  Great food for a great price. Our guests loved the food and commented on how much they enjoyed it! Joe was amazing to work with. He was super responsive and reliable. He understands things are stressful and is super easy to work with. Would do this again in a heartbeat.

  My husband and I had Pavy's cater (buffet style) our wedding this August (2017) and wow were they amazing! The food was fresh, hot, cooked properly, and absolutely delicious. We have had several friends/family members mention how good the food was to us. (this is not typically a memorable part of a wedding reception) Compliments to the chef for all appetizers and main dishes!

  We looked at a few different food trucks for our wedding, but Pavy's was the absolute best. We tried his insanely good sandwiches one night at a favorite brewery and knew immediately that Pavy's had exactly the fun and casual menu we wanted. The food was amazing, and the price was sooooo good (it honestly felt like everyone else was trying to overcharge us, but Pavy's quote was more than reasonable and a fraction of what other food trucks quoted us). Joe was super helpful at modifying his menu for various allergies / dietary restrictions, and he managed to get about 100 people fed in far less time than we would have expected. Guests loved the food and the variety of the menu; portions were hearty and (relatively) healthy. Everyone always says they didn't have time to eat at their own wedding--we didn't have that problem, because there was zero chance we were going to pass up the chance to enjoy Pavy's fine cooking. The best part about hiring a food truck to cater your wedding? Knowing that, whenever you want, you can always relive the tasty memories wherever the truck is parked.

  Pavy's was the perfect catering option for my casual, laid back wedding! They have an awesome menu with several options of service and entrees to choose from, but we really wanted the food truck--serve yourself--atmosphere, and it worked out perfectly! Joe, Fred and Mary killed it! They were tasked with getting 120 sandwiches prepared and served within a brief window of time and made it happen. All of my guests were full and happy!

  Our experience with Pavy's was great! Joe was extremely responsive and professional and delivered exactly what he promised and then some! The food was great, the service was great and all of our guests loved the truck! Thanks Pavy's for such a great experience.

  Excellent value and amazing food!

  Everyone couldn't stop talking about how unique and different our wedding was for using a food truck! People loved the food and it is way more affordable than traditional catering! We loved the sandwiches so much that Pavy's was the only caterer we even tasted. Joe is very matter of fact and upfront. No hidden fees or charges. My biggest complaint is that one of the guys working the truck walked through the ceremony space during our ceremony, which was distracting. But Joe was so sweet and gave us a bottle of champagne at the end of the evening and sent us home with extra food since he knew the bride and groom don't really get to eat! I also couldn't believe how fast he was able to serve everyone! We were concerned that the line/wait would be long, but his team was so efficient at getting food out we were ahead of schedule! I would recommend Joe/Pavy's to anyone wanting to add some fun flare and delicious food at an unbelievably reasonable price!
