I had a great experience working with the Personify team! They were very professional and quick to answer questions. The trail session was fabulous and knew right away this was the right team for my wedding day. The hair and make up were perfect. The makeup stayed all night and not too heavy while still providing full coverage but still looking natural. I got so many compliments and can’t thank Arrvada and Lola enough!

I first met Arrvada when I was looking for someone to do make up for engagement photos. I loved that she specialized in natural makeup. Then I showed her my dress and asked her thoughts on my hair. So professional. I booked very far in advance, did a trial and from that learned what I didn't like/what didn't work. I had a different artist, Emma, for my engagement photo shoot makeup that i paid for separate from my bridal makeup and she did such an awesome job. Listened to my preferences, looked at my inspiration photos and made me look so beautiful and natural. I was lucky that she also was the artist for my wedding day. She made me and my bridemaids look so beautiful and she made my flower girl feel so special. Highly recommend!

I felt like a princess!
I am SO glad I chose personify. I did many makeup trials with others and never felt like "me". I left those trials feeling like maybe I was the problem and just wasn't meant to look the way I imagined on my wedding day. Amazing team!
Arrvada and Aloha were amazing!! I had a few inspiring looks but nothing concrete I wanted to recreate so I have them some freedom by telling them how I wanted to look and trusting them. They didn’t disappoint! I’ve never had my hair or makeup done and I never wear my hair up so was nervous of doing an updo for my wedding. They made me feel beautiful and confident but still look like myself! My makeup and hair held amazing all night, as did all my girls. There was no makeup on anyone’s clothes or dress throughout the whole night despite all the sweat and hugs. Arrvada knew what questions to ask to help guide what products to use and I appreciated that. My sister has super sensitive skin and she worked with her to make sure she wouldn’t react to anything on the day of. They were on time, got us ready exactly in the time they said they would and were flexible when I changed to location of getting ready a week before the wedding. I would certainly book them again!!

Makeup & hair that lasted forever
The makeup and hair lasted throughout the day and night and still looked good as when I first got it. Personify Bridal team was amazing with me and my bridesmaids throughout the process and are a fun bunch! They listened throughout and worked with everyone individually.
Pricing was affordable, which initially was my budget, so it worked out!

The Personify Bridal team did such an amazing job with me and my wedding party. Aloha made my hair look exactly as I pictured, and Arrvada’s makeup work made my face more beautiful than I ever imagined. I didn’t even need to touch anything up—my makeup lasted the whole night. They also came to my wedding venue, saving me the stress of an additional trip on my wedding day.
I’m incredibly pleased and happy that I picked them. I would 100% recommend them to anyone else planning their special day.

Loved my hair and makeup!
I hired Personify Bridal for my bridal hair and makeup as well as my bridesmaids and mother on 9/3/22. MJ and another MU artist did our makeup and Stephenie did our hair. They arrived on time (despite some craziness with parking downtown due to a convention), got everyone done on time, and did a wonderful job. I was extremely happy with my hair and makeup - and it lasted all night long despite the Sacramento heat (and sweat). They also gave me a very sweet bridal box with extras and all my bridesmaids and mom a touch up kit. Everyone was so nice and professional. We have only gotten a few photos back but so far it has turned out great in photos.

