Incredible experience

I truly don't know what I would have done without Natalie and her team. I was probably a difficult client as my wedding vision changed a few times in the planning process. I also challenged her by asking her to make a 7 foot tall cross for us to get married in front of and she absolutely delivered. The day I got married the weather had the plans, our ceremony time came and it was an absolute down pour and she worked me with me and my coordinator to delay the ceremony for 45 minutes to give me the wedding day of my dreams and I will always be so thankful for her. She was able to hold setting up the ceremony decor until right before and also move all the ceremony flowers to the reception in a matter of 20 minutes. All of our flower decor looked incredible and if you are getting married in Las Vegas - NATALIE IS YOUR GIRL!

The best flowers for our wedding!

I got married in September and finally got back our wedding photos to share for my review. Working with Natalie was an absolute dream. She made my vision come to life and everything exceeded my expectations. I showed her a few inspiration pictures and she completely understood the vibe I was going for. She responded quickly, answered all my questions, and made the experience so smooth. I’m glad I had her to make wedding planning a little less stressful! I’m so grateful for her and her team. 100% would recommend her for any floral needs!

Dream flowers

Joel and I want to thank Natalie from the bottom of our hearts. The flowers for our wedding were so beautiful. Thank you for helping me with my vision. You were so professional and patient with me. Dream flowers

I was married November 5th 2023, and had my ceremony flowers done by Natalie at petals flowers and events. And I absolutely loved my flowers, and so did everyone else. I spoke with Natalie early on in my wedding planning, and she knew what she was doing! I told her my color ideas, and style and she delivered! We talked a few more times afterwards, and she was always friendly, had ideas and input! Day of the wedding they did set up on the gazebo, and delivered my flowers, from the gazebo to my grandparent boutonnières the flowers were perfect! I loved my bouquet, the girls loved theirs, and the guys loved their flowers too! I found the pricing to be pretty reasonable flowers are always expensive, but I found myself afterwards saying “that’s not as expensive as I thought it was going to be”! And truly they were worth the cost, my flowers were dreamy!

Perfection !!!

Have Natalie little vision and was brought to life so amazingly and beautiful. They do everything from delivery and she listens to ideas and creates magic. Anything I text or wanted to add was always met. The centerpieces and everything were just perfect. She has to impress two brides as well and had input from mom. I cannot reccomend enough. All within budget !

Would absolutely recommend!

Petals and flowers was recommended by our wedding venue. I was not disappointed! My bouquet looked EXACTLY like the photo i sent in for inspiration. Everything was exactly as i requested and looked stunning. I have my bouquet in water at home because I’m sad it will eventually die. Natalie was extremely easy to work with and professional. She is able to guide you to make sure nothing is forgotten. I would definitely recommend for any event and especially for any brides.

Last minute magic

OMG...Simply the most amazing service I've ever received. My son was getting married and the person in charge of the flowers bailed on us. I reached out to Natalie who was AHHHMAZING and she helped me put together a beautiful floral package in my budget just 3 days before the wedding. The bride and groom were so over joyed with the way her creative team decorated the venue. Her team put my mind at ease when I came in stressed because we only had the 3 days to pull it all together! Perfect bouquet

We had our wedding at Sunset Gardens and the package included a credit for a bouquet and buttonhole. We added to the credit to be able to have a slightly larger bouquet than provided. Throughout the whole process, Natalie responded quickly in spite of the time difference (I was emailing from the UK) and was very obliging. I was over the moon with the result which I didn’t see until I arrived at the chapel and the scent of the flowers was amazing. Thank you Natalie.

The flowers were beautiful

Everything came out so so beautiful everything from the flower centerpieces to the petals in the aisle to the garland on the gazebo everything came out so pretty the colors came out beautiful and balance everything out and really made the venue come to life. Beautiful work & so great to work with!

We had our wedding on October 9, 2021 at Sunset Gardens and Natalie and her team did an absolutely amazing job on our florals, draping, and uplighting! We were so so very happy with everything. We had a lot of special requests throughout the planning process and Natalie was so patient, helpful, and just great to work with and was always very responsive. I relied a lot on her opinion and professional expertise and we couldn’t be happier with the end result! I was an out-of-town Bride and Natalie made the process absolutely seamless.

