10/10 would recommend this establishment for any bride!

Went in this morning with an idea of what I wanted for my wedding dress, but open to ideas! Caroline picked many beautiful dresses for me to try on and find my perfect fit and style! She even picked “my dress” first! Very personable staff who helped every step of the way! 10/10 recommend this establishment!

So friendly and incredibly helpful!

I went as a maid of honor with my best friend to look for her dress. Not only did the staff make us feel extremely comfortable but they even helped us find the bridesmaids dress in the same day! They didn’t feel pushy and we never felt rushed. You can tell they really care about their brides! Would definitely recommend!

This was the second time working with these wonderful ladies. Once for my daughter's wedding and now for my second wedding. Both times, I couldn't have asked for more. Carmen helped my daughter pick out her homecoming dress. She was very patient while we looked through the dresses and was right there to answer any questions we had. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful when it came to picking out shoes and accessories. They made the process easy and made my daughter happy.

This bridal shop was wonderful. My wedding was chaos and they worked with me and held my dress for me through my post poned wedding date. They were all extremely pleasant and flexible with me. I would highly recommend them especially since they do all alterations in house. This prevents your dress getting lost in the mail!

You can get all your wedding attire bought and altered for your whole wedding party at Perfect Weddings! The staff is so welcoming and fun to work with. They will make sure you are completely satisfied. It was so easy working with them and we were so pleased with our dresses and tuxes! It is affordable and everything is in great condition since the consultants handle everything. I would recommend Perfect Weddings to anyone!

The staff at Perfect Weddings are simply amazing. Initially we were only going there because they had a bridesmaids dress in my MOH size, but we had already been to another company and had planned on ordering from that company. By the time we walked out from trying on the dress, I had already decided that not only were we going to purchase the bridesmaids dresses from Perfect Weddings, but that I was going back to try on dresses and purchase my dress there! Liz was incredible and patient with my 11 bridesmaids (and the 11th one was added 3 months before the wedding!) and made all of them feel comfortable. After the dresses came in, working with Ellen was amazing. She was very to the point about the alterations the dresses needed, but did so in such a friendly, warm way. They were flexible with my schedule and always so nice whenever I went in. Customer service is top of the line at Perfect Weddings and I would definitely recommend them to any future bride! You won't regret the short drive for a great experience!

I am from Columbus and went to Perfect Weddings to just get an idea of what I might want in a dress. I figured there was no way I would find "the dress" in a little shop in Lancaster. Ha, was I ever wrong! I found the perfect dress. The staff was amazing! The lady that was helping me listened to the things I liked and didn't like about the dresses I was trying on and she pulled a dress for me. When she pulled it, I immediately told her I saw it on the rack and wasn't a fan. She asked me to try it anyway because it had X, Y and Z that I have liked so far from the other dresses. I agreed to put in on, but honestly was only doing it to be nice. Boy was I wrong! I had to quickly admit she knew what she was doing because it made my sister and mom cry! I would have never tried it on without her encouragement! Listen to the professionals and they will surprise you! I do want to explain I have what I would call a "hard to fit figure." I wear a 34g bra, so I have a large chest but a petite figure. The dress they helped me find worked wonderfully and the alteration department was able to make it fit me like a glove!

I got my wedding dress at Perfect Weddings and it was such a perfect experience. I bought the dress prior, then by surprise had to put my wedding on hold to have my beautiful little princess. They let me take my dress home and boxed it up nicely for me so that I could bring it back when I was ready to get married. I was devastated when I tried the dress on two years later and it didn't fit. But they were able to let it out a little in the hips and the dress looked stunning on my wedding day. They made what could have been a horrible catastrophe, into a confidence-boosting, wonderful experience. I have never felt more beautiful then on the day I was married. The ladies there were awesome at what they do and I could not have had a better experience. Thank you guys so much!!