I hired Personify Bridal for my July 2022 wedding. It was 2 days before my wedding when my previous make up artist cancelled due to COVID. I am so thankful that I hired personify bridal! Arrvada was amazing! Even though we did not have a trial, she knows how to work with clients and make everyone look naturally beautiful on their wedding day. I was nervous about my wedding makeup but I am so happy with her services. My pictures turned out amazing! She even helped smooth my neck and chest area so that it didn't look so red. It looked better than ever! She also helped my bridesmaid with her hair, even though we only purchased makeup. She was kind, helpful, professional, and fun to talk to. I also did not expect so many gifts in the bridal touch up kit. I am so thankful that she unexpectedly worked on her day off to help us out! Arrvada & her team at Personify Beauty did an amazing job with beautifying myself & my 10 ladies for my wedding day last month! Arrvada was extremely responsive to any questions or concerns that I had throughout the entire planning process. One of the biggest concerns I had when I first was researching for hair & makeup artists was finding a company that could take care of my number of ladies within a certain timeframe. Arrvada assured me immediately that her team would be able to accommodate that need, which was a huge relief! Also a great perk budget-wise, if you book within a certain amount of time prior to your event you can get a nice discount! Otherwise they have very reasonable & affordable prices for their services.
Personify Beauty has quality artists who listened to each and every vision of hair styles & makeup looks then turned those ideas into reality. Shoutout to Whitney for helping my-indecisive-self try out multiple hair styles at my trial to then doing something immensely different for my wedding day. She absolutely nailed the look & she talked me through each step of the way. Also shoutout to MJ for creating a perfect sultry yet glamorous makeup look. The day-of was seemless, with both Tosh (our Make-up Artist) and Stephenie (our Hair Stylist) arrived early despite hitting unexpected traffic and ready to make us beautiful! I am so thankful for choosing this vendor to help me look wonderful on my wedding day! I was stressing so much dyring that time cause my make up artist cancelled on me less a week before my wedding and I was crushed. Personofiy Bride has great reviews about their ability to accomodate last minute request. My prayers were answerd when they accomodated my request to book for a make up trial ( which i never even had nor scheduled successfully with my ohter vendor) a few days before the big day! Aloha - my make up and hair artist, was the sweetest, funniest and most creative person ever! She pacified all anxieties i has for the upcoming big day. On the day itself, she made adjustments to our style guide and surprised me with a hair do that i loved loved so much! I felt so. Beautiful that day and Aloha and Ranjit (i hope i got the name right) finished up additional 5 ladies in my party on time! Everyone was awed and happy with their work! I found Arrvada and crew on Instagram and had to reach out to her. As a 36 year old bride I wanted to look like me, just the best version of me. I was coming from cross country for my wedding so Arrvada was able to accommodate my trial 5 months prior to my wedding. Communication was amazing and worked with my 3 hour time difference. When there was a staffing change prior to my wedding Arrvada offered me a free makeup trial to work with her instead of the original makeup artist which just shows her level of professionalism. Personify Bridal did my whole bridal party and both moms. They showed up
On time and got right to work. All the girls were thrilled with the way they looked and it was all so affordable I was able to treat all the girls. Arrvada and crew were a blast to get ready with on my wedding day. I’m so glad I found them!

Stop Looking! This is perfection!
First of all - I'm a pretty picky person. Second of all - I don't want to have to "worry" about a vendor. Personify Bridal is perfection. I was instantly blown away during my trial run when Arrvada asked me probably no less than 30 questions about me, myself and my day. And I remember sitting in the chair thinking - this woman is brilliant. All the things you don't think about. "What is your current makeup style" "How do you envision your wedding" "Do you sweat and it beads on top of your lip" - every single question she asked had a purpose, and it was brilliant. I should say that my girls are also picky. :) And they couldn't stop raving about the professionalism and their experience with Arrvada and team. They were prompt - kept calling out time - and ran like an insanely well-oiled machine. Our makeup did not budge, smudge, run..... through MANY tears. And the icing on the cake was that I felt beautiful, still myself, just a more beautiful version :) Arrvada - I'm going to need some lessons - seriously.

Make up stayed on all day from 8am - 11pm ! It was amazingggg. Arrvada knows what she’s doing forsure ! Aloha is super friendly & knows how to keep conversation going. We had a super early start (6am), and her energy was so positive and sweet. My hair looked amazing as well and she really made it look like the pictures I sent without extensions.

Arrvada and her team did an amazing job! I scheduled a hair and makeup trial a few months before my wedding, and they were very professional and attentive to what I wanted done. On the day of the wedding, Personify Bridal did hair and makeup for a total of 7 people (myself, my bridal party, and my mom), and everything turned out beautiful! They were prompt, efficient, and very friendly, which made the whole getting ready process all the more enjoyable. They were even able to accommodate my bridesman's male contouring and hairstyling! The hair and makeup lasted through the entire wedding ceremony and reception. Throughout the whole process, Arrvada was very responsive via email or text. Aarvada communicates so well, and we had a blast getting my hair and make-up down for my wedding! We had a tiny back yard wedding, and she was gracious enough to come over to our house. WOW! I cannot say enough great things about this vendor. They did a fantastic job on the hair and makeup, and gave me a better bridal look than I could have imagined!
Getting married during the pandemic and CA fires left a lot of uncertainty around our wedding day. Personify Bridal was very understanding of all the changes and did whatever they could to make our day as easy as possible.

