  the best ceremony coordinator ever!

  If I could give Pastiche 10 stars I would. From the day I met Mia, I felt so at ease with her being our ceremony coordinator. Her calm and reassuring demeanor is exactly what a bride needs. Especially a bride that had to postponed twice, cancel her destination wedding altogether, lost out on thousands of dollars in non refundable deposits, etc. (2020 was a real doozy...)
  
  I was put in contact with Mia at Pastiche through our caterer/event coordinator Critics Choice and I now understand why they came so highly recommended. Mia held my hand through the entire process and was an absolute doll to work with. She was quick to reply to emails and texts. Offered incredible advice and insight on floor plan and 'flow' for the ceremony and most importantly, was patient and a tremendous babysitter/wrangler (lol) to my rambunctious bridal party on the big day.
  
  Her husband also did our wedding videography and we were greeted with the same kindness and enthusiasm from him as well.
  
  Mia, you went above and beyond and Michael and I couldn't be happier with how are beautiful, tropical, backyard wedding turned out. You are the best! Thank you thank you thank you!

  Amazing, highly recommend Mia and her team!

  From our first call to the actually wedding day, Mia and her team were amazing! She was so professional and organized. She was so kind and remembered details about the ceremony and planning that I even forgot that I mentioned. On the day of the event (my wedding) I felt so at ease and comfortable because I knew that Mia was there for me! I highly recommend her and her team for any and all of your party planning/event needs.

  Amazing! Mia is the best

  Mia was amazing! She was the best wedding coordinator ever! So sweet, professional, prompt, hard working and reliable. She set the mood perfectly and was the perfect narrator. The CEREMONY WAS PERFECT AND SHE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOUND. She saved the day, was incredibly flexible and went above and beyond his call of duty. Our beautiful and insanely expensive Malibu wedding was on the VERGE of being a complete disaster and trainwreck but Mia literally SAVED OUR WEDDING.   Dream come true

  I could not have asked for a better wedding planning experience. Mia created a fun and easy space for us to work together and make my dreams into reality. She is responsive, detail-oriented, knowledgeable and creative. I am still in awe with the way everything turned out. It was smooth and extremely special, and I owe that to the Pastiche Event crew. A big perk to booking with Mia is that she has a decor inventory list that is complimentary. It really helped with cutting costs down!!

  Top notch team

  Mia and her team are top notch. From the moment you hire her, you will feel a weight off your shoulders and see everything fall into place. We hired Mia 10 days out from our wedding as our original event coordinator wasn’t being as responsive as we had hoped and it was leaving us stressed out and anxious. Mia immediately hopped on a call with me that lasted well over an hour and jumped in and took lead on everything from the coordination of the DJ, string quartet, catering and rentals to ceremony timeline and all the little details in between.
  
  Aisle Planner is the primary software her and her team use and it’s a great addition to see everything from high level as well as to be able to drill down into the details. We were doing a wedding across the county and had never seen the venue in person, and this software really helped us visualize the day and collaborate with Mia.
  
  Mia truly went above and beyond. I had a specific whiskey I was looking for and she went herself to pick it up from the store. She always texted and emailed back right away. The day of the rehearsal, we noticed a few items at the venue were not up to par and she immediately went into action and handled them and made adjustments on the fly.
  
  We had a lot of very specific requests, some on very short notice and she made it all happen.
  
  On your wedding day, you want to feel at ease and like everything is being handled so that you and your guests can have the best time. Mia and her team will make you feel that way.

  Mia Saves the Day!

  Mia and her team were simply phenomenal. We hired Mia for day-of coordination two weeks before our wedding, after having to dismiss our original coordinator. Mia stepped in with an incredible amount of dedication, insight, and patience. Her approach of using the Aisle Planner website to create our timeline, arrange our floor plan, organize our guest list and vendor contacts, and keep notes, all with the ability to make live edits, was seamless and drastically lowered the stress level for my mother and me. She was attentive to detail, asked all the right questions to make sure we had what we needed for each part of our wedding, and made helpful suggestions along the way. She ran our rehearsal well, navigating endless questions from our family with patience and grace. On top of all that, she executed everything on our wedding day beautifully. She set everything up hung up just how I had envisioned, and I couldn’t have been happier with how smoothly the evening ran. My husband and I didn’t have to think twice about anything and were able to fully enjoy every moment of our wedding with our family and friends because we knew the evening was in Mia’s capable hands.   Best of the Best

  Mia Kartsonis and her assistant Hugo of Pastiche Event Productions made our destination wedding in Solvang, CAlifornia run so smoothly and without a hitch.
  
