able to speak directly with Bruce Pike, and Elizabeth as our POC up until moments before the wedding began. She was responsive, helpful, and accommodated a last minute need for an additional drape.

The staff arrived on time and hung all our bistro lighting quickly to ensure everything else could be set up on time. I would highly recommend working with Pike Productions for any wedding needs — they are a fantastic vendor!

Bruce Pike was recommended to us by our caterer, Well Dunn, and we are so grateful for the recommendation. We used them for both our ceremony and reception, which were held at the same place (Torpedo Factory Art Center). They had great customer service, and the provide a number of online planning tools that make the planning process go very smoothly. Our DJ was super professional - he managed our event and helped keep the flow going, but without being too overbearing or "cheesy" as DJ's can sometimes be. He followed our instructions and requests and when he did improvise (which we encouraged him to do), we loved what he did! We spent the night dancing and having a blast.

We loved Bruce Pike! He added so much to the celebration of my son's and daughter-in-law's wedding. Bruce was warm and accommodating and in the pre-planning stages, his guidance was helpful to them on pacing and music choices. They had a day-time wedding and we worried if people would even dance. No fear at all - Bruce had everyone dancing for much of the day. He is a delight and we would recommend him in a heartbeat.

Where to begin... Bruce is perfection! My venue gave a list of recommended bands and DJs and when I spoke to Bruce, I knew immediately he was the one. He is so personable, friendly, and had me laughing within seconds. His staff is incredible to work with as well, and was so responsive to all my questions over the past year! We used Bruce for ceremony music, and he literally was on the phone with me for close to an hour a couple weeks before the wedding helping me pick the perfect versions of the songs I wanted for the prelude and processional. In addition to the ceremony, Bruce seriously rocked at the reception. Our dance floor was packed! The entire night. I can't recommend him enough!! I hope our paths cross again someday, Bruce! You were so great to work with!

Bruce Pike was an amazing choice to DJ our wedding! Our friends and family literally danced the entire time! All ages and from lots of different places. So many compliments ever since. Also, he provided a violinist and guitarist for the ceremony and cocktail hour AND did the accent lighting. It was gorgeous. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM and his team!

We got Bruce himself as the DJ and he was fantastic. We had specific Indian music that we had to play for certain parts of the ceremony that I had asked my brother-in-law to be in charge of (assuming that wasn't part of Bruce's job) but when Bruce got to the venue, he took it over, listened to what my dad told him, and did it perfectly. He played a great mix of Indian and regular music for our "fusion" wedding - I also saw that he noticed when people weren't dancing and would switch it up to get people on the dance floor and moving. He could just read the audience very well. He also (very nicely) was able to block requests from the guests that we had already told him were on the "non-play" list - like the chicken dance etc. He was absolutely the best, and was a big part of why our wedding/reception was so much fun. Highly highly recommend this company!!!!

Bruce Pike was truly instrumental in giving me the wedding day I had always dreamed of! I planned my entire wedding myself and was very anxious about things coming together just right. My second meeting with Bruce was the first time I truly got exited about the wedding because he was so relaxed and happy for me! Bruce was super professional, fun, and really put me at ease. When I asked that the music be a mix of both Latin and American music (my husband's family is from Bolivia), he catered to my individual requests without a problem. It was absolutely perfect. He worked seamlessly with my day-of coordinator and the evening flowed perfectly. Both families could not stop telling me what a wonderful and fun time they had at our reception! I would recommend Bruce to anyone- he is a seasoned pro and will make your wedding as perfect as mine was <3

Bruce is the best! He was the DJ for my wedding on July 4. I had spoken to a few other DJ's in the area and after talking with Bruce on the phone, I knew he was it! I think a lot of people think they can cut costs on their DJ, but the music is really what keeps the party going at a wedding! Bruce takes his role seriously and is also just an awesome, fun guy! He met with my husband and me a few weeks before the wedding to go over everything. It was great because I felt like he really got to know us. You get to pick your own music with his companies online planning tools, so we could have our must play, maybe play, do not play lists from the extensive music library. He didn't have the song for my Dad and my dance, but he was able to find it no problem. He worked extremely well with all of the other vendors and was very professional. I'd recommend him to anyone!

Bruce was wonderful! He is organized and flexible has a way of calming even the most stressed out of brides :) He helped develop an event timeline and made me feel so comfortable during the event. We could not have been happier with Bruce! Right from our initial conversation we knew that our wedding was in good hands and that our guests were going to have a great time. From the start he gave us straightforward advice and tips from his experience doing weddings in DC, which was exactly what we needed at a time when we were feeling overwhelmed. He was easy to work with and professional and the database that he sent us to choose from was easy to use.

