The best in the business, no question.
When you hire a wedding planner, you want someone who lives and breathes organization, compassion, and style. Those are three very distinct characteristics not often found in the same person. Cindy has those in plenty, and so many more. Cindy is a dreamboat, a planner, a friend, and a wedding enthusiast. She knows how to effectively pair brides (and grooms, and other wedding party folx) with vendors that match their personality and style. She knows how to schedule like nobody's business (except, well, it is quite literally her business) and she knows how to turn a fire into a tiny little bump in the road. She's amazing. I owe her for fostering the experience that was my wedding day, and honestly, the best day of my life. -

Cindy is amazing!
Cindy is a true wedding expert! She was extremely responsive throughout the entire wedding planning process and I left every conversation feeling confident that my day was going to be perfect (and it was!). Her attention to detail is outstanding and her organization is impressive. On top of it all, she emphasized the importance of spending time as a couple and taking everything in. Because of Cindy and her ability to take all stress and pressure off of the couple, we were able to do that. Our wedding day was everything we dreamed of and we couldn't have done it without her! -

It’s a testament to Cindy’s expertise and experience that she was able to step in to help out a wedding 48 hours notice and execute flawlessly. She went above and beyond on our big day despite having a wedding the night before. We can’t recommend Cindy enough! -

Cindy was arguably the most valuable asset my husband and I spent money on for our wedding this September. I cannot recommend her enough. Even if you tell yourself "I'm just having an intimate wedding, I don't need a planner", let me be the one to tell you that hiring Cindy is worth it!
Untraditional couple, family drama, pandemic hangups and curveballs, rain for the first time in months during wedding week - our wedding had it all, and Cindy handled it seamlessly by being proactive and anticipating needs and changes before they became problems. I was busy with medical school, but she understood my intentions, personality, and vision and took every burden off my shoulders she could during the process.
She is highly organized, compassionate, smart, direct, and just fun to talk with. She knew when to clue me in and when to handle it herself, and she gave me honest opinions on my vendors that truly helped me select the best team. Day before and day of, she coordinated everything flawlessly. Let me tell you right now- there is a LOT more than you think to be done wedding week and you will have so much more time to just enjoy if you hire Cindy.
Cindy is a true pro in the PNW wedding industry and I highly recommend she be your first investment for your wedding. -

Words cannot express my gratitude for Cindy with Peachy Keen Coordination. My wedding was something out of a magazine! The venue was at timberline lodge. It was the PERFECT wedding and it's all because of Cindy. I came to her with extravagant wedding ideas and she worked her magic and brought it to life!!
If you think you don't need a wedding planner, think again and if you think you can go with just any one THINK AGAIN!
Cindy is a top-notch planner and I am incredibly lucky to have had her help. She always made use feel as though she had everything 100% under control. Trust me, you want this is a planner!! Cindy makes the time to get to know you as a couple, and offer thoughtful, intentional guidance in planning your wedding in way that's uniquely celebrating your love story. Cindy is kind, thoughtful, reassuring, patient, proactive, and trustworthy. She is organized and accessible for any questions or concerns. The decisions with wedding planning would naturally feel overwhelming, but Cindy is your north star through it all. Her joy for the work she does is palpable. Oh my gosh I don’t even know where to start. I’m a pandemic bride and after our postponement I lost ALL of the planning excitement. My mo suggested I find a wedding planner to help and I can honestly say the best decesion I ever made was hiring Cindy and her assistant Courtney. She made everything so easy and organized and provided so much insight I would have never had. On our actual wedding day it rained and Cindy came up with a rain plan that I loved so much we ended up using that even though it wasn’t raining by the time our ceremony started! My wedding was a dream come true, honestly better than I ever imagined, and so much of that was because of Peachy Keen! -

We hired Cindy all the way back in 2019 for a 2020 wedding at the Sentinel hotel. Unfortunately covid hit and we had to postpone until 9/4/2021. Cindy handled all the transferring of vendors to the new date within a DAY!! Amazing! Cindy was absolutely my favorite vendor I worked with and I cannot say enough good things about her. We had a lot of small details to coordinate from live music, djs, multiple cakes and a bunch of personal decor items. Cindy did an amazing job of making sure everything was perfect and carried out exactly the way I’d planned. She even packed things up so nicely so it was easy to remove items from the venue. Wedding planning is such a stressful experience and with covid postponements I had a difficult time staying positive. I came to rely on Cindy for her organization, instant communication, and overwhelming kindness. I think that’s the biggest point I want to get across in this review. You can not find a more genuine, kind, and generous person than Cindy and you would be lucky if you could snag her as your coordinator!! -

