We absolutely loved having our wedding at The Payne-Corley house! Our experience from the moment we took a tour to our wedding day was fantastic. The staff was so accommodating, the decor and details were exactly what I asked for and Hope and Krista were great at answering all of my questions along the way. We also loved having our rehearsal dinner at The Cottage where our guests raved about how great the food was. All our family and friends had an amazing time and we couldn’t be more grateful for a venue that holds such a special place in our hearts now.

The BEST venue in the Area
I cannot recommend the Payne Corley enough! The venue is all-inclusive, which made the entire planning process so much easier. They took care of everything: from coordination, delicious food offerings, in-house florist The Cottage Florals, and an included day-of coordinator (the amazing Bryana)- the planning was the easiest part of the whole wedding process for me. They made us feel completely supported every step of the way and had the best timely communication. The staff are so professional, kind, and organized. They even have the perfect on-site spot the Magnolia Cottage where we had rehearsal dinner. Seriously, they take care of everything and think of everything- even down to being provided brunch on wedding day!!!!
What really sold it for me was no insane upcharges and no surprise fees. They are transparent with the extremely reasonable pricing from the start. You get the venue for a whole 12 hours (which if you look anywhere else you know this is amazing). I am Vietnamese American so having a traditional tea ceremony was important to me. Other venues only offered 4-6 hours max on site and additional fees for additional time… Unlike those places, I was able to get ready on site in the beautiful bridal suite, have a tea ceremony, and have the wedding ceremony with no issues.
Our guests are still talking about how delicious the food was and how amazing the staff treated them. If I could, I would re-have my wedding again to experience it one more time here. If you're looking for a venue that takes the stress out of wedding planning and delivers a beautiful, seamless experience, have your wedding at the Payne Corley. I can guarantee that you will book a tour and not look elsewhere. (Bryana, Hope, and Michael are the best!)

PCH - The Greens!!
PCH is a GORGEOUS place to get married. From the venue itself to the wonderful staff. My husband, Dalton, and I and our entire friends and families felt welcome in as family of their own. It was day for warm hearts, huge smiles, many tears and rolls of laughter. Hope and Amanda were EXCEPTIONAL. It was such a pleasure and honor to work with them. I consider them my friends. The perfect classy venue!
Wonderful place to have a wedding! We had the best day ever and Hope was such a wonderful wedding coordinator. Great food, outdoor ceremony space and great area of town! The vintage feel contributed to the perfect aesthetic for our day!

The most perfect, amazing, wonderful day ever!
I don't think I could ever accurately put into words how amazing our experience was with Payne Corley House. From the moment we met with Hope, got assigned the amazing Bryana through our wedding day - everything was so perfect.
There is no detail they have not thought of and they execute it seamlessly. Side note - the venue handles all the food, alcohol, decorations and flowers - which makes everything so incredibly easy and they are all expert level.
Bryana and Hope as well as the rest of the staff works really hard to make your wedding day exactly the way you always dreamed of. Bryana and Hope were incredibly responsive and were always quick to answer our questions or offer suggestions.
The bridal suite and lounge were such a nice touch, which made it easy for my girls and I to get ready and the lunch the chef prepared was outstanding. My husband also really enjoyed the grooms cottage - which is set up for the guys to be able to relax and hang out for the day. In other words - do the full day package - its PERFECT!
I'll be honest - I was a little anxious the day before and Bryana brought me back down to reality quickly, professionally and nicely. The day of, she was there to make sure everything went smoothly and believe me - she is an absolute gem. She made sure that we ate, got us outside for our sunset photos, made sure the cake cutting went on time and all the other details that I never would have been able to keep track of. I cannot say enough good things about Bryana - plus she has the best personality.
I had many friends say this was one of the best weddings they have ever been to and hands down the BEST food at any wedding ever.
Our wedding was everything we ever dreamed of and it is all thanks to the Payne-Corley house. If I could go back and do my wedding again - I would! I would recommend the PCH to anyone and if I could give them more than 5 stars I would.

A day to remember, forever
My wife and I had our wedding on the 22nd of July and it was absolutely beautiful. Payne Corley was communicative throughout the entire planning process, making organizing the wedding far easier. On the day itself, I can't imagine the wedding going better. The staff made sure everyone stayed hydrated in the heat, the ceremony venue was decorated beautifully, the grounds for the pictures was gorgeous, I could go on for hours. My wife and I also appreciated receiving the hors d'oeuvres even while we were taking pictures after the ceremony. The reception was equally amazing. We were heavily encouraged to make sure to eat, which was helpful since I know my wife easily could have forgotten with all the excitement. Our guests consistently praised the food as some of the best they have ever had at a wedding, and I fully agree, it was delicious. From that point, Jen was on top of everything to ensure we covered things like cake cutting and wedding games while also maximizing time to dancing. After everything, they prepared us a goodie bag with cake and snacks which was a wonderful treat when we got to our hotel. Everything I have covered still doesn't do Payne-Corley justice. The event was absolutely magical and could not have been as amazing as it was without the consistent above-and-beyond approach of everyone at Payne-Corely. Beautiful Day, Wonderful Experience
My husband and I recently got married at the Payne-Corley House in March, and it was one of the best experiences I have ever had. From start to finish, the staff at PCH made the entire process stress free and fun! The venue handles all the food, alcohol, provides a day of coordinator and has a contract with a floral and décor company which was ideal for someone who works full time and does not live near the venue. The food was delicious, and the staff really works hard to make your wedding customized for you. Krista, the owner took me on my first tour and I knew immediately that this was the place. The house itself has so much charm, and the grounds are beautiful and well maintained. There are three ceremony sites to choose from, one of which was inside which was ideal with unpredictable Georgia weather. The upstairs has recently been remodeled into a getting ready area and lounge room for the bridal party, and there is a groom’s house on the property for the rest of the wedding party to hang out in. It is actually decorated and has space to hang out, which is kind of rare for venues in our area….I feel like everywhere else we went there wasn’t a comfortable, fun place for the groom and groomsman to get ready. We did the full day package, and the chef provided us with lunch which was amazing.
Hope, the director of sales was always quick to answer questions and provide us with information while planning and was on site to greet us on the day of. Lori-Anne, our day of coordinator was such a joy, she was so kind and thoughtful and really helped make our big day perfect. 11/10 would recommend this venue, it was as stress free as wedding planning can possibly be, and the entire experience was lovely and amazing.

My Wedding Reception 3/25/23
This is a classic venue for an intimate gathering where you want your guests to literally feel at home. The grounds offer the ability for guests to remain indoors or outdoors, given their comfort level with crowds of various sizes; these areas are covered, so weather is no issue. The ability to decorate to your liking offers flexibility that other venues don't. Last, the staff made the selection process, agenda, drop off and placement of items very easy. I will definitely use and refer others here because of my experience. My coordinator, Bryana, was absolutely wonderful!

