Perfect for our intimate Colorado wedding!
I am so glad we hired Kayle and her team at Petal & Bean for our intimate Colorado wedding! Throughout the planning process, she was very responsive and patient with my questions and requests for changes. She was able to take the inspiration photos I sent and create a detailed proposal that captured everything we wanted. We were so happy with the results, and our guests raved about the flowers. I can’t thank Kayle enough for creating these beautiful flower pieces for our wedding day. We had a destination wedding and she made communication and planning so easy. Kayle and her team were incredible to work with for both planning services and florals for our TenMile Station wedding in Breckenridge. Throughout the process they were professional, organized, and consistently able to anticipate and respond to any questions / requests. All of our arrangements were stunning and exactly what we had in mind. She also came up with a few creative ways to help us re-use florals without any of the spaces looking empty while they were in transition. We also were lucky to have Maddi to work with for coordination services. Kayle with Petal and Bean did the flowers for my daughter's wedding at Blackstone River Ranch. We unfortunately had to change the venue three times and even the date. I was absolutely stunned when I saw the florals that Petal and Bean had done for our wedding! Not being familiar with the industry, I didn’t know what to expect, but I can say without hesitation that Kayle and her team outdid themselves! Due to our wedding being postponed,
I worked with Kayle for over 2 years preparing for our big day. Throughout the entire process, she was very patient and extremely accommodating! I worked with Kayle and am so happy with everything! The flowers were beyond beautiful, she did an excellent job coordinated on the day-of, and she was always responsive. I found their pricing to be great compared to other vendors I spoke with, and the quality of what you get is worth every penny! We had to change the layout the day-of, and she did such a good job on making those changes. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Kayle and her team are exceptional. I can't thank them enough for making our wedding day the most amazing day. Kayle was originally just my florist for our 150+ person wedding, which turned into 1/4 of the size due to the pandemic. We then asked Kayle if she was available to help us re-plan our wedding, which luckily she was more than willing to help us! Kayle is extremely organized, detail-oriented and has exceptional taste. Her and her team did an amazing job with coordination both at the rehearsal and the day-of our wedding. They were so professional and organized and made the day the best. I seriously can't thank Kayle and her team enough for all they did for us.

I'm doing this review a month and a half late purely so I could post our photographer (Kelsey Booth's) beautiful photos of petal and Bean's creations... This company knows what they are doing and keeps things fun and professional. I never actually got to meet Kayle or her employees because the day of delivery I was so busy getting ready; however all of our communications via phone and email were professional, timely, easy, and extremely helpful. If you are anything like me I kept finding myself saying "what should I do? I've never planned a wedding before" (and I'm NOT a fan of researching)! I simply had to tell Kayle what our colors were and she knew exactly what worked well together (these pictures are proof of the knowledge she has). Obviously we had a wedding during a pandemic and Petal & Bean handled the situation proactively. I'd say we got monthly communication which was general, but MUCH appreciated. Even when we had to uninvite 100 guests, I let petal and bean know they gave me options and we figured it out. I did NOT ask for any money back since we were down sizing and needing less decor for chairs, etc (and I'd encourage everyone to really think about it before asking vendors for money back) instead I asked if we could just repurpose and add elsewhere (I promise there is ALWAYS a spot for florals, and they're so pretty/smell so good you'll want at least the minimums worth!). Thank you SO SO much! {FYI it's asking how many guests we had. We originally booked Petal & Bean as 150 guests, but it ended up being 50 due to COVID restrictions}

We could not recommend Petal and Bean more. We used them for both flowers/decor and day-of coordination and they were fantastic for both. Our decor was absolutely stunning and exactly what we asked for. The coordination was also great -- they were responsive, set up calls with us beforehand and the day of made everything go smoothly. No one came to us with any issues and the coordination team made sure we got food, kept in touch with all of the other vendors and just made the night go great. They were so pleasant to work with. And day-of coordination may seem like a skippable cost, but it was absolutely worth it.

