One of the best decisions we made. I loved working with these people and I am very pleased with my pictures. I still cannot believe how much I got for my money. I have had another friend use them and her albums were beautiful. Highly recommended.

Christy just did my wedding and she was awesome. I loved my pictures and have recommended Photo832 to all my friends. The pictures were creative and I saw so many pictures I did not even know they were taking. Do yourself a favor and have these guys at your wedding!

When planning a wedding, a girl has enough to stress about, my married friends kept telling me ‘invest in a good photographer, your pictures will be your only memory!’ I trusted The Photography Shoppe completely, I didn’t have to instruct them, or look for them during the wedding. They really helped to make my planning and special day stress free!….To this day when I look back at my wedding pictures, I feel like I’m there again, I get the same emotions as I did on that day! I smile, laugh and even cry. I would recommend The Photography Shoppe to anyone getting married; because of them I have memories that will last a lifetime

We came across The Photograpy Shoppe at the Bridal Extravaganza Show in Austin because we had no idea where to start when choosing our Photography, Videography, and DJ. Off all the people we have talked to, we decided to go with The Photography Shoppe bc we saw that they have beat everyone on their pricing!!!! They were all so helpful at the show too so we set up our consulation meeting. We met with Chris Howard. He is amazing!!!! He will customized your photo package the way you want it.......The price was just ridiculously affordable!!!! We loved him so much we booked the all 3 with him! We just had our wedding and Chris and his staff was phenomenal. They have exceeded our expections! I HIGHLY recommend everyone to use The Photograpy Shoppe.....it was a one stop shop for us!!! Save yourself time and money.

The Photography Shoppe was my photographer for my engagement pictures, bridal portraits, and wedding. The photographers have an amazing talent. They take artistic, candid and traditional photos like no other! They were very professional, patient, and open to any suggestions. I have already referred them some of my peers and they have nothing but positive feedback. I highly recommend Photography Shoppe. The pictures are high quality and the customer service is outstanding!

Christy did an awesome job on my bridals. I love them. I can't wait to see my albums. I still have not narrowed them down as I like too may pictures. I checked out so many photographers and fell in love with Photo832. And the packages were beyond belief.

My husband and I were married last month and were fortunate enough to have the Photography Shoppe for our wedding photography. We were impressed with everything! Their prices were very reasonable. The customer service team was helpful, and our pictures were great! Exactly what we wanted. I have already recommended the Photography Shoppe to several friends.

I just got my albums and they look amazing! We signed up with Photography Shoppe at the Bridal Extravaganza because of their great prices. Their package 3 had everything I wanted for just a little more than the cost of one album from my 2nd choice photographer. I knew from flipping through their client proofs online that I liked their style. They only do engagement and bridal sessions on weekdays. The photographers answer their own phones, as I found out when I tried to leave a voicemail at 2am. Great great photos.

I knew as soon as we got engaged who I wanted to be our Photographer!!!! After Eric and I met with Christy at Photo 832 for our initial interview, Eric could see why I wanted them to photograph our wedding. The samples we saw were amazing!!

Eric and I did not hesitate to sign the contract. We knew pictures were going to be a big cost and something we decided was worth the money. We had a few dates in mind, Christy was very knowledgeable on on what time to have the wedding for the perfect lighting shots and some of Christy's personal experience's at some of the venues we were thinking about. Christy's wonderful suggestions were perfect. The form she sent over to fill out for who were the VIP's/Important shots to us was a good idea.

The photos were only about 2 weeks later than expected, but we were in the middle of a second destination wedding and were in no means in any rush. We have learned that you can't rush perfection.

Eric and I were right. When we got the photo's back they were just as amazing as we knew they would be. We heard many great things from our guests on the professionalism of Christy and her Assistant. Eric and I love ALL of the pictures and are having a hard time deciding on which ones to use for or 11x17 table book....

We have nothing but great things to say about Christy and Photo832. Eric and I have recommended Christy to a few people already and will continue to do so happily.

I purchased a package which included 8 hours on the wedding day, bridal photos and engagement photos (1hr on location sessions), 1 large album and 2 parent albums and several prints.
It seemed at first that all they know how to say is 'no'. We weren't able to get nighttime engagement photos to capture our love of downtown Houston. They only offered 9am or 530pm to get engagement photos at all, and I had to push to get a non-weekday. A Saturday was totally out of the question for them.
My bridal photos had to be scheduled on a Thursday the week of the wedding.
However, our wedding day photography was very very good. The photographer was professional, artistic and made us feel at ease. I am quite happy with my photos, and feel like we got a good deal on our package.

One of the best decisions I made. I had a tight budget and did not think I could afford evrything I wanted. Not true these guys gave a lot for the money. I even got albums for our parents. And the pictures were awesome. I have told several of my firends.

The photographer I had was Troy. He was amazing! He is pretty serious but you can tell it is because he is so technical. He gave us amazing engagement and wedding photo's. I could not be happier with how they turned out. The only problems I have had is with the main office. It is not here in Houston so you can only call and their office times are very limited. I still have not had my photo's posted online but I do have all my photo's on CD. Other then that I would definitely reccomend them!

Photographers and videographers were very professional and nice. Took awhile to get my pictures and videos. Explore other options.

I thought they did a great job with my bridal photos and with the wedding photos, but they did miss a few select photos that I wanted. For example, the pictures of my nieces walking up the aisle. One of the main things I was not happy with was that I went with them because they provided 2 photographers, I wanted one to cover me and my husband and one to cover the guests. No one covered the guests. I had only a handful of pictures of my guests.
The price was amazing!!!