Absolutely phenomenal
My husband and I had the most amazing wedding day ever thanks to Payne Corley House! From the time we stepped foot on the property for our first tour and the planning process to the amazing showcase and rehearsal, every experience was flawless! My bridesmaids and I got ready in the beautiful Bridal Suite the morning of our wedding. Payne Corley provided us with a tasty lunch that fueled us until dinner! The team set up all of my DIY projects around and made the space look exactly as I had envisioned. They didn't even think I was crazy when I asked if they could hold a run-through sign for mine and my husband's reception entry. The food was EXCELLENT! People cannot stop talking about how delicious it was, saying it was "the best wedding food they had ever had!" The day was absolutely perfect and relaxing! We were able to truly enjoy our day without worrying if things were going as planned. Krista, Chef Michael, Hope, and everyone else at Payne Corley are phenomenal! We cannot recommend Payne Corley House enough! We wish we could relive the amazingness of our wedding day every day! Truly the best wedding venue you will find!

Book them, you won't regret it!
The Payne Corley House singlehandedly made wedding planning a breeze! I loved that you could rent not only the facilities/grounds but they provide their own catering and menue. They also own their own florist (Abby's at the Cottage) to really make it a one stop venue! It was amazing to only have to deal with one or two point person(s) for the biggest vendors which made communication seamless. From Hope helping us with our initial inquiries to finalizing our proposal to the perfect hand off to our wedding planner Krista (also the owner of the venue) all the way to the moment when each one of them jumped in to help find a replacement when our photographer was a no-show. As a bride I felt taken care of every step of the way; as a person I felt respected and understood. Everyone at The Payne Corley House is professional, kind, and confident! They really went above and beyond for us! If I could give 10 stars I would!

Phenomenal Southern Venue
The Payne-Corley House is the most wonderful place in North Georgia to get married. My husband and I got married there in early October. I wish I could do it again next weekend. There is no such thing as a bad picture for wedding photography. The food is bar none. All of the event staff are helpful, cheerful, kind, and make the day beyond one of dreams. Krista helped make the day go smoothly. From in house floral work to the final goodbye I will always be thankful we chose Payne-Corley. Don’t hesitate to use this venue for any special event. I will cherish my wedding under the tree and dancing in the ballroom forever.

The perfect venue!
Our son and his bride finally had their twice postponed 2020 wedding at The Payne-Corley House this August and it was worth the wait! What a fantastic venue. The wedding was everything they envisioned. Working with Krista was a dream and nothing was too much trouble. As for the food, Michael is an amazing chef. Everything from the hors d'oeuvres, platted filet mignon & Pecan encrusted chicken to the dessert buffet was absolutely delicious! So many compliments from all our guests. Thank you Krista and Michael for making this special day so memorable.

The Perfect Summer Wedding
We could not have asked for a better venue working with Payne-Corley House! We had the pleasure of working with Hope as our coordinator, and she did a great job keeping communication open throughout the planning process. Since we had a six-month engagement, with the shorter timeframe to plan, she was so accommodating and supportive. The venue itself is gorgeous, and our summer wedding in the pavilion was perfect for our guests (we had around 115 in total). The pictures came out incredible with the trees and flowers in full bloom. My husband and I enjoy good food, and the chef did not disappoint! We had the pecan-crusted chicken and the herb-crusted salmon and our guests kept telling us how much they enjoyed it. If you have a chance to attend the food and beverage showcase, it’s worth it. As the bride, it was also great to have my bridesmaids be able to enjoy the day without worrying about setting up or tearing down. The staff took care of us the entire day, and we didn’t have to worry about decor as an added stress. For a stunning venue with an intimate feel, look no further than Payne-Corley House. Our wedding was July 16, 2022 and we loved our time with them!

Perfect for small-medium size wedding!
Our wedding day at the Payne-Corley was just so perfect. Last year we had to move to a different state so I was worried about how planning from out of state will look like. Krista and Hope were always so accomodating with all my requests (I had so many questions and changes during planning) and also offered my family members to attend the food & beverage showcase since we could not make it in person. It can be stressful planning your wedding from a different state but they made the planning such a wonderful experience. I think planning experience is an important part of your special wedding and I really appreciated their help and support. I could not have done it without Krista and Hope. Our guests loved the food and the flower/decorations were so perfect and beautiful. I would highly recommend PCH if you are looking for a small-medium size wedding!

The Perfect Place!
Our wedding day at the Payne-Corley House was everything we wanted it to be! It is the perfect venue for a mid-size wedding (we had just under 100 people) with beautiful and picturesque options for both indoor and outdoor spaces - so no stressing if the forecast changes last minute! Michael is an extremely talented chef and made truly excellent dishes including passed hors d'oeuvres, salads, a chicken, steak, and vegetarian entrée option, and sides. Our guests raved about the food! Krista and Bryana - our designated day of coordinator - were wonderful in helping our vision come to life and made our day run smoothly and beautifully! The whole team was responsive, flexible with our wants and needs, and made the whole experience wonderful from start to finish! We wouldn't change a thing! We absolutely 100% recommend PCH for your wedding/special event!

If I could give them 10 stars I would! 5 stars does not do them justice! From the second we started our tour to look at the venue we knew this was the spot to have our special day! Krista, the owner, was fabulous! She helped navigate us through all the craziness that comes with a wedding. Krista and her team made a day that is often described as stressful, a day that was special, memorable, and enjoyable. Stunning Venue In All Respects
There are not enough stars to give this stunning venue! I can't even wrap my head around or imagine my daughter's fairytale fall wedding reception without them in all respects! This precious vintage cottage is the perfect atmosphere for wedding, reception or both! It southern charm captivates you the moment you pull into the driveway! The oldest living Saucer Magnolia tree in the state of Georgia greets you at the front. Upon entry into the front door, a magnificent vintage home, warm and cozy, with all the elements of hardwood floors, candelabra light fixtures, gorgeous decorations and layout are descriptive of a blast from the past. The appetizers and food choices was nothing short of spectacular! Days after our wedding, my guests are still raving about the bacon wrapped scallops, filet and pecan crusted chicken. Even people with allergies were handled with specific care! I have NEVER been to an establishment in all my many years of weddings, to receive such kind, attentive and professional people from the kitchen staff to the Chef. A small alcove in the reception hall is the perfect host for entertainment. Even more significant is that I could not have asked for a more worthy Wedding Coordinator and Owner, Krista, along with, Hope, the Director of Sales, to keep me sane and fulfill our reception dreams. A everlasting memory of family, friends, fun and food to delight us forever. It was simply perfection!