  We really could not have asked for a better “Day Of” team. They handled all the details of our wedding with such care and professionalism. During the planning process, Mia was attentive, communicative, and took care of everything right away with the best “can do” attitude. She also headed off any foreseeable problems during setup and scheduling. We knew she had the experience we needed for our event to run smoothly.
  
  For example, on the day of the wedding, the wedding cake arrived without any of the decorations that were clearly detailed in the contract. Mia did not miss a beat and called the baker and made sure that the cake was fixed to perfection.
  
  Hugo was the perfect assistant with is experienced in florals. Mia and Hugo both stepped in when I needed help with the set up of the garlands on the alter rail in the church, when having them fully arranged before travel was not going to work after all. And the way they arranged the flowers there — and later placing them at the reception was quite the sight to see and just perfect!
  
  We could not have executed this wedding day without Mia and Hugo and definitely would recommend them to others wishing to plan a wedding or event. We will be forever grateful that they were our team!

  Our wedding was magical and couldn’t have done it without Mia!

  You Can Totally Trust Mia

  We interviewed a few wedding coordinators for our wedding and we immediately felt like we could trust Mia. She is super hardworking and has a strong sense for what works and doesn't work for events. Her insight really helped us plan a great experience for our guests. Her ability to work with vendors and to make sure things are done right is in itself a HUGE asset to have on your side. On the actual day of the wedding, I wasn't able to focus on the logistics, details, etc. at all, but it didn't matter because Mia and her assistant literally handled everything and exceeded our expectations!

  My dream wedding was achieved with Mia!

  Mia was so thoughtful in every step of the wedding planning process. You can tell she truly loves her job. She was very calming when I was stressed, she was there throughout the whole process, and helped me remember or figure out things I didn't even think of. If it wasn't for her I wouldn't have been able to plan my dream wedding while working full time. She communicated to all of my vendors by phone and email and finalized everything for me. She was even responsive when I had a deadline for signage and couldn't get my seating chart right. She also uses an app that was a lifesaver for me.   Some of the best money you’ll spend!

  Having a wedding coordinator was some of the best spent money of the entire wedding!! At some point in the process you may be tempted to save some money, thinking you’re organized and have it down. Do not listen to that thought! For the record, I have experience planning events for several hundred people so I know what goes into an event. I couldn’t have been happier to have Pastiche helping us out along the way, making sure all details were coordinated and situated, especially on the day of. Having my pastiche team made sure my fiancé and families could enjoy the day instead of worrying about details and running around. I was so happy to hand over the reigns and enjoy myself knowing how much they cared and took care of everything. Everyone on their team knows their stuff - we had questions about ceremony prep, music, flowers, etc. and they had an answer or fix to everything. They helped guide us in areas we didn’t know much about, and connected us with resources and helpful organizational tools. Most importantly, they run interference for you so you don’t have to worry about everything going on. It’s so important to have that time with your new spouse, friends, and family. It wouldn’t have been possible without our fantastic coordinators! Everyone on the team is extremely responsive, detail oriented and organized, amazingly productive, and a true pleasure to work with. There was no question too wild or detail too small for this team. Mia and I emailed, talked on the phone and met in person several times before the event.   Do yourself a favor and hire a planner!

  I would highly recommend anyone who is planning their wedding to hire a planner. It was a pleasure working with Mia, she was very responsive and helpful. I love that she can always give me great advice when I’m indecisive. Our wedding was postponed for three years! And she helped us rearrange everything three times. She’s great!

  The help you need!

  Huge shout out to Mia for helping make my wedding day a success. I underestimated how much I needed help and she jumped in and made sure everything went smoothly. This includes coordinating all of my wedding vendors, the timeline, my guests and wedding party. I could not have done it without her!!