On the night of, he kept the crowd dancing and expertly navigated working with our acoustic singer. All our friends agreed the music was great and everyone had a great time right up to the very end. I would definitely recommend Bruce!

Bruce Pike is my new favorite person. Hands down, he is the best! I met him at a bridal expo before I had even set a date or really started my wedding planning, but I KNEW that he was the one for our wedding. He is so charming, and such a professional, and really just put my mind at ease. A DJ can either make or break your wedding, and Bruce Pike knows how to rock a wedding. I trusted him completely to run a perfect show and he definitely delivered! He has an online portal where you can save all your music ideas/timelines which helped to keep us on the same page, and also gave me ideas for some song choices for certain things during our reception (bouquet toss, first dances, etc.). His company also offers uplighting which we took advantage of and really made the reception space feel complete, as well as a photo booth which our guests are still talking about. All of his services provided for our wedding were top-notch, and I wouldn't recommend using anyone else- Bruce Pike is IT!

Bruce was so much fun to work with! Two of my friends in event planning recommended him, and they were completely spot on! Bruce has a great sense of people's music style, and he was so much fun at the wedding. We got several compliments from guests. Bruce was also incredibly flexible and patient with us leading up to the big day. My husband and I were a little behind the game in planning our music selections, but he didn't blink twice when we needed a little extra help and time. Hire Bruce, dance, be happy!

My husband and I LOVE Bruce!!! He was so attentive throughout the planning process and treated us like we were old friends. He exudes energy and joy in everything he does and it made such a big difference! Bruce was great! I am all about a great personality and I also think it is very important for a DJ. I really needed a good MC which was the DJ and he did a great job. He got everyone's names right during the introductions, we had some hard names too! He worked so well with the coordinators to make sure everything ran smoothly through the night. He had all of our music that we wanted and listened to what we wanted and executed it. He is for sure a classy DJ and is great to work with. We had people on the dance floor all night. He was also really good about not taking 'random requests' from guests and managing the mic, so that no one pics up the mic who is not supposed to give a speech but wants to, which I really appreciated and you will too!

He always responded within 24-48 hours when I had an inquiry which I learned is not always common among most wedding vendors.

I can't say enough good things about Bruce Pike at Dynomite DJ's! He was professional, charming, and knowledgeable. Prior to the wedding, Bruce met with us for several hours going over the music selections, timing, and flow of the reception. When we arrived at the reception venue, he was right there and had everything under control as we lined up for all of the announcements.

Bruce truly knew how to conduct a reception, and was really a "Master of Ceremonies", knowing what to do so that the reception flowed smoothly and everyone had fun. I had many people comment that the music was perfect - a great mix, not too loud, but loud enough, taking all of the bride and groom's wishes as first and foremost. Bruce worked beautifully with the photographer at the wedding so that the timing of things went smoothly.

I have never seen so many people up and dancing, and so quickly at a wedding! Bruce knew just when to play certain types of music to get the crowd up, and helped run a flawless reception. He worked beautifully with us as parents of the bride, and considered the bride and groom his main priority. Bruce was personable without being intrusive, professional without being "stuffy", and just overall a great DJ! I would recommend highly to anyone for any type of event.

Dynomite DJs did a FANTASTIC job at our wedding! Bruce was so great to work with and I could not say enough nice things about him. A wedding planner friend of mine recommended him to us and I am so glad we decided to take her advice.

He kept our dance floor full ALL night and our guests absolutely raved about him! He was very accommodating, had a great personality, and entertained all the guests. Honestly, we couldn't have asked for a better DJ.

Bruce was one of the main reasons we had such an incredible wedding and we can't thank him enough for all his amazing work! I definitely would recommend him to everyone and our family/friends are going to do the same!

We hired Bruce from Dynomite DJs for our wedding this past weekend in Arlington and we couldn't have been more pleased with his work. The whole evening ran incredibly smooth. He was very helpful with putting together a timeline with us for which dances/toasts worked best at certain times of the night. He was very well prepared and knew exactly what we wanted to hear and when we wanted to hear it. Most important of all, everyone at the wedding had a fantastic time and the dance floor was jam packed all night long. We would highly recommend hiring Bruce to all of our friends and family.

Dynomite DJs was the best DJ company to work with! From the minute I met Ernie (who ended up being our DJ at our wedding) at the DC Bridal Showcase, to working with Bruce, the owner, on the contract and then meeting with him to go over the agenda for the evening of the wedding (via a personal meeting at our house a few evenings before the big day), I was so impressed with their professionalism, responsiveness and personal touch throughout every step of the process.