Wouldn’t change a thing

We planned a Vegas wedding from Omaha, NE. I chatted with Natalie about our idea, color scheme and sent pics of flowers I was bringing. I was a bit nervous about it all matching but the team nailed it. The flowers truly brought the chapel and reception to life. I was speechless. Beautiful reception florals & decor

We were referred to Petals by our venue Side Yard (owned by Sunset Gardens). I had a wonderful experience with Petals, specifically Natalie. We had our initial call and she provided detailed options with photos based on our vision. When we walked into our reception venue I was so in love with how everything came together between our florals and decor. Pricing was also super reasonable. I would not hesitate to recommend Petals to other couples!

They are incredible!!!

We could not have made a better choice!!! Petals, Flowers, and Events was an amazing addition to our wedding! Everyone LOVED the arrangements and there were actually people asking where they got the flowers, because they were soooo beautiful. Beautiful florals

Natalie was wonderful in executing my ceremony and reception florals and decor for my destination wedding. I sent her pictures and she captured exactly what I wanted. Everything was simply stunning. All of my florals (bouquets, centerpieces, hedge for sweetheart table, etc.) were absolutely gorgeous! I hated to leave them behind, but could not pack them in my suitcase sadly. I was able to leave with my bouquet, and will have it preserved! :-)
Everyone has been raving about how beautiful everything was and I cannot thank her enough for making my wedding simply stunning.

Natalie was recommended to us from a friend in the wedding industry and we loved working with her. We met her at her warehouse where she showed us options for center pieces and had books and books of flowers. We had no idea what flower types existed or their price range. We looked through some pictures showed her what we liked, in what color scheme and what our budget was and she made it work. Centerpieces and bouquets were beautiful. We opted for that more loose look then formal and tight. She even went above and beyond when she came into our venue and said she had much prettier pipe and drape to use over our sweetheart table. And it was amazing. That small little detail i fretted about when i walked into the venue, she fixed in 30 minutes. Was a good sense of relief to have her on our team that day! Thank you Natalie!

Natalie and Petals turn a regular room into an enchanting and breathtaking experience. I had so many pictures and ideas that I wanted to be taken into consideration, and she fused all of those ideas and requests into a reality that was beyond astonishing. The multiple centerpieces were all done with creativity and style, and she is excellent at offering suggestions but also making sure that what YOU want is what is incorporated. I honestly can't put into words how amazing it all was but it surpassed my own vision. Just an absolutely incredible experience and company to work with! I'm not listing how much we personally spent because we had a lot of people and space to cover. We worked on ways to balance the budget numbers and she will give you multiple options to either select from or combine. We combined less expensive and more expensive options and filled the room with the most incredible balance ever. By working with her on how to balance the room we probably saved over $2,000. Definitely worth reaching out to them!!!

My husband and I were married at Sunset Gardens on October 18th in Las Vegas, and I can not say enough good things about Natalie and her wonderful floral team. From day one of planning, to the day of the wedding, everything ran smoothly and stress free. She completely worked with us in regards to some specific flowers I was hoping to incorporate as well as lace from my grandmothers dress that she wrapped around my bouquet. 16 centerpieces, 3 bouquets, 5 boutonnieres, and 1 corsage later...I can not imagine my wedding without Petals Flowers and Events. Thank goodness we have enough wedding photos to cherish all the beautiful work.

We got married last week, and one of the BEST features of the wedding were the flowers Natalie and her team provided us ... We had only one meeting with her, few months ago, and discussed all the details ... Unlike other brides.. One meeting ( one vendor ) was all it took to make up my mind... :) My bouquet was ... exquisite .... The " throw away " one was so cute ... The one for my Maid of Honor was ... just perfect ...
Natalie made sure to write down every single " little " detail ... and ... when the time came... she DELIVERED !! Everything was way beyond my expectations ... Plus ... I wanted her to add some medallions to my bouquet, with some small pictures ... and she did ... I wanted her to add some lace to the MOH bouquet, and she did ... without any comments or complaints, as some would probably do ... It was just PERFECT ... Every single flower arrangement was ... perfect ... We took some home, and ... had the pleasure to admire them for the past few days ... My bouquet is on top of my armoire, drying ... I will keep it for as long as I can ...

