St. Pete's secret boutique

Spent the day in St. Pete over from Tampa. Visited this elegant boutique and so super surprised at the designers here. The employees were so kind and helpful. Even set up our lunch reservations at a great restaurant down the street. This was our 3rd bridal boutique over the past week and by far the best. My daughter said yes to dress number 3! Bubbly and applause throughout the boutique. We were not expecting this type of experience, but the website promised it. They definitely delivered. Would highly recommend to all brides!

Great experience!

I went to Pavane Couture Bridal with a friend who was looking for dress, and I absolutely loved the experience. The atmosphere was beautiful, the dresses were stunning, and the staff made us feel so welcome and comfortable. Even though I’m not getting married just yet, this is 100% a place I would come back to when the time comes. Such a lovely and inspiring experience!

Most amazing place!

I have had several friends buy their gowns here and finally had the opportunity to join a VIP group to shop with a friend last weekend! It was incredible, we got champagne and had the shop all to ourselves for a private appointment. The stylists were so cute and fun and it felt like they were shopping with us!
I'm so happy that my friend got the experience that she deserved, and I can't wait to say yes to my dress here one day!

This is the shop!!!

The service at this boutique is unparalleled. Everything was so personalized, from the moment I booked my appointment to weeks after I walked down the isle...Paváne was there, checking on me! The selection in the boutique is gorgeous! Elegant and sophisticated, but fun and customizable. I highly recommend not only purchasing from this boutique but also allowing them to be a part of your big day!

Amazing day for my daughter!

We were very excited and surprised to see such an upscale boutique in St. Pete. As the father of the bride, my job was to sit quietly and smile. But the boutique asked my opinion, and my vision. They were so much fun, and to see my daughter’s face light up every time she looked in the mirror, was priceless. The employees treated her like a sister. They became part of our group. It was completely unexpected and amazingly unforgettable. She did find her dress and I can’t recommend this shop enough. Thank you.

Like shopping in New York!

So much fun shopping here! We visited NYC first but realized we didn’t need to do that after our appointment here. Incredible dresses, the most amazing experience with champagne and the perfect dress!

The Best Selection in Tampa Bay

I spent 3 month shopping for my dress...waiting to find the perfect one. I wish I would have started here because their selection was by far the best in the area.

The store itself is absolutely amazing. I felt so comfortable from the second I walked in the door and I could feel that this was going to be the day I said YES. The hardest part was each one was perfect...until I tried on the next one.

Robin and her team were so helpful and I never felt any pressure to buy. Everything about this experience was so different than the other stores I have been to in the area. It felt like a First Class experience from beginning to end. I just can't say enough about the experience.

First Shop - Had My Dream Dress

I planned to visit this shop to just put my toe in the water and see what was out there. The appointment process was easy and helps you get an idea of what you're looking for before getting there. It also allows them to pre-pick out dresses that fit your desires. I worked with Alyssa and turns out she had pulled my dream dress. Alyssa was easy to work with, made me feel beautiful in the dresses, and helped me voice what I liked and disliked. Because of Alyssa being fun, kind, and genuine I felt like I could really be myself and together, with my mom and sister, we decided on my dress and I bought it that day!

Robin is an Angel!

I booked bridal appointments at only 2 local boutiques immediately after getting engaged. From the moment I entered Pavane, I felt like a bride. There's just something about the space (and the owner) that makes you feel special - like the only girl in the world. Robin is an absolute angel. She walked me through the store and we gushed about dress styles and wedding plans. I must have pulled 2 dozen dresses, and she was happy to oblige. Her gowns are oh so luxurious and reasonably priced. They do all of their alternations in house and offer a wide variety of bridal jewelry, shoes and custom veils. It was a one-stop shop for me and I can't recommend them enough.

I Got My Dream Dress!!

Thank you so much for all your help and patience. I have waited to last minute to shop for a dress. Paváne Couture is the first boutique I went to. Robin is so helpful and sweet. I felt right at home there. The dresses are gorgeous and beautiful accessories. I got my dream dress!!

Buyer Beware - Shop Somewhere Else

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Was told 9 months for my dress back in 2023 by my sales associate. In October of 2024 I was told that she was no longer there and that manager Robin was “overseeing” my order from then on and that my dress wasn’t delivering until April. Met with a bunch of excuses. Come April to pick up my order and Robin can’t even be bothered to be there. Was told she’s never in the store. Sounds like great management. Will never recommend this place. Go somewhere that spending $7,000 on a dress will be appreciated. No accountability at all.

Poor Customer Service

They failed to deliver the dress they promised!!!
We were promised certain changes would be made, paid for those changes, and they were never done! Very, very difficult to get ahold of anyone on the phone. The salon took no accountability!!!! Never shop here…my daughters dream dress has now become a disaster!!!