Beautiful in every way
Planning a wedding especially during a pandemic is not at all simple, but the wonderful ladies of Payne-Corley House made the entire experience seamless, beautiful, and memorable. From giving us advice on wedding hacks to coordinating things smoothly, they are experts leaving us in good hands.
Due to considerations with COVID-19 and costs, my now-husband and I decided on the micro-wedding package as it was a perfect blend between a small, intimate gathering and a fun, glamorous celebration. It also had all the necessary bells and whistles, which was fine with us as we wanted the entire thing to be simple and enjoyable. We had the pleasure of meeting Krista, one of the owners of PCH. She was also cordial, funny, and was our first point of contact when we were choosing venues.
Touring the facilities, we understood why people raved so much about this place - everything is absolutely beautiful! From the house to the fields along the huge magnolia tree, there are so many places that make for amazing backdrops. Already we knew this place won our hearts.
Hope became our coordinator and she was lovely, informative, and helpful. She was our go-to for any concerns, questions, and ideas; and she’s entertained them with enthusiasm. On the days leading to our wedding, she was on top of things regarding vendors, designs, and timelines. It’s certainly a sigh of relief for any bride to have things taken care of while you relax on your big day.
Looking back on our wedding day, I can say with confidence that PCH made the experience everything I’ve dreamed of. The florals, thanks to Abby’s at the Cottage, looked fresh and beautiful; the pavilion, which served as our altar, looked amazing; and overall, the feel of the entire thing just felt light, airy, and happy - all things I longed to see and feel. We had our ceremony outdoors by the pavilion and our reception inside. Our guests raved so much about the atmosphere and of course, the food. Chef Michael, also one of the other owners of PCH, truly made some flavorful, amazing dishes. We had chicken and waffles as well as twice baked potatoes for cocktail hour. And for our entree, we had pecan-crusted chicken and grilled corn and grit cakes - wow, I was blown away at how delicious everything was! For dessert, we had a nice vanilla cake from PCH and even had a bananas foster station on the side. Happy bellies make for happy guests!
I try really hard to look for cons, but there isn’t anything major I can think of. They say your wedding day goes by fast, so sometimes I wish the night went on for longer as we were having so much fun. I still dream of the big day and how magical and perfect everything was - all thanks to PCH.

The Most Perfect Venue!
We couldn’t have imagined a more perfect place to get married. While every aspect of our special day was perfect, there are several details that really set the Payne-Corley House apart from other venues.
First, the entire PCH staff was incredibly helpful, efficient, and friendly. They went above and beyond throughout the planning process and day-of to ensure that every detail was handled. They truly thought of everything- including a day-of emergency kit in the bridal suite and snacks for the wedding party prior to the ceremony! We were able to be present and truly enjoy our wedding day with family and friends, knowing that the incredible staff had everything handled. This was such a gift.
We also loved the incredible food and waitstaff. It was such a blessing to have the food handled in-house, and we really appreciated being able to work with the chef to select and customize our menu without feeling overwhelmed. The entire waitstaff was incredibly professional and friendly. Many of our guests were complimentary of the delicious food and the kind waitstaff!
Finally, the beauty and elegance of the setting is unmatched. Deciding on decor was simple because the property is already so stunning! There are so many beautiful background options for photos as well. We loved the outdoor ceremony space, and while the house is conveniently located just steps from downtown Duluth, the outdoor ceremony space felt quiet and peaceful. The venue had plenty of space (inside, outside, and parking) for our 90 guests, while still allowing the event to feel intimate and warm, which was exactly what we had hoped for for our guests.
The PCH was the most amazing venue for our wedding day, and we are so very grateful to the wonderful PCH staff. We can’t recommend the Payne-Corley House enough!

Dream Venue
Highly recommend! This was the first place we visited when we were shopping around for a wedding venue - we arrived a little early, and the couple that was there for their last planning meeting before their wedding told us we should definitely book this place. We are so glad we did - we are still hearing from our guests about how gorgeous the location was, how much fun they had, and how great the food was. We also had to postpone our wedding due to COVID, and they were very understanding and accommodating. Hope, Krista, and the incredible staff at PCH made it a beautiful night to remember!

Perfect from beginning to end
Amazing wedding venue!!!!! Everything was so easy and hassle free. It was beautiful and I never had a worry. They made sure that even the smallest detail was not overlooked. Plus we had so many options. The food was amazing.

Best day ever!
There is no other adjective to use to describe this place other than IMMACULATE. I am a teacher in Dubai and I planned my entire wedding from here. With out seeing the place in person or even asking a family member or friend to visit the the venue, I put my faith in Krista and her staff and they made me the happiest Bride ever. The venue, food, location, decorations, staff, customer service and floral arrangements by Abby, a Bride couldn't ask for anything more. I highly recommend Payne-Corley House for any special celebration.

The Perfect Day
The Payne-Corley House was amazing while planning our wedding. The venue is stunning, charming, and well kept. Perfect Venue for your Wedding Day!
Having our wedding at the Payne-Corley House (PCH) was the best decision we could have made regarding a wedding venue! Everything about our wedding day was perfect! And everything leading up to our wedding was incredible. From the initial meeting, to the one-off questions we had, to the food & beverage showcase, to the actual wedding day - this was the perfect venue! First off, it is BEAUTIFUL inside the house & outside on the grounds. There were so many options of where to get married, and they were flexible with us if we needed to quickly change due to weather! We had Krista for our wedding coordinator, and she was amazing! She answered all of our questions leading up to the big day, was flexible with us, and even helped solve a last minute hiccup during the rehearsal (highly recommend using their preferred vendors too, as they have great relationships with PCH). The food at the venue was truly THE BEST wedding food we have ever had! Our guests are still talking to us about how good the food was! We had our rehearsal dinner at PCH’s Cottage On Main (next door, same property), and both nights of food were amazing. You truly will not be disappointed if you book your wedding at the Payne-Corley House! Our day was wonderful, but having it at this venue truly made it even better! I could go on & on, but check it out for yourself and you’ll see why we loved it so much! Thank you to Krista & her team, we are so appreciative of you and will never forget our perfect day at the Payne-Corley House!

Magical & Beautiful
Everything about Payne-Corley House was perfect!!! The staff, the venue itself, the outdoor beauty, the food and the ambiance is all PERFECT!!! Every since our first meeting with Hope, all the way to saying goodbye at the sparkler send off, everything was flawless. There was absolutely no stress during the process! The food is probably some of the best food I’ve ever eaten in my entire life. So many guests raved about it as well! It is fresh and made right there at PCH. The staff is exceptional! Everyone is so knowledgeable and helpful no matter what. They truly want every couple to have a perfect experience!!! I wish I could relive my wedding over and over each day! It was so special.

