We used Peak Events for our wedding rentals last August and had a wonderful experience! Talia and everyone we communicated with were always very nice and a pleasure to work with. PEAK is the premier rentals company in the Boston area. They are so professional and have an incredibly diverse selection of products depending on what your vision is for your event. I worked with Hayley in the Woburn office for my Boston Harbor Hyatt wedding. She was very helpful and responsive and had great suggestions for the most impactful decor when we met in person at the warehouse. For the wedding weekend, I ordered chargers, napkins, water glasses and a cake plateau to elevate the design of our hotel's wedding package (linens/chairs included). Let me start off by saying, Nick is the BEST!!!! Nick was my main point of contact at Peak and he was truly outstanding to work with. I cannot express how much of an asset he was throughout the planning process. We were on the phone for over an hour on our first call and it was like we knew each other for years! He had so many great recommendations and ideas, and really worked with the budget I had (and did not try to up-sell me once!!). I was blown away by the products I rented for the day of the wedding - the bars, shelving, lounge furniture, napkins, tablecloths were all SO beautiful. PEAK Event Services is the best in the biz
WOW! That is my biggest takeaway from working with PEAK. We used them for our rentals (tables, chairs, linens, tableware) and our tent, dance floor, lighting. They quite literally took the idea that I had in my head and brought it to life before my eyes. They transformed my grandmother's front lawn into an elegant venue that I will never forget. When I close my eyes and picture my wedding day I see the sailcloth tent, carved wooden beams, authentic dance floor, rustic farm tables and gauzey table linens all as I had been picturing it long before I hired PEAK. If you want to design the event of your dreams, you MUST hire PEAK. Everything from the creative vision to the communicative staff took our special day to new heights. I can't recommend them enough. Perfect addition to our wedding!
We hired Peak Event Rentals through our amazing wedding coordinator at Providence Public library. We sent pictures and told the vision of what we wanted it to look like - and our coordinator/Peak Event rentals delivered far above and beyond! The furniture rentals were perfect for the space and our event. I would highly recommend Peak Event Rentals - they have a great selection and beautiful items - we didn't even "see" or "check" what we were getting before, totally put the trust in our coordinator and Peak Event rentals, and it worked out beyond perfectly.

PEAK had a beautiful selection of items that fit our style beautifully. We rented chairs, tables, glassware, and plates. Everything showed up in perfect condition. I specifically requested ties (I love bows) on the chairs instead of velcro and they were sure to honor this special request. I visited their event space twice to see their rentals in-person. Both times they were incredibly accommodating. The second time we visited, they even brought the full size grey farm table up to the showroom and assembled it so I could get a true sense for how everything would look with it. Very impressed by their team!

We used Peak Event Services for some miscellaneous rentals - a big fridge, some sheet pans, and fill n’ chill table. Their delivery guys were awesome- we realized the fridge was too tall for the room we wanted to put it in, so they figured out a different solution and were so friendly and helpful the whole time! Peterson's provided the most beautiful grey floor length tablecloths for my wedding. They were in perfect condition and set the entire mood for our tent. I was able to pick them up before my wedding and drop them off after to their center in Woburn as my wedding was in Vermont, but I live in the Boston area. I worked with Shannon to determine how many I would need and went back and forth numerous times as my floor plan kept changing. She was always very quick to reply and easy to work with.

The last month before the wedding there were several revisions made to our order based on the table needs for other vendors such as our caterer and they Kym was always happy to revise the invoices. It was so nice to have to deal with only one company for all of my linen needs! Deanna was a rockstar and quickly helped me with every hilarious question I came up with. We rented cocktail hour & dinner table linens as well as drapes for our ceremony. Everything was perfect, no staining, and really well maintained!

These guys are awesome. I did an outdoor DIY wedding with a tent and had to update quantities several times. Every time I reached out I received a prompt, friendly response. They got everything perfect despite my many changes. They were very accommodating and met with me one on one to review items before hand. I used Rentals Unlimited for linens, just for my sweetheart table and cake table (my venue provided ivory linens for the rest of the tables, but I wanted something special for these two). It was easy to make an appointment to visit the showroom and see the linens in person. Kayla was friendly and helpful, and was able to set up my picks so that I could compare them easily. Rentals Unlimited coordinated with my venue, so after I chose the linens, I didn't need to do anything else! Although I didn't rent anything else, there were a lot of choices in the showroom - table clothes, napkins, chairs, candelabras, place settings, etc.

I rented ceremony chairs, table linens, napkins and chargers for my intimate wedding from PPC. I loved the selection to choose from and everything arrived on time and was set up beautifully! It was a really seamless experience and I would highly recommend PPC if you want to take your event to the next level!

These guys are one of the top event rentals companies in the Boston area. Always professional, always on time, easy to use website, and lots of excellent options. One drawback is that it's a bit expensive, but the quality of service received is worth it!

