    Beautiful wedding

    My daughter's wedding was beautiful and the venue and wedding planner was great.

    Beautiful Venue for our Daughters Wedding. And Ms Patty is fabulous! I highly recommend this place. She is very accommodating!

    Beautiful inside & out for a wedding. Spacious rooms. Very nicely decorated as we wanted it. And the owners are absolutely fantastic! I had all confidence and no worries during my Daughters wedding. I highly recommend this Venue!

    Amazing and beautiful venue!

    This venue was perfect for my wedding!! It is absolutely beautiful ❤️❤️ The owner, Patty, is amazing as well. She is very accommodating to your wants and extremely helpful with whatever you need. I told her the exact decorations I wanted for my ceremony and reception, and when I arrived the day before the wedding to decorate, the entire ceremony area was completely done. It was so nice of her to have it all done for me!! Made it extremely less stressful. Highly recommend the all inclusive packages she offers. Just simply amazing ❤️ My wedding was absolutely perfect!!

    Best day of our lives

    This venue was perfect for me and my husband, for our little country wedding it was the most amazing thing that I could have ever imagined!! Mrs. patty was always so helpful and really values and cares about your big day as if it was her own!! Also we had an amazing coordinator Miss Christy is great!!

    This was the perfect place for the wedding we envisioned. The day turned out to be picture perfect all with Patty' s help. Mixing my elegant chic side an my husband's rustic side. Her decorations were absolutely gorgeous. And her eye for design and floral arrangements is unbelievable. Pearls In the Pines inside and out Is absolutely Phenomenal.

    Pearls in the Pines was the most perfect place for my wedding!! The decorations were are GORGEOUS, the outside pond was a perfect backdrop for the nuptuals. Ms Patty was really easy to work with, and you get alot of bang for your buck! Would HIGHLY recommend using this Venue!

    Amazing venue. Not too big, so we were able to have an intimate wedding with close family and friends. Very affordable. Patty is amazing to work with. She is so sweet and accommodating and will do anything she can to help make your day more amazing than you could dream of.

    They were very attentive & professional. Very well priced for a beautiful venue and location. There was linens, plate settings, center pieces, and decorations available so it was way less stress for me. There's also a small rv park and a small cabin available for bride & groom. She gave several references for anything I didn't know anything about (catering, decor, officiant, etc.). I highly recommend this place! I was very pleased.

    Mrs. Patty is so helpful! The venue is absolutely gorgeous! Highly reccomend for anyone looking for a rustic theme. We made ours a rustic and fancy mix and it looked absolutely gorgeous!

    This was a very pretty venue and I loved every second of my wedding day! Patty makes the process very easy and is with you every step of the way!

    This place is everything I was looking for- a gorgeous little rustic venue at an affordable price and so much more! Patty is wonderful to work with and so helpful with many years experience in wedding coordinating. Her venue comes with nearly everything you need for your wedding day. She has linens, centerpieces, and all the rustic touches a venue needs so there's little decorating required. She offers all this and still has an affordable rate, so it's great for brides on a budget like I was! Patty did so much the day of my wedding that helped me tremendously! She had my ceremony site already set up, and as soon as the flowers arrived, she offered to work on my centerpieces for me while my girls and I got ready. She worked with the DJ and made suggestions to me regarding my reception timeline and helped keep things running smoothly all night. I couldn't have asked for a better venue when I chose this place. I highly recommend Pearls in the Pines to any bride on the hunt for a venue!

    Wedding event

    Our wedding day was absolutely amazing! We only had 4 months to plan our wedding and Patty was so helpful and professional. We didn’t have a clear idea of how we wanted to decorate or schedule the day but Patty was so patient and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. She also recommened us some great venders (DJ, cake baker, etc.) which we decided to use! Patty went above and beyond for our special day and was so eager to help achieve our vision. Also, the coordinator Christi, was the best! So helpful, kind, and great at facilitating the details behind the scenes. She kept checking in on everyone to make sure everything was running smoothly.
    I would 10/10 recommend this venue!