I used them for my engagements, bridals & wedding. I was a little dissapointed with some of the pictures... but will admit, not all was their fault. The weather was bad the day we scheduled my bridals & we had to shoot indoor. Not the best of pictures... but he still made it fun & did the best we could considering the circumstances. & there was several pictures they missed at the wedding. There's not one with me & my sibblings. & none of my mother in law or both of my sister in laws. They also missed a few important pictures during our dance. I know they can't be everywhere at once, but still would have loved to see me. I know they took a few thousand pics & we only get 750 back. would have like to gotten them all & decided which ones i didn't like myself. Other than that... I really enjoyed working with them. I have already reccomended them to others. One thing i found after doing some research, is that they pretty much have the best pricing for what you get. example, you get 3 photo albums from them in the pkg i got... where some places charge 1000 or more each album.

Great priced packages. Just don't feel that they did a great job capturing our wedding as a whole. Sad to say there is one good picture of me and my husband from the entire evening. Not what you expect from your wedding day.

I booked Photography Shoppe for both my photo and video needs because they offered the most for the money. They advertise creative and passionate work on their website, but it falls short by far. You get what you pay for. Its not the worst but there are far more talented photographers who are passionate about their work. This is a company that has about 10 photographers they contract out the work to. I had the pleasure of working with one that WAS passionate about being in the photography field, Roberto, he did our Engagement shoot and by coincidence ended up working our wedding too. But the person who did my bridals was the RUDEST most depressive person I have ever met (one of the MANAGERS at that). I had two photographers shoot our wedding (Roberto being one of them) and I have no clue what the other girls name was, she seemed out-of-place, inexperienced, and even a little depressed. I got the vibe she was not in any mood to be there, much less WORK. Same goes for the videographer (I only had one) but I don't recall him moving around much at all at our wedding, I'm a little afraid of how our wedding video will turn out...fingers crossed is all I can do now.

I had a snag with these guys the day before my wedding, but it was just due to poor training for their receptionist, whom I don't think they will be keeping. Everyone else was great, and the quality of the photography was fantastic. Though they are in Baton Rouge, I chose them because they were a much better value than anything in New Orleans. They took engagement photos and wedding photos for us. Highly recommended.

the packages for photography are such a deal! you wont find anything like it! they do a pretty decent job! i recommend them!

The Photography Shoppe was great at accommodating locations for me. I was studying in Baton Rouge prior to the wedding when I would be moving to Houston and they were very flexible about letting me do my bridals and engagement pictures in either city as they have studios in both. Our first engagement shot was horrible and they offered to redo them at no extra cost. They were horrible at communicating and often my emails would go unanswered for months. In fact, only days before the wedding did they respond to questions concerning photography timing on the wedding day as we had very limited time at the venue, at which point their desires conflicted with mine and I had already informed my family and bridal party about my preferences. While having the access to photographers in both Houston and Baton Rouge was great I was sent conflicting information from the studios. I had sent a shot list to the photographers in Houston outlining my wishes and asking for guidance and they informed me that they did not work from shot lists. On the day of the wedding no one was took charge of photography and I had my only meltdown of the day where I said that I didn't want to take pictures at all. I frankly did not want them at the wedding. I feel that all of these problems could have been resolved had they taken the time to respond to my emails not a few days before the wedding but when I sent them-months before the wedding. Luckily my sister took charge and made everything work. I am sure the pictures will be great but wish we had been spared the frustrations.

I was very pleased with the photographers, however my daughter has never received her wedding albums that I paid for. We both have been calling for months and no one will return our calls to let us know why we have not received the albums. I had to pay the balance before the wedding, so I have learned a valuable lesson, do not pay the balance until the entire job is completed. By the way, the wedding was may 21, 2010!

DO NOT hire this company for anything!! This company is not even in the Houston area. Its based in Louisiana. They hire independent photographers for your event. I did not hear from anyone until 1 week from our wedding. The only way to get a hold of them is via email and its never the same person who took your pictures. It took them 8 months to get my CD, prints and canvas and Im still waiting for my Parents books. And the only reason why I got what I ordered is because I kept emailing them everyday for about 2 weeks and threaten them with legal action. Was very dissapointed with pictures....if I could do my wedding over againg I would totally pick another photographer.

DO NOT USE THIS PHOTOGRAPHER! My wedding was on 9/6/09 and to this day I still have not received my wedding album. They keep giving me the run around. First, they were having problems with their server. That took a few months. As a result all their projects were backed up. I've been calling for status updates on my album and they are telling me now that they are having trouble uploading the images. Ridiculous! You have to pay upfront and apparently that's how they screw you. You'll have better luck looking some place else for a wedding photographer.

It has been almost 6 months since my wedding and I still don't have my video. They never answer the phone in Baton Rouge. They never call you back. The girl who I signed a contract with quit about 2 months ago. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!

This company is the epitome of awful customer support. I was married in 2010. I have yet to receive my albums or my prints. I have contacted them on more occasions then I would like to admit, all to no avail. They do not return phone calls or email. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They will let you down every step of the way.

THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY EVER!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. MY WEDDING PICS ARE HORRIBLE, THE COLOR IS BAD, DUMB POSES THEY MADE US DO LOOK BAD AND IN THE ONE GOOD PHOTO THE PHOTOGRAPHERS ARM IS IN THE PIC.
