Kevin, our photographer and John, our videographer truly made my day so special. They were so helpful and made everything so easy and stress free! Best photographer on Long Island!
If you’re looking for a photographer for any occasion…especially a wedding…look no further. Patken never disappoints. Their attention to detail is impeccable. Their photographers are first class and completely professional and very artistic. My photos came out phenomenal. I am over the moon happy ! Kevin - patken photography
patken photography was such a pleasure to work with. Kevin did a great job of making my wedding fay so effortless. From hair and makeup to our send off at the end of the night , Kevin was right by our side capturing every single special moment. He knew exactly how to pose us and made the family picture process quick and seamless. My husband and ai are so grateful to have had such amazing photographer ! -

Beyond Any Expectation
Words can't begin to express how happy we are with how Patken Photographer handled our wedding, but I will give it a go.
We had the fortune of meeting Doug at a wedding expo. Immediately, we were impressed with his track record and congeniality, and knew we could trust him with capturing our day. This was no small feat as we both are working students with a set budget who started planning nearly a year-and-a-half in advance so there was no shortage of research and vetting when it came to selecting our vendors. Doug was, and is, that good because we did not even make it out the door before deciding that he was our photographer.
Doug was always punctual, and he and his team always reachable. On the wedding day, he wasn't just any old vendor (and we had several great vendors). It was like having your favorite uncle from New York taking the pictures, and I couldn't help but smile as he interacted with my family. The pictures came in quick, and they were wonderful!
I strongly recommend Doug and Patken Photographer to anyone looking for photography, and I know he will be the first person I call in the future the next time I'm looking to capture valued memories.PATKEN PHOTOGRAPHER's reply:

Sabrina is an exceptionally talented photographer. From the moment we met her for our engagement photos, we loved her personality! I can’t find enough good things to say and I couldn’t thank her enough. She truly made the wedding experience for us so much easier with all she had to offer. She was able to get all the photos I requested and every photo was executed amazingly. All of our photos came out perfect! She was fun and easy to work with and she was very commandeering. Words cannot express just how good Patken Photography is. From start to finish, the process with them was seamless and so easy. Do NOT go anywhere else.
First, Doug is a fantastic owner. He is easy to talk with, works with you on what you need, makes adjustments as needed, is always open to suggestions and is overall, just one of the kindest men you will meet. Doug treats every customer like they are family.
Cindy is the best. She keeps you posted on when payments are due but doesn't hound you. She is flexible and helps make sure you have what you need. She confirms appointments and double checks everything with a smile on her face the whole time. She is one of the most professional individuals my wife and I have ever come across.
And our photographer, Vinnie? Amazing. He is beyond a pro. Words cannot express how lucky we are to have had him. He is the best. It was like a close family member taking photos. We had two days full of festivities and he was on point the whole time. Always knew what to do, was talking with us the whole time, was placing us in the right spots and just lives his job. In all the right ways. Vinnie is perfect. You cannot find someone who is better than Vinnie, I promise.
The video team is amazing as well. They blend in and are so fun. All three of them make an effort to work side by side with Vinnie and make the experience perfect. They are some of the kindest people you will come across.
Overall, go with Patken. You literally cannot find a better company. You can try but you won't succeed. You will love going with Patken and won't regret a single second of it.PATKEN PHOTOGRAPHER's reply:

The staff at Patken photographers are absolutely amazing. From the office staff to the photographers and videographers they make your event the most special event you would ever have. My daughter‘s sweet 16 was truly a night to remember. Sabrina and Jimmy captured all of her wonderful memories without being intrusive. I cannot wait to see the final products. I would definitely use them again. -

Sabrina was our photographer and she was amazing!!! She’s from the Deer Park location, In Long Island, NY. She made everyone feel comfortable in front of the camera, including myself whom can be awkward when being photograph. I feel like we became family with Doug and Kevin (our photographers) by the time our wedding finally came (after multiple delays due to COVID). They worked with us through the reschedules and they definitely delivered and captured some amazing photos. I don’t have words to express how pleased we are with them, but I think the attached photos speak for themselves. They even captured so many great spontaneous moments during our event. We got our questions answered quickly, even after office hours sometimes. Our photos were delivered in 3 weeks from our wedding date! They were professional, timely, fun (which helps keep your energy up and it reflects in your photos), and very efficient at getting through the family photos during our wedding events. We are normally extremely awkward in photos, but they made it feel so comfortable.PATKEN PHOTOGRAPHER's reply:

The most professional photographer/ videographer company we talked to. On our wedding day the photographer and videographer who came made our day perfect. They were very comforting and made our day full of laughs. During the photos they made it run smoothly with directions on where to take the photos with such ease.