Book Petal and Bean for all of your floral needs! Kayle is an amazing florist and can put together magic! I found florals to be hard because it's one of the only things that you can't really sample before hand but don't worry because Kayle will take care of you! Her website has a ton of examples from past weddings and I found that super helpful! I made a pinterest board of florals I liked (including a lot of her previous work) and she nailed it! Seriously, it was exactly how I wanted everything to turn out!
If you hire great vendors you'll be able to rest easy on your wedding day knowing they are taking care of everything- so hire Petal and Bean!

Throughout the floral planning to the minute by minute details of the wedding, Petal and Bean beyond exceeded exceptions. In the beginning, we weren’t sure exactly what flowers, colors, or style would look best for our wedding day. Kaylee helped us come up with a vision and was so patient with us as we determined what look we were going for. Leading up to the wedding, Kaylee and Michelle made sure that all ducks were in a row helping us finalize the timeline, face all obstacles with solutions, and make sure that overall I felt calm and collected. The day of the wedding was PERFECT! The whole team made the night flow seamlessly and kept us on the timeline with no problems. Kayle and her team of floral designers brought so much beauty to my wedding day! Coming into my wedding I had zero floral vision, but Kayle guided me with great questions and the end result was beautiful beyond my wildest dreams. Nicole and Michelle were our day of coordinators, and honestly, if you do one thing for your wedding day, use a day of coordinator. These ladies were professional and knew their job so well. AMAZING - So thankful for Petal and Bean!!
We hired Petal and Bean for our Keystone, CO wedding in July 2019. The flowers we received WAY exceeded expectations! All the bouquets were absolutely gorgeous, and we were completely floored. For us, the flowers weren't the star of the night, so we kept it very minimal with bouquets, boutonnieres, and garland for the tables. Even though this wedding was likely one of the smaller projects for Petal and Bean, they still gave it an incredible amount of time and care. I am so grateful that we decided to work with this company! They were easy, and I was able to make changes two weeks before the wedding with no problem. Before finding Petal and Bean, I called about 15 floral shops in the Summit County and Denver area, and none of them were as responsive, kind, or as reasonably priced as this florist! I would definitely recommend Petal and Bean to anyone looking for AMAZING flowers and service!!

Best florist in town! We worked with Kayle in particular and she was amazing for our winter wedding in Breckenridge. So patient and helpful through everything with changes, ideas and creating our vision. That day she made it so easy on the delivery and we LOVED all of our flowers. I can't imagine planning a destination wedding without these gals. I hired them both for floral and day-of-coordination. Throughout the planning process it gave me piece of mind knowing I always had them available. I had a small, simple wedding at a venue they have worked at many many times before and they were able to give me a lot of tips along the way to make the logistics piece easier for me to navigate.
I was not what you would call a bride "with a vision." I had an idea of color palettes I liked and know I don't like traditional roses, but other than that I couldn't tell you more than three types of flowers I even know. It was SO nice to just flip through their portfolio and see the arrangements they had done for other weddings because they were all stunning! It was extra special when Michelle showed up that morning with our bouquets-- I was absolutely stunned at what they came up with just from one in-person meeting with me and a pinterest page!
I interviewed several companies to assist with day-of coordination and landed back on Petal & Bean because of the value and also their level of professionalism seemed far above the rest with actual contracts, transparent pricing, etc. I also really need to underscore how AMAZING and talented this team is. I walked in to the venue and about cried-- they had set up our decorations and personal-touches in a way none of us could have imagined! ALSO, I managed to forget my garter back home in Oklahoma and one of the assistants went to town and bought me one and totally saved the day! I was completely stunned they did that for us given how busy they already were that day with some things that didn't go exactly as planned (tip: they never do) Michelle gave me piece of mind the entire day-- it's weird to say but I've never had a better time knowing pretty much all the things that day were out of my control-- I know that's because I hired Petal & Bean.