As we had a destination wedding, everything needed to be arranged via e-mail. I worried about the whole process and how I could describe exactly what I wanted without face to face meetings. Once I found this company, all of my anxiety disappeared! Natalie made everything so easy. She understood exactly what I wanted and helped guide me through different ways of doing things to achieve the look I wanted, within my budget. Everything was perfect! It's always a little scary planning an event from out of state. This company was on a recommended vendor list from my wedding venue. Natalie was great to work with and was able to give me exactly what I wanted and more. Out of the 4 floral/decor vendors I contacted, she was the only one who really kept my budget in mind and gave me the most options to choose from. I was totally blown away when I walked into my reception and saw my tables. I obviously knew what I was getting, but everything was SO much more gorgeous than I had imagined. Natalie has an incredible eye for detail. I got married 3 weeks ago, and my guests are still raving about how beautiful my centerpieces were. I had four different styles-- some high and some low-- and I still can't pick a favorite.

All you need to do is tell her your theme (mine was "bling") and she will come up with a million different ideas that go with your theme perfectly.

I would also advise other brides to order linens through her. I am soooo glad I did. She has a much better color selection than what the standard venues offer, and little add-ons like table runners make a huge difference.

I also loved the ceremony decor that i had. Natalie hung two chandeliers in the gazebo where I got married, and one more underneath an arch as I walked down the aisle. It made for BEAUTIFUL pictures and really went amazing with my "bling" theme.

My night was perfect and I owe so much of that to Natalie and her great eye for modern, classy style. Thank you for making my wedding look amazing, Natalie!!!!!

Natalie was really quick to get back to me and very professional, which was really great because my wedding was a destination wedding, and most of the planning had to be done via E-mail and phone conversations. I was able to send her photos of ideas that I wanted for both my centerpieces and bouquets, and the results ended up being exactly what I wanted. I felt that she really listened and understood what I wanted, and took the extra time to pay attention to the little details. Natalie was not the least expensive florist I found, but the combination of both her punctuality, professionalism, personality and the AMAZING work that she did made her worth that little bit extra. I just wanted to say that Petals flowers and events went above and beyond for my wedding day! The decor was everything I hoped for and more. Her are ideas are like no other. I once worked for a venue that held many weddings so I have seen many receptions. I knew exactly what I wanted and didn't want. Natalie created a spectacular event. However, I'm a little puzzled on her recent reviews about response time. Any time I've contacted Natalie I received a same day response. Anyway, if you are planning your wedding I would definitely contact Petals flowers and events!

Natalie is so incredible! I am a wedding planner in San Diego so I have worked with a ton of florists over the years. My family is in Vegas and when I got married in 2010 I met with Natalie to do my wedding florals. She was so professional and creative. She took my ideas and created the most incredible design for my tables and ceremony. She came up with ideas that I hadn't even seen or thought of before. Everything turned out so magical and I appreciated her attention to details. When my mom got engaged this year she enlisted my help for planning her intimate backyard wedding in Vegas. Natalie was the first person I reached out to. Not only did she give me tons of options within our price point she also recommended an incredible caterer and helped us get a great price with them. On the day of the wedding she once again she took our vision and brought it to life beyond what we were even imagined. My mom was on a tighter budget and we decided at the last minute to cut back on the ceremony decor. Natalie and her team surprised us by bringing the most STUNNING chandelier that hung from the ceremony arch. We were so grateful and surprised that she did that for us. When my mom saw her bouquet she burst into tears! Obviously I cant say enough good things about her as a former bride and a wedding planner. She is not only a great florist but a great person!

