Sadly, the groom and I only got to come over for one shot!! We didn't even have enough time to take a full strip for ourselves because we were SO BUSY!! But our friends and family had a blast, and the custom design for the photo strips was AWESOME!! (attached is the one groom/bride shot and then a shot of the bride with her bestie to see the strip design). The attendant was sweet and friendly and the props were ON POINT! The kids especially loved this area.Sadly, the groom and I only got to come over for one shot!! We didn't even have enough time to take a full strip for ourselves because we were SO BUSY!! Derek and his team were great! The venue inadvertently removed the tape on the floor to indicate where Premier should set up. I panicked when I did not see them, and found they were in a different corner of the reception hall, which would have worked, but was not ideal. The Premier attendants offered to move without any problem, and were re-set up well before the wedding party arrived. It was 100% our fault, but they were so gracious and accommodating. That is a true professional team. These are the kind of people you want at your event!Derek and his team were great! Premier Party Rentals was amazing to work with. Not only did he provide a large discount for the cubscouts but went out of his way to ensure we had great and quality service. There were inumerous props for the booth that were enjoyed by the adults and kids alike. At our request, Derek even changed our customized phot border. The photobooth was a big hit. I will recommend this vendor to everyone I know. Thank you for giving us these memories and photo keepsakes.Premier Party Rentals was amazing to work with. Derek was awesome to work with and very responsive! He and his attendant were very professional and all of the guests LOVED the photo booth. I heard about his business through a friend who had a great experience, and it was so nice to have him take care of everything and not have to worry about it at all on my wedding day. They say you get what you pay for, but that is not the case with Premier Photo Booth. It was an inexpensive rental and the service/product was fantastic! Walked out of Event Before it Started!!!
We used Premier Party Rentals for a green screen photo booth almost 2 years ago and they were phenomenal! So we decided to use them again for our party we had December 14th, 2019. To say they were a nightmare is being kind. The first attendant came in to set up and was asked to tape her cords down so kids didn't trip. In short she didn't like being told what to do, so she decided to pack up her things and walk out before the party even started. I was appalled that she would walk out on a 13 years olds bat mitzvah party that happens once in a life time, with over 100 kids looking forward to using a photo booth for memories. I called the owner who said she would try and get someone else out and she was sorry, she was planning on letting that attendant go anyway (which makes one wonder why she would send them out in the first place knowing they had issues with her) and that she would give me a full refund. The 2nd attendant arrived at 9:30 with only an hour left of the 4hr. party. She didn't have any of the backgrounds, couldn't use the personalization and the lighting on the machine didn't work so the photos were basically black. At that point I was beyond over it and just was thankful we had an amazing photographer there to capture the moments. When I asked the owner for a refund she stated that she was not going to give us a refund because our party planner was rude to both of the attendants she sent out. I had 4 other vendors there that said the party planner was nothing but kind just stating what she needed done in order to keep everyone with power and safe.
If you are going to be in the event industry you have to learn how to work with all vendors! Even if you don’t care for them! You DO NOT JUST WALK OUT and not fulfill your obligations! The owner seemed to care less and didn't see any need to refund me until I told her that we had a contract and she had already taken my money and didn't give us anything but a headache. Not to mention the way her attendant spoke to me and the planner and then the way she spoke to me and told me that she wished that my daughter would have seen her walk out....who wishes anything bad upon a child when it was their fault they didn't fulfill their obligations, let alone EVER. Never in my life have I ever dealt with someone so unprofessional. She finally told me that she would refund me just to get this over with, but included that "My combat tour in Iraq was more pleasant than this situation." Once again, showing her professionalism. She mentioned that she just purchased this business 6 months ago which explains why we had such an amazing experience before. She definitely needs to revisit what professionalism is all about and look into who she is hiring to make sure that they know how to take direction and work in the event industry. Until then I highly suggest that you check out other companies for photo booths, there are a million choices out there and I'm sure none of them would walk out of an event as they did.