My daughter’s wedding was in Keystone Co. 7-8-18. We used Petal and Bean and really can’t say enough good things. Kayla was very patient with me for the process. We live in Texas so it was hard for us to envision everything. The bouquets were perfect, the arch at the top of the mountain was spectacular and the tables looked wonderful. I would highly recommend Kayle and her staff. And if it is a destination wedding just trust her she is the best

PERFECT FLOWERS & AMAZING STAFF AND SERVICE! The first time Jacob and I talked with Kayle on the phone, she must've thought we were crazy. I have no idea how she interpreted my flower gibberish, but she somehow read my mind about EXACTLY what I wanted, and even more importantly, what I didn't want. Petal and Bean was SO accommodating of small tweaks throughout the process, like updates on venue layouts, number of arrangements needed, details on timing/delivery/set-up, and even last minute changes the day before the wedding. Our flowers were in perfect shape, timeless, elegant, yet comfortable. Petal and Bean helped make me a very happy bride and was a gorgeous addition to our day! THANK YOU! I seriously still dream of my bridal bouquet! :)

We used petal and bean for all of our flowers and decor and as our day-of wedding coordinator and could not have been happier! All of the flowers and decor were beautiful and exactly what we had envisioned. From a planning and day-of coordination perspective, I felt 100% confident that everything would run smoothly knowing that Nicole was on top of it - and she was. She helped us navigate poor weather and other than that, the day could not have been more perfect! Thank you to Kayle, Nicole, and team - we highly recommend them to anyone getting married in the area for both flowers/decor and planning/coordination.

My wedding was in Breckenridge in September of 2016...I know, I'm a bit late on my review. But, Kayle and her staff did a great job on the flowers. I was on a budget for my destination wedding, so they only created my bouquet, the bouquets for the bridesmaids, corsages for my mom and god mother and boutonnieres for the groomsmen, my father, the pastor and the groom. All in all, I would say my requested flower order was small in comparison to many other weddings that have a florist do all the floral decorations. I had one specific flower that I requested to only be used as a part of my bouquet and also used for the groom's boutonniere...the flame lily, or Gloriosa Lily. This particular flower is the national flower of my husband's country. Kayle not only obtained the flower, but flawlessly utilized it where requested. Because the wedding was destination, I never went into the shop to sit down with Kayle, yet she and her staff took the vision I had of "traditional" bouquets and simple calla lily boutonnieres, which we had discussed over the phone and through emails and masterfully created pieces that were more beautiful than I had expected. I would highly recommend Kayle and her staff for your wedding.

Kayle and her team were absolutely fantastic to work with. We were planning our wedding from NY, and Kayle made it so easy for us every step in the process. From our first call to delivering everything herself, Kayle listened to what we wanted, helped us figure out what we actually wanted (lol!), provided us many pricing options, and exceeded our expectations. We were so impressed and ultimately comfortable since we trusted Kayle and her team. I'd highly recommend them for any floral needs!

Kaylee and her staff did the flowers for my October wedding in Frisco. The bouquet, crown, boutonnieres, table decorations, etc, were all spectacular!!! Kaylee is professional, smart, and very creative. Everything turned out great, and it was reasonably priced. I highly recommend Petal and Bean!

I cannot say enough nice things about the entire team at Petal and Bean! We had them do our wedding flowers and serve as our day of coordinator. The flowers were so gorgeous! Even though I only chatted with Kayle about what flowers I liked and my general style, she created incredibly beautiful bouquets and center pieces that were exactly what I had envisioned! Nichole was our coordinator and was SO helpful with coordinating with the venue AND all of our other vendors. She was detail-oriented and incredibly calm, which made it so that I didn't worry about anything on the day of! She was much more than just a day of coordinator! She really went above and beyond to help make our day absolutely perfect and seamless!

We had a fantastic experience with Petal and Bean. Kayle was very easy to work with, and was incredibly helpful in getting a proposal together that fit our budget. She helped us get our costs down by using lots of ruscus (leafy greens) for the centerpieces and chuppah, with pops of white flowers throughout. Everything ended up looking amazing - and exactly in line with our expectations and vision. We were especially happy since we were planning the wedding from afar, and got everything planned with only a few phone calls (we never met in person). We'd highly recommend Petal and Bean to other couples.