What a FABULOUS job Ernie did as the D.J. for our wedding!! He completely exceeded my expectations, which were already pretty high after meeting him and the owner, Bruce!! :)

All went smoothly, and everything played out perfectly, and it was all because of Ernie! Everything he did was FLAWLESS - the names during the introductions, the songs for each dance, the order it all went in. Just wonderful!!! And he kept us all on track without ever being pushy or overbearing - it was just the right touch, how he checked in with me as each dance, etc. was approaching, to let me know what was coming up next so we would could prepare, etc.

The songs Ernie played gave the evening the exact vibe and feel I was hoping for. And his personality was not flashy or loud or overbearing at all, but rather upbeat and energetic - a perfect fit for what we wanted for the night. Truly, I could not have asked for more. I left my Reception the happiest bride in the world!!!

Bruce was extremely professional throughout the entire process. He even met with us in person prior to the wedding to go over all of the details of the night. I thought that this was very helpful, since the DJ really does help to control the tempo of the evening. Plus, it made me feel more comfortable that I got to meet him before the big day.

Bruce had all of our guests out on the dance floor all night long. I got lots of compliments on how much fun everyone was having. He must know some tricks that other DJ's don't know about how to get people who hate to dance out on the dance floor.

Bruce has been doing this for a long time (over 10 years). Hire a professional and someone who knows what they are doing so that your guests will have a good time. I personally would not recommend cutting costs on the DJ or the photography for your wedding.

I highly recommend Bruce and have told all of my other friends to use him as well.

Bruce was outstanding. He DJ'd and MC'd and everything ran super smooth.
His choices in music really complemented our mixed crowd and he did such a great job letting everyone know what was happening and what was their role in it.
In the pre-wedding meeting, he gave great suggestions and recommendations as to songs and schedule.

Bruce Pike is amazing and has a sixth sense for a crowd's mood. He helped rearrange the events of the reception so that there would be better flow, and he was right! My guests danced the entire reception. So many people told me it was the best wedding they had ever been to! He tricked everyone into dancing and they never thought to leave once they started. He was the best decision I made.

Bruce, with Dynomite DJs is the BEST DJ I could have ever asked for. Bruce is professional, yet he brings the party to life. I knew I wanted Bruce to DJ my wedding and even planned the date around his availability. He played the right music all night, kept the reception organized and in order, and made the night fun for everyone.

I very highly recommend Bruce - he's the best DJ you'll find anywhere. You and your guests are sure to have a great time with Bruce DJing.

As a wedding planner I have worked with Bruce from Dynomite DJ's, so when we started planning our wedding, we snatched him up. Bruce is fun to work with, uber professional (he won't play the air guitar), and meticulously detailed, so you can guarantee he won't screw up the first dance song, or mis-pronounce your new last name. He'll also help coordinate timing and toasts if you need it, and generally just gives 100%. We love this guy!

When I got engaged and we started planning there was no doubt in my mind that I wanted Bruce Pike to DJ at our wedding. He rocked our wedding reception and made everyone have so much fun. The playlist was great, the timing of events went smoothly, and he also did our ceremony music for us. He is flezable, super helpful, and his service is over the top and makes the whole wedding planning process so much less stressful. He sits down personally with the couples and goes over music, ideas, and asks about everyone invloved in the wedding party so there are no mistakes. We could not be happier with him and his services, and he made our reception so much fun that we wish we could do it all over again. He is worth every penny.

They were fantastic! They spent a lot of time with us going over the flow of the event. They put a lot of emphasis on getting the tone right, from the music (at every stage of the evening) to the introductions. Bruce Pike was a pleasure to work with for our wedding reception. He was very professional, friendly, and had same-day call backs to answer our questions by phone. He kept nearly everyone on the dance floor all night. We were not picky with our song choices because we fully trusted him to use his best judgment on what songs to play. Our guests, and us, LOVED him! We highly recommend him to any bride and groom who wants a quality DJ who has the experience, and truly knows what he is doing. Dynomite DJs is awesome! I honestly can't say enough good things about Bruce Pike and his company. He traveled out of his way to be meet me and my (now) husband on numerous occasions, even through getting stuck in terrible traffic. He also traveled to Cecil County, MD for our wedding. Bruce did an amazing job, from the ceremony to the reception. He got everyone on the dance floor throughout the entire night. He helped the events of the evening flow smoothly. I had friends complimenting him all night, and one friend critiquing him for her upcoming wedding who kept saying how awesome he was. Bruce is fun, charismatic, and extremely personable. He was definitely my favorite person to work with during the whole wedding planning process. He made everything go much easier by providing insight and advice, and definitely knows what he is doing. If I could give higher than a 5, I would (nothing less would be suitable)!

