  Definitely recommend

  Frank was so easy to talk to and listens to your ideas that you have for a wedding cake. Looking at all the cakes he did in the past, he sure knows what he is doing and is professional! Will definitely use him for our future baking needs since the cakes were also very delicious!

  Most amazing wedding cake

  We went with the yellow cake with cannoli cream icing and it was to die for! Pastry Fusions made a delicious and beautiful cake for us and we will definitely be visiting again for other treats very soon!

  Delicious and beautiful!

  The second I saw my cake I was in awe. The exact cake that my husband and I asked for was created. To top it off, it tasted incredible too! I would definitely recommend Pastry Fusions!

  Cake was AMAZING. It's a little over a week and they are still edible and moist. They were one of the bakeries included with my venue price and they did not disappoint!!.

  Pastry Fusion is amazing! Had a consultation for our wedding cake for our May 2018 wedding and Frank was an absolute blast! He was kind, explanatory and realistic! He is willing to go above and beyond for his customers. The samples he provided were unbelievably delicious! I can't wait to continue working with him and everyone else at Pastry Fusions and I especially can't wait for our wedding cake! Thank you again, Pastry Fusions, for such an amazing experience during a stressful time!

  I got married at Old Saybrook Point Inn and Pastry Fusions was one of the bakeries that they worked with. After reading the reviews, we decided to go with them, and are very glad we did! I told Frank about my love of cannolis and he suggested doing a marble cake with a chocolate chip cannoli filling. I brought in some pictures of wedding cakes that I liked from online and we came to a conclusion of what we were going to do. He took detailed notes and he was very personable/friendly.   They made us a beautiful 3 tiered cake for our wedding. It was absolutely delicious. All of the other baked goods are wonderful as well. Highly recommended!!

  Our reception was at The Spa at Norwich Inn and the package included a cake from Pastry Fusions. We had the opportunity to go to the bakery and meet with the owner to design our cake. It was a very easy process. Our wedding color was a deep blue and he gave us ideas of how to incorporate it into the cake without lots of blue frosting. He had a listing of all of the flavors and we decided on a 4 layer white cake, each layer having both a raspberry filling and chocolate mousse. The package included 3 layers so when I asked about adding a forth I was pleasantly surprised when the cost was less than $20! The cake was beautiful and more importantly tasted delicious! (We also bought several treats on our visit - all which were also very good).

We couldn't wait a whole year to try it again! We will just be ordering a small cake of the same flavor for our anniversary next year :)

  Pastry Fusions is the wedding cake vender our reception vender (Amarante's Sea Cliff) recommend. Frank is an easy going and great baker. The cake he made for us is very delicious and beautiful. We just gave him the simple flowers for decorating the cake, but it turns out fabulous masterpiece! We were very very happy!

Vanilla cake with cappuccino filling!! SO GOOD!! (I am allergic to chocolate) I loved it. We didn't save the top we went home and ate it over the weekend!!   Frank was great to work with. He was very honest with us about his concerns for ideas that we head. He had so many creative ideas and our cake came out absolutely gorgeous. Highly recommend! (And the cake is DELICIOUS!)

Frank fulfilled every request of the bride and groom and they were very happy with the end result. We received many compliments and give Frank and his staff two thumbs up.   Everyone was so wonderful to work with! We had a few last minute changes and added a grooms cake. Everything turned out perfectly! The cake was amazing and I'm not much a sweets person. I'm still hearing from guests about it! BOOK WITH THIS BAKERY! You will not be disappointed!

  I wanted an traditional wedding cake with a water fountain, Frank did an AWESOME job at giving us exactly what we wanted and then some. The cake was beautiful and just melted in your mouth. He even colored the water in the fountain to match our wedding colors. I would definitely recommend Pastry Fusions to anyone!!!

Frank was very friendly and listened to what we had in mind and was very accommodating. He created our "chocolate dipped banana" wedding cake for us and... it was a hit! Not only was the cake delicious, it looked absolutely beautiful, as it was very elegant. We can't wait to cut into our top tier on our First Anniversary!!!