Cullen and I originally had plans to hire Petal & Bean for flowers only, but my husband convinced (okay, it didn't take that much convincing) to hire Kayle & her team for weekend of planning as well. Best idea ever! We had a destination wedding, so it was great having Petal & Bean's local knowledge and guidance. Even if you're not from out of town, the weekend of planning package is a MUST. Not having to worry about the set up/tear down, running the rehearsal, bustling my dress, etc. was so worth it. From the moment we stepped foot in Petal & Bean for our original consultation to the end of our reception, Kayle and her team were there to make sure our questions were answered and our big day went off without a hitch. And let's not forget about the quality of the product. They brought my ideas to life better than I ever could! And they came up with their own - don't be afraid to their creative minds go to work. Everything was absolutely stunning! If you're looking to hire just straight up good people who truly care about their work and strive to (and do) exceed expectations, look no further than Kayle and her team at Petal & Bean. During our initial consultation they were respectful of our budget and worked with us to provide what we were hoping for without going over. For example, we repurposed our ceremony arrangements for the reception. The bouquets and table centerpieces came together beautifully and were even better than I had imagined they would be!

If you are in the market for a wedding coordinating florist you need not look any further that Kayle Walker and her team at Petal and Bean. We hired Petal and Bean to work as both our weekend coordinator and our florist for our Snowy Spring wedding. Kayle did an incredible job of providing us with counsel and guidance throughout our wedding planning process by offering us vendor recommendations, timeline development and overall organization. Kayle even went so far as to sample our rehearsal dinner restaurant for us since we lived on the other side of the country and wouldn’t be able to do so ourselves. My uncle was the officiant for our wedding, but this was not something he had ever done before. Kayle was willing and able to provide him with tips for how to best preside over the ceremony which I know he appreciated. While Kayle and her team were amazing to work with and removed so much of the stress of setting up and tearing down our venue, I do not have the words to express just how beautiful our flowers were. For the rest of our lives we will look at back at pictures of our wedding and recall how gorgeous and perfectly matched our flowers were to the vibe and palette of our wedding. I do not know how this was possible, but Kayle managed to take my ideas and concepts for our flowers and make them even better; she seemed to somehow know more about what I wanted than I did. I am so grateful we found Petal and Bean to work with us on our special day.

I interviewed a few local businesses in Breckenridge before deciding to move forward with Petal & Bean for my wedding flowers and weekend of planning. Choosing Petal & Bean was the best decision I could have made! I was planning everything from NYC and a little nervous and Kayle was there for me throughout the entire process (almost an entire year) to reassure me that everything would be great! She answered all my questions and made terrific recommendations. When the big day was there - Kayle and her team worked their magic! I was stress free and they nailed the look I was going for! My bouquet was GORGEOUS!!!! Better than anything I saw on Pintrest! I couldn't be happier and highly recommend going with Kayle and her spectacular team for your wedding or next event!

Using Petal & Bean for our flowers and weekend of coordination was hands down the best decision we made for our wedding. Kayle Walker was excellent at organizing and planning the rehearsal dinner, ceremony and receptions events. Katie Ann Bailey and her assistant were INCREDIBLE the entire weekend. I cannot say enough good things about how they made sure the flowers, decorations, and events went smoothly. Katie Ann also defused a potential situation with a member of the bridal party and made sure it did not interrupt the rest of the reception. They made sure everything was perfect. I also wanted to mention how Petal & Bean went out of their way to keep things on budget and they even secretly coordinated with our parents to get slideshow equipment set up to play during our first dances. Hire Petal & Bean if you are having a wedding in Colorado!

I did dry flowers for my wedding through a private vendor but knew I wanted a fresh partial flower crown that matched my arrangements and theme of my wedding. Working with Kayle to accomplish this was so seamless and easy. Couple emails and photo's were exchanged and my PERFECT partial crown was ready for pickup the day of my wedding. I got SO many compliments on it all night and a lot of people loved the idea of incorporating the crown instead of a veil since you can wear it all night. Thanks so much Kayle-for such a small detail in my hair, your work really wow'ed a significant amount of people.

Kayle has truly crafted her skill set!! Being from out of state and getting married in Colorado, I wasn't sure which flowers would be in season. I gave Kayle just an idea of what I had pictured for my bridal bouquet. She was extremely responsive to all my inquires and was as excited as I was about my day!! Kayle is truly amazing at her job. I went to her adorable flower shop about a year before my wedding with some pictures and colors and asked for her help to create a rustic themed wedding. She had so many creative ideas and rental items that fit into exactly what I wanted. My floral budget got kinda tight at the end and she was so nice and understanding about helping me get what I still wanted but using different ideas, flowers, vases etc. She truly made my wedding one of a kind, I cant thank her enough for everything she did. She is VERY easy and personable to work with.