I had a few special requests with my flowers & they immediately came up with solutions & without hesitation they fulfilled my requests. Petals did an amazing job!! We wanted to have an arrangement at the wedding that honored the Bride and the Grooms family who have passed and only with us in spirit. It was absolutely perfect and went great with our collage of passed loved ones! We had more compliments than I can remember on how vibrant and gorgeous the flowers were. First let me say that Natalie with petals flowers and events was an apsalote pleasure to work with. The service that I received while I was planning my wedding was exceptional. I must have changed my ideas 5 times before I decided to do a winter wedding and she was nothing but patient with me. When I sent pictures of how I wanted my centerpieces she was compleatly on board. We both had so many ideas and everything was comming together. I also told Natalie that I wanted to do up lighting and then she sugested upgrated table linnens to tie everything together because my centerpieces where such a statement. As I got closer to my wedding date I started to have doubts and was probably calling them every day until Natalie told me to stop spending money! That's right..... She told me I didn't need anything extra even though she could have made a lot more money off of me. I respect that so much. The day of my wedding I went inside and sa everything put together and almost cried. It was everything and more then I would have ever dreamed of. My centerpieces were incredible. Natalie had even thrown in upgraded candles and chargers for my table and went out of her way to make each place setting perfect. I will forever be great full to have ended up with such a great team of people putting this day together for me an my husband. If your on the fence about who to hire as your florest/planner go with Petals! I can't say enough great things about this company and the people they have working for them. It was a pleasure.

We ordered flowers for a seminar for high-net worth individuals who fly in from all over the country. We needed fresh cut flowers for the tables. I’ve never had better service and value in the 12 years I’ve been conducting seminar. Instead of dropping the arrangements at the front desk on Sunday afternoon, they sent someone at 6:30 Monday morning to make sure they were delivered. The arrangements were large, bright, and attractive. When our event was over, some else came out to pick up the vases to save us money. I’ve never had better service from a florist. They certainly exceeded expectations.

My wife and I got married last year through Sunset Gardens and we used Petals to do our flowers since it was located in the same business complex. We met with Natalie, the owner of Petals, on several occasions leading up to the event and we became more and more excited about our wedding after each meeting. We had a hiking themed wedding and had general ideas about how we wanted our flowers and ceremony to look, but we weren't sure about the specific details of how to pull it off. Natalie was absolutely amazing in helping us formulate our ideas into something that we could not have created on our own. The colors and the flowers were so beautiful on their own, but how everything tied together was just stunning. Our family and friends continually stated that our wedding was the best and prettiest that they have attended. Such a huge part of that was the vision and the level of detail from Natalie and her staff. We were so happy with how everything turned out that I used Petals again a few weeks ago to help surprise my wife on our 1 year anniversary. Once again I was not sure what I wanted, but Natalie had the flowers that we used in our wedding in her files and was able to perfectly re-create our flowers. I had a beautiful flower arrangement for my wife when she came home that looked just as amazing as when we were married. Despite my needing those flowers on one of the busiest wedding days of the year, Natalie once again came through and delivered something above and beyond my expectations.

The service that Natalie Hannigan and her team provides is nothing short of exceptional. I was literally speechless when I saw how beautiful my wedding flowers were (and I am a perfectionist who had very high expectations haha). We just got married on Saturday, October 20 at Ravella Lake Las Vegas. Natalie at Petals Flowers and Events was assigned to us through our package we purchased at hotel. We are so glad we had Natalie for our wedding. I am not a very creative person and didn't have great ideas as far as my flowers. Natalie sat with us for hours brainstorming different ideas for our flowers for the event. She had such great ideas! So we used all of them. On our wedding day, I was nervous because I wanted everything to be perfect (me being a perfectionist). Natalie personally delivered the bouquets to my hotel room and they were the most beautiful bouquets I have ever seen. The ceremony looked amazing and the reception was everything I dreamed of and more. A lot of guests came to us to say it was the most beautiful wedding they have ever attended. I would highly recommend Natalie (owner of petals flowers and events) for any event needing flowers! She is amazing!

When I walked into the ballroom for the first time, I was in shock. The ballroom was absolutely beautiful and exactly what I wanted. Natalie and her team did an amazing job. My husband and I were beyond pleased with the wonderful flowers, setup, and decor Natalie at Petals did for our wedding. Everything came out even more beautiful than we had imagined. Natalie had great recommendations for us and really understood the look and feel we were going for. She is such a sweetheart and took the time to meet and make us feel cared about. The ceremony decor was picture perfect and I was blown away when I walked into the reception and saw the chandelier, dance floor, centerpieces, cake flowers, etc. She really knows what she is doing and if something isn't right at the venue during setup she will make sure that it gets fixed and looks perfect even if it isn't something she brought in.