The best DJ I have ever seen. I have been to a lot of weddings and when it was my turn to say
"I Do", I called Dynomite DJs. I was at a wedding for a close friend and they DJ...what an outstanding party. My wedding took the cake. Dynomite DJs kept the dance floor rolling all night long. My Grandmother was dancing and could not move for the next 2 days.
If you want a great DJ to have a memory of a life time, book Dynomite DJs.

Bruce put together such a great playlist for our wedding! We gave some guidance in terms of what kinds of music we wanted to hear, but he was able to read the crowd perfectly and play the music that would get our guests onto the dance floor. There was not a moment when the dance floor was not full! He was also great to work with and has such a great sense of humor. We highly recommend working with him!

To be honest, I never thought a DJ was an important component to a wedding reception. How hard can it be to grab a cd of pre-selected music and press play? However, what I found, was that the DJ is the most important part of the wedding. The flow, energy, and the enthusiasm that came from Bruce Pike of Dynamite DJs was unprecedented by any DJ I've seen at any wedding or event. When I have friends or acquaintences getting married it's always my first instinct to recommend Bruce. I'm convinced anyone other than Bruce Pike might as well be my nine year old nephew. Bruce managed the flow of the overall reception with precision and made each segment of our reception an event. He managed to have everyone in the room up on their feet; from the eldest of seniors to the youngest cousin. The compliments we received after the reception on his performance still continue as we occasionlly relive our wedding with friends, three years later. Whether your reception is in your backyard, the American Legion or in a skyline ballroom in downtown Philadelphia, don't cut corners on the DJ. Bruce Pike made our wedding.

I honestly wish I could rate Dynomite Djs higher than 5! Their exemplary service made our wedding day run smoothly and trouble free. That is really the most any couple can ask for. The Dynomite Djs online tool provided a way for me to identify which songs I wanted to hear and which songs I did not. I am someone with very specific song requests and their service made it easy. This tool in addition to the in-person meeting with our DJ really set Dynomite Djs ahead of the pack. When we suddenly and unexpectedly did not have use of a projector for our reception, Dynomite Djs stepped in and offered use of theirs. They saved the day! I have the utmost confidence that Dynomite Djs will do everything in their power to make your event go off without a hitch!!

With no doubt...Bruce made our wedding!!! He played songs that made everyone get out on the dance floor. He knows what to do to make everyone have a great time and we would absolutely recommend him. Great song selections, very friendly, all about having a good time, and made our reception. Bruce Pike from Dynomite DJs made our reception awesome. People were out on the dance floor during the whole reception. I was very particular about what songs I wanted to hear and didn't want to hear and he stuck to that with no problem. He also suggested the most up-to-date styles of doing things. I have been to several weddings and a DJ can really make or break a reception. I was very pleased with this compnay and would recommend them to anyone for any type of event.

the dj did every thing with the best knowledge of music i have ever heard, he was wonderful in acommodating the music with a variety of age groups in attendance. he made a very bashful bride and groom very comfortable,they never got off the dance floor.the dj kept everything flowing and on schedule.never missed a beat to make sure everyone was having the best time.would love to have him come to anyones most important event in their lives,would make for the best memories.

My husband and I felt very comfortable knowing Dynomite DJ's were going to be there with us on our wedding day. Bruce Pike did an oustanding job working with our unique wedding schedule and made sure everything was perfect for us on our wedding day. Bruce is fantastic! We had such a great wedding reception, thanks to him! He got nearly all of our guests out on the dance floor, young and old! We knew some songs we wanted, but after meeting with Bruce, his expertise really provided us the best mix- it felt like every song that came on- people were excited about and ready to dance!

He helped us make adjustments to our master timeline- and we were so thankful for it! Everything went smoothly, and seemed to have a flow to it.

He was also very receptive to unique circumstances- my father couldn't dance an entire song, due to health issues, and Bruce just told me to give him a "look/sign" and when my dad was ready to take a seat, he wrapped up the song, and no one was the wiser!

All in all, Bruce was a great DJ- he listened to us, got to know us and what our style was- and we had a wonderful time!

My first thank you goes to Dynomite DJs for the fantastic music and ambiance they brought to our wedding.

Many thanks to Bruce Pike, we enjoyed his performance as DJ, master of ceremony and cheerful attitude. The bride and groom were absolutely fascinated with the party and how much fun their guests had dancing to his music. They all loved the transitions and versions chosen. Their professional work was key to motivate happiness and a great ambiance.