I hired Personify for my bridal hair and makeup. They also did hair and makeup for my maid of honor and my pre-teen flower girl, and makeup for mother of the bride. It was a last minute booking and they were able to accommodate my schedule and even arrange a trial run within a short window. The whole team was so friendly and accommodating. The hair and makeup was great, the communication, everything. I highly recommend this great group of gals.

Flawless makeup + hair during covid!
We were getting married during covid, and I am so happy I went with Arrvada + team. Everyone wore masks and assured me of the ways they sanitized their kits. I didn't end up liking the initial hairstyle and Stephanie was so sweet to redo it in a way I loved. Tosh did an amazing job! I jumped into the pool in my wedding dress and my makeup looked flawless when I got out of the pool! I'm very budget conscious. Personify Bridal struck the right balance between being professional and trustworthy (Arrvada sent over a contract, which protects both parties) and reasonable pricing.

Gorgeous Yet Still Me!
Personify Bridal were the perfect fit for my wedding day. They were flexible when I added one more bridesmaid 2 months before and when we could't do a trial run because I live full time in another country. They also were willing to come earlier so that me and the 4 girls would be done by the correct time. (We were even done early!) They were professional but also really fun to be around while we were all getting ready! The reason I hired Personify Bridal was because they specialised in natural looks and that is exactly what was delivered. They enhanced my look and made me feel gorgeous yet still like myself. I couldn't have asked for a better group. (They were so good, even some of my bridesmaid wanted their information because they did such a stellar job with every single one of us!)

I booked less than 2 weeks ahead and it was just for me. I was nervous about the appointment. But no worries. Whitney showed up at my hotel about 10 minutes early. Awesomely friendly and very attentive to what I wanted. She totally understood what I wanted and she did a great job. Great hair and makeup and emotional support
Arvada made me feel really comfortable from the beginning. She listened to what I had in mind, and offered some ideas, but never did things her way without complete consent. This went for both my trial run and day of. On the day of, she made sure she was a bit early, and simply stayed in the lobby of my venue until I was ready. Getting normal bridal jitters, she helped calm me down. I changed my mind on how I wanted my eyeliner done, and she had no problem going with the flow. I have really oily skin, but was never shiny and my makup stayed in place all night! She even even gave me pointers on how to take care of my skin and hair weeks before the wedding. She didn't just make me feel like I was getting my makeup and hair done. She made me feel like she was a friend who really wanted to be there for me. Thank you Arvada!

I hired Personify Bridal to do the hair and makeup for my bridal party for my June 10 wedding. I was very impressed with the team's timeliness, courtesy, and overall professionalism. I did not have to worry about a thing on the day of the wedding. Prior to the wedding day, I communicated with Arrvada who was very organized and responsive to all my questions (for example, she solicited input on the styles my bridesmaids and relatives were looking for). She was flexible with changes as well. At the end of the day, everyone looked amazing and I would highly recommend Personify Bridal to future brides and their wedding party.

Arrvada was very communicative, and was able to do a "virtual trial" with me, asking tons of great questions in order to find out what we were looking for. Everyone was SUPER happy with their hair and makeup, and we also had a great time with them the morning of the wedding. I decided to switch what I wanted last minute and Arrvada was very flexible and was able to work with me to get exactly what I wanted. I was looking for low-key, natural wedding makeup that would match my low-key, wedding style. Arrvada at Personify Bridal delivered and then some! During our trial she worked with my vague ideas and the fact that I know nothing about makeup or hair to put together a look that I loved! On the day of my wedding Arrvada and her team arrived early and didn't scorn me for being late and did a fantastic job working with my bridal party and family as we got organized on a hectic day. She and her bridesmaids looked beautiful, and they even took care of the wedding coordinator! They were professional, on time and very flexible with who was getting what done on the day of. She took the time to talk with the bride and really get to know her, so that her make-up and hair reflected who she was rather than just doing something “pretty”. Not only did she take me for bridal hair and makeup with only 9 days notice before my wedding, but she made me look absolutely stunning on my wedding day! I have never felt more beautiful in my life! She made sure I was comfortable during the makeup trial and that I always felt like myself when applying makeup. She was very flexible with what I wanted and brought ideas when I wasn’t sure. Although my original stylist cancelled on me so close to my wedding, it was the best thing that could have happened to me! My hair and makeup lasted all day during an outdoor wedding and reception. I met with Arrvada for my trial run before my Bridal Shower. She was super nice and did me up all up- hair and makeup. I arrived at my Shower and had tons of compliments. However I am a tomboy and was uncomfortable the entire time. It just wasn't me! I went home, left on some of the makeup and redid it how I usually do my makeup. I sent her a lengthy email, with pictures of her makeup, vs what I felt comfortable in. I was very nervous sending it because I didn't want to tell a professional what to do! She promptly responded, saying that she was happy hearing what I thought, asked questions, and pretty much put me at ease. That I wouldn't feel like a mask, that I would feel like myself, only enhanced on my wedding day.
On the day of, she arrived on time with a back up girl to do the other girl's hair. They were so much fun! We were playing music and joking as they did all our hair and Arrvada did my makeup. Arrvada included me in the entire process of the makeup. She explained why she was or wasn't doing certain things, she asked my opinion, and even used my own foundation, bronzer and eyeshadow. When she was finished I felt so comfortable, I couldn't feel the makeup at all, I felt so pretty and like myself.
I am so happy with the work that Arrvada did, and would definitely recommend her for Bridal Hair and Makeup. Thank you, Arrvada!