I had gone to a chain store to try on a few wedding dresses and didn't have the best experience there. When we went to Perfect Weddings the experience was completely different. They were so nice in helping me find several dresses to try on including one that I hadn't even thought of trying on which turned out to be my wedding dress. Dani was our consultant and she was WONDERFUL through the whole process. I felt like they were truly part of our wedding day happiness. When we went to pick up my dress the week of the wedding everyone in the store was so sweet. They kept walking by and talking about how beautiful the dress was, how I would be a beautiful bride and congratulations. After putting the dress in the car the two women that had helped us gave my mom and I both a hug and told us to send pictures. I couldn't ask for a better experience! I highly recommend them for several reasons: 1) They will help find your dream dress (even if it wasn't what you had pictured in your head) to make you look stunning on your wedding day. 2) they will treat you with respect, and with the love of a family member. 3) They were so easy to work with, and the prices were right in line with some of the big chain stores but with MUCH better quality and detail work.

The experience I had at Perfect Weddings was great. The selection, service and overall experience was first rate. I have recommended Perfect Weddings to my friends who are getting married and they are all glad I did. My wedding dress was the prettiest dress I've ever seen and the price was not overly expensive. Not only did it make me feel like the princess bride I wanted to be but also the attention I got from the consultants also made me feel so good about choosing the dress. They were courteous, professional and had an awesome special going on when I purchased the dress (Black Friday Sale). They did a great job on the alterations and the final pressing before the big day!

I have heard mixed reviews about Perfect Weddings. I was very lucky to have caught them on a good day. Earlier that day I had a horrible experience at David's Bridal, and when I entered Perfect Weddings they were very kind and helpful. The woman who assisted me was very sweet and you can't beat quality of gowns at Perfect Weddings. I felt at other stores they were all the same and cheaply made. There they had several different designs to choose from and I found my dress that day in the store. I felt the price was good and the dress was very unique. My advice would go on an off day during the week to find your dress.

Fantastic vendor!

They listened to what I wanted and only showed me dresses that fit my criteria. The dress was the 4th one I tried on, and they worked with me to make sure that it was THE ONE.

Then they worked with my bridesmaids and my mother to make sure that they had the perfect dresses. It worked out beautifully and everyone was happy with the choices we made. It allowed me to have a beautiful wedding.

I found my wedding dress at this little shop. One of the women working there pulled it down - I hated the way it looked on the hanger, but she convinced me to try it on and I loved it!! Everyone that worked at this retailer were very knowledgable, friendly and helpful.

I went to 3 other bridal attire shops before finding Perfect Weddings, and Perfect Weddings was by far the best. The people who work there aren't snobby like some of the other wedding consultants I worked with at other shops. They make you feel welcome and really help you find what you are looking for- but at the same time they let you look through the dresses yourself as well. It is a nice balance. Their gowns are reasonably priced too.

I found the absolute perfect wedding dress there, but the only thing I didn't like was that it was strapless. Their alterations department did an amazing job making straps for the dress! They used the beaded scarf that came with the dress to make the straps and when it was all said and done, they looked like they were made to be on that dress. I couldn't even imagine what the dress had looked like strapless.

Overall, I am really happy with Perfect Weddings and would recommend them to any bride.

I found the absolute perfect dress for me the first time I ever stepped foot into the store. The woman who was helping me really listened to what kind of dress I wanted, and what I didn't even want to look at. She suggested different things, was honest with all of her opinions on the dresses and shoes, and really encouraged me to get what I wanted, not what others told me to get. When it came time for the fittings, they were a little rushed because it was homecoming season, but they still took their time with me and made sure my dress fit exactly how I wanted it to. The alterations were all done by Perfect Weddings and were at a very reasonable price. I would DEFINATELY suggest this store for a bride who's looking for a unique, personal dress.

Beautiful dress

Loved getting my dress here, she (Mrs. Smith) was great at listening to what I wanted and right at the end of my appointment pulled out the winner. The purchasing of my dress was easy and great. I was different sizes in each measurement and on the one I was between the two sizes, I told the lady measuring (different from person that found the dress) she was the expert and she chose to pick the larger size. I understand but it caused some issues down the road. First fitting went well, pricy but good. When I went back, well the top area was WAY too loose. When we mentioned it she seemed put off I wasn’t happy and wanted it adjusted. I did not at all feel secure and it was just loose and sloppy. Finally she pinned it. The seamstresses did an amazing job! But the day of I just was disappointed in the way the top laid, in my opinion would have worked better had she went the one size smaller, as the top was two sizes bigger than I measured and the bottom was loose. I uploaded two photos one that shows the beautiful dress then the second you can see the issues I discussed.

