  Excellent Choice for Bakery

  We worked with Mindy for our wedding, and everything was amazing! It was so easy to communicate with the bakery, and schedule our tasting. The tasting was so great, we got to pick any flavors for cake or fillings we were interested in and try them out. And we didn't have to make any decisions on the spot, Mindy let us think it over and get our choices back to her. We really appreciated that, as we both needed some extra time to pick since everything was SO good! They provided free delivery to our venue, The Lodge, the day of. We had a small 2 tiered cake and 10 dozen cupcakes in various flavors. They were an absolute hit with our guests and the cake was so tasty! Would highly recommend working with them for your wedding!

  Fantastic!

  Although we didn’t get much of a chance to eat our cake at the wedding, every part of the process leading up to the wedding was easy and quick with this vendor. We loved them and would recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful and custom cake.

  Royal fall wedding cake

  Super delicious cake! The tasting was well presented and had so many options and combinations. We had the white cake with raspberry preserves for 2 layers and the chocolate cake with fudge and cannoli filling for the other 2 layers. It was to die for!! The presentation was gorgeous!!

  Delicious and beautiful!

  The Patisserie of Skaneateles made us the most lovely cake and cupcakes for our August 2021 wedding. The cake was the vanilla with almond mousse - divine! We also did two kinds of cupcakes - double chocolate and vanilla with raspberry filling.
  The three tier cake was gorgeous with flowers from Fleur de Lis. It matched all of the Pinterest boards I had shared and the guests all loved the taste!
  As an added bonus, Michael from the Patisserie was a delight to work with. So easy to coordinate details. Highly recommend!

  Best Cake Ever

  We used the patisserie for my daughters wedding cake July 27, 2019. It was the best cake we ever had. The went above and beyond with the flavor and frosting, so moist.   Amazing baked goods, cakes and cookies!!!

  I cannot speak highly enough of the Patisserie and how amazing all of their food creations were at my daughters wedding on 10/19/19. Even more impressive is the fact that our event was held in a field, outdoors under a tent in 50 degree weather. The desserts were amazing, the wedding cake delicious and our decision to offer late night warm fresh baked cookies put an exclamation point on a spectacular night.

  We loved working with the Patisserie for our wedding desserts! We had a wedding cake and a spread of 8 different dessert bar options, and every single item was amazing. Our guests raved about the desserts, and just about everything was cleared out by the end of the night. They were great to work with throughout the whole planning process, and so accommodating when we had to postpone our wedding twice due to COVID. They even created a custom filling flavor for us — my husband was really hoping to have salted caramel buttercream as a filling between layers on our chocolate cake, and even though it wasn't on their menu, they made it special for us! Everyone loved it so much that they even told us they were planning to add it to their regular menu. We had a great experience overall, and we're so glad we chose the Patisserie for our wedding desserts.

  Best Wedding Cake I've Ever Tasted

  We LOVED our wedding cake. Honestly, most of the time at weddings I avoid the cake because it's dry and gross. But the Patisserie completely changed my mind. We had a three layer cake with lemon, chocolate and vanilla. All three were fantastic. I had guests come over and ask who made it. Beautifully decorated as well, the team was so pleasant and easy to work with. Would 100% recommend.

  My fiance and I planned a small covid-friendly ceremony because our wedding this past Spring was cancelled. Patisserie provided us with a beautiful big and delicious wedding cake on short notice that really added a special element to our night. We worked with Mike to design the flavors and appearance (a naked lemon cake with berry marscapone filling and flowers on top. Highly recommend!!!!

  Creative and Tasty!

  We worked with Vanessa at Patisserie for our November 2019 wedding. We had a small cutting cake and several other “finger food” desserts. Everything was super fresh and delicious. We didn’t have an elaborate cake but it still looked and tasted wonderful, and if the cakes in the window of the shop are any indication, if you wanted something more elaborate they would do an amazing job at that, too. This is also just an amazing, small shop to stop in and get any of their delicious items, I recommend any of their fresh baked breads.

  We worked with Vanessa at Patisserie for our November 2019 wedding. We had a small cutting cake and several other “finger food” desserts. Everything was super fresh and delicious.   Wedding cake

  Vanessa was excellent in her presentations of options on the cake and it was absolutely beautiful! We had a meeting prior to selecting the fillings and I had samples to try. All were fantastic. Highly would recommend getting a cake here!

  Phenomenal!

  Not only did my Wedding Cake look phenomenal, it also tasted fantastic. I am very pleased with the way my cake turned out and all of my guests were impressed. It looked exactly as I explained to the decorator.

  I had the most beautiful cake I've ever seen! Working with Michael was so incredibly easy, which, as all brides know, is so important when tackling wedding planning. The cake was delicious...all of our guests loved it! The cake looked gorgeous in pictures, as well!

  I have grown up asking for Patisserie cupcakes for my birthday. So, when it came time to choose a bakery for our wedding cake, it was a no brainer! They went above and beyond to help me create my vision for our wedding and to make the most delicious cake! I wish I had gotten more than one slice of our cake, but we already plan on ordering a small cake with the same flavors on our anniversary. Everything from Patisserie is always delicious, and our wedding cake was no exception!

  Michael has the best personality and is truly great at his profession. We had a May 2016 wedding and ended up doing a to go cake tasting because of our busy schedules. There were so many options and everything was delicious! We ended up choosing a 3 tier cake with alternating chocolate and white layers in each slice. The frosting was cream cheese. The fillings we chose were fudge and chocolate mousse. I also wanted a simple white cake that had subtle designs on each layer with vibrant flowers from our florist to accent it. When I saw the cake I couldn't believe how perfect it was! Not only was it beautiful but it was also one of the best cakes I have ever had.   Michael is amazing. His white cake is some of the best I've ever tasted. We got a four layer cake, two layers were vanilla with Bavarian pastry cream and strawberry filling, the other two were red velvet cake with raspberry pastry cream filling. Both were a huge hit at the wedding! The cake was breathtaking, exactly what I had envisioned. One of the best parts of patisserie is that rather than having to save the top of the cake in your freezer for your first anniversary, Michael will make you a brand new cake!!

  We used the Patisserie for our rehearsal dinner and the dessert was fabulous. We did all small desserts: tarts, cookies, truffles, etc and everything was either eaten or happily taken home by the guests since we ordered a bit too much. We would highly recommend!

  Mike and his staff were perfect! They offered us samples of the variety of flavors they offer. Did an amazing job listening to our ideas to create the perfect cake. We did a sheet cake as well. Absolutely delicious! Red velvet is the amazing! Best part was they offered us a cake on our anniversary!

  Michael and Patisserie were wonderful to work with for our wedding cake and pies on our June 7th wedding! Michael was extremely accommodating to my husband and I throughout the process, from prepping a "tasting at home" kit when my husband was going to miss our tasting due to a cancelled flight, to researching and finding a gluten-free pie crust last minute, to making our crazy vanilla/chocolate butter cream layered cake (that I actually drew out on a piece of paper), our experience couldn't have been better. We received SO many compliments on how good the cake and pies were!
  
  Patisserie really does wonderfully delicious work and nothing would make me happier than to eat their cakes and butter cream frosting for the rest of my life (I was eating leftover cake for several weeks after the wedding and it was awesome). I'd also be bereft if I didn't mention their focaccia bread...we strongly considered giving it out as a wedding favor.
  
  Definitely the best choice to go with for all your wedding (and non-wedding) needs in the Finger Lakes!