They went above and beyond!
Our experience with Payne-Corely House was every bit of AMAZING. The team went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of (especially me the very pregnant bride). They made three months of wedding planning stress free and I couldn't be more thankful. The food at the dinner reception got raves from everyone! Everyone was raving about the quality of the dishes, and the ice cream bar looked and tasted good! They are just so flexible, easy to work with and want to make your wedding stress free and memorable. Awesome experience!
Everyone at Payne-Corley was incredibly kind, accommodating, and professional throughout our wedding planning process. Best wedding venue and staff ever!
I do not even know where to begin with Payne-Corley House. From the first meeting to our wedding day (11.23.2019), everyone has been so accommodating and our wedding was flawless. We had to decide last minute to hold our wedding inside due to the rain, but everything still was done gracefully. All in all it was a fabulous decision and I can't imagine myself and my husband getting married anywhere else but Payne-Corley House. We still get compliments on how beautiful the venue was and delicious the food was! I wouldn't hesitate for a second to recommend Payne-Corely House and their staff to anyone.

Thankful Rainy Day Bride
I can't thank the Payne-Corley team enough. I absolutely loved planning my wedding here, because everything was taken above and beyond. We were married on October 19th, 2019. The customer service is the first reason we decided on PCH. You can tell they truly care about their space and the customers that work with them just by the grounds alone. We had planned for an outdoor ceremony and partial outdoor reception. However, the weather did not hold up, and our plans turned to all indoor within a 24-hour period. The indoor space was totally transformed, and Payne-Corley along with Abby's At the Cottage accommodated everything we had discussed by bringing it all inside. Another big plus is the delicious food. Everything they serve is in season and totally customizable to what you want. Thank you Hope, Krista, Chef Michael, and Bryana!

Charming and Elegant Venue for Any Wedding!
I cannot recommend Payne-Corley House enough for weddings or any special events! The staff is beyond friendly and accommodating. Dream wedding venue
We just got married at PCH three weekends ago! Choosing PCH was the best decision we made. Everyone we worked with - Hope (initial contact), Krista (our day of coordinator), Chef Michael, and Carly (florals) really listened to us and worked with us to make our dream wedding possible. We had a fusion wedding there - both Indian and western ceremony on the same day, which is uncommon and doesn't fit any regular wedding package, but PCH was very flexible and offered a fair package to us. I was also an out of town bride, and PCH was super flexible about planning visits, calls, and walk-throughs per our schedule (so whenever we were in ATL) vs. their usual timeline. On the day of our wedding, everything was perfect. The venue itself is beautiful. We had a major rain scare the week of and it was so nice to know that we could just move the ceremonies inside vs. having to rent a tent! Food was also excellent. Everybody loved the crab bisque!!! Chef Michael and Krista really let us customize the food package as well. Thank you for all your flexibility, PCH! A special note about Abby's at the Cottage - they are fantastic as well! Our florals were breathtaking and exactly what we were envisioning. If you're looking for a place that takes care of pretty much everything other than cake, DJ, officiant, hair & make, photographer, PCH is your place!

Hope was so helpful from day one. This was a remarriage to my former husband of 21 years so I wanted it a certain way and not like most young brides. Hope was understanding and made the wedding luncheon run smoothly and lite and everyone enjoyed so much . NO PRESSURE at all. I have had nothing but huge complements from the day. Our big day was amazing
We had an amazing experience with the PCH. Jen was our event coordinator and she was such a pleasure to work with. Jen was on top of everything so we just enjoyed our night. I am so glad our wedding was at the Payne-Corley House! I looked at many places and instantly fell in love with this location. From the moment I walked into the venue, I was amazed with all they provided at such a reasonable price. Everyone was so helpful (shout out to the staff!!) They wanted our special day to be exactly how we envisioned it and it was even better than what I had in mind. Loved too that I paid a little extra to have their wedding coordinator help with rehearsal and being there day of (didn't have to worry about a thing, thanks Krista ;)). Couldn't speak better about this venue, I'm a huge fan!

Awesome Experience
The PCH was exactly what I wanted in a venue. Basically everything included - food, beverage, decor, tables, linens, day of coordinator, even the florist was next door. All I had to bring was a band, cake, and photographer. I feel like the stress of planning a wedding was as low as it could possibly be because of the PCH team. Krista and Jen were so easy to work with and it was easy to see they knew exactly what they were doing. The venue is so beautiful you don't have to worry about any decorations. The team worked with all our ideas and never missed a beat. Could not have picked a better venue.

Historical home with an amazing team.
My Wedding was Mid-November. The team at Payne Corley House is the best. It has been 3 months since my wedding and my guests still talk about how amazing the food was! The food is out of this world amazing. Working with Jen to get everything right was wonderful, the amount of detail to insure nothing fell through the cracks was refreshing. The house and grounds are absolutely breath taking! I had a catholic wedding and they were very accommodating with it!

Payne corley is the absolute best
I had the most amazing experience getting married at the Payne Corley House. Hope and her crew of wonderful staff know what they are doing! They make sure you have everything you need. The food to choose from is the best! My guests could not stop talking about how delicious everything was. Thanks so much for the wonderful experience and memories, Payne-Corley House staff. Amazing venue, food and wedding planner!
This is the most beautiful place to get married! The venue is gorgeous, the staff is amazingly helpful and the food is delicious. I highly recommend the wedding planner that comes with the venue, Krista Ganley. I hired her as soon as I booked the Payne Corley House because I currently live out-of-state but Duluth is my home and I knew I would need a lot of help. Krista was always a text, call or email away. I was never stressed about anything! Even on my wedding day! One of my groomsmen decided trying to catch his shirt on fire would be a great idea and Krista fixed it and no-one had any idea. My wedding day was magical and I owe it all to the Payne Corley house and especially to Krista. I highly recommend this venue!

I cant say enough how AMAZING Hope and her staff were at The Payne Corely house. We just had our wedding on Saturday 09.22.18 and it was executed perfectly! Hope made our vision come to life and coordinated our timeline without any issues. She took care of all of the big moments and personally ensured that all of the smallest details were taken care of too. I highly recommend this venue and all of the people that work at The Payne Corley house! I wish I could do it all over again! Our night was absolutely magical! Thank you thank you thank you!!!!!!

My husband and I always passed the Payne-Corley House on our daily walk around Duluth, so it was the first place we visited when we were considering wedding venues. It turned out to be the only place we visited, because it was perfect.
We booked our wedding for 9/8/18 in early February of that year. From the second I walked into the house, I was dazzled. Every detail, every thoughtful touch, even the smell of the wood and the flowers and the candles created this incredibly elegant, timeless feel. I signed our contract immediately and never regretted it for a second. From the beginning of the planning process to the sparkler farewell, I appreciated the level of professionalism and consideration demonstrated by the entire staff. Our wedding coordinator, Jen, worked incredibly hard to accommodate each and every request. I thought that her assistance would just include the 1-hr consultation and day-of support, but for months she exchanged emails about the smallest details and patiently helped us through the process. She coordinated with vendors and gave me confidence that no important detail had fallen through the cracks.
After 5 months of planning, it all came together more beautifully than I could have ever expected. We were concerned that with the ceremony from 6-6:30pm and cocktail hour from 6:30-7:30, the 7:30-10:30 reception would feel too rushed, but it ended up being perfectly timed. Our 110 guests devoured the hors d’euvres before cocktail hour even ended. They raved about the food at our strolling reception, especially the Mac n’Cheese bar and the prime rib. By 10:30, everyone had danced for an hour and half and we had the sendoff before it started to drag.
I still can’t believe that the day went so flawlessly. My husband and I and our families can’t recommend the Payne-Corley House more highly.