Where do I begin? There are so many positive things to say about Kayle Walker, owner of Petal and Bean. One of the best decisions I made for our wedding day was hiring Kayle to be our "day of coordinator" and florist. Kayle offers superior service. Not only is she talented, organized, attentive, directive, easy to work with, and professional, she is also kind and thoughtful. She doesn't go the extra mile to make each bride feel special, she goes the extra 10 miles. For example, she gave my husband and me one of the most thoughtful wedding gifts of the night. It is evident that Kayle is in the business of making brides happy. She truly enjoys and takes great pride in her work.
In addition, Kayle is a wealth of knowledge and has made many business connections. She assisted us in finding a vendor to provide lighting at our wedding for a much more reasonable price than we had originally found during our own search. In the end, we saved money by working with her.
Kayle executed our wedding beautifully, in regards to both wedding coordination and florals. She helped make our dream wedding a reality on a budget we could afford. We feel extremely fortunate to have worked with Kayle and Petal and Bean for our wedding. She exceeded our expectations in every possible way. I simply could not recommend anyone more highly.

I loved working with Kayle. My now husband and I were on a super tight budget. We had put our wedding on hold for over a year and decided it was time to do it... Finally. We were getting married in FairPlay and I found her through my long distance search (Virginia). She is absolutely wonderful to speak with and easy. I sent her ideas I wanted to stick with and my. Tiny budget and she nailed it. I am a super OCD control freak/perfectionist and I had total trust in her and she nailed it. Having a destination wedding or local, choose her and you won't be disappointed.

After a short phone consultation she created unique and reasonably priced florals that were just perfect for the setting. She was a peach to work with. If I could give a 10 star rating I would. Kayle at Petal and Bean was unbelievable. Not only did she do the flowers for my wedding in Breckenridge, but she arranged most of the decor for my ceremony and reception (2 different locations). I know nothing about flowers, or decorating for that matter, and I simply described to her how I envisioned my perfect day looking and she created exactly what I had in mind. My guests were blown away at how elegant and classic everything looked, and she was able to utilize the natural beauty of our ceremony and reception venues to the fullest. Kayle also came up with the ideas for my name cards, name card holders, table numbers, table seating assignment (a window pane with everyone's names which came out perfectly), linens, napkins, guest book and gift table decor, and much more I can't think of right now. Kayle was professional, friendly, independent, knowledgable, creative, adaptable, punctual, and efficient and she executed my wedding so perfectly. Thank you so much Kayle and Petal and Bean!

I couldn't have been happier with the way our flowers turned out for our wedding. I worked with Kayle who helped me figure out my likes/dislikes (I don't know too much about flowers) but she was able to walk me through what I would want and what I definitely would not like. Allowing her to use her creative sense with ideas of what I liked made for my PERFECT bouquet along with perfect bridesmaids bouquets. They also created a floral headpiece for my wedding that was perfectly detailed to what I told them. If you want a florist that will bend over backwards to make your flowers special, really listen to your wants and designed towards you, look no further. I would absolutely recommend this florist to anyone!

I worked with Dina for my wedding, and let me just say wow. She was great through the whole process, listened to every thing I said I wanted and did not want and really let her creativity flow. When we arrived in Breckenridge a few days prior to the wedding we decided to drop in and meet her. She asked to see pictures of the venue so she could get more inspiration(wedding was at a private residence). She really delivered. All my guests were blown away, and my Dad was especially pleased to see the unique use of flowers. She really works withs you on price, and tries to find things that would work in budget. We also has a few DIY vases for the aisle way that came out beautiful. Everything was stunning. Just stunning.

Dina was the perfect florist to work with. I showed her some pictures, gave her a color scheme and set her free. She did not disappoint. She went above our expectations for the wedding. We gave her some antlers to incorporate into the centerpieces and the arch for the ceremony. Everything turned out beautifully!