Pure joy on wedding day
Hiring Cindy was hands-down the best decision we made for our wedding! There are MANY benefits to having Peachy Keen Coordination a part of your wedding planning and wedding day, but the best for us was that we could really enjoy our engagement period AND be present at our wedding day knowing Cindy was on our team.
We booked the Millions of Peaches option, so we really got to know Cindy through the 12 months of preparation for our wedding. She is kind, talented, and now a dear friend! Cindy kept us informed on every COVID-19 update and how we could pivot our wedding to safely celebrate in the guidelines. Our wedding was a complete build-out at a private residence which required a lot of planning and organization. Cindy arranged multiple site visits with our other vendors and was always supportive of our vision above all else. I cannot state enough how organized Cindy is, from budget spreadsheets and RSVP tracking to seating charts and timelines; our other wedding vendors loved working with her!
During the week of our wedding, she was on site every day overseeing set-up and she ran the best wedding rehearsal I have ever been a part of! On our wedding day, she arrived six hours before the ceremony to do day-of set up and stayed hours after the guests had left to clean up… outstanding! She even helped make sure we filled out the marriage license correctly. It was pure joy to see our wedding vision realized and everything went so smoothly because Cindy was always working in the background! I truly believe we would not have had a better experience with anyone else, and if we had to do it all over again, I would pick Peachy Keen Coordination every time!

An investment in Peachy Keen Coordination is an investment in yourself and your future spouse. Cindy was a dream to work with, and we would HIGHLY recommend you to work with her also.
Our wedding venue referred Peachy Keen Coordination to help specifically for day-of-coordination. We initially selected a package focused on the day of coordination. Still, We quickly learned we needed a LOT of help trying to plan a COVID wedding and upgraded our Peachy package. Cindy responded, and we were quickly back on track to stress-free wedding planning.
Cindy listens, is a great communicator, and is very organized and detailed-oriented. She mapped our wedding vision for the venue and drafted a timeline in a single-hour meeting! Cindy jumped in with alternative vendors when we encountered roadblocks with caterers. She has a list of preferred vendors, which are vendors she has worked with previously and met the Peachy Keen standards. Do not underestimate the value of a wedding coordination professional with a preferred vendor recommendation list. Your peace of mind is priceless. Remember, a wedding is a special moment in your life, don't cheat yourself out of the best experience; invest in a wedding coordination professional.
Our wedding day was PERFECT for us. We did not have to worry about anything. I jokingly tell my now-husband that I would do it again to work with Cindy again. She was a special part of our wedding experience and day. -

Highly Recommended!!
We worked with Peachy Keen Coordination on our March 2021 Covid-lopment. Cindy was great to work with and we highly recommend that you work with her too!
She responded quickly and thoroughly to any questions we had. We booked with her in October 2020. As our date neared, she kept us regularly updated about the changing distancing requirements. She also was very considerate of our family's particular requests for social distancing.
Cindy coordinated very well with our other vendors. She was well-informed about each vendor category and it was easy to trust her recommendations.
She was wonderful on the wedding day too. She thought of multiple things that made the day even more enjoyable. Everything went smoothly because of her efforts.
If you're on the fence, don't be! Let Cindy & PKC help your wedding be even more special than you imagined. -

Wonderful human. Wonderful coordinator.
We hired Cindy to be our day-of-coordinator and we are so glad we did. My husband and I are both strong-willed creatives and Cindy was able to let us live out our vision while catching all the crucial gaps we were missing. We were both impressed with how adaptable Cindy was and let me tell you, we didn’t even know how much we needed her organized brain to help us navigate all of the logistics for our remote, National Park wedding.
Even weeks before our big day Cindy created a detailed timeline for us that not only helped all the planning feel more real, but also reminded us of many small and important details that we would have otherwise skipped over. She contacted and connected all of our vendors (from different States) so we never once had to worry about any of that, it was a huge relief. On our wedding day everything seemed to just happen behind the scenes (the cake, the dancefloor, the table setting, the DJ set-up…the list goes on). We had previously discussed with Cindy that one of our main worries was that the whole day would just go by too quickly. Not having to think about navigating vendors and guests really helped us enjoy the day and kept us from missing special moments. If anything went wrong that day (I’m sure it did), we didn’t know about it. It was perfect.
Thank you Cindy and Kyle for making the trip out to the Olympics, rallying an international group of guests and helping us make our day so special.

From vendor referrals, to a detailed planning guideline, to interactive Google spreadsheets, to staging your details for up close and personal photography, Cindy does it all, and she does it with grace, good humor, and a truly remarkable attention to detail. On this one day, I was able to shut my brain off, enjoy each moment with friends and family, and feel confident that everything was under control. I don’t even know where to start except by saying there is no way my wedding could have gone so perfectly without Cindy. Even though I am in the industry and had a better idea of what I wanted and how the day would go, I still turned out to be incredibly anxious and easily overwhelmed during the entire planning process leading all the way up to the day of. And you guys, Cindy was my rock, my cheerleader, & my often needed kick in the ass every step of the way. That is my favorite part of her service. You can not pay enough, in my opinion, for someone who goes so above and beyond to make your special day special without the stress. Every issue that arose, even the ones I thought were disastrous, she had a quick solution for. If there were any problems on my wedding day (which was entirely outdoors, chilly and misty so I’m sure there were a few) I had no idea they existed. Cindy is a planning goddess and after my experience I’m happy to also call her a friend. -