I had such a great experience with the Payne Corley House. The house itself is very lovely with all its cute decor, that there is actually not much is needed on top of that.
I live in China as an international teacher, so while I was planning my wedding, I was doing it all from there, with the help of my sister who lives in Atlanta. Hope, the director of sales, was so easy to reach through e-mail and they were always willing to answer all my questions and even suggest things a few things that would help to make the wedding best for my style and budget. All the staff at the house were extremely understanding and were welcoming of any questions or concerns that I had concerning everything.
Jen, my day of coordinator, was very sweet, understanding and kind. She was very organized and helped me to organize everything well, which was a huge comfort for me. The day of the wedding, she was there to help with everything. She made sure that my husband and I had food, that all the wedding party knew what they should be doing, and helped to pack everything so that we didn't have to worry so much about much when it came to it.
All in all, I'm just really grateful that I had a venue that was so easy to work with and so beautiful at the same time. I do hope that more people can take time to stop by here and enjoy it as much as my husband and I did!

From the moment we walked into the Payne Corley house we knew that it was going to be our Venue. The house has such warmth and charm and that was exactly what we were looking for, so we booked it. I am so glad we did not only did we book such a perfect Venue visually but the food and the staff were amazing. The chief was super accommodating for what we wanted on our specail day and I can not thank him enough! Not to mention the food was delicious and all my guest agreed! Also the staff and my wedding coordinator were very flexible and made the day go by without a hitch☺️. Than you Payne Corley house so glad we chose you !

We had a wonderful experience with the Payne-Corley House! We were able to bring our decorations over a few days before the wedding, and they decorated everything for us. Spring is a perfect time of year to have your wedding here because they fill the whole yard with beautiful flowers! The food was absolutely incredible and I had several of my guests come up to me and tell me that that was the best wedding food they've ever had! Krista was amazing to work with--she was so flexible and let us do anything we wanted to. Most of the staff was great too! I highly recommend having your reception at the Payne-Corley House!

My daughter got married 2 weeks ago, we had the reception at the Payne Corley House! I was blown away at how absolutely stunning everything was! Krista and Hope helped to make my daughter’s reception amazingly beautiful and fun! It was like a fairytale wedding and reception!! Amazing food and drinks! Beautiful venue! We held our evening/dinner reception at this venue. What sealed the deal for us was George, the manager. He is competent, knowledgeable and easy to work with. In addition, the venue itself is quite the quaint location. It met our requirement for an intimate space for our reception, which only included close relatives and friends. I cannot say enough good things about this place. The setting of the dining room was perfect, with enough space for a bar, DJ and dancing space. I only regret that we did not use the grounds enough for pictures, the grounds are absolutely, gorgeous for a photo-shoot.
The food was excellent! I did not hear not one complaint about the food. The service was above board. The staff is all polite & helpful and they are not overbearing. You do not see them but you know they are there when you need them. Leaving the guests to enjoy their event.
In short, The Cottage on Main, did NOT disappoint. A quaint, charming and intimate venue that will blow your mind with its simplicity and gracefulness. I unreservedly give my full recommendation!

My husband and I were married at the Payne Corley House in February. When we began the process of looking for a venue we had several on the list. We went to the Payne Corley House for a tour with Hope and we knew, this was where we HAD to get married! The venue itself is gorgeous! We were able to have our ceremony and reception at the Payne Corley and it was perfection. The food was exquisite! Our guests could not stop talking about how wonderful everything tasted! The staff at Payne Corley is so incredible! Hope, Krista, and Bryana made every part of our wedding planning process a breeze and our special day perfect. We cannot say enough about this incredible venue and it’s wonderful staff!! Thank you for making our wedding unforgettable!

The Payne-Corley house provided the exact venue we were looking for – historic charm and privacy but not too far from the city. My husband and I loved working with Krista, our wedding coordinator, and Hope, who helped us with our initial contract. The Payne-Corley House was certainly the best value we found in comparison to numerous other venues around Atlanta. They also provided us with a helpful list of suggestions for vendors, which gave us confidence in selecting companies that were reliable and familiar with the venue. I was impressed by Krista’s availability throughout the wedding process and her willingness to respond to my many questions! Krista also helped us execute a unique entrance because we wanted to have our ceremony in front of the house. On the wedding day, Krista carefully placed our personal items before the ceremony. Everything went smoothly with Krista there to keep the night running on time! I am sure there were many behind-the-scenes details she coordinated that I don’t even know about – we were too busy having a great time! The food was delicious and beautifully presented. Thank you so much to the Payne-Corley House for providing the perfect venue for our wedding.

I am so happy we went with the Payne Corley House for our wedding. The venue is beautiful, the food is AMAZING and the level of service is top-notch. Krista went above and beyond to help bring our vision to life and our day was absolutely perfect. I am still getting rave reviews from all of our guests on how amazing the food was (which is SO rare for weddings--normally the food is mediocre at best). The salmon and the filet were cooked to perfection (I still dream about it!). This place is your one stop shop for a perfect wedding: picturesque venue, beautiful location, incredible food and top-notch service. Thank you Krista for making our day so wonderful!

Jen and Hope were excellent at meeting all if my expectations and helping me make my wedding day great! Jen was my day of wedding planner and she contacted my vendors and made sure that everything was perfect on my wedding day. In addition she met with me and contacted me via emails and on the phone to make sure I had everything just right!

Payne Corley House was wonderful!! They were very responsive, worked fast, and made sure my family and I didn't have to lift a finger. My guests said the venue was beautiful. The signature drinks were so good and they were gone 10 minutes into cocktail hour. The guests also raved about the food especially the salmon. Krista was a huge help and her husband, who's actually the chef, was very involved as well. They made sure they never ran out of food and accommodated me when I wanted to make certain changes with the menu. They also gave us a nice gift thanking us for choosing their venue. I highly recommend them.

The Payne-Corley House was absolutely the perfect venue! Jen was my wedding coordinator, and she did fabulously as well! The day of my wedding, she always made sure Kyle and I had everything we needed, like water, food, or a drink, and was able to keep things on schedule while still being flexible. The Payne-Corley house was wonderful every step of the way from first interest to first kiss. Hope Follmer is the Director of Sales, and she was so helpful when we first started looking in really "selling" the PCH to us. They also have in-house catering, and it was THE BEST wedding food I've ever had. I would absolutely recommend the PCH for a wedding!