Rentals Unlimited has the most beautiful wedding/event rentals! Meeting with Steph Solomon at their showroom was the most magnificent experience, a decor dream come true! The showroom has a linen wall, extensive chivari chair collection, china, flatware, etc.. When we walked into our ballroom, I was a puddle of tears, it was the most beautifully dressed ballroom I'd ever seen! Thank you to Steph, Larry & team for making our special day absolutely stunning!

We rented chairs and pipe and draping from Rentals Unlimited for our wedding at the Botanical Gardens in Providence, RI. It was a pleasure dealing with the company - they made everything super easy and were prompt with delivery and pickup. They were the only company that had the clear acrylic chairs I wanted to so badly - and they looked AMAZING! We used a couple of rental companies for our tented Cape Cod wedding, however, we found Rentals Unlimited to be the easiest to work with! They were the only ones who carried the color water glass and napkin we wanted to match our color scheme (turquoise, or "tiffany blue"). Contract was easy and straight forward, rentals showed up on time, and they were just as promised and expected. Highly recommend!

I used Rentals Unlimited for my wedding in September and as always, they delivered! They helped me pick out the most beautiful aubergine satin napkins and natural weave table runners to compliment my overall color scheme. Being in the event industry myself, I have seen products from many rental companies, and especially where linens are concerned they are the best. Their product is always consistent: no rips, fading, or stains and they are always on top of the newest trends, bringing in fresh new patterns and styles. I had a great experience with Rentals Unlimited for my October 2013 wedding! We went to their showroom in Stoughton and picked out everything needed for the table setting, and the sales team was patient and helpful. After placing the initial order, we needed to make some changes when it got closer to the wedding, and it was no problem at all. Everything arrived on time and looked fantastic at our reception. My wedding was in my parents back yard so we had to rent EVERYTHING for the ceremony and reception-tent,tables,chairs, dance floor, dishes/glasses, a grill, etc, etc. Everyone at Peterson was very friendly and helpful from the planning phases right through the day itself. They were very flexible in terms of changing the order and accommodating our needs.
The delivery and set up of the tent was able to be done a few days before the wedding so that we would have time to decorate, etc. The rest of the things were delivered early the day before. When we had a problem with one of the fans we rented not working, they came back very quickly with a replacement.
I would highly recommend Peterson for any of your party/wedding rental needs!

Personally, I had a perfect experience with these folks. I needed to find a place that had everything I wanted under one roof - farm tables, mason jars, unique linen, in addition to the basics like banquets and Chivari chairs. They had almost everything I needed. I was really in a funk the day I went into the showroom but that all changed when I met Kayla. Kayla is very young but extremely on top of stuff. She provided better customer service that the vast majority of people I've worked with in my life - VERY mature for her age. Something about the way she dealt with me cheered me up. Or maybe it was because she was so excited about my wedding, more that I was that day. It ended up being such a great experience and I found stuff that I was really excited to rent.
Over the next couple of months every now and then I would have to contact Kayla about this or that - an addition, a subtraction, a question. Every time, she got back to me as soon as she could with an answer or an update. I always knew what I was going to pay, when the stuff would arrive, when it would be picked up.
On the day of the delivery the guys came on time and were so sweet and friendly. Every thing I ordered was there down to the very last sash. I worked in event planning for a few years and NEVER did everything arrive. We always had to count, and count again, and then call to track down whatever was missing. This didn't happen. I also loved that they provided a bag for the dirty linens. A great touch.
Zero complaints. I was thrilled with this company and very glad I found them.

We rented rechargeable tea lights for our wedding reception, because open flames were not permitted at our venue without a fire marshal present.
Peterson were recommended by a family member and made the process very easy. We ordered the tea lights, but because our venue was already ordering a dance floor and other items, everything was arranged to be delivered together, saving us on some delivery charges. That took a burden off of us, and we didn't have to worry about returning them when the event was over. Communication with the rental company also was easy.

We used Rentals Unlimited for the table linens for our party and they totally transformed the look of the venue! Our party was on the Spirit of Boston so the room was beautiful to start with, with white linens. But when we added the tropical colored linens, the room looked totally different and was transformed into the tropical paradise we hoped it would be. Rentals Unlimited was professional every step of the way, and they came through for us even though it was sort of a last minute decision to rent linens. They were able to work within our tight schedule and we were extremely pleased with the end result.

Rentals items were delivered earlier than expected. We were able to bargain in terms of prices for the chairs we rented. Our first contact person was not responsive, but we were later given someone else who was very helpful. Chairs were in decent condition.

We used PPC for our Tables, glasswae silverware and linens and they did an excellent job. They event custom made a table runner to meet the size o f the oddly shaped an long Head table. I would definitely used them int he same way again.

They were great. Their website is really easy to use and they had a lot of choices. The prices compared favorably with Taylor Rental and the quality of their stuff was a lot better. We went through their website and picked out what we wanted, and it showed up when they promised and was gone after the wedding. I didn't have to think about anything rental-related on the wedding day and everything looked nice. I couldn't have asked for more.

