Kevin was our officiant at our wedding on September 2, 2023. He also officiated my sisters wedding in August 2021. He is very professional to work with and made time to meet with us multiple times before the wedding day to confirm how we envisioned our ceremony. He provided us with extensive options to customize and he went above and beyond with curating our ceremony to feel personal to us. Our ceremony is one of the most memorable aspects of our wedding day! One of our wedding guests even got his card/information at the reception so he could officiate their wedding in 2024. Kevin made the entire process simple and working with him has been a pleasure.

Quiet & Comfortable Ceremony
My husband and I participated in the Matthews House Pride event; and Kevin and everyone involved made the experience so much better than I could have imagined. Kevin made us both feel so comfortable and cared for on a day that was special. I’ve never been one for sentimental events, but everything from what was said, to demeanor was lovely and put me at ease. He even was very quick to respond when I had a hiccup with contacting the photographer, and I appreciated so much how he went truly above and beyond. I highly recommend!

Pride 2023 Wedding Day
Kevin hosted a pride wedding day in June of 2023 with a collection of other vendors. My wife and I saw the Instagram post advertising the event one week before and jumped on board and I am so thrilled we did! The moment was magical, Kevin and his team made everything so simple and streamlined from start to finish. I really felt like we didn't have to worry about anything but showing up. We did not know the vows before we arrived, but they were so heartfelt, and there was not a dry eye in sight! Kevin and his wife were so kind, and committed to making the day special. I cannot thank them and the other vendors enough for their time and attention. We really felt the love!

Kevin was the last vendor that we chose for our wedding, and I'm so glad we waited until we found him-- he truly pulled all of our hard work together and created the most perfect ceremony we could have ever asked for. He is super personable, so meeting beforehand, rehearsal, his attendance at our welcome party, and the ceremony were all fabulous as he did a great job conversing and getting to know us and our families. The ceremony was the perfect balance of traditional and personal, and we truly couldn't have imagined anything better.

Highly Recommend for Beautiful, Personalized Ceremony
Kevin officiated for a friend's wedding and they couldn't say enough nice things about him. I reached out with very little notice, and Kevin responded immediately. At first, he thought he may be booked but he offered to assist with back up if that was the case. Thankfully, Kevin was able to perform our ceremony and it was such an easy, worry-free experience working with him. I loved how much we were able to accomplish virtually including the survey he had us take to learn more about us. Then we met by Zoom which was so convenient given how busy we are. It was a nice, quick meeting and he was very attentive to our needs and wants for the ceremony. He also gave us a lot to think about in regard to how traditional or progressive we wanted the ceremony providing ideas on how to accomplish one or both. He was easy to talk to, we enjoyed our conversation with him, and were excited for the big day. We wanted our ceremony to be short and sweet but still meaningful and personal to us as a couple and the journey we've been on to this point. He did a phenomenal job doing just that. He was able to weave in pieces of our story and how we met, and even made a point to include my step daughters in the ceremony. It was simple and beautiful at the same time, and I wouldn't have had it any other way. Kevin nailed it, and we are very grateful that he was able to join us for our special day. We would highly recommend Kevin.

Exactly what we were looking for!
We are so happy we chose Kevin as our officiant for our wedding! We had met with a few other officiants and they all seemed like they would do a good job but just didn’t feel like exactly what we were looking for. After our first meeting with Kevin, we both knew he was a perfect fit! We knew we wanted to include God and prayer into our ceremony without it being a full traditional religious ceremony that might not feel personal. Kevin made it soo easy to make our ceremony exactly what we wanted. He gave us lots of options for each part of the ceremony that we could choose from or alter to be what we wanted. Our ceremony felt so personal to us and our story with some laughs and tears, but still honored the importance and commitment of marriage. We got so many comments from our guests on how wonderful Kevin was and we couldn’t agree more!

Working with Kevin to officiate our wedding was one of the best decisions we made!! Instantly when we met with Kevin he made us feel so comfortable and was so knowledgeable about the process. He answered all of our questions with ease and helped us throughout so much more than just the ceremony. He worked with our planner and DJ, came to our rehearsal, and wrote the most beautiful ceremony for us. If you are looking for an officiant look no further. Kevin is hands down the best!! My husband and I can’t say enough wonderful things about Kevin. We had so many guests come up to us after the ceremony and compliment how perfect it was. He made it so personalized and told our love story beautifully. Everyone in the room could feel our love radiate as Kevin narrated our story. Ever since our initial meeting with Kevin he expressed how important our ceremony was to him. He said moving forward we would be family. Home Run Officiant!
Kevin was recommended to us by our wedding planner and he hit it out of the park! He was very efficient, funny, warm and professional through the entire process. We got married out of town and didn't have a personal clergy accessible to perform our ceremony. I was nervous about having someone conduct our wedding that didn't know us. We met with Kevin and immediately felt comfortable with him and he put my mind at ease. After a few sessions and questionnaires for him to get to know us, he nailed our ceremony and was able to bring out our authentic selves in our ceremony. We had several guests say they felt the love and that he captured our relationship and personalities perfectly. Incredible officiant!
Kevin was an absolutely incredible officiant to work with and an overall amazing person! Even though we weren’t able to meet him in person until just a few days before our wedding because we are out of state, he made such an effort to get to know us to create a ceremony reflective of who we are. He had in depth questionnaires for us to answer and got to know us more through Zoom calls. He also has so much experience and made the whole process so easy for us. He had several resources he created himself for us to use and told us several times that he would handle all of the logistics and make things as straightforward as possible so we can focus on enjoying the day, which was so appreciated. Communication was frequent and easy and things ran so smoothly in large part thanks to Kevin!

Kevin was the best officiant we could have asked for!! We knew that we wanted an officiant who was well seasoned and reliable, would be willing to do a mainly non religious ceremony with a few spiritual elements thrown in, who was personable, could speak to our love, and be with us in one of the most sacred, important moments of our life! We looked into and spoke with other great officiants before meeting with Kevin, but when we met with Kevin it just clicked for us that he was the choice for us! He wrote a beautiful ceremony for us. We especially loved the questionnaires and meetings that allowed us to share with him all the details about our relationship and love for one another that he then incorporated into the ceremony. Hearing for the first time what my husband told him he loved about me was so amazing!