Words can't even explain how happy we are that we chose Payne-Corley as our wedding venue, but we'll certainly try.
From the moment we walked into the Payne-Corley house, we felt welcomed. Hope and Krista were incredibly accommodating, helped me make decisions, and were open to any and everything we suggested. We have a 2-year-old daughter and at every meeting, they pulled out crayons and paper for her so that she would be happy as we discussed wedding plans.
And our wedding? It was incredible. They literally took care of everything, from organizing where our vendors needed to be during the day to decorating for us. All we had to do was give them our stuff and tell them where to put it and Hope made it happen. It was so stress-free and I feel like I truly got to enjoy my day as it was happening. They brought food to the bridal and groom suites as we were getting ready, they packed us to-go boxes at the end of the night, and they even fixed our plates while we were taking pictures. The food was incredible, too — all of our guests were SO pleased.
The inside and the outside of Payne-Corley is gorgeous. I wanted soft and romantic and I definitely got it. We didn't do hardly any decorating during the reception or ceremony. Everything Payne-Corley had, from the linens and table numbers to the gorgeous centerpieces was perfect for what we wanted. It felt so homey and lovely, with lamps and candles everywhere, that I literally wanted to stay forever enjoying my guests.
I can not say enough good things about Payne-Corley and our experience with them. They are so meticulous and dedicated to giving you such a wonderful day that you feel like you're being pampered. They also have an incredible list of vendors they work with and we chose several, which made everything even smoother. I wish I could relive our wedding day over and over again, in large part because of Payne-Corley.

Look no further, Payne-Corley House is the best! We looked at several options, but they take care of everything! They don't nickel and dime you, but include everything you need, as well as a wedding coordinator. I attended a corporate luncheon here last year and decided to give them a try at our wedding, so here it goes.
The process went very smoothly with the staff, Hope and Krista. They laid out all our options and we attended a tasting to try out the food, which I already knew was very good, but it was nice to try different items.
There are two location options for a wedding ceremony. We chose in front of the covered structure to the side of the building. You can also have it done under the big tree in front, but there is no walkway.
The rehearsal went well, they went over the entire procedure and made sure we knew what to expect. We did not have the rehearsal dinner there though, but that is an option. We were able to bring some decorations and flowers that night also to get a jump on the next day as our ceremony was at 11:30am.
For the ceremony, they set up small tables with water to drink if people arrive early and don't want to sit in the sun or in the ceremony area. The bridal suite upstairs is large and nicely appointed, as is the grooms house outside. They had a tray of cheese, fruit and snacks with water waiting in the suites. The ceremony went off without a hitch and everyone went inside to have some hors d'oeuvres and drinks from the bar.
We had 62 guests at the reception and the room is plenty big. If you get close to 100 or more, make sure to consider the size.
We chose the buffet for our lunch, which comes with 2 meat entrees and several other choices for salad, veg, etc. It was a good variety and everyone, and I mean everyone told us how delicious it was. We were very impressed as were all our guests. The food at most weddings is almost an afterthought, but not here. I think a much better choice than have food catered in which is usually old and getting cold. There are options for the bar also.
So all in all, I would highly recommend the Payne-Corley house for you next event. I hope our next corporate luncheon is there.

Hosted our wedding reception with Hope and Stephanie, both were a great help. We gave them a very short notice of 2 months before the wedding. They were able to book the venue for us and customize a special menu for all our guests.
on the wedding day, I (the bride) was so busy with the pictures, but stephanie offered the biggest help organizing and greeting all my guests and arrange all the seating. Pictures came out great, food was great, and everyone left very happy in the end.

Just Married! Yes, I'm the bride and I was married to my boyfriend of may years on September 18, 2016. What a perfect event. Every guest has told me something remarkable about our wedding. Several people actually said that it was the most beautiful wedding they had ever been to!
Many guests commented that everything was absolutely perfect.
Well, as a woman over 45 years old, who has dined and celebrated at major venues from the Waldorf to The Four Seasons , I was completely surprised and overjoyed that our wedding event was so classic, romantic, warm and comfortable.
We chose Payne-Corley because we wanted to have the wedding very close to our homes in Duluth. We wanted a romantic and intimate setting, excellent food and great service and we wanted to make sure that our guests had everything that needed and more. Krista and Michael provided all that easily and so smoothly. They are completely professional, trustworthy and reliable and also friendly and easy to work with.
Michael can make anything you want, and he customized our menu to fit our tastes exactly. Again, all the food was very delicious and presented beautifully.
And one more thing... it rained like crazy on our wedding day. I was a little sad and disappointed that we would not be able to have our ceremony out in the garden, where I thought it would be so perfect. Well, let me tell you that inside was magical! Wow! With all the candles lit all over the room, placed perfectly, and the gorgeous flowers... it was even more beautiful. Also, I think the acoustics were better inside, so everyone was able to hear the entire ceremony. 5 stars for sure!

I can't imagine having my wedding anywhere else! We got married at the Payne Corley House on 6/4/16 and it was better than anything we thought it could be. It was not jsut the reception that was great, the people that work there really make the wedding process a breeze. I have to give a huge special thanks to Hope and Krista for helping me every step of the way. They are always willing to help you and make changes to meet your wants and needs. For almost anything I asked for, the answer was "sure, we can do that!" During my reception I started feeling sick and I went upstairs and missed about 30min of our reception. Well, when it was time to start wrapping up the evening, the PCH asked us if we wanted to extend the night another 30min since I was not present for that amount of time earlier. That spoke measures of their commintment for us to have a great night! Another thing that I can't stop bragging about is the food! I'm not saying this just because I had my wedding there, but it was the best food I have ever had at ANY wedding I have attended! All of my guests continually comment on how great it was too. If you are still wondering if you should have your wedding/reeption at the Payne Corlye House, stop the search, decision made! If you’re looking for a venue that has charm and elegance, the friendliest staff imaginable, the tastiest food around Atlanta, and an all around flawless event, then the Payne-Corley House is perfect for you!
My husband and I instantly fell in love with the PCH on our first visit. We were drawn to the historic charm of the venue. The director of sales, Hope, was such a joy to work with! She made our budget work with the venue and quickly answered all of my emails. Hope was able to provide wonderful suggestions for top rated vendors and truly made our reception perfect.
The PCH offered a food tasting, where we were able to try popular appetizers, entrees, and drinks. We loved this event because we were able to sit down with the chef and custom design our menu. One of our most popular compliments we get about the wedding was how delicious the food tasted! (We also love how the PCH has a restaurant called the Cottage on Main, so we can relive our wedding memories every time we eat there!)
Krista, our wedding planner, and Hope took amazing care of us from the moment we walked into the door. My family was able to unwind, eat lunch, and take photos before our reception. We loved how many beautiful photo opportunities the PCH offered us both inside and outside of the building! The PCH is truly a photographer’s gem!
Our reception was 100% stress-free and ran so, so smoothly! Krista made sure that my husband and I always had enough to eat and drink throughout the night. Krista was very professional and made our night one that we will never forget!
To conclude, I highly recommend the PCH! Our easiest decision in the wedding planning process was choosing the PCH! We trusted Hope and Krista with our big day, and they went above and beyond our high expectations. We never once felt like a just another client to them, more like friends planning a wedding together!

