  We went to Persona to get my engagement ring. As young professionals on a tight budget, with offbeat taste, we were anxious about finding an engagement ring at a local store (as opposed to an Etsy vendor). Since Persona is more of a general fine jewelry store, but not a big jewelry chain or an "engagement ring" shop, they were a great fit for us. Irina was unbelievably helpful, understanding, and professional. Not once did we feel like our business wasn't wanted because of our unusual taste, or that our budget was too low.
  
  Gary worked with us to design the absolute perfect engagement ring, and he stayed within our budget. We are thrilled to be returning to Persona this summer to design and purchase our wedding bands, and we will be going back to Persona for the majority of our future fine jewelry purchases.

  We went to Persona to get my engagement ring.   Gary, the jeweler and co-owner of persona, is a pleasure to work with and creates absolutely beautiful pieces. Both my husband and I custom designed our rings. Gary made sure he understood what we wanted and assured us that he could great the rings our our dreams within the budget we set.
  
  The rings came out perfectly and earlier that expected. I also designed earrings for my bridesmaids, which were inspired by a design Gary had made previously and had showcased in the store. If you aren't one who enjoys custom designs, don't worry they have more than enough in the store for you to choose from.
  
  We will definitely be back and will continue to work with Gary and the persona family for years to come!

  Persona was wonderful to work with. My husband and I both bought our wedding bands from here. They reset diamonds I had into a white gold band and it looks wonderful. They worked with our budget and were so friendly and easy to work with. They also gave us an appraisal for both bands for our insurance and sent a nice congratulations letter in the mail following the wedding. Very personable.

We perused their wedding band cases to get some ideas for what each of us wanted in our wedding band. I was shown a beautiful, delicate black oxidized band with diamonds around the entire eternity band. Since it was so thin and delicate, I talked my fiance into buying me two! So they would flank my engagement ring. At the men's wedding band case, my fiance found himself a manly white gold band that wasn't too simple but just right. Gary and the others there were so friendly and helpful. Persona jewelery will continue to receive return business from us!

  My now sister-in-law used to work at this place; she recommended it to the groom, who got the engagement ring there and had a very pleasant experience. He vowed to come back here to get our wedding rings, to which I happily obliged. I've met with Gary, Margarita, and Irina at our various visits; all very nice people and easy to communicate with. Gary is a hard worker and his work is fantastic -- I got a lot of compliments on the engagement ring for the months I had it on me!
  
  I had lost some weight in the last month; they could easily re-size and sparkle up my ring while I waited! The Commonwealth Hotel (where they're housed) offers valet parking for their shop too, but I've always been able to find street parking without a problem. Although there aren't many already-made wedding rings available to browse (they're more of a fashion jewelry store, it seems), we were able to conceptualize from the existing designs, width, and such. I trust their artistic sense! Pricing is reasonable, and most importantly, they were able to deliver on time and we are both very pleased with their products.

  We got my engagement ring from Persona and we would highly highly recommend them. Not only did they work within our tiny budget with a diamond we already have, they treated us like we were buying the most expensive item they could carry. They never laughed or gaffed at us (like some jewelers did) with what we wanted. They took the time to educate us about various types of ring settings and worked with us to custom make a ring that I absolutely adore. I get compliments on the ring all the time (even now after I'm married) and love how timeless it is.
  
  Even after a mini drama with the gold on the prongs of my ring 'pitting out' or turning black, I took the ring in and showed Gary and he made an entirely new ring for free to match the original and replace the gold that had pitted out. (It was not his fault that the gold pitted, it's just something that happens to gold sometimes.)
  
  Persona is amazing. I want to get engaged all over again just to shop there again!!

  They picked out the most beautiful jewelry for me. Not to much jewelry, which i liked and she does too. It was very small though but the Quality was very good.

  Gary is great. He spent countless hours with me so that I could design with him a ring for my wife. Very accommodating of diversity, and a brilliant designer. Prices were reasonable, and he didn't charge for the hours he spent designing. He worked hard to get the ring done in time. Everyone in the store is really nice, has great opinions, very helpful. The rest of their stuff is quite nice and unique as well. And priced well. And lots of little things like they clean your ring every time you come in, valet parking, extensive knowledge of gems and structure...really great.

  They have such beautiful jewelry - and outstanding service. We bought the engagement ring and both wedding bands there and were so happy with everything. We know that we will get great service from them over the years.
