The Pelazzio did an amazing job. We couldn't of had our dream wedding without them. All of my guests were very pleased with the venue and had an awesome time. We also were very pleased and had an awesome time. -

I absolutely loved that everything was included in our package. From the venue to the food, it was all some with excellence. The only thing I would recommend is having yourself a wedding planner that can structure the ordering and organizing of the various activities that occur during a wedding. The wedding planner provided by the venue did not do that great of a job with helping us in that regard. -

My wedding at the Pelazzio is everything and more. Our wedding turn out was so beautiful, all of the works at the venue were great. All of my family and friends have been talking about our wedding all week. The venue setup was beautiful and the food was great, I would most definitely recommend the pelazzio for any event. Thank you Pelazzio for making it so easy for my wedding to be the wedding to top for the years to come. -

Pelazzio is definitely the best place to have a wedding! Wow! I can’t express the gratitude for this venue. From the coordinators, to the wait staff, to the DJ, photographer and even the bar tender. Nothing short of amazing. Our wedding was 7/31. Erika was our day of coordinator and she did everything to ensure our day ran smoothly. I also appreciate Mary so much and all her help and staff with setting up to make everything look beautiful. To Paul! Our DJ. The best DJ in Houston HANDS DOWN! He definitely made our day special and kept us on track as we navigated through the night. We had a vision and he executed! Our soul train line was great and everyone had an amazing time! Well respected and went the extra mile to keep our party going! Laura, our photographer WOW! she took amazing photos of us throughout the night and capture all our greatest moments. We received our photos within LESS than two weeks after our wedding in which I was not expecting! Everyone went above and beyond. The food was amazing, our pre reception table was set up beautifully and everyone loved it! Monica or Monique for our wedding cake, she made it look exactly how we asked and it tasted AMAZING!!! Josue (I think) the bar tender kept all the drinks coming and made sure everyone had great drinks! I highly recommend Pelazzio to host your wedding. Oh, and the price was reasonable, for an all inclusive venue we spent well under 10k for 100 people. We were more than satisfied! -

We came to them 3 weeks before the wedding date and they made our vision come to life. At the Pelazzio you really get everything at one place. Kristina made us feel at ease especially living out of town and trying to plan. This is the place to go for your special day. -

My husband and I got married at Pelazzio about 2 weeks ago and it was perfect! Our event manager, Karen was amazing and super detailed. She was always available for any questions (even after hours and on weekends), provided me with everything i wanted, and made any last minute changes quickly. She made sure everything was going smooth and thanks to her, it was the perfect night. Thank you soo much Karen for all your hard work and dedication to my wedding vision! All the staff here are great and experts at what they do! DJ Paul is a pro and made for the best DJ i could've asked for! He made sure everything was on time according to the schedule i made and kept the party hype! Our photographer was Amir. He edited a couple of photos on the spot so i could post those that night and they were EPIC! Just beautiful! The cake- omg....delicious and gorgeous! It was exactly what i envisioned! Decor- beautiful and elegant! Our waiter was always available, and brought us our food first ( with everything on the buffet lol) as well as our our drinks as soon as the bar opened, and had a great attitude the entire time. The bartender recognized a few repeat clients and already had their orders memorized lol. The fog machine- perfect and a must for entrance/first dance! Everyone complimented us on a beautifully executed wedding, the venue, food (delish!) and all the friendly staff. All the staff here are talented professionals and I am so glad we chose Pelazzio. It's all inclusive so all i had to do was hire a minister and make timeline/ decor color decisions. Pelazzio went above and beyond and i definitely recommend them. Thank you for giving us our dream wedding!!!! :D -

The Staff at the Pelazzio did a wonderful job and made our dream wedding magical. From the very first meeting everything was organized. The food turned out wonderful. The cake vendor has a beautiful design however it seemed our cake was frozen prior because I had a hard time cutting the cake. The photographer took hundreds of photos without complaints.! The DJ was awesome as well. Kristina and Juan are outstanding event planners and would recommend this venue to anyone. -

Jeanette Sent on 07/30/2018I had my wedding here on June 22th, 2018 and I ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT!!! I’m not really a huge party person but I absolutely had a wonderful time at my wedding. It was everything that I had hoped for and went beyond my expectations. I’m a full-time college student, so I didn’t have that much time to be able to plan my wedding out but Pelazzio took care of almost everything. It was extremely stress free and so organized!
A lot of the reason that the night went so perfect was because of Luis, our banquet manager. He speaks Spanish and was really accommodating to my parents, who struggle with their English at times. He answered all our questions with ease and certainty. Along with that, he was there the whole wedding to make sure that everything went smoothly. Any concerns that I ever had, he had already taken care of them. He was on top of the whole planning and schedule of the wedding and nothing ran late. Everything was on time. He was AWESOME!

They were always available to answer questions and quick to make last minute changes. The venue, service, food was all excellent and it was a magical night. Thank you Pelazzio!