The Payne-Corely House was nothing short of PERFECTION! I was a cluless bride as of where to begin planning and Hope and Jen were so helpful and organized every step of the way. The day of the wedding I didn't have a single worry. Even as it rained all up til minutes of our outdoor ceremony, Jen, my wedding coordinator, put me at ease and gave me options. They were going to move everything indoors but the clouds parted and the sun came out brighter than ever! I could not have dreamed of a more Glorious wedding as my husband and I became one! We had around 170 guest with an indoor strolling reception and a deluxe coffee bar. All my friends and family are still bragging on how beautiful the place was and the delicious food of course. Plus, they are flexible with your ideas and it's a family owned place, not a factor wedding facility. If you are the bride that wants an inexpensive wedding, planned well, with an outstanding staff that cares about you, then, PCH is the place to be:) If I could do it again, I'd have my wedding here a million times!

We had our wedding at the Payne Corley House in March of 2016 and it was absolutely beautiful. The venue far exceeded our expectations. They made sure that everything went off without a hitch and were very professional throughout. I almost feel like the pictures on their website don't do it justice. I'd seen about ten venues before I came to Payne Corley and it was like a breath of fresh air. The bridal room was awesome and the groomsmen had their own little cottage (most other venues don't really have an area for the groomsmen). The reception area was large enough to seat 120 guests comfortably and have a dance floor. Everybody had an amazing time and could not stop talking about the food. Thank you Krista for making our day truly magical.

We had a small wedding (~65 guests) and really wanted a venue that fit with our vintage vibe. After visiting a few other venues in the area, the Payne Corley House was the only one that fit the bill. My parents had recently attended a wedding there and could vouch for the food and service, so we were sold.
We were assigned Stephanie as our day of planner and she did a phenomenal job of helping us through the process. I really wanted to have farm tables and did not live in the area, so Stephanie reached out to some people and was the whole reason we wound up finding some! The flexibility of the team was above and beyond what we expected and Chef really helped us create a menu that made ALL of our guests and us happy. They also allowed us to do a whiskey bar in place of a groom's cake where we featured a different whiskey every 30 minutes and was a big hit with the guests. The venue was beautiful, the food was great, the staff was super friendly, easy to get in touch with, and did a flawless job making sure that everything ran smoothly. There really isn't anything bad that I could possibly say about this place and the experience we had with them other than I'm sad it came and went so quickly. You really can't go wrong with this place!

From the moment I first stepped foot in the Payne-Corley House, I knew it was the perfect location for our wedding. Every detail – from the friendly staff and the personal tour from Hope Follmer, to the everyday décor, the natural lighting and the old-world feel – came together for me in an instant. We reserved our date a year in advance and thoroughly enjoyed the personal consultations with their staff throughout the year. Our coordinator, Jen, was absolutely fabulous. Throughout the entire planning process, she was readily accessible to answer my myriad of rapid-fire questions, offer suggestions, and most importantly – offer clarity. The Payne-Corley House made sure that our day was exactly how we wanted it, listening to both the bride and groom to help us bring our vision to life. On the day of our wedding, as luck would have it, it rained. However, because of the trusted relationship we had developed with Jen, we knew everything was under control and in expert hands. A year earlier in our planning, we had decided the ceremony would be outdoors at 11:00 AM. Had you told me then that it would rain and we’d have to “make do” with an indoor wedding, I would have freaked out. Two months later as I look through our wedding photos, I realize that the indoor wedding (due to rain) was exactly what we needed and wanted – it could not have been more beautiful if we had planned it that way from the start. Truly, the Payne-Corley House was not only the right choice for our wedding, it was in my personal and professional opinion, the BEST place. I highly recommend their services for your big day!
Side note: The food is pretty darn fantastic as well. Not only did they handle our entire reception, but they also handled our rehearsal dinner at the Cottage on Main. Dinner the night before was superb, and the brunch buffet at the wedding was beyond delicious. Bravo, Chef Michael! And many thanks to you all!

The Payne Corley House was a fantastic venue! I felt so taken care of! Jen was an amazing coordinator and ensured that everything went smoothly on my big day. I left so many decorations to put up for the big day and they took care of it without an issue. The location was gorgeous and I had many compliments from my guests on this gorgeous venue. The food was fantastic - so many compliments on it! Overall this was a beautiful location with fantastic staff. I wouldn't have changed a thing!

We were so happy with our wedding and reception at Payne Corley House! Jen and Hope were so nice and helpful throughout the planning process and definitely make you feel from day one that they are there to help. They were very patient with my many questions and requests and always accommodated when possible. We loved that we were able to sample the food at a tasting before we chose our menu and it was hard to chose since all of the food tasted great! The venue is so pretty and it was perfect for our 95 people wedding. I definitely recommend Payne Corley House!

After we got engaged and were searching for venues - when I saw the Payne-Corley house I knew wanted to get married there. This place was perfect. It had a beautiful Gazebo that we used for the wedding ceremony. All my friends and family were amazed at the quality of service and the food. I can't say enough good things about the staff at the Payne-Corley House! Hope was there to give us a tour and answer all of questions and then once we booked our date, Krista took over as our coordinator. She was so helpful throughout the entire process and helped us with every decision, from the menu to our send off. She also ran our rehearsal like a pro, which is impressive since our wedding party is quite a handful! Our wedding day was overcast with a high chance of rain, but they were so great about letting us wait until the last minute to decide to move the ceremony inside. Despite the rain, and the last minute move inside, everything went smoothly and people are still complimenting us on the food and how gorgeous everything was. There isn't a single thing I would change about our wedding day, and it is large part to the hard work of the Payne Corley staff!

I don't even know where to begin. It makes me tear up just thinking about this special place. The moment I walked in to take a tour of this venue I knew this was it. It was everything I wanted. It has a rustic feel to it and is beautifully decorated. I didn't feel like I needed to bring any extra decorations for they had everything set up perfectly. Krista is amazing and throughout our reception she brought my husband and I food and drinks. She made sure we were happy and eating :) She brought appetizers upstairs for the wedding party. They even put together a bag of food to take home (including some of our wedding cake!!!) The food was amazing. Our guests still come to me to tell me how much they loved the venue and how good the food was. Krista recommended the DJ we used- John, who truly was fantastic. He made our reception one big dance party which is exactly what we wanted. The few decorations I brought, Krista happily put out for me which, looked perfect. They made my reception everything I wanted and more. I can't recommend this place enough! This venue is so charming and the staff makes you feel right at home. I didn't have to worry about anything during the reception.

