Caleb and his team were absolutely amazing to work with and take absolutely breathtakingly beautiful pictures! We recently got married and used Caleb and his team for our proposal, engagement and wedding photography and videography. We had a huge bridal party and got married at multiple locations downtown Chicago all while having a complicated timeline and he made the process so easy! He truly enjoys what he does and is so pleasant to work with, he makes sure to take the time to get to know you as a couple to truly understand your vision to be able to bring it to life. Our pictures were more beautiful than we could ever imagine! A huge THANK YOU to Caleb and his team for bringing our most beautiful moments to life. Highly recommend! -

Caleb was very professional and experienced. He has a variety of packages that would include things like engagement pictures, wedding video, and, of course, pictures of the wedding. He has a variety of trusted people as back up if worst case something happened and he could not attend. He is very seasoned with shooting weddings in Chicago and has a great eye for the scenery, the city, and plenty of recommendations if you did not have specific places in mind. He really makes the whole process as easy or as involved as you want it to be. Overall highly recommend! -

Caleb took the time with us to make every picture was great. I know we are not the typical couple that he usually takes pictures of but he his a photographer and I would recommend him to anyone. -

We happened to run into Caleb by chance online and are very happy that we did. He did an outstanding job with our engagement and wedding pictures. The picture quality is top notch, and beyond that Caleb is very helpful and responsive. -

Casey Sent on 07/25/2018We just had our engagement photo session with Caleb and are so thrilled with how our photos turned out! We had selected a date about a month in advance which turned out to be one of the hottest days of the summer - 95+ degree temps. Needless to say, by the end of the shoot we were all SO sweaty but you can't tell in any of our photos! Despite the wicked heat, Caleb spent an hour and a half with us taking tons of shots, suggesting lots of poses, getting on the ground for cool angles, and ensuring we got the shots we were hoping for. He is such a nice guy and both my fiancé and I felt completely comfortable with him. To top it all off, our sneak peak was shared 4 days after the shoot and we got all our pictures 3 weeks after that - so fast! We don't have enough good things to say about Pickman Photography! We can't wait for our big day and are so glad Caleb will be capturing each moment!

Kelly Sent on 06/09/2018Caleb took our engagement photos at the end of April and, of course, we were all expecting it to be spring weather. It ended up being 25 degrees and unimaginably windy. Of course, our photo spot happened to be Lake Michigan! Caleb handled it like a pro and helped us use the weather to our benefit (windswept hair, anyone?) At the end of the shoot, my makeup was crumbling off my face from the blistering cold and I was worried for days. No need, his editing skills were on point and they turned out great. For the price, can’t beat Pickman Photography.

Jamee Sent on 05/16/2018Caleb did a fantastic job photographing our wedding. He was so easy to work with and accommodating both during the planning process and the day of our big day. We had a four month engagement and he totally worked with our short timeline. He listened to what we wanted and brought forth creative ideas of his own. Our wedding photos are truly one of a kind. He literally got drenched for us! We got married at Montrose Harbor and the waves were huge hitting the sea wall. It was a rainy and cold November day and he encouraged us to take some amazing and unique photos, all the while getting splashed on himself! He also encouraged some additional shots after dinner when we snuck out for some night time photos on the dock. He did amazing and I would recommend him to anyone!

User2517448 Sent on 01/25/2016Before my wedding, the only experience I've had with professional photos were senior pictures and I absolutely hated the entire thing...so I was very hesitant about my engagement and wedding photos but Caleb made me feel incredibly comfortable. He literally positioned us for the photos in the angles that would be most flattering. He also had several ideas that we took him up on. When I told him I didn't want anything too cheesy, he completely listened and had ideas for things that worked out the best for me and my vision. i would recommend Pickman Photography to anyone! -