If you are looking for a coordinator look no further because Cindy is literally the best! She is most efficient, awesome to work with and overall a very hard worker. We utilized Cindy as a day of coordinator, and it was seriously the best decision we made for our wedding/wedding day. Although she was our 'day of,' she was there for us through our entire planning process! Any questions, concerns or a quick opinion, I could reach out to Cindy and she was always there for us. Her professionalism, genuinity, kindness and expertise is unmatched. We still to this day, 3 months after the wedding, are getting compliments about how smoothly our day went and how wonderful our coordinator was! My husband and I were able to wake up on our wedding day and truly enjoy each part of it, because we knew Cindy had our backs. All of our vendors were excellent, which calls for another review, but Cindy brings a backbone to the day that secures each detail and makes sure your day is nothing less than what you wanted. Like I said, B E S T decision. -

Cindy was fantastic and instrumental in making best day ever come together. We hired her for our day-of-coordinator, but she was so much more! She is highly organized, easy to communicate with, and trustworthy. She thought of all the little details that would never have occurred to me. In the months leading up the wedding, we did a few site visits and walked around the venue, which helped me to feel at ease about everything coming up. She was always there to provide feedback and give recommendations. Cindy was a godsend on the day of the wedding, and I can't imagine pulling the day off without her. She arrived early and set up our decor exactly as we imagined along with meeting the vendors as they dropped off things throughout the day. She stood behind the guests at the ceremony, and when we turned to walk up the aisle, she reminded me to hold up my bouquet, setting up one of my favorite shots from our wedding. After the ceremony, she had a glass of Rose waiting for me. She was always there, behind the scenes, making it all happen. My husband and I really got to enjoy ourselves and take in the day. It really was the best day ever, and we can't thank Cindy enough!

Rebecca Sent on 10/10/2018Ok. Firstly I just want to say - if you are thinking about hiring a wedding planner or day of coordinator - HIRE CINDY.
Cindy is the kind of person who becomes your friend. She’s the super reliable, organized, goes-above-and-beyond friend we all want to have.
We hired Cindy after we already had basically all of our vendors and had a lot of the big plans taken care of. I really wish we had booked Cindy even sooner because wow is she helpful and brilliant. Cindy did such a great job of keeping us on track with everything - she provided a couple of really helpful organizational documents, plus some great tips and advice for any questions I had. On the day of our wedding Cindy was the person setting things up, checking in with everything and making sure things were perfect. Literally perfect. I’m a bit of a control freak and there is no reason to feel stressed when you have Cindy organizing your day. Cindy did a great job helping my family feel comfortable, keeping things organized....she did all the things!
Long story short. Cindy is an amazingly easy-going, organized, creative, wonderful person and if you’re contemplating hiring her...just do it! -

Cerissa Sent on 10/10/2018We cannot say enough about Cindy and her husband, Kyle.
With over 250 + guests, and 9 groomsmen/bridesmaids, I do not know how I would have ever managed this heard of wild cats myself!
She even attended two \(2) rehearsals for us, one with a few at the venue, but a second private one at our home, since only one of of the groomsmen could make the official one Thursday night, due to all of them living out of state.
However, this photo, really makes my heart soar about this lady! She was so excited for me, (for us), and for our day, as I walked down aisle. Still wish I had a camera to capture Kyle’s smile and excitement as I left the building.
Now I say 9 groomsmen, and yes, that’s a lot, but they are all over 6 ft and are ROWDY boys.
Thank you Cindy, Jason and I cannot thank you enough for helping our day be so perfect and so memorable.
You better hire her, or you’ll truly be missing out! -

Emery Sent on 10/11/2017I came to Cindy as *almost* a stranger, with an idea for a surprise elopement that most people would think was crazy talk. Cindy took this idea and took my hand and we hit the ground running! She literally made my wildest dream come true. Cindy was my rock, she listened to me, talked to me, reasoned with me... She helped me into my dress and lent me her earrings; she was basically my maid of honor at my husband & I's surprise elopement. I could not have pulled off this stunt without her and we will have her to thank for the rest of our lives. Every time we relive our day I think about her being the gal behind the curtains, smiling and giving me an encouraging thumbs up.

Britney Sent on 09/27/2017When I look back on my wedding I get all of those warm tingly memories. I still get emotional at the first notes of our first dance song, I still smile when I think about walking down the aisle, and I still love to hear friends and family look back and tell me how perfect the day was. I am not exaggerating when I say that if it weren't for Cindy I would have none of that. She was everything and more than I would have expected or even imagined she could be! I know I have thanked her countless times but I don't know if I could ever say it enough. Not only did she ring lead my family on the rehearsal (we can be a bit much) but she arrived FIRST to the wedding site and handled everything with such expertise, grace, and creativity. I was her biggest concern! There were a few times I remember trying to get too involved with set up and worrying about other people and she simply reassured me that she had it handled and handed me more wine! I have to say that as a business woman Cindy is more than qualified to do what she does and if you're reading this now wondering if you should hire a coordinator or not? DO IT!! and hire CINDY. Most importantly, as a person, I consider Cindy a friend. Friends should be people who you know would go to the ends of the Earth for you and that quote is the exact type of person she is. Thank you again so much Peachy Keen and Cindy for making our day everything I could have ever dreamed.