Nikki Sent on 12/21/2011If you are looking for a full service vendor that gives you the most bang for your buck, then the Pelazzio is your place! They do everything for you, and it is wonderful. This means the only thing you need to worry about are the flowers, the photographer, and your own centerpieces. It really doesn't get any better than that. I chose the Extravaganza package, as that included the open-bar and the limousine. They call you about 1 month prior to your wedding date so you can choose linens and the catering menu. The food is PHENOMENAL, and I mean this!! They prepare all of their own food on site, by an actual chef. He really takes pride in his craft as well, because he personally met us at our tasting and thanked us for our business. The entire staff seems to work in perfect harmony with one another, and any time we came in to pay on our balance, everyone already knew who we were. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone who is looking for a venue that will take care of everything and still be easy on your pocketbook. -

Karrah Sent on 12/02/2011I couldn't believe how wonderful and easy to work with the Pelazzio was! They walked with us step by step, explaining every detail, from the set up of the tables, to the linens, and catering. We worked mostly with a man by the name of Juan Pablo, and he was such a delight! On the day of the wedding, he made sure that we never had to get out of our seats for our own food, and were catered to hand and foot. They were short staffed that evening, but you would never know, because Juan Pablo jumped behind the bar and served all my guest with drinks. He even upgraded our bar from a well to a premium! And the price was very reasonable! One thing that really blew me away though was that night I had my grandmothers ring (which was too small or too big for my fingers) and had to place it on my table. By the end of the night after I had left, I remembered that I left it on the table, long after we had left! The staff is so honest that when I called to inquire about it the following day, they had it waiting for me! I would recommend this place to anyone who wishes to have a care free and wonderful reception! -

Beautiful Turnkey Event
If you are looking for a great turnkey event that is hosted well and has lots of options for customization and levels of expense, then this is the right place. We got to decide how much we felt comfortable spending, and they were sure to explain the cost for everything we wanted. We did not have to hire any outside vendors, as they set everything up. The one small criticism is that they are busy and sometimes the responsiveness could be better, but at the end of the day our event was exactly right, and we could not as for a better experience. -

My wedding was perfect thanks to Pelazzio and all the staff minus one of the event managers. Overall my experience with them was easy and having chose a package and paying per month made for a mostly stress free year of planning. I had my monthly payment for one of their all inclusive packages and then closer to my wedding date I got to choose the details. Everyone from the receptionist to the DJ to the servers the day of made me feel special and excited the whole time. I would recommend Pelazzio to everyone I know. You can’t beat the price for the quality of service you receive with Pelazzio! Such a great establishment -

Our experience with Pelazzio venue was wonderful. They provide alot for 1 price sense usually you have to look for a photographer, venue and caterer separately but instead this is all in one place. The 2 things we did not like is that our event manager changed and then by the end the event manager was unavailable up until the day of our wedding, she was also very slow at responding to our questions and concerns. Then we paid extra for additional liquor for our open bar just to learn later that anything that was left over we were unable to take home. If we had know we weren't able to take the alcohol we wouldn't have paid the extra. But over all our day was magical. We'd do it all again but now we know what not to do. -

Shanieka Sent on 12/05/2016I love how all-inclusive this venue is! I am a business owner, so It was difficult for me to find the extra time to do everything wedding related. They practically did it all, which I appreciate. There were snafus with the DJ that came with the venue, that altered my review. Music sets the tone of the evening and he messed up a lot, which I did not like at all. The photographer was amazing, the staff was amazing, and the rest of the vendors were very helpful and nice. The room I was given was a lot smaller than I thought it would be, hence the reason of the "value" review. We spent well over 11K, had only 100 guests, and the room/decor didn't reflect that fully which was kinda disappointing. All-in-all, I would recommend the Pelazzio to other brides, only if you make sure you can get the Grand Ballroom. I wanted this one but It was unavailable for my date. -

Very responsive and accommodating when booking, but my day of coordinator was a no show and the replacement had no clue what was going on. Never received an apology. Waitstaff was EXCELLENT! Preferred cake vendor was awful, so we found our own. Beautiful decor and food was great! Very disappointed with how the actual day was run. -

UPDATED Now that I've had my wedding:
Please understand the food, venue, decorations, dj, photo booth, etc. were all absolutely amazing. Where the low rating review comes in is from the pelazzio personnel.
I'm tired. Plain and simple.
We've had 4 coordinators due to high turnover on their side. We discussed every single detail with the 1st two, including videography as we added that with the 2nd coordinator not in the original contract made. Every single detail discussed with the first 2 was lost by Pelazzio. Every single thing had to be rehashed with the 4th and final coordinator and even then numerous questions could not be answered due to how new she was at the time (only a month or 3 into the job). The 3rd coordinator we met at our food tasting event and only discussed simply alcohol details, but she was quickly replaced with the 4th coordinator due to reorganization on their side.
This has now turned into a multiple week long problem on how Pelazzio is restricted and cannot send us our wedding video raw footage as was discussed and agreed upon with the 2nd coordinator. They also cannot send us the restrictions placed and have simply kept to our video is locked up behind red tape. This is extremely upsetting. We paid for a 6 hour videographer and only received a 45min condensed version missing several key scenes. I have given the key scenes missing and yet again we are back to square one of they won't provide the missing footage due to contractual restraints. A contract I did not sign and am not allowed to see. It is purely between them and the videographer hired for the event through them.
For reference, the key scenes missing are our version of the bouquet toss and our sparkler exit. These are essential scenes they cut pretty much everything out of in the video sent to us.
Mind you this is also the same videgrapher we had to have 3 re edits of our 45min video done because of messups on their end and lack of communication from them. Now don't get me wrong the videographer is definitely good and worth it, but dealing with the Pelazzio personnel is simply not.
Our coordinator messed up several things day of and beforehand and really just didn't have a lot of answers. This is purely to them being so new.
Because of all of these issues, I highly recommend if you choose to go with this venue:
- Get a coordinator you trust to deal with your coordinator provided by the venue
- Get a videographer for the ENTIRE timeframe which you know and trust and can easily work with directly
- Do appetizers and buffet immediately after ceremony if both being done
- Make sure games and favors are out on tables immediately after ceremony, your coordinator will not help with this even if they're aware