Everyone was very happy with the way their makeup and hair turned out and our pictures were lovely! Arrvada originally was not going to be able to provide service, personally, on the day of my wedding and connected me with a great makeup artist. In the end, she was able to make the wedding day and I was able to do a hair trial with her for the extensions I planned to use. She gave great advice, was very flexible and had a great attitude. Having her and her team with us the morning of my wedding relieved a LOT of my stress and helped make everything run smoothly. I first met Arrvada at my hair and make-up trial. She was very patient and took her time explaining what she recommended for me based on photos I had brought with me.
The day of the wedding, she and her team arrived on time and well equipped to handle our group of seven. Despite a few members of the wedding party arriving late, everyone’s hair and make-up were finished on time and Arrvada stayed until I got into my dress in case I needed any touch ups.
I would highly recommend VIP CAT. In all, the team was very professional and the wedding party came out looking great!

What I loved, that no other artist really did, is that she sat with me and documented all sorts of information about my everyday makeup, what I like and don't like, what I'd be open to, and really got a sense of who I was. Arrvada really listened to how I wanted my hair and makeup while making very helpful suggestions. I looked so gorgeous on my wedding day and I owe it to her for doing such an Amazing job! My hair was perfect! My makeup perfect! My fake eyelashes didn't come off until the next night I showered. My Bridesmaids hair was done just the way I wanted and they looked so beautiful too! My Mothers's hair turned out great and she loved it. I highly recommend Arrvada for wedding day hair and makeup or any special occasion. She is great! You will not be disappointed!

My wedding was almost a year ago now, and looking back on my pictures and video, I never felt more beautiful in my life then I did on that day.That was for two reasons, I was marrying the love of my life, and I had never felt so confident with the way I looked. I have never been a person to look in the mirror and be happy with my reflection unfortunately. However on that day, I took a look in the mirror after she was done and I was in awe. She made me feel gorgeous. I was excited for the first time to have people stare at me as I walked down the aisle. Not only did I feel that way but my bridesmaids felt that way. Anyone can do your hair and make up, but it takes an artist and someone who truly listens to what you are envisioning to create a look to make you feel the most beautiful you have ever felt. I couldn't have asked for more. I would highly recommend.

Arrvada and her staff were so friendly, talented, and efficient on the day of my wedding. They easily helped me, my four bridesmaids, and my mom achieve the hair and makeup looks we all wanted. They made the experience fun and stress-free and a wonderful part of the day to remember. At the trial before the wedding, Arrvada listened to all of my ideas and helped me incorporate them in the most effective way. She did a great job!! Everyone loved my makeup and hair. She was their on time and did everything she said she would. She even brought a foldable table and chairs. Since where I was getting ready was a vacant home with little furniture. I'm so glad I decided to choose. And her assistant did a great job on my moms hair and makeup. Her prices were great too!!! I'm so glad I choosed her.