It was exactly what we wanted and even more than we imagined! :) I HIGHLY recommend Petals and they will be getting all of my referrals.

We found Petals Flowers and Events through Westin's preferred vendor list. The owner Natalie was great to work with from the moment we walked into her shop. She was very helpful in offering suggestions to accommodate our desires. She even had example books set out for us for ideas. Our Ceremony Decor was better than we envisioned! Natalie, personally designed our Chuppah with posies and crystal drapery to make an absolutely gorgeous structure. Our aisle was beautifully set-up with scattered petals and pomander balls that hung on shepherd hooks. Natalie and crew really created the perfect ambiance for our outdoor wedding which really added to the breathtaking views of the lake. A perfect setting to get married! Our flower bouquets were designed with satin wrap and rhinestones which were perfect in pictures. Our Reception Decor and centerpieces were absolutely stunning, very simple and elegant.

Planning a destination wedding can be stressful at times when you don't know how things are going to look until the day arrives... Natalie and staff did an amazing job putting together everything we wanted. We must say we could not have been happier with the choice of going with Petals Flowers and Events. We HIGHLY recommend them!

Oh yeah, one more thing... If you love the outdoors like us, Natalie will give you great ideas on where to go and what to do in the Vegas area =)

Petals is a preferred vendor of the Loews Resort where we were married, and had the nicest website of the 3 or 4 on the preferred vendor list so that's how we decided. Natalie/Petals did the mood lighting, all ceremony, cocktail and reception decor, cake flowers, and linens. It could not have been executed more perfectly. Photos on Petals' website or the portfolio photos just don't do Natalie justice. Her range of work far exceeds what those photos suggest and my expectations were far exceeded.
Decor and tablescape is extremely important to me because I entertain often. The whole process was easy; Natalie had some great ideas and suggestions. We live out of town but Email was just fine. Natalie was organized with her timeframes and patient with accomodating multiple revisions and last minute additions. We didn't have an extravagant budget but she spent time and attention on our wedding. She is professional yet personable. All of the flower arrangements were full and lush, nothing looked skimpy; everything was beautifully done with attention and detail and quality, and was good value. It's evident why Petals is listed as a preferred vendor. There was nothing I thought could have been made better. I highly recommend this vendor.

I am so thankful to have found Natalie and her team at Petals! My daughter was recently married and the flowers and service this company provided was amazing.
I had made a terrible decision by contracting with another company for our floral but I backed out. Three weeks before the wedding, I panicked. But, someone referred me to Petals. In literally two days, they consulted with me and had mapped out a plan for centerpieces, wedding party floral and decor. The day of the wedding, I was so pleased. As we live in Atlanta, we were concerned this would be a difficult process via long-distance but Natalie made us feel as though she was right next door. Gale provided my bouquet for my destination wedding at Loews Lake Las Vegas Resort. I wanted just a simple bouquet of a dozen roses in my colors, and it couldn't have been more beautiful! The colors were exactly what I wanted and stayed gorgeous for several days.

Petals Flower Shoppe did an absolutely amazing job with the arrangements and worked with my budget. I gave a few ideas of what i wanted and they came up with magnificent sets of flowers and bouquets.I wouldn't go anywhere else,they are the best!

The flowers for my wedding were beautiful and affordable. When I had my consultation, the florsist made several suggestions that alowed us to use the ceremony flowers as gorgeous centerpieces.

Natalie and her team did an amazing job on y flowers for my wedding. She helped create a more defined look and aspect to what I was looking at. She went above and beyond the pictures I showed her and everyone loved all of the flowers. I would highly recommend for any flower arrangements.

I loved every bit of what they did for my wedding. Natalie made sure I was happy to to fullest. She redid my bouquet right before the wedding because she knew I would've wanted it fuller. She added a few more details that made everything pop. I had a groomzilla and he was completely stunned. The flowers were perfect. I love the back drop the chandler, everything. Better than I imagined it to be. If you want someone reliable call petals. You won't be disappointed.