Overall I have been fairly pleased with Perfect Weddings. I purchased my bridal gown there and also decided to purchase my bridesmaids dresses there after falling in love with an Alfred Angelo style. I will say, they are all about sales. While attentive and professional, our consultant brought jewelry, shoes, handbags, etc. to us, insisting we needed them. I had brought my mother, who finally told the women to stop bringing things. It was just too much.

However, I received my dress in perfect condition, the alterations were impeccable, and the store was very flexible about our pickup time. I would recommend this store, but be ready to say no to all the extra items they will try to sell you!

I think that your experience at Perfect Weddings depends completely upon which consultant you have. I went several times and received both fantastic and somewhat mediocre service. They are very good about both letting you look through the racks and also pulling dresses that they would suggest. The good consultants really go above and beyond to make sure that you are not only finding "the dress" but that you have a great time in the process!

Perfect Weddings treated me very kindly and professionally. They were very good at choosing styles I liked. My dress was within my budget and arrived on time. I chose to have alterations done closer to where I live and work. They agreed to pack my dress in a box since I was moving overseas and also having a destination wedding. I could have done this myself as they could have told me via phone what to do, since this was very simple. I am overall very satisfied with their service.

I, like many of the brides that have written reviews, have mixed feelings about Perfect Weddings. I just happened to find this shop driving around in Lancaster. I stopped in and they were kind enough to help me out for an hour without having an appointment. I went in two other times before finally deciding on my perfect dress! The ladies there were o.k. - they weren't real proactive about finding me what I wanted. I did most of the searching. I actually found my dress by looking through the HUGE variety of bridesmaid dresses up in the front of the store. Ultimately, I was THRILLED with my dress and it looked so great on me. But even when I was getting it altered there, I was the one pointing out what seemed to need altering. So they were responsive to what I asked them to do, but I wish they would have been more "active" in the whole process. But they fact that their bridesmaid dresses come in white or ivory made the sale for me (I really wanted a very similar dress at David's Briday, but their bridesmaid dresses don't come in white or ivory).

I LOVED working with Perfect Weddings! Doni helped us with my dress and at the "White Friday Sale" I found all the additional dresses needed for my girls at GREAT prices and the girls there were very patient with me. I did have a problem with our tuxes (not PW's fault) but when I tried to explain and fix the issue, I feel the woman who helped me was rather rude. And when my groom and I came in, I found her rude as well. Not at all warm and nice like the women who helped us with the dresses.

We went to this shop because the dress I wanted was $400 cheaper than anywhere else since its in the middle of nowhere. My first appointment went well and Cheryl was wonderful. They give a discount off the bridesmaids dresses if you buy the brides gown through them too. So, I agreed to drive the two hours back with 4 of my 5 girls one weekend to order all our dresses. The women who served us this time was completely rude and unprofessional. She was impossible to work with and it was clear that the other 4 employees in the shop despised her as well. They watched with glee as my bridal party suffered. They refused to step in and help out of spite. It made the whole experience rather dreadful. Then, I flew in from NY to pick up my dress and all 5 bridesmaids dresses to save my girls the 2 hour drive. I called in advance to confirm that I would be picking up all the dresses and that my girls had paid their balances. I was assured that this was no problem. When I got to the store, they told me the bride couldn't take the dresses without written permission from the bridesmaids...as if the bride were going to steal the dresses. I had to start getting permission over the phone! The icing on the cake was when they realized I wouldn't be doing alterations (which they provide free) through their store (I live 10 hours away!). They took my dress out of the zipper bag it was shipped in and placed it in a crappy dry cleaning bag. While we saved money..the service at this store was probably not worth the hassle.