Arrvada was awesome! From the very first time I met her I felt like we clicked. she will listen to you and help you with anything you need. Her team is very well handled too I had a lot of bridesmaids and they took good care of us. My hair and makeup was just what I wanted, I went to three trials before her and she was perfect, her prices are good too :). I love this company. The hair and makeup team I had on my wedding day was super fun and friendly, and they arrived right at the appointed time to our pre-wedding location. Communication was wonderful!! I had had a dry run weeks before, and I gave some feedback about that.... the VIP-CAT people totally listened and made all the adjustments I asked for, rather than pushing a certain way of doing things (or copping an attitude, or whatever). Our whole wedding party was listened to and things were modified accordingly, on the fly. And, perhaps most importantly, we were all finished within the allotted time!! We all loved our looks and received many, many compliments throughout the day. The photos look great too -- our looks were enhanced, not overdone, which is exactly what I wanted. Thank you VIP-CAT!

I was lucky enough to meet Arvada and her team when my girlfriend got married in June of 2011. I was impressed by her teams work and the way they added to the fun of the day without being intrusive. When it was my turn to walk down the aisle, VIP-CAT was a no brainer. Being that I was getting married in Tahoe, I was a bit concerned they wouldn’t be able to make the trek… But they did and I am so thankful.
The team arrived on time and ready to work! With a total of 13 people to beautify, Arvada brought a large enough team to accommodate our group. She effectively managed faces and hair being done by her dynamic team so no stylist/artist sat with an empty chair. Her team really listened to what everyone wanted and in an instance where something needed to be adjusted or fixed; they were extremely gracious and willing to do so. They work with great products and the extensive lashes to choose from add a nice touch to the package.
To sum things up… during a time that can be stressful, VIP-CAT will make the hair and make-up portion of your day stress free, seamless and fun. Thank you Arvada and team for all you did to make our day beautiful!

I loved Jennifer and her team from image provocateur! They did such an amazing job on all my bridesmaids and other special guests! All the women walked away looking BEAUTIFUl and were so happy with what the team had done to them. Jennifer and her team knew how to make each woman feel comfortable and give them exactly what they wanted, they never went over the top and were always professional! I also must commend them for having patience for my group of girls there were about 20 of us getting beautified by them and they were always so tentative and friendly.
I highly recommend them for any bride to be! You surly wont be disappointed! so hurry book your date NOW!

This was a package deal with my pin-up pictures, and my lady, I totally forgot her name, soo sorry, but she did an amazing job, I told her my concept I told her what I liked and disliked, they gave me some wine to loosen up, they were amazing! She was chatty happy and we laughed and it was just an awesome warm-up for my day! I loved them!

Edith was wonderful!!! She did the hair and makeup for both myself (the bride) and both of my bridesmaids. She was incredibly prompt and professional at all times. The night before the wedding she sent a text message just to let me know she would see us all in the morning and that it was going to be a wonderful day. Things such as that little message let me know that Edith truly cared about me and my day. Edith arrived at the ceremony location on time and we all looked amazing when she was finished. I could not have picked another hair and make up artist who would have made us all look more beautiful, been more kind and helpful, or helped to put my semi-stressed out mind at more ease.

I heard of Image Provocateur through the internet. I wasn't sure what to expect, but they had good reviews. I went to my trial run and was extremely pleased by the professionalism, the courtesy and the skill I recieved. The salon is a cute little place, little brick building from the outside, high class boutique on the inside. The staff was friendly, very professional and they were fabulous with my hair and makeup. I immediately booked the moment we were done and I think it was the best decision I could have made. The day of my wedding arrived and they showed up, a team of black dressed stylists and made me and my bridal party look like divas! If you haven't chosen your makeup yet, I urge you to hire these guys, they will make you look so amazing!
Arrvada and her team were absolutely amazing and made every girl in my multicultural bridal party look flawless! They were all super professional but really fun and personable. I'm so happy I chose her for my wedding hair and make up, she even make sure I ate that afternoon and even had one of my bridesmaids get me food. :) Arrvada's prices were by far the most cost friendly compared to the majority of other hair and make up artist in the area.

Image Provocateur provided hair and make-up for myself, 5 bridesmaids, and 2 mothers. The stylists arrived on time and ready to get started. They did a fantastic job and everyone was extremely pleased with the results. The make-up with stood my outdoor ceremony in 101 degree weather! My only complaint was they changed the time of my appointment the day before the wedding (from 10 a.m to 8 a.m.) I understand they had multiple weddings that day but it did cause a bit of frantic last minute planning.

Personify bridal was really great to work with! They were mostly understanding about how I wanted my makeup done that day and walked me through why my ideas weren't going to be the best for photos but indulged me anyways. Both hair and makeup were lovely to work with!