Bruce pike prepared himself thoroughly to make sure he had the play list the groom wanted. He also made sure he knew the time line and the proper pronunciation of the names of the wedding party. He was attentive to keeping a cheerful and festive ambiance during the party. I wish Dynomite DJs the best in their career. We highly recommend their DJ services.

We had a great experience working with Pike Productions. Our DJ, Ernie was awesome - he was totally professional, played everything that we wanted to hear, listened to our do not play list and kept people dancing all night! He also provided music for our ceremony, microphones for our officiant and toasts, and up lighting for the reception.

My only (small) complaint was that the intake and contract process (handled through a central office, not the DJ), was a little slow and I had to follow up a few times to get a quote and contract. Totally worth it in the end though - the DJ was a huge part of making sure our day was a blast!

Bruce really helped make our wedding great. We had booked another DJ who backed out on us the month before, and Bruce was ready right away to step up for us. He called me back immediately after I sent my first e-mail to his company and I could tell over the phone that he would be a fun person to work with. Suffice to say it was relieving to have an experienced, reliable, and energetic DJ like Bruce. Everyone had a great time, he helped fix our slideshow problem (had a technical issue), and was great at managing our party. His company's website is also very convenient - you can request songs, plan your schedule, etc. We strongly recommend him!

Bruce was an amazing DJ, and I still have people that were at my wedding talking about how awesome the reception was. We really stressed over picking the right DJ because we've been to some really boring wedding receptions and we wanted to have a party-vibe for our reception! Pike receptions 100% delivered the vibe we were searching for! This was achieved through the multiple phone interviews we had we Bruce Pike, the owner, and Ernie, our actual DJ, and several emails with Elizabeth, who I think was an administrative assistant of sorts (sorry Elizabeth if this is not your title, but you were super helpful regardless!). Pike production also had us fill out an extensive form regarding the timeline of wedding day, the services we were asking for, and the types of songs we like in general to get a feel for what we were looking for before Ernie even spoke with us. Ernie was very easy to talk to and was a great during our reception! I was very indecisive about a couple songs but Ernie was super cool about it and gave me up until the day before the wedding to make the decision. That really helped with stress relief. I feel like Pike Productions's process is very efficient in figuring out what you want your vibe to be for your wedding day, which was very important to us since we didn't want to be another boring wedding reception ;) I don't have many pictures to share because everyone put their phones down (for once) to party hardy which is a good sign!!

We worked with Bruce as our DJ. We had some music related questions prior to the wedding, and he was non-responsive for several weeks, which was concerning. I finally got a response finding out he had recently had some major life changes. So, although the lack of communication was understandable, it would've been helpful to know before hand.

In regards to the music provided, he didn't play many of the "must play" songs we had asked for. In particular, there were close to no slow songs played even though we had asked for a few. I'm not sure if it was a schedule issue, but it was noticed. Additionally, there was a mix up with our last song, and the groom wasn't in the reception room when the last song we requested was played. Bruce quickly came up with an alternate last song, but it wasn't the one we had planned.

Bruce was wonderful, though, about taking our cue for when we wanted certain songs to end, and transitioning from one song to the next. Additionally, he was good about making announcements as things were happening throughout the evening.

One of the highlights was actually the acoustic guitarist, Steve, that works with Bruce. Steve played music during the ceremony and cocktail hour. He knew all of the songs we asked him to play (some of which were non-traditional), and had a great singing voice.

I met Bruce at a wedding expo a few weeks before my wedding and I was on a time crunch. I couldn't have asked for a better dj service for my wedding. Bruce was very helpful and made us feel very cared for. He had a wide selection of music. He did an amazing job at our wedding. Everyone complimented us on the music. Highly recommended!

We contacted Pike Productions about providing sound equipment for our wedding reception. Our initial quote, however, seemed a bit steep ($750 for two speakers and a technician), so we decided to just rent the speakers without a technician. I had to email and call the representative multiple times before I got a response, but finally got an updated quote - for $750. When I asked why the price was the same, the representative said that they had to pay their delivery drivers for their time. When I pointed out that the original quote did not include "driver compensation," she then revealed the true reason - Pike Productions does not do events for less than $750. This is fine, and obviously the company's prerogative, but the representative was super rude about it, telling me I could "just Google somewhere cheaper," and that "they're trying to run a business." Giving us the run-around for so long also meant that we were left scrambling, less than a month from our wedding day, to find audio equipment. Being told up front that they didn't want our business would have been preferable.
