Loved working with Maria and her staff. Everyone kept raving about the meatballs and chicken. Pellegrino’s staff were very professional and accommodating. We will definitely work with them in the future.

This is the second time we have used Pelegrino's Catering Services and we would use them again. They are easy to work with. We received excellent and effecient service and the food was delicious.

We had our holiday party at the Pellegrino Event Center in the Tuscan Room. We received excellent customer service from the moment we called to book, and throughout the night of our party. The staff was very accommodating and friendly, and the bartender was great! The room was perfect for our event, it offered a warm, classy, ambiance and was set up perfectly with plenty of seating space and a dance floor! We will be back in the future!!

Pellegrino's Event Center was a wonderful venue for our intimate Christmas Eve wedding. Communication was quickly and expertly handled, the booking was smooth, and Gina was wonderful in the assistance she provided in planning the event and subsequent catered luncheon. The decor was fantastic, and the staff really went out of their way to make sure everything was as perfect as it could be.

Thanks so much for helping make our big day incredibly special!

We have used this Vendor for the last 3 years. Such quality service! Not only is the food delicious and versatile, but the customer service and professionalism is flawless. We have used their venue as well, it is cozy and warming, very comfortable. We have never had anything but the best form Pellegrino's!

The venue was very nice, the food, drinks, and service were great! We plan on definitely using them again for our events.

I have used Pellegrinos for several events over the years and after venturing out to other caterers have concluded that in the greater Olympia/Tumwater area the quality of service and professionalism is not matched by any of their competitors. There is something to be said for a family run business.

We were very pleased with every aspect of the catering done by Pellegrino's. Our guests raved about the medallions of beef, the delicious green beans, and the sliced chicken in gravy. Service was excellent. I would definitely use this catering company again in the future.

The caterer was responsive immediately to our requests! The 2 entree buffet was excellent, our members are still raving about how delicious the beef medallions were. The price was reasonable and the waiters timed everything perfectly. We have hired Pellegrino's catering for our holiday party for 2015!

Pellegrinos did an amazing job catering our wedding. Their food was excellent and the price we received was far less then any other company that provided us quotes. They were very flexible when we needed special food items for some of our guests. We hired them on very short notice and they responded like pros. They were on time and made sure the food was ready when we were. The bartender was very professional, fun, and knew how to make a great drink. I could not have asked for better service all around from a catering company. I would highly recommend them to anyone planning an event.

Very easy to work with, attentive service, great food, good parking, located just off freeway.

Gina and her team were great to work with. They remained flexible to meet our needs-even accommodated my late request to increase the head count!......Servers were very professional and gave our guests excellent customer service. Will use Pellegrinos again without hesitation. Laurie-Event Host.

The caterers were on time, food was great..everyone loved it. The customer service received from everyone involved in the event planning was fabulous! I would definitely recommend Pelligrinos and would definitely use them again if we have another party.

Everything was wonderful. Presentation was great and the staff very helpful. The food was very good and we had the right amount for the number of people. I definitely would recommend Pellegrino's.

I could never say anything bad about your wonderful service. The dinner was loved by all of us. They all commented on the food, so we must have done a good job selecting and you cooking it. I loved they was the room was arranged. It accommodated us all. And the wonderful bartender was there the whole time for our needs.
Everything was perfect. And I am sorry I didn't do this earlier.
You guys are wonderful.

I was very pleased with the service we got from Pellegrino's. They were very easy to work with and very quick to respond to my emails. I was trying to keep a pretty tight budget and they were willing to work with me to do that. They were very professional on the wedding day and did all the set-up and take down, including putting chair covers on and sashes, so I didn't have to worry about any of it. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to everyone.

We received so many great compliments about the dinner we had catered from Pellegrino's Catering. I absolutely loved it myself! Everyone that was there to help with the catering was very professional and were very focused on me, the bride, each time I need anything from a new napkin to a fresh bottle of champagne. The owner, Jennifer, is very helpful and easy to work with. She gave us lots of great suggestions for our wedding. I'm very happy with the service that we received from Pellegrino's catering and I would book them again in a heartbeat!

They did an outstanding job and met all our needs. The staff was friendly and the project managers were super flexible and easy to work with. The food was wonderful and a very good value. I would not hesitate to recommend Pellegrino's for any event corporate or private. Outstanding!

I was very pleased with the service... many guests loved the freshness of everything and how everything was at a perfect temp. I have two more girls that may get married next year.. I will truly consider pellegrinos for my future events even if its not a wedding... thank you so much for all your efforts... it was a dream that my daughter always invisioned as a little girl .. perfect weather and perfect everything.... thank you for being a part of it.

Everything about our party at Pellegrino's was great! They were very accommodating in every way from the linens to the bandstand. We had a great time and so did all of our invitees. The day went smoothly and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. I would do it again in a minute.

Beautiful venue. The place was clean, warm and very charming. The food that was provided was truly top of the line.

This was my first event to book. I assumed that audio and video included a projector and computer. No harm I brought my own but should probably be spelled out.

Maria was great to work with! They provided a nice dinner, at a very reasonable price. We had a large wedding, so we could not afford to spend too much per plate. They provided a simple, but wonderful Italian dinner for a very reasonable cost. My only complaint is that this caterer does not communicate well with clients. Before our wedding, we were expecting to receive a last minute phone call or email from the caterer just confirming the time they would be there, and discuss any last minute details. We did not receive a call, which scared my wife on our wedding day when they didn't show up by an expected time.

Gina was great to work with on the day of the event - very attentive, flexible and accommodating. Maria also did a good job of responding to all of my questions prior to the event. Do make sure, if you make arrangements to bring wine for each table, that they include wine glasses - we realized just before guest arrival that they had not been ordered by the sales manager. Fortunately, Gina and her crew fixed the problem for us in time.

Really wanted to like them, but too many mistakes were made

I loved working with Maria when it came to planning the menu for our wedding and getting all the details in place. She made the process simple and easy to put together. However, it all fell apart the day of my wedding. The event summary I had worked on with Maria stated that appetizers were to be served at 4:30 and dinner was to be served at 6. Our ceremony wrapped up and come 4:30 there weren't any appetizers in sight. Guests were told to get drink and appetizers for cocktail hour and we ended up with guests roaming around our venue trying to find the food. I was not aware of this as I my husband and I had removed ourselves from the party to sign our paperwork and spend some time with close loved ones inside the house. My photographer had to approach me close to 5pm saying that people were still not being fed. She then went to confirm with the caterers that dinner would be ready right at 6pm. The caterers had their time wrong and had not been planning on serving dinner until 7! They had to leave the venue and go back to the restaurant to get some food. Dinner was late and all our guests were just hungry and confused. Its upsetting that the service was so bad because the food itself was actually really good. I would probably go to their restaurant again for dinner, but I would not hire them for an important event where a timeline needs to be followed correctly. I called Pellegrino's shortly after returning from my honeymoon in hopes of speaking with Maria, but my phone call was not returned.