Amazing! I can't say enough about how pleased I was with everything. I worked with Teryl and from the very beginning, I knew I was in good hands. The flowers and decor turned out better than I could have ever imagined. It really was one of the best things about the wedding. Simple yet elegant, and very romantic. My flowers were the highlight of my day. They were beautiful and exactly what I wanted. The colors were pefect and my sister's daisies were just what I'd wanted.

I had an 'oh no' moment the day before and realized I had not ordered any corsages for my husbands grandparents and called them in a panic. They took care of it no problem. The only thing I had an issue with is they told me they'd over-ordered on the flowers, so they had plenty extra to make a few corsages-- but they still charged me $30 more for the two of them. If they'd already had those flowers ordered and they were going to go to waste, why should I have to pay for them? Didn't I do that already??? Whatever, money well spent. It made them happy. If they recommend a wrapped rose for a groom, I'd go with it. Ours was just gorgeous and it was so tight that it really looked good on Jason's tux.

We got married on 23/03/14 at the Westin Lake Las Vegas and had Flowers, Petals and Events do our floral arrangements, linens and chairs, ceremony arch and centerpieces. Everything was arranged beautifully and the flowers came delivered more beautiful than we could ever have imagined! I LOVED my bridal bouquet :) It was bound really well so I didn't have to worry about it falling apart. In fact, the flowers lasted for several days, much to my surprise :) I would definitely recommend this vendor as not only were the prices very reasonable, but you also get great value for your money. Our only complaint is that at times the response times were very, very slow (like one month++ to respond to emails) so it had me worried leading up to it that everything would work out, but everything pulled through beautifully in the end :)

Natalie did a wonderful job finding flowers to go with the country theme to my wedding. And my bouquet was absolutely gorgeous. They did great detail and listened well to everything we laid out for them. The arch was decorated beautifully and all of the pieces we made for the wedding they added them to the decor perfectly. They ran on time which was wonderful! Our wedding day was perfect and the sunflowers popped wonderfully! :) -Jackie

Natalie and her team did an amazing job beautifying my venue. I had met with her for an initial consultation, discussed my 'must-have' flowers and she was able to create my image, if not better than I had ever imagined. When I met with other vendors, they would suggest different flowers and I didn't like how they'd change my ideas around. She didn't do that, so she won me over. She also was conscientious of my budget, so that was a plus. Also knowing she did primarily weddings was another plus. I did contribute to my decor (i.e.-candles, lanterns) as it made more sense money-wise, and Natalie was all for it, not trying to up-sell things, so that was extremely helpful. Thanks PF&E for being amazing and creating such a beautiful atmosphere on our big day! I highly recommend!

The flowers were beautiful and everyone was very nice. My only complaint was that the flowers for the head table were supposed to be taken from the Gazbo and put on the head table and they were not as she said they would be. Other than that everything was so beautiful!

Natalie and her team did an absolutely amazing job creating mine and my maid of honor's bouquet as well as all of the boutonnieres, corsages, centerpieces, and cake flowers. My husband and I were married at Sunset Gardens on 3/4/17 and had a stress free experience using Natalie's services. We're from out of town so we had a consultation with Natalie in September of last year. My dream bouquet was filled with peonies but the price per peony was just a little outrageous for the budget we were looking to stay in. Natalie was able to incorporate a few peonies throughout my bouquet and it was still as beautiful as ever! We kept our centerpieces simple and did floating roses and although simple, they were so beautiful. Natalie also had leftover petals she left to decorate the tables which made the tables that much better. We're so pleased with our experience and would recommend Natalie to anyone getting married in the Vegas area.

It was really great working with Petals Floral Shoppe. Initially, I was in contact with one artist who later was replaced with Teryl, who was very responsive and helpful. I had so many ideas in mind and it was hard for me to make a decision but with her help we were able to come to a final decision. We received a credit because of where we booked our wedding and were greatly pleased with that. Everything was beautiful and pretty much exactly what our contract said. The only thing that made me a little said was the pink for the roses was a little off and my rhinestones in my bouquet weren't hot pink as described but a more light pink which worked but would have popped more with the brighter color. All in all we knew they had to work with what they had available and they still managed to make everything look great. Teryl is very nice and I would recommend them especially since it was located so close to our wedding facility at Sunset Gardens.