I went to Perfect Weddings because they carry Alfred Angelo and I saw a dress by him that I really liked. They didn't have that dress but I did end up falling in love with a different Alfred Angelo dress. I did not fall in love with Perfect Weddings. I felt that they were not very friendly and at times even awkward to have a conversation with. They are not very flexible for times to come back for fittings. They really seemed to try and push accessories on me. When the dress go to the store they sent, what I felt like was a very unprofessional, letter outlining all the DO's and DON'T's of their store, when to bring guests, when to make payments, etc. I felt like I was being treated like a child. Even though I spend over a grand in their store, they never went out of their way to be kind or thankful for my business. One worker said to me, "I wish they'd take that show off the air because that's not how it works" in regards to 'Say Yes to the Dress' where Kleinfelds shows excellent customer service. I would not go back there!! Oh, I also had my dress altered there and I thought they did a fair job with the hem but the bustle was much too long and I was tripping over the back of my dress all night long on the dance floor.

I have mixed feelings about Perfect Weddings. The first time I went was to shop for my dress. I took my mom and sister, and they were wonderful. This was the only shop I went to, because the 4th dress I tried on was the one I picked. It was gorgeous (of course), and well priced.

When I went back for my fitting, I brought one of my bridesmaids. The women were horrible to us. They were condescending and very rude. They made my friend sit on a couch outside my fitting room for 45 minutes. While I was being fit one of the employees kept coming in and bothering the woman fitting me. At one point she stood there rolling her eyes and sighing, until she saw me staring at her in the mirror and then made up something about the heat (really she was just impatient). Even my fitter was somewhat condescending to me and not very helpful (asking me how it should fit when it was her job to tell me!). We were completely mortified.

When I went back for my 2nd fitting, I brought my mom. They were instantly angelic and kind.

Dress-quality wise, it was fantastic. They had to change my dress from a size 14 to a 2, and you would never know from the bodice. They essentially had to remake my dress. Naturally the alterations were quite pricey - $260 for a $450 dress. However I have to hand it to them as far as the quality of my dress and the excellent craftsmanship they did.

The final time I went to pick up my dress, I again brought my mom. They were very helpful, kind, and my dress was beautifully pressed and ready to go.

Ultimately I would recommend this shop, but only if you can go with someone who has some authority. If you go as just the bride or a group of younger women, they could treat you like dirt. I am not satisfied at all with my service (as even smug friendliness I read as condescending... and when you spend that much money they better be awesome!), but I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE my dress and the price we paid for it. For that, it was all worth it.

When I first went in to this shop, I was really impressed with it layout and how much Liz helped me out in finding the perfect dress! I was so impressed, that I decided to get my bridesmaids dresses through them as well. Liz was perfect, so understanding of my need to get the right color down.

Then.....Liz left.

My wedding dress was ordered in the wrong size. They never told me that they only do alterations appointments Mon-Friday until 6pm. One of my bridesmaids had the complete wrong dress ordered. Another had the wrong size ordered. It even took me 45 minutes just to call and make a payment over the phone. I was thoroughly unimpressed with the customer service, and the communication after my initial visit.

Loved the dress, just wish Liz had stayed!

This was my least favorite vendor that I used for my wedding. My initial consultant was absolutely wonderful. I wouldn't have bought my dress there if she hadn't gone above and beyond; however, the rest of the experience goes down from there. My alterations were messed up 3 times and I literally had my last fitting the week of the wedding. I also made the mistake of getting the tuxes and bridesmaids dresses there which the measurements were incorrect as well. Most of the people who work there are kind, but the owner is atrocious. She had the nerve to tell me that the reason the dress didn't fit was because I had gained weight. Even if that had been true, you don't say that to anyone let alone a bride two weeks before her wedding. She even overcharged my family and blamed the incorrect measurements on one of the consultants (who had been nothing but helpful). Thank goodness my dress turned out beautifully at the last minute. The business would run much better if the owner would leave. I would not go back there if someone paid me to.

I was very disappointed with this shop when I stopped in to be fitted for an out of town bridesmaid dress. They informed me that they charged $50 for measurements for any gowns that were not purchased at their store. The reason for this was that they were losing so much business on the to the Internet. While I can understand the frustration of losing business to web based businesses, I was truly buying my dress at a bridal salon in another city where the bride is from and even offered to have them call that store to verify. However, they were not interested nor was I interested in spending $50 on having my chest and hips sized up.....\r\n\r\nI left and went to another store where they couldn\'t believe that they asked me to pay to be measured......
