I had my wedding at The Lodge at Pebble Beach last month and I could not have been happier with how everything turned out. The service was top notch from our first visit to the day we left after the wedding. Absolutely the most amazing day and they made planning our wedding easy and fun! The best decision you can make!
This review is for the Lodge at Pebble Beach - Library Room.
Honestly, I don't even know where to begin to describe such an incredible experience. In short, holding our wedding reception at the Lodge at Pebble Beach shifted the wedding reception to another level that I can't imagine would have been possible anywhere else! The longer story is below, but in short, I would highly recommend this venue to absolutely anyone who wants a first class experience and memory!

In short, holding our wedding reception at the Lodge at Pebble Beach shifted the wedding reception to another level that I can't imagine would have been possible anywhere else! The longer story is below, but in short, I would highly recommend this venue to absolutely anyone who wants a first class experience and memory!
I am not someone who has been planning every detail of my wedding since I was little. With the pandemic, we decided that we have 4 healthy parents and really didn't want to delay getting married. Both my and my husband's parents got married the last week in December in 1979, so we decided that week has some significance and wanted to get married in December as well. We wanted an intimate wedding (we had 30 people total for our reception), great food, a beautiful and elegant vibe, and a really fun time. We reached out to multiple places but nothing felt quite right (e.g, delayed responses from venues, lack of availability, prices that were not justified by the experience, etc.). Then, I reached out to the Lodge at Pebble Beach and had the good fortune to get a reply from Jennifer Kirsch. This was the turning point of our experience! Ultimately, I first spoke with Jennifer in mid-September 2021 and we got married on December 30th ( about 3 months later). The entire reception was spectacular!
Once we contracted with Pebble Beach, the entire process was simple. We had a planning call with Jennifer to go over the menu and our vision for the wedding, and she requested we send her a link to a "vision board" on Pinterest (which we did easily), and she just made the wedding come to life as if by magic! Seriously, no stress! She listened to our goals, offered incredible ideas, and was so patient and kind with us.
I had never set foot in the Lodge before my wedding day. We planned it all remotely. When I stepped into our reception room, it took my breath away! I love candles and hate the idea of killing flowers, so we opted to go heavy on candles and light on flowers (I totally recommend this for other candle lovers). It created such an unbelievable atmosphere!
The customer service was on another level! Every single person we encountered at the Lodge went above and beyond. I am still receiving compliments the week after my wedding. For example, my mom can only have one type of wine (Moscato) without it triggering a migraine. I mentioned that to Jennifer and asked if we could have a bottle on hand. Not only did they have it on hand, but during cocktail hour when they were passing out the champagne, the waiter recognized my mom and brought her a glass of Moscato instead of champagne without her ever having to mention a thing and then ensured that she was poured Moscato for the rest of the night. The PB team delivered on that level of service for each guest all night!
Oh, the food! We did a flowing reception style reception followed by a dessert bar. Our guests went back 3, 4, 5, 6 times... I highly recommend the grand seafood display, wagu rib eye cap, and pasta stations as serious crowd pleasers. The bartender made fun drinks and I heard so many comments about how fun he made the bar.

My wife and I were married in August 2017 on the 18th hole at Pebble Beach Resort. Our main contact was Julie Bullas, Associate Director of Catering for the Pebble Beach Resorts. Julie was phenomenal in working with us, and our wedding planner for our big day. Julie is extremely organized and every aspect of using the venue for our wedding was taken into consideration by Julie and her team. Julie is well known by many vendors in the area who we leveraged to help in our planning (e.g. decorations/flowers for the wedding reception/dinner etc. and this was so helpful to us in saving time as we were from out of town and this was to be a destination...My wife and I were married in August 2017 on the 18th hole at Pebble Beach Resort. Our main contact was Julie Bullas, Associate Director of Catering for the Pebble Beach Resorts. Julie was phenomenal in working with us, and our wedding planner for our big day. Julie is extremely organized and every aspect of using the venue for our wedding was taken into consideration by Julie and her team. Julie is well known by many vendors in the area who we leveraged to help in our planning (e.g. decorations/flowers for the wedding reception/dinner etc. and this was so helpful to us in saving time as we were from out of town and this was to be a destination wedding. Julie has excellent interpersonal skills and is highly imaginative when it comes to working with us and the wedding planner on ideas to make your special day even more special. We loved working with Julie and her team and highly endorse her and Pebble Beach Resorts for your special day be it a wedding or any other event. They are true professionals with a definite human touch! -

Getting married on the 18th lawn at Pebble Beach was an absolute dream. This is literally one of the most beautiful locations I'd ever seen - especially for golf and beach lovers. Pebble Beach hosted both our ceremony and our reception. Everything was just absolutely perfect - from the beautiful scenery to the amazing behind-the-scenes resort team. My main point of contact was Francesca and she was simply the best. She is flexible, patient, responsive and a pleasure to be around. Even my family/friends could not stop gushing about Francesca. She coordinated every last detail with such grace and precision... the food, cake, floral and hair/make-up was just perfect. She takes the stress out of the planning. Without hesitation,...Getting married on the 18th lawn at Pebble Beach was an absolute dream. This is literally one of the most beautiful locations I'd ever seen - especially for golf and beach lovers. Pebble Beach hosted both our ceremony and our reception. The wonderful staff at the Inn at Spanish Bay helped turn my fantasy wedding into a storybook reality. They were attentive, responsive, flexible, and so professional. From our ceremony site on the 2nd Tee at Spanish Bay, our ocean/coast and course views were breathtakingly beautiful in every direction.
As for those with whom we interacted, Jane Telfer initially gave us a tour and was friendly, informative and thorough. Lindell Mendoza, the Manager of the Stillwater Bar and Grill, along with his staff, provided a delicious and beautiful dinner. Lezlie Johnson, the Floral and Event Design Manager, provided gorgeous orchids. Nina Sherrill also responded to emails when Jane was out (Jane is part time), providing great support.

We must give a special thank you to Julie Bullas and Barry Peterson. When we arrived, we only expected to be shown to our room to get ready. We didn't expect that Julie, the Catering Sales Manager, and Barry, the Director of Resort Catering would be so incredibly helpful! Due to mishaps earlier in the day, we were now running late and feeling frantic. But Julie helped steam my dress, lace up my corset back, and helped with my veil. Barry made sure we had everything we needed, offered help and suggestions, took items to and from the ceremony site for us, and overall, just made sure everything ran smoothly.
Barry and Julie went above and beyond, and they were exactly what we needed to stay on schedule, and to keep us calm! They were amazing!
I never interacted with Brandon Ferch or Julia Temple, but I know they were copied on emails, and may have done some "behind the scenes work". Others may have been involved as well. So we'd like to thank EVERYONE who had a hand in the coordination of our wedding day! (If I've overlooked anyone, please pass this "thank you" on to them.)
They're a fantastic team, and their care and execution are an example to all! -

I loved everything about this venue. If there were ever any problems, I never knew about them. The staff was amazing, the site was great and the overall feel of the place was perfect for us. Overall, we had a wonderful experience working with the Lodge at Pebble Beach and their team. The Library room and patio overlooking the 18th green were absolutely stunning. Although you do pay for the view, we found it to be absolutely worth it. The food was delicious as well and did not feel like banquet food. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a great rehearsal dinner spot!Overall, we had a wonderful experience working with the Lodge at Pebble Beach and their team. The Library room and patio overlooking the 18th green were absolutely stunning. Although you do pay for the view, we found it to be absolutely worth it.