    Growing up a girl always dreams about the perfect wedding day, plans for months, and spends a lot of money trying to make sure everything will be perfect. All of my vendors went above and beyond to make sure my special day was everything I'd ever wished for. When I found Pearls in the Pines, I was so excited... it was close to home and full of charm.Things took a quick turn the week of my wedding... Patty had a problem with my bartenders, I ended up purchasing my own host liquor liability insurance... and Patty was still following guest around asking them to pour out beer, this was only the begging of our problems. Patty was extremely difficulty to work with, I had my own decorator and Patty had her own decor already up, her decor didn't match my theme.. my bridesmaids asked her if we could take it down and she said," no, that is too much work.. it's staying up" If I'm paying that much to rent a place out, I shouldn't have to use her decor if I didn't like it. I had guest coming up to me all night long continuously complaining about things she had said or done, I was having to go find my coordinator about once every 30 minutes to ask her to address a different issue with Patty, it was miserable. I had also bought the big venue package, which included table linens, Patty tried getting me to switch my colors because she was afraid I would stain her table cloths..I had guest dancing at the reception, there had been a spill and there was a sticky spot, instead of wiping up the mess with a rag, Patty began mopping the dance floor behind my guest!!To top things off, this is not only a venue but an RV park... There were people showing up to my wedding from her RV park drinking at our bar!! If you are thinking about booking here, make sure you plan on using all of her decor, her preferred vendors, and not having anyone have a good time... we had rented a party bus to take us all home, needless to say the party bus got cancelled. I will gladly back my review up with emails!

    Owner ruined my wedding!!

    This is not the review I wanted to leave after my wedding nor do I think anyone would want to leave one like this so I hope this one can save many brides-to-be some stress and heart ache. I want to start by saying the owner from the beginning had this very “its my way or the highway attitude.” We did not go with her biggest package because I wanted to choose my own caterer, baker music and so on, but our contract was for the building from 11 am to midnight that day as well as a open bar tender and security for 4 hours. I was happy with the package and I loved the look of the venue for what I was wanting for my wedding. Before the wedding she and I would message and she seemed like she really wasn’t interested in me as her client, this was rather odd to me since she is technically running a business and I found it to be quite rude. This attitude remained the same throughout the panning and up to the wedding. The day before she was incredibly rude to my now husband and my aunt who were there dropping off jackets, beer etc. simply because my parents who were bringing up the beer and liquor for the bar were 10 minutes late to bringing things to the venue. I understand they were late but a 10 minute tardiness does not constitute you get to have an attitude with one of your clients, i.e. my husband who she’s met before and he’s not someone you forget. Then the day of the wedding the lead of the band we hired showed up early to set up the speakers for the walk and hep set up equipment and he too shared some choice words about her poor behavior. As I’m getting my hair and makeup done while the parties are doing the walkthrough we hear something fall and 2 crashes. Let me explain this first so the rest makes sense, the AC in the building would literally suck the door of the bridal suite shut if the door is closed. A friend of mine knocked on this door to see where she needed to be, my mom attempted to open the door and it pulled back right away. This caused a wall tile on the top of the fire place to fall, hit a cross on the mantle which fell and broke. The owner came angry and stated “if y’all weren’t slamming doors this wouldn’t have happened.” Others have told her they saw what happened, including my brother who was my man of honor, and defended my friend on the situation. Later at around 4 I was ready to get in my dress and take my pictures, she came in and asked how everything was going. I wasn’t really comfortable with this since I was about to undress as well as the brides maids and that’s just inappropriate to walk in unannounced as women are changing. I’m not comfortable showing my body to that extent to a complete stranger, even if she is the owner I felt that our privacy was violated. Fast forward, the decorations were beautiful so she did that right I’ll give her that, we had a beautiful ceremony, took our pictures and was ready to be announced. During this time some of my moms friends stepped in to help serve food since the other people my mother hired back out since it was Mother’s Day weekend. She critiqued these women on how to serve food as though they have never done anything like this before. We planned for 90 people but 70 showed up they could have given a little more if they wanted to. Then there was an issue from a quest, they came up to me and stated that they had left a card in the box for us but noticed that it was gone. My mother asked the coordinator and the owner about their whereabouts and they both told her “the bride knows about them being moved to the kitchen to prevent others from taking them.” I really do not recall this conversation and the fact that they wouldn’t even talk to my mother about details of what is going on for my wedding so I, THE BRIDE, and my husband, THE GROOM, didn’t have to worry or stress about anything but enjoy our wedding was absolutely ridiculous. The owner would later walk around with a mean scowl on her face, slam around the decorative plates stating “they knew they would have to clean up” prior to people finishing food so I’m sure she ruined an appetite or two, during the cake cutting she was helping the coordinator with cutting and handing out cake and people were asking who this lady is and why is she so angry? Her presence alone ruined the mood of the wedding, if you’re not happy get out of the business so those who really want this business can thrive. But what finally had me in tears was this; the coordinator came up before 10:30 and asked if I wanted to do last call at 10:45 so that the band and bartender could clean up since they would need an hour to clean up. I said let me decide on that since its not event close to time for send off. As I mentioned we had 4 hours with the bartender and a security officer, she started serving at 7:30 so that means last call is at 11:15 which gives the guest the last 15 minutes to get drinks. The coordinator gave the signal for last call at 10:30, 15 minutes before what she was even telling me she wanted to do. When my mother asked why did they call so early they said I said to do this, I didn’t even know she did last call until my mother walked up shouting about why I let them do last call so early. At this point I was furious, the owner had lied to my mothers face, the woman who worked so hard to make my perfect day come to life, was practically robbing us of our time that we paid for to be in that venue and had no shame nor remorse about it. I went and demanded to know what was going on and why are they breaching our contract, they went on again about clean up to which I told them that what they were doing is wrong, I wasn’t ready to stop the reception and told them we wold have our attorney involved if kept at what they were doing. My brother pulled me away to calm down so he can handle that situation, I stormed into the bridal suite and cried my eyes out and decided forget the send off just get me out of this masked hell hole. She even had the audacity to try and console me saying “I’m sorry this wasn’t your perfect wedding day,” I cut her off and told her to get away from me before she could say anything else, my brother and aunt got her to leave and 15 minutes later everything we didn’t want trashed was loaded up in trucks and gone. I didn’t get to have my send off, which every married couple deserves. After the wedding the owner agreed to send back the deposit due to cutting our time short, however when we received the check it was in my husband's name. My husband did not sign the contract nor did he pay for the venue. Her response when I asked for a new check in my name, due to my husband being on the road for work and wouldn't be back soon, she refused to send a new check in my name thus showing, once again, how its her way or the highway. So to those that stuck around to the end thank you for hearing my side, and please watch out for this woman and this venue. This place is just too beautiful and serene its a shame that its haunted by this woman who’ll literally chase you out the door.