I knew when we got engaged that I wanted to get married at a historic house - and by chance I came across Payne-Corley house while searching for venues. This place was perfect - it had the space we wanted for the dance floor and a beautiful Gazebo that we used for the ceremony. They had actually done a few renovations to the Bridal suite and Gazebo shortly before our wedding - the space looked amazing before, but the updates definately gave it an extra added visual appeal. All my friends and family were amazed at the quality of service and the food - I have been told that our wedding was one of the most beautiful ones that they had been to. Krista was very accomodating with everything and offered suggestions and alternative for the food selections as I wanted to make sure I had a variety for the picky eaters I knew would be attending. Where do I even begin? It's taken me over a month to write this review because I honestly haven't been able to put into words just how thrilled my husband and I were with our day at the Payne-Corley House. I have known for many years that I wanted to get married at Payne-Corley, having worked there as a banquet server in high school (which I fully believe is a testimony to their quality, you know it's great if even the service staff would dream of hosting their wedding there). Michael and Krista Ganley are true hospitality professionals and take great pride in offering the highest quality in service and cuisine and that was apparent from the moment we began our planning process.
Working with Krista, the planning process was easy and low-stress and I had full confidence, even months before the wedding, that everything would be flawless. Krista managed every minute detail and dealt with even our silliest of requests. When the day arrived, everything went perfectly. It was so comforting to know that Krista and her team had everything under control and that our parents and friends weren't having to stress to make sure everything was ready to go. The ceremony was beautiful, but we've had countless people talk about how perfect the reception was. Michael and the rest of the kitchen staff truly out did themselves, the food was insanely good! We did a strolling reception with several different stations and our guests kept telling us that each station was better than the last. We especially got lots of compliments on the Mac and Cheese Bar. I loved the execution of our reception, it never felt like we were being rushed away to cut the cake or do the toasts or special dances, etc. It just flowed perfectly and seamlessly and that was 100% due to Krista's expert planning. I could honestly go on forever about our experience! I will continue to recommend Payne-Corley to everyone I know for years to come, I truly believe there is not a better venue!

During the day of, she was great with rollin' with the punches and ensuring our guests had a great time. The chef, Michael, was absolutely everything! He was really open to helping us create a menu for our guests. Michael even allowed us to taste the food options to ensure we were happy about our selections. Our guests could not stop raving about the food, even weeks after our wedding! The staff there was also great. They provided great service to our guests, which our guests even mentioned during the wedding. The venue itself is beautiful, especially in the evening. Our pictures looked so "regal" as our guests put it. During and after the wedding, our guests were asking for the venue's information to go eat at their restaurants and host their own events there! Definitely a wonderful experience! Overall, I really appreciated their flexibility, genuine spirit and freedom. I felt like I could really do what I wanted at the venue, which was great. Our guests have told us that our wedding was the best that they have ever been to, and FLAWLESS! Really great compliments, which is just another testimony to how phenomenal they were.

WOW! Everything turned out perfect. And I have to thank Krista and the wonderful staff at Payne-Corley house. From the beginning I knew I wanted to get married there. They had just redecorated the inside and it turned out fabulous. They are so professional and were quick to answer any of my questions. A HUGE applause to the chef and the crew who work in the back. The food was just absolutely amazing. The bacon wrapped shrimp are to die for. I didn't have to worry about a single thing on the day of my wedding. I was able to find inner peace and actually enjoy myself. I explained how I wanted my ceremony to be set up ( with hanging tulle and lanterns) under the magnolia tree. And it was done. I gave a whole bunch of pictures and personal belongings and they laid it all out so beautifully. I can't imagine being married anywhere else. The Payne-Corley house is truly the best place to get married at.

The best day of my life, thanks to Payne Corley!! - From day one, my husband and I knew that Payne Corley would be the place for our wedding. Hope Follmer was so hands on to get the ball rolling and responded to every question we had before we made our decision. Then Jen took over as our planner and she was a true friend. Her thoughts, her ideas, her energy and enthusiasm were contagious. She was there every step of the way, you cannot have it any other way with your wedding coordinator and Jen made us feel like family by the way she took care of us.
Our special day was on the beautiful lash green lawn. The gazebo was beautifully decorated. Jen and Krista were there every step of the way. The staff was very friendly and cared to know how our guests were doing. The food was delicious and our guests were very happy. The reception went very smoothly, thanks to Jen and Krista and the entire Payne Corley staff. Jen stayed behind and made sure that everyone had a ride and the shuttle got to Payne Corley on time to get our guests back to the hotel and that meant the world to us. THANK YOU PAYNE-CORLEY!!!

My wedding at the Payne Corley House was everything I could have hoped for! The venue is beautiful and evoked the “southern charm” feeling I was going for perfectly. It accommodated our 130 guests without feeling crowded and guests took advantage of the indoor and outdoor space (we were lucky to have perfect weather that day!). Krista and Hope were wonderful to work with from start to finish and were always available to answer questions or make suggestions. They were very flexible with customizing the food and beverage packages to meet our needs, which we really appreciated. The food was outstanding – guests are still raving about it, especially the mac and cheese bar and the bacon wrapped scallops. My only regret was that the night seemed to go by too quickly. I wish I could do it all over again. Thanks everyone at Payne Corley for an amazing wedding day!

What a lovely venue and amazing food and service. Krista Ganley was our event coordinator and she went out of her way to accommodate all the food dietary needs, special requests and support us all through the evening. The food was excellent (we had stations) and the decor and ambiance was so special. Thank you so much for a wonderful wedding celebration!

I cannot tell you how wonderful this venue is. My daughter and her husband chose it at first sight. When she chose it, I knew it was lovely. However, throughout the process, they proved to be more than amazing. They were kind, helpful and very accommodating. Hope was a delight and answered every question promptly and kindly. Jen, the wedding coordinator, was absolutely amazing, helping us plan and execute both the rehearsal and the big day. I had no idea that we were getting such an amazing PACKAGE deal when we signed. I highly recommend them for your wedding or any special event.

I fell in love with The Payne-Corley House as soon as I went for a Sip and See. It was such an elegant and beautiful place that I felt like I was looking at the this place from a magazine. The grounds are beautiful and the staff is wonderful. Krista was my wedding planner and she made everything so smooth and easy for me. I was so stressed and did not know how to plan a wedding and she reassured me that she would take care of everything. She was very responsive during the whole wedding process and was always available if I had any questions. The day of the rehearsal was fun and exciting and we practiced until we felt comfortable. Krista made it very easy for me to understand how the ceremony was going to play out. Hope Fullimer came out and congratulated me and my husband and reassured me everything would be taken care of. The day of the wedding I was so nervous but again everything was perfect. Krista checked on me and my bridesmaids several times before the ceremony to see how we were and if we needed anything. Once the ceremony started it went by so fast I did no even realize it was time to end. The food was great the space and atmosphere was awesome. I absolutely loved this venue and wish I could rewind the time back to the day I got married.