Rentals Unlimited provided all of my decor for our wedding. Everything from custom linens, tables, chiavari chairs, china, glassware, & even a custom pink and white dance floor. They were incredible to work with and extremely professional. Everything was delivered on time and the installation went flawlessly. All of the products were in impeccable condition and I would use them again in a heart beat. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants to make their wedding an occasion to remember.

Great experience with Peak Event Services for my wedding! And definitely the best option in the area. Our caterer was really excited that we were renting from Peak. We got tables, chairs, napkins, dinnerware for 200. Great flexibility (I changed my order weekly in the last few months before the wedding). They forgot some chairs on the first delivery but it got sorted out before the wedding. Also they were INCREDIBLE with breakdown. We partied in to the night and I promised my parents (wedding was in their backyard) that I would help clean up the day after. By the time I got to my parents (maybe 11am?) Peak had come and fished out all of the tables and chairs and nicely placed the flowers to the side. It was a great post-wedding day surprise (honestly it kind of made my day that I didn't have to stack tables and chairs!). Would highly recommend.

Table Toppers has an enormous selection of colors and fabrics from which to choose. I met with Linda Connell and Kayla Morin at the warehouse in Newton, where they showed me all the options available in the colors (purple and white) I had in mind. Their suggestions were extremely helpful. The table coverings (beautiful, rich color for the underlay and lacy sheer white for the overlay) and the napkins were exceptionally beautiful and contributed to the elegance of our wedding.
If you're looking for gorgeous table linens for your wedding (or any event), Table Toppers is the place to go.

We had a wonderful experience with Table Toppers when planning my tented wedding reception at my parents' home.
Linda was wonderful to work with, and they were extremely flexible as we made several changes to our order throughout our planning (number of tables, table sizes, etc) We had a pretty good idea of what we wanted, but they made the decision process extremely easy, and were very accommodating of our special requests.
Communication was great throughout the entire experience, they were a very low-maintenance vendor, and we did not worry about their wedding day performance at all. Their linens are extremely expensive, but everything was beautiful, delivered on time, and exactly what we wanted.
Table Toppers is an excellent choice, but an expensive one.

PEAK has all you need
The variety of rental options was fantastic! As our venue required all rentals, we had the ability to fully customize and PEAK was fantastic at supporting those needs. We had some last minute changes that they were very accommodating to. All of the rented items were in great condition and the entire vision for our wedding came together.

Beautiful items and great execution
PEAK rentals was the selected rentals vendor for my venue, but I wanted to review their selection. They have beautiful items and offered several options for my winter wedding that were elegant and polished. I know a more rustic style is popular for fall and winter, so it was nice to have seasonal options outside of that aesthetic. They have a diverse range of items and prices, and were able to execute my vision down to two table linen colors/textures, an accent napkin, all placed at the right tables, and beautiful walnut chairs with dark cushions.

Elegant rentals, wide variety
Kelly at Peak was so communicative, and a delight in person. It was so helpful to go to the showroom to put together our perfect table settings. The prices are a bit more than other places, but their selection is the most extensive, and I was glad to be able to rent multiple types of items from the same vendor (e.g., display easel, table cloths, silverware, glassware, etc).

Incredible experience with PEAK!
We used Peak for rentals for our wedding in Kennebunkport Maine. The whole experience was amazing from selecting our items to the delivery and pick up. Not only were the items beautiful, but the service was great. The staff at Peak offered to set up the rented bars free of charge upon delivery. They worked within the constraints of out venue and were efficient. Would highly recommend for any wedding/ event!

expensive, but worth it
Are there cheaper rental companies out there? Definitely. But PEAK is super reliable and easy to work with. They are the premier rental company in the Boston area and you see their trucks all over the city. They were exactly what you want from a rental company--prompt, fast, and accurate. They were so good that we didn't even see them come or go when they dropped off and picked up our things. Our order was accurate, items were in great condition, and they were very flexible with changes we made up.

Rental Items for great
We rented all of our rental items from Peak including linens, dinnerware, and extra items. Our of all the rental companies we looked into around Boston, Peak seemed to have the best selection our of everyone. The Woburn office was so accommodating and helpful when it came to what we actually needed and quantities. The pricing is a bit higher then other places but their products seem to be better quality and you have a bigger selection. I highly recommend going through Peak for rentals and using the Woburn Office.

Beautiful!
We used Peak for linens for our wedding. We had a vintage wedding, and wanted special linens for the sweetheart table, cake table, and gift table. I wish we could have used them for more, but our budget was already allocated towards other items. The linens we rented were gorgeous, and made our tables look amazing. We paired them with my grandmothers vintage china, and it really brought the whole vintage look together. I would use Peak again in a heartbeat, they were professional, helpful and flexible. I wish I could spend all day in their showroom, it is so much fun!
