Wailea Morning Wedding
Pastor Ben was amazing from the first moment that we made contact with him online. He made this wedding the smoothest event that we’ve ever planned. He coordinated a wonderful photographer, made sure we had layers and the ceremony was beautiful like he known as our whole entire lives. I would highly recommend him to anyone wanting an authentic local caring pastor to do their ceremony.

Ben was so easily approachable from the first time we got in contact with him! Since we weren’t from Maui, we truly appreciated Pastor Ben’s flexibility and his recommendations for our ceremony location. It made the whole experience so much easier and more special. Having him help arrange the photographer was also perfect and took a lot of stress off of us.
It meant so much that he took the time to get to know us and our story—it didn’t feel like a typical elopement, but rather an intimate ceremony that was exactly what we wanted. He is such a kind and genuine person. He also gave us great recommendations to help fill out the rest of our trip, which we really enjoyed. Thank you so much, Pastor Ben! -

Ironwood elopement
Pastor Ben officiated our elopement on Ironwood Beach. Prior to the wedding I was able to text Pastor Ben and receive a quick response at anytime with any questions we had. Pastor Ben made sure we had everything we needed and even offered to get us leis for the lei exchange. On our wedding day, Pastor Ben was very friendly, happy and it is clear he loves what he does. I appreciated that Pastor Ben has worked with our photographer before as well. He even tossed some floral petals for us while we were taking photos. -

Ben made our elopement amazing
First of all I wanted to say that from the moment we met Ben in person on the day of our elopement,he greeted us with a smile and immediately started cracking jokes and putting our minds at ease. Getting married in a state so far from home sounded scary,but even without ever meeting Ben beforehand,he made the process fun and so carefree. We got to know Ben through email,where he asked very engaging questions and took the time to get to know us as a couple before we came to Maui. Our original officiant fell through just 2 months before our wedding day. With the help of our elopement planner and Ben, they truly saved the day and we believe finding Ben happened for a reason. He was a huge part in making the day magical and it truly felt like he cared about taking part of such a huge moment in our lives. -

From our very first contact with Pastor Ben, we knew this would be the day we had been praying for. The thought of planning a wedding from thousands of miles away was intimidating, but Pastor Ben assured us this would be a beautiful moment to remember. He took care of the flowers, photographer, permits and gave us all of the instructions on obtaining our license. We basically had to “show up”. All of this was for a fraction of the price of resorts. The ceremony was very personalized to our story and we were able to include readings from family members. In addition to a wonderful wedding ceremony, he was willing to give us recommendations on dining and other island activities. We recommend Ben to anyone wanting to get married or renew their vows in Maui. This will forever be a beautiful beginning to our married life. -

If you are considering a destination wedding (or it's even more formal/large), look no further than Pastor Ben for your service. He is amazing. We had interacted by email and text and when we met in person, we all felt so fortunate to have met him (and it also felt like we had been old friends forever!). He was an outstanding officiant and made an effort to incorporate personal details into the ceremony. He was so gracious with everyone who attended our daughter's wedding and made sure to interact effortlessly with everyone. He is such an amazing individual that will put the bride and groom at ease. We are fortunate to have found him and will remember him forever! -

Pastor Ben was extremely helpful with our wedding elopement. From beginning to end he offered services that were professional, punctual and most importantly powerful. The power of God was present as we said our vows on the beautiful island of Maui on ironwood beach. Pastor Ben made sure we had everything we needed to execute our wedding day successfully from our beach permit, registration, lei’s for the ceremony and a wonderful photographer. I forgot to bring our registration the day of and Pastor Ben was kind enough to personally come by our resort to pick it up so our wedding day would be official! If it wasn’t for him being a critical piece in this special day I don’t know how my husband and I could’ve pulled off this DIY wedding! Mahalo Pastor Ben! Many blessings -

He was wonderful with words, humorous and relaxed. A couple days before our elopement he asked us personal questions about each other and shared it with us during the ceremony. He made the drive to the other end of the island and even waited for us during the photography session. At the end of the ceremony he offered to show us around Maui or to reach out if we had any questions, how sweet is that! Ben is a wonderful officiant and hands down the right choice. -

If I needed anything, day or night he was there to respond quickly to my questions. Ben put us both at ease from start to finish. Our wedding was perfect!! I would recommend pastor Ben to anyone looking for a stress free, personalized, and thoughtful officiant.
My husband and I had planned and rescheduled our wedding 3 times (thanks Covid). We booked a trip just the 2 of us and flew to Maui with our negative test results within 2 weeks of flying out in hopes the last minute trip would work out. We had no officiant or photographer when we arrived as our original wedding was on Oahu. We called around and pastor Ben came through the SAME day and also found a photographer last minute. With such a stressful planning process I can’t stress enough how amazing this was. He asked questions to get to know us so it wasn’t just an ‘I do, I do’ experience. He also recommended a beautiful spot to exchange vows. So grateful for him, and I would recommend to anyone...in crazy, or normal times he will rise to the occasion 💜. -

I would definitely recommend Pastor Ben as an officiant to any type of wedding. The people attending our wedding actually thought we knew him and met him on Maui before we got married. In reality, we had only met him the day of our ceremony! He took time to get to know "our story" and incorporated it into the ceremony. We loved it and we will cherish that forever. We also wrote our own vows and he printed them out for us before the ceremony so we didn't have to worry about it. Those little things are a huge relief on such a big day. So thankful Pastor Ben was a part of our big day and we'll always remember that! -

Ben married my husband and I and our ceremony was more perfect than I could’ve imagined. Ben did such an amazing job not only giving us marriage advice but getting to know us as a couple so the ceremony was very personal and I felt truly reflected us as a couple. He is the most genuine, caring person I’ve ever met who makes you feel like nothing else matters but you & your future wedding. We are so lucky to have been recommended to Ben by our wedding coordinator, Sandra. Ben was SO easy and friendly to work with. We chose to have a non-religious wedding, but I know Ben does both, so he is very happy to work with you on your personal preferences. What really made Ben officiating our wedding the best was the fact that after our ceremony, multiple friends and family came up asking me if we had known Ben before and if we were friends. Ben is SO personable and spoke about us as if he had known us for years (even though this was only our first time meeting on the day of the wedding). To all future couples getting married in Maui, don't hesitate about working with Ben! -

There has never been a more perfect family celebration host than Ben Bryson. Whether a baby dedication, a memorial service, or a wedding, when it comes to any major life event, you are going to want Ben to officiate. He looks good in a suit, but won’t steal focus, unless you count his uncanny knack for photobombs and even these rarely disappoint. Our Wedding
Pastor Ben married my wife Tara and I about 8 years ago shortly after we joined Court Street Christian Church which he was the lead pastor of. Ben is one of the kindest people I’ve ever met and we would not have wanted anyone else to officiate our wedding. Our ceremony was simple, but Ben and our church made our special day perfect for us.