We received our flowers from petals for our wedding on July 31, 2010. In consultation the florist seemed a bit cold but I later realized it's because she's so very busy all the time. The flowers I wanted were pretty pricey but we did receive a discount as apart of Sunset Gardens package. After discount it was totally worth it! My bouquet was gorgeous, lavender roses and dark calalilies (almost looked black you can see it on there website.) My bridesmaids bouquets were lavender (lilac) orchids. Not only does Petals do flowers but we also ordered a package of energy drinks with our picture on it to place by the bar for drinks. Huge hit at the reception but we didn't order enough for everyone ($3 each can.) All in all I really enjoyed the flowers and their service.

The flowers for my wedding were beautiful. I know that flower prices vary by location, so I'm not sure how good their prices were since I didn't visit any other florists in Vegas. Overall I am extremely happy for what I got and have no reason to complain!

We were very pleased with the bouquets & corsages we had done at Petals. I have a very hard time explaining what I want so I was having a hard time trying to envision what my boquet would look like with the flowers and colors that I picked, but it turned out perfect. Our flowers were there on time and they were exactly what we ordered. The only issue I had was one strand of orchids fell out of my bouquet a couple of times but we were able to get it back in and it stayed for the remainder of the night. All of the flowers were beautiful and just what I wanted.

Petals did a great job with our flowers. The consultant that we worked with was flexible and creative. Their flowers are very pretty, and they were willing to work with me to stay within the budget. They seemed more flexible at our initital visit; after we booked them and things changed a little with the wedding it seemed like there was less creativity and willingness to come up with neat ideas from the consultant. Our consultant was very friendly, but there were other staff members that I didn't find overly friendly. Our flowers were beautiful; I would recommend them based on that. I was happy with their service overall.

The vision was captured beautifully! The set up was gorgeous, flowers were beautiful, especially the ceremony arch and decor. Staff and crew setting up day of was AMAZING - - courteous and cared about the life span of the greenery (it was a hot, outdoor wedding) and super professional. Like the other reviews, however, I did find that Natalie was very short and sometime curt in responses. Rushed booking. No expression of really caring about my wedding at all in responses....sometimes no responses. I understand she has a lot going on, but this is once in a lifetime for a lot of women and it would be nice for her to show some excitement, like my other vendors did. I will say that the first chat over the phone was great...she seemed like a doll and captured my vision perfectly. After she sent the proposal and got the booking is when things went a little south. I'm not sure what a typical florist costs, but I think the PFE has very reasonable prices - - however, you do get what you pay for. The flowers, which were all white, had some flowers that had the edges turning brown...my bouquet wasn't as full as I had been expecting and a few flowers kept popping out.
All in all, PFE is totally worth the money and they did a great job. Flowers were very pretty. Just gotta have faith that they will show up - - which they will :)

First of all, let me say that our flowers turned out to be absolutely gorgeous, and I am very grateful. With that having been said, I would like to provide a couple of warnings to potential customers. It really annoyed me that every single communication I received included threats that if I did not pay them immediately, I would lose out on having their services for the day of my wedding, because there are so many other people trying to book their services. That's fine to tell a potential customer once or twice. But not in every single communication with them, even after they have already confirmed that they are definitely using your services without a doubt. I'm not kidding, it almost would have been laughable, had it not been so annoying. In fact, it wasn't until after I had paid them, and I told them that I was extremely nervous about them even remembering that I was their customer, that they finally stopped doing that. This is not good customer service, and this is not a very nice way to treat women who are already at their wits' ends trying to manage all of the details of planning a wedding. Had this vendor not been a package-deal with the venue, I would have gone elsewhere immediately for this reason alone. Everything turned out just fine in the end, except the colors of the flowers were not what I had asked for. They still looked beautiful, don't get me wrong. Just please be aware that it's a possibility that this might happen. Maybe that has more to do with what is available to them than their failure to listen to you. I doubt they would get anything horribly wrong. The flowers were fresh and beautiful, and they smelled lovely.