    Worst Day Ever!

    I’m not the type of person to leave negative reviews, but after this weekend and everything I had to deal with, with the owner of Pearls In The Pines Inc. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this venue. Although this place is beautiful, the owner is very rude and disrespectful. On May 25, 2019 I had my wedding and reception at this venue. Starting early May she was giving me a hard time about the lady who was doing my decorations saying the woman needed to be insured and need to send her insurance information by a certain date, which was not in her contract. This carried on up until 2 days before my wedding. Then the day before the wedding when we showed up for rehearsal she didn’t tell me nor my husband that the plugs that were used for by dj’s during the ceremony were destroyed by “hogs.” We later found out through my uncle who was the DJ that needed to hook up. She didn’t bother to clean out the pond or the spider webs that were all over the building. So on to the day of my wedding, the lady that was supposed to do the decorating was having so many problems with this owner. Every time the decorator and her helpers set out something patty would go right behind and change it. Saying that’s not how I set things up, but I wanted to know why did that matter because we only paid her for the building, not to decorate. She wouldn’t let her set up anything the way I wanted it. Then to end the night my family was helping clean up, because it was in the contract that we were responsible to clean, one person asked for a broom to sweep and she refused to give up the broom. We had to clean to get our deposit back, but she wouldn’t tell us where to get the broom so luckily someone found one after asking her repeatedly and getting no response. She constantly addressed us as “you people.” On top of all of this she called the cops on us to make us leave at 10:30pm when we were supposed to have the building from 9am to 12am. I’d advise everyone to stay away from this venue if you don’t want these problems. If I’m completely honest with you guys I didn’t even want to show up on Saturday. Needless to say it was the worst day of my life.