We just had our daughter's wedding at a private home in Breckenridge. Dina was amazing throughout the entire process. She coordinated the tastings, helped us put the ceremony together, suggested photographers, found our beautiful rentals and an amazing chef.
Most of all she was always there to make sure it all came together. She was kind, professional and really listened to what we wanted and made our daughter's dream wedding a reality.
I called her the day before the wedding, realizing I didn't have place cards and candles for the ceremony. She was on the mountain and met me back at her shop in 30 minutes! Dina to the rescue!
Can't say enough about her artistry with flowers. Stunning and set the tone for our whole dinner.

My husband and I planned a Breckenridge, CO destination wedding from Washington, DC. Hiring Dina and Stacy at Petal and Bean was the best wedding decision we made! Initially, we contacted Dina to do flowers and décor for our wedding at Sevens. Although I did not have much of a vision, she talked me through every step of the process and we formulated a plan together. Since Dina intimately knows the venues in Summit County, she was able to come up with the perfect “look” for Sevens and us. Since, our wedding was smallish (85 people), I initially thought we would be fine sans wedding planner. But, 10 days out from our wedding day, I panicked and called Dina and Stacy. They said they would be thrilled to handle the day for us (but, I don’t suggest this practice- book Dina and Stacy the second you select your date!). In the end, Dina and Stacy coordinated our entire wedding day. They were a much-needed liaison between our vendors and my family. The flowers and outside décor were more beautiful than we ever could have imagined. Dina designed a candy bar and coordinated all of our linens. Dina and Stacy were an integral part of our day, and my mom and I were able to relax and enjoy ourselves after handing them the reigns. After our wedding, I joked that Dina and Stacy were my “wedding angels.” Their services could not come more highly recommended.

Dina and Stacy were absolutely amazing to work with, and really put me at ease in the preparation for the wedding. I brought some ideas and photos with me when we met to discuss what we wanted, and honestly- what eventually became the focal point of the wedding was something more beautiful than I ever could have imagined. Dina definitely knows what she's doing, and it really helped me to be able to just enjoy everything. I have received the sweetest, most sincere complements on how beautiful everything was, and it warms my heart every time I hear someone talk about how beautiful everything was- especially the flowers. The atmosphere Dina created was honestly better than I ever could have expected, and was unique to my groom and I. I wanted to do this once, and do it right- and, thanks to Dina, I more than accomplished that. My guests have said it was "the most beautiful wedding" they'd ever been to.
Dina also offered to handle my 'day of' and her assistant Chrys pretty much saved my life that day. She helped me so much with making arrangements and coordinating things/ meeting vendors for me. It freed me up to have time with family and friends, and gave me real peace of mind that day. I am so grateful to her. It was a wonderful, wonderful support to have.

Dina and her crew were amazing in setting up the wedding we had envisioned. We had an Indian wedding in Keystone, CO.
For the ceremony, Dina provided us with wedding aisle flower decor, gorgeous bride and bridesmaid bouquets and big carnation lays that are part of the hindu wedding ceremony. She also helped us with making the outdoor tent beautiful and rustic with large twine balls that were covered in lights. For the dining table centerpieces we showed her an inspiration picture of grapevine with moss, succulents and brightly colored orchids - and she replicated this beautifully!
I was extremely pleased with the end result and got so many compliment from my family and friends on all the decor! I would definitely recommend Petal and Bean for anyone's wedding day!

I chose to meet with Petal & Bean originally because there aren't too many florists in Summit County and we had stopped into another shop at one point and they were very rude. My initial consultation with Dina was wonderful. She knew so much about our venue (Keystone Ranch) and was very helpful. I showed her photos of flowers I liked and our wedding colors. She was able to come up with some great ideas, especially since I don't know a lot about flowers. On our wedding day, all of the flowers and decor were more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. They did such a fantastic job!

