Excellent day of coordinator!
Jennifer is absolutely amazing! We hired her as our day of coordinator for our small wedding in September, 2022. Not only was she a godsend on the wedding day (more on that later), she was so helpful in the weeks leading up to the wedding. She gathered insurance information from each of our vendors; confirmed their arrival / drop-off times; spoke to us biweekly over Zoom (with the option to schedule weekly meetings) to touch base on planning; crafted the day-of timeline based on our ideas, needs, and her prior experience; attended the final walkthrough at the venue with the other required vendors, as well as the rehearsal; and answered any and all questions we had leading up to the big day.
As to our wedding day: I can't even begin to list all that Jennifer did. She was the person of contact for vendors, kept everything rolling on time, and assisted with set-up. She also did other small--but very helpful--things, like stowing our card basket in the private bridal suite once dinner started and ensuring that the bridal party had appetizers following the ceremony and before group photos. Jennifer took care of the details (both big and small), which allowed both of us to be fully present and enjoy our wedding without any stress!
In sum, Jennifer is professional, attentive, and also just super nice and fun to work with. I totally and wholeheartedly recommend Pebble Wedding to any couples seeking services from a coordinator!!Jennifer is absolutely amazing! Our calm during the storm!
Jennifer was absolutely amazing! Our venue and 'getting ready' location were about 15/20 minutes from each other. I knew I did not want to have to run back and forth from each place the day of, so we looked for a Day of Coordinator. After searching for a while, and almost giving up based on the price of other DoCs, we found Pebble Wedding. Jennifer provided us a day of timeline, literally down to the minute, that helped me really see what our day would look like. After viewing the first draft, she worked with me to make several changes so my husband and I could enjoy our day and not feel rushed. We had weekly meetings up to the day of our wedding, unlimited texts, calls or emails that really helped ease my mind. Jennifer was scheduled with us from 1:00-10:00. We had an unfortunate event at our wedding (my Grandma broke her hip!) and Jennifer was right there working with the staff and my family to help get everything situated and my Grandma taken care of. She was also there with a hug and some caring words (which was much needed!) If you are looking for a Day Of, book with Jennifer. You won't be disappointed!Jennifer was absolutely amazing! Super Clutch, Jennifer Saved the Day!
Jennifer is SO good. She and her assistant definitely saved our butts multiple times on our wedding day. She was so easy to work with, and went above and beyond.
My wife is a strong, independent woman, and she didn't think she'd need a coordinator. However, our venue (check out my review of The Estate on Second) required that we have at least a Day of Coordinator, and we are so glad that we found Jennifer.
As she got to know us and the details of our wedding day, she was extremely thorough, bringing clarity to details that we hadn't even thought about.
The most poignant memory of her help surrounded the curtain at the back of the room that separated the wedding party from the guests - and kept the guests from seeing the bride too soon. See, the wedding venue dropped the ball. They had lent the curtain to another venue (same owners) the previous day, and it wasn't returned. So we walk in the morning of our wedding and there's no curtain. Jennifer placed some calls and talked to venue staff and unearthed a smaller, spare curtain (see the picture) and saved the day.

Professional Day Of Coordinator
Look no further if you want a professional Day Of coordinator who utilizes her corporate experience to help you plan your perfect day! We booked Jennifer almost two years ago as one of her first few clients so it was a risk on our part knowing she was just starting her business. However, that risk quickly erased after our first conversation with her as she put our minds at ease with her relevant background and professional demeanor.
Jennifer started the ball rolling 6 weeks before our wedding and was on top of things from the get go. We let her work with our vendors to make sure all the details, insurance info required by the hotel, and everything else was taken care of so my wife and I could focus on other wedding details. We had regularly scheduled meetings where we tackled the timeline, setup, open items, and other logistics to make sure the day flowed perfectly. We had the unfortunate challenge of dealing with hotel construction (who renovates during the summer time?!?) and Jennifer helped us make sure there was minimal impact from it. For example, she created an Excel sheet that modeled out the time it took our guests to take shuttles from the ceremony site to the reception site because of construction. That was impressive! She also went above and beyond and did things like help setup our table seating chart in a frame, carry center pieces from ceremony to reception site, ensure our sponsors had their items during the ceremony, and more.
This was all the more impressive because her assistant was unavailable during our wedding day so she was doing all this solo. As far as we could tell, this didn't impact our wedding at all and it turned out perfectly in our eyes. As with any big event, some ad-hoc adjustments had to be made to the timeline but it all worked out.
