Amanda was such a pleasure to work with. She took away all the stress during a wedding day and set everything up exactly how we wanted! Our reception space looked absolutely amazing. Amanda is such a sweet, kind person and she is always flexible with meeting times and very responsive to texts. I can’t say enough good things about using her as a wedding coordinator. She went above and beyond the night before our wedding and the entire day to make our special day the most amazing day ever! Thank you so much for making our wedding dreams come true! -

Amanda was INCREDIBLE!! I hired her as a month-of coordinator and I couldn't have gotten through our wedding day without her. She went above and beyond with phone calls months before the wedding, always answering my questions over text at any time, and doing an insane amount of work on her own for our AirBNB wedding which required a lot of DIY setup and decor. I was hesitant to hire a coordinator because I didn't want to take up extra budget, but hiring her was the best decision we made. I feel like we got way more value than we paid for. We literally could not have done it without her. I would highly recommend Amanda to anyone!! -

Amanda was an absolute DREAM and the single biggest reason I was able to enjoy my wedding without stress. From the first conversation, she was so warm, professional, and organized, but on the day itself she went above and beyond in ways I can hardly put into words. I didn’t notice a single thing that went wrong (if anything, because she was so organized!) because she was behind the scenes handling everything with so much grace and intention. She was attentive in the most thoughtful way. Checking in on us, making sure we were cared for, and making the day flow seamlessly. She truly felt like family by the end of it, and when she said she was going to miss us after the wedding, I genuinely felt the same. She poured her heart into our day, and it showed in every single detail. If you are on the fence about hiring a coordinator, let me say this: Amanda is the best investment you could make. -

10/10. Amanda Sanchez is the best planner/coordinator you’re going to find in Colorado!! I promise you will be taken care of by her and your stress levels will lower significantly the day you hire her. She simply IS the best.
It’s hard to put into words just how great and skilled she is! Sooo originally (like in the beginning stages) we were going to try to go without a day of coordinator…. That would have been impossible and a train wreck looking back at it all now.
After the first meeting with I had with Amanda I felt like I could breathe again… and I hadn’t even officially chosen or signed with her yet! We just got off the meeting and I immediately knew she was the right choice. My gut was telling me I needed her for all the planning chaos that was about to consume me for the next year and she was going to lighten my load and anxiety in wedding planning. I couldn’t wait to start working with her and secure our spot in her yearly calendar. She lived up to every promise and she truly goes above and beyond for every bride. My family loved her, even the decor rental company we hired said “Amanda was the best planner we have ever worked with”. That says a lot about how she worked with the entire day, like with other vendors, too!
Amanda is someone that felt like a friend, a supporter, and everything in between. She came to every meeting organized and helped us come up with solutions to every problem. I felt comfortable the entire process and the day itself was perfect thanks to her. We had some pretty strange requests such as bringing a piece of cake with us since we were leaving straight on her honeymoon and WOW she was just… amazing. The work is in the details and Amanda didn’t forget any.
Whatever your planning needs are, I am sure you will find the right package for you and she WILL be the best decision you make. Future brides, I promise you will be in the best hands with her!! She made the wedding planning experience so much easier and the day was perfect. I credit so much of that due to her talent. -

Amanda is the best wedding planner out there!
Our wedding was supposed to be outdoors and of course the day of was a giant hail/thunder storm. Amanda worked on the fly and moved our wedding indoors and kept our wedding from completely flooding out! She was amazing and the whole reason our wedding went according to plan and would highly recommend her to any other newly weds! -

We truly couldn’t have asked for a better wedding coordinator than Amanda! From the very beginning, she was friendly, responsive, and incredibly easy to work with. She made the entire process smooth and stress-free. On our wedding day, I didn’t worry about a thing because I knew Amanda had everything under control.
She was always available to answer questions, gave thoughtful and practical advice, and was happy to hop on calls with vendors whenever needed.
Thanks to Amanda, I was able to truly enjoy our wedding day knowing that every detail was being handled with care and professionalism. I can’t recommend her highly enough! -

Amanda was absolutely wonderful to work with, along with being professional, she was also personable. She took on alot of the responsibilities that I would of had to take care of if we didn’t have Amanda there. We had several calls leading up to the big day. I was able to text her with any questions, and get a quick response. She attended our rehearsal dinner as well! She helped clean up the church and the reception venue after the event. It was so nice to have Amanda there for our wedding day, having peace of mind that everything would go smoothly because of her. I had several guests and girls from the bridal party come up to me to compliment Amanda and how amazing she did! I would 100% recommend Amanda to anyone! She is the best and it was a joy to work with her! -

Just what we needed!
Amanda made sure our destination Breckenridge micro-wedding played out as close to my bridal vision as possible. From the first phone call we shared to the end of the big night, she was completely supportive and delightful to work with.
If I could go back and change anything, I would have asked her for even more help that night on the day, because I know she would have been graciously happy to do so. She filled SO many roles - decorator, song request DJ/sound system engineer, cake transporter, lighting designer, camera/tripod operator... I'm sure there's even more I'm forgetting. In all the ways we had to cut costs with other vendors, Amanda filled those holes and made our little event feel like the most epically grand wedding of the decade. If all goes as planned, hopefully we will get to hire her again for our our future anniversary/reunion parties.