The team at Petal and Bean were wonderful to work with! Dina and Stacy….Everything you accomplished for Meredith’s wedding on Aug. 12, 2011 was exceptional - from the outside garland to Grandma’s memorial flowers to the cake greenery to the bouquets and corsages and of course, to embellishing the inside of Timber Ridge (Keystone)!!! Undoubtedly, Meredith's and the bridesmaids' bouquets were beautiful! When I first went inside Timber Ridge to take a look before the wedding, I was amazed at and awed by the beauty and (your) creativity! The ballet slippers and flowers on the sign-in table along with the musical note escort cards informed guests about Meredith and Miles. The tall, ribbon-tied tulle with flowers complemented the ballet theme and magnified the height of the building while creating a cozy feeling! Having floating candles on the tables with the short vases of flowers and tall vases of floral balls, crystals and candles presented a subtle contrast of simplicity with elegance as well as harmony and intrigue. As evening approached and night came, Timber Ridge became even more beautiful and intimate because of your talent. Many of the guests came up to me to tell me how much they admired the setting including the photographer's assistant who mentioned that this was one of the best decor she has seen! We truly appreciate how you created the look that Meredith wanted. In fact, I believe that the substitutions in décor you made to keep costs within our budget actually accentuated the theme, flair and experience without compromising the size or beauty or look of the floral decorations! I could not be happier with the service by Petal & Bean!! The first time I met with Dina she was able to see my vision and make it a dream come true. It was such a pleasure working with her. She was such a great communicator throughout the entire process that the flowers were the least of my worries - imagine that! I trusted Dina, and she far exceeded my expectations!! Planning a wedding is quite the experience, and I was worried about many things...but my flowers was not one of them. I have personally known Stacy and Dina for years, and knew they were the ones I would trust with my flowers.
I knew Dina was very creative, and I wanted to let you have fun with my wedding. When we would meet, it was always a pleasure, very mellow and relaxing. All I had to do was tell her just a little bit about my vision, and she took care of the rest. She stayed right in my budget, and honored that truly. Great personal attention to our wedding was felt at all times making it as unique and special as we wanted. Dina and crew knew how to find out what we really wanted and made it happen. I got married in Breckenridge this summer and used Petal and Bean for my bouquet, table, and altar arrangements. We also had boutonnieres and corsages. My flowers were beautiful and I could not ask for anything more!! Actually, I wish I had more time at the wedding just to appreciate the flowers, but alas, pictures will have to do.
Kayle is VERY GOOD AT LISTENING and taking careful notes. If I was wishy-washy or unsure, she asked questions until she was sure of what I wanted. I felt totally confident in her abilities. My flowers arrived on-time and were beautiful :).

Ordered a partial flower crown and the flowers were positioned at the center instead of off to the side as requested which required some doctoring day of. Bouquets were more rounded than anticipated but not a big deal. Overall the flowers were beautiful and the service was great.

Dina & Stacy provided the florals, decor rentals, linen rentals, and basically helped my husband & I plan the entire look of the ceremony and reception. We walked in with a few pintrest pictures and the colors we wanted to use, and they took it from there.
We rented a fairly large space, but only had about half the number of guests it could hold. We were a little worried that it would feel cold and cavernous, but Dina had so many wonderful ideas on how to make the room cozy and get the feel we were looking for. They brought in everything from pipe and drapes to divide the room into different spaces to 6' aspen branches with christmas lights. Dina, Stacy, and their whole team totally transformed the space in a matter of hours. They were great to work with and very professional.
An added bonus for my husband was that Stacy was part of the process, he even has his own 'groom-er' board on pintrest that has a lot of great ideas for the men in the wedding. Plus he sat down with us during the initial consultation, which I think put my husband at ease and let him more freely share his ideas.

Only one word can describe Petal and Bean: AMAZING! The bouquets were gorgeous, the centerpieces were unique and everything was exactly what I wanted. Dina was easy to work with. She is a genius when it comes to flowers and has a vision that is beyond anything I could have imagined. I received many compliments on both my bouquets and centerpieces. It was so cool to meet with Dina about flowers for my wedding - she knows so much about flowers! I brought in some photos on Pinterest of what I liked and she noticed that I liked round shaped flowers - who knew!!? She did - and that clicked with me that she totally knew what I wanted for flowers at my wedding. They were absolutely gorgeous and I wish they could have lasted forever! I gave her my budget and she worked with it substituting some flowers to make a less expensive arrangement.
The only thing I wasn't sure about was on my wedding day, I saw my wedding coordinator arranging the flowers on the tables. I thought that Petal and Bean would do that since I paid for delivery and set up. My coordinator said not to worry so I didn't and the flowers looked fabulous! I would just make clear how much set up they do as I'm not sure we went over that.