My hair began to come out before the reception which was disappointing. Everything else was so wonderful, all the girls who came to help did an amazing job making my gorgeous bridesmaids flawless. They helped make the day not stressful...and even shared some of the videos and photos that they took during the morning.

Image Provocateur was awesome! I chose them for my wedding day (for me and the girls). Jen transformed my face into something out of a magazine, (not a car magazine) which I don't see often because my job requires little to no makeup. I had a little freak out about my hair, which Jen assured me I wasn't being "that bride". But once I just let her know what my vision was, Jen made it happen with my hair too and she didn't make me feel guilty for being a bit picky. After all, it was my wedding day. I knew if I didn't just communicate with her that I'd regret it. She listened to my requests and took control, and I loved the result! Jen and her crew also made my girls look SO awesome and hot! I will use them again in the future, maybe even just for fun on a girls day out! Jen and her crew were so professional, came to my location, and brought all the tools they needed, and more. They came in, conquered, and set us off into the night. If you aren't sure, do a trial run with one of the artists and see what you think. I was convinced at my trial run and totally pleased on wedding day!

Arrvada and team were fantastic. I had 4 bridesmaids, myself and 2 moms getting hair & make-up. Arrvada and her team came right to where we were staying and quickly got to work on everyone. We started at 10 AM and we were done by 2 PM. The bridesmaids and moms were happy with their hair & make-up. As the bride, I too was happy with my hair. It stayed up all night long, even though I was getting down on the dance floor. My make-up was perfect - it was done exactly how I wanted, to make me look natural. Arrvada had taken notes from our trial run and made sure that she met my expectations. She was always available to answer questions. Her and her team took time to make sure that each of us were happy with how things turned out or to tweak slightly as needed to get things perfect. I had my trial with Amiee and I loved the final look, everything was perfect from the contour to the shaping of my eyebrows. However, the day of the wedding, I did not have the same feeling when the makeup was all completed. My eyebrows were filled in but not shaped like before and my face was not contoured the same. We were running short on time so I do not have it removed and redone. She was great and very professional but I was disappointed in the way the final look came out, especially my eyebrows and that is the first thing I noticed in all the pictures.

Great experience. Arrvada (owner) was great! She brought a great team, but one team member seemed to be high strung and didn't leave a good taste with some of my girls. Overall, great service! I would recommend to know what you want when you request service and while getting your service, and stick to your guns.

This vendor gets a mixed review because I worked with them twice. The first time I worked with them, my photographer booked for me for a pre-wedding shoot. They do both hair and makeup. The artist was late, but I think there was a miscommunication. My photographs turned out beautiful and I really enjoyed my experience.
I decided to book this vendor for my wedding day based on my prior experience. It was difficult to get a hold of the people so I both left a voicemail and emailed them. A girl called and booked with her for a appointment at my parents' house.
The same girl called me back two days later (eventhough I sent the email/called on the same morning/afternoon) and hardly remembered talking to me before even though we had discussed my prior shoot during the first conversation. I booked during the first conversation for 12:30pm, but after jogging her memory, she asked if she could reschedule me for 1:30pm instead. No big deal.
I was also a bit disappointed because they charge $175 for bridal hair & makeup, $75 for a trial run, and advertise a $25 discount if you book on the trial run day. I was hoping since the same stylist did my hair & makeup before I would get the discount, but that didn't happen. $175 is A LOT of money for me.
About a week after booking, the girl called me back and left a message asking if she could move my appointment to 9:30am because she has a bigger party that would like to be done at 1:30pm. I thought this was incredibly unprofessional. I truly believe that no matter how much a client spends (i.e. bride only or w/ 8 bridesmaids), they should be treated with the same courtesy. I called back and said I did not wish to keep my appointment. The gal and I played phone tag a few times with her leaving messages apologizing, offering alternative times, and even offering another stylist. I only went with this company because I like the girl that did my hair the first time. I eventually just gave up calling her back since we couldn't connect and had never reached an agreement.
Two days before my wedding (over a month since last contact) someone called to confirm I would come to the salon at 9:30am for my appointment. Weird. I called back and left a message... of course a message...
The work is really beautiful, so if money is no object, you have a large party, and you're patient then I'd recommend this vendor. My photographer loves them so I guess that's good advertising.