She even helped me move all of my wedding stuff to my bridal suite at the end of the night to help clean up. She is a rock star and you need her for your big day!

  Huge shout out to Mia for helping make my wedding day a success. I underestimated how much I needed help and she jumped in and made sure everything went smoothly. This includes coordinating all of my wedding vendors, the timeline, my guests and wedding party. I could not have done it without her!!

  Simply Amazing!!

  I have worked with many event planners, but I have to say that Mia is by far one of the most professional and easy going wedding planners in the industry. It was such a pleasure working with her and her team. Everything was spot on from beginning to end.
  
  She was very detailed in proving me information on time and was very responsive to suggestions when we conducted the walk through. The day of was simply put, Amazing!! As a DJ, we deal with many different event planners many are good, but Mia and her team at Pastiche are FABULOUS!! I highly recommend her for any event you may be considering her for.

  Above and beyond amazing!

  We are so, so happy to have worked with Pastiche! Mia is an absolute gem and did such an amazing job as our day-of coordinator for our wedding on 2/1/20. We were not completely sure we needed a coordinator, but when the venue we chose required it, we were SO glad that we found her. It is a million percent WORTH IT even if not required, and we recommend Pastiche so highly. From the professionalism to pricing, you cannot find better in the LA area!!
  
  From our very first meeting, we felt all of our worries melt away. Mia leaves no stone unturned and no detail unnoticed. Our reception venue was basically a blank slate, so we had a lot of different vendors to deal with. Mia made sure that we were booking everyone accordingly, and when it was time for her to take over, she ensured a smooth timeline for everyone to arrive, set up, and break down.
  
  Wedding planning was obviously very new to us, so we truly appreciated her honesty and expert opinion on things she felt we either needed, or were not worth it. While we cared about aesthetic, we leaned more on the practical side, and we felt like she really understood the decor style we wanted. She went above and beyond the scope of a day-of coordinator, and covered things we didn’t even realize were important, all while keeping constant communication with us over months before the wedding date.
  
  Not only is she someone who is SO organized and detail-oriented, but also someone who we felt was truly in our corner. Planning is stressful, and she was so encouraging and sweet during the process. When we felt overwhelmed or fell behind on things, she ensured us that things were going to work out, and they did! The wedding day went SO smoothly, and we felt like we could put ALL of our focus on each other and our guests. We also had a large wedding party, and they would not stop raving how nice and helpful she was. They were constantly asking us, “what do you need?!” and we could just tell them, “don’t worry, Mia already took care of it!”
  
  It means everything to us that we have such amazing memories of our wedding day, and we could not have done it without the help of Mia!! She will always be such a special part of our day!

  Great Wedding Coordinator

  Mia was our savior. We were in a bind when our first planner unexpectedly quit on us. Mia came in, picked up where the previous planner left off and did not miss a beat. We honestly do not know what we would have done without her. I suppose the best compliment I can give her is that she completely took the stress from my bride which in turn made the planning process so much better for her and selfishly for me. She checked in on us in the lead up to the wedding to make sure we were where we needed to be and took care of the things our previous planner dropped the ball on.

  Mia made our special day so spectacular! Everything came through and was just as we had hoped! We had her for the 6 months of planning and she went above and beyond and since budget was our main concern, she always presented multiple options which were considerate of our situation. She also was always on top of deadlines and vendors! We made some last minute changes on the day of and she worked with us and the venue really well; she was always on our side and would contest any issues we may have had with the venue.   Mia and Alex did a fantastic job coordinating our wedding and events leading up to the wedding. They were helpful in all aspects of planning, coordinating, and making the whole day run smoothly and look beautiful. They were always available and super responsive.   Took care of everything and more!

  Alex is such a wonderful wedding planner! From the beginning she quoted me a very affordable price and I asked her to plan everything and only include me on big decisions so I wouldn’t be overwhelmed during the process. She did absolutely everything for me! She coordinated the photographer, the cake maker, the decorations, the food, the music- everything to the last detail. I am so lucky to have had her plan the wonderful day because it was perfect! She even helped me decide on a dress!!! She is truly gifted in her craft and I would highly recommend her to any newly engaged couple who wants someone that can help plan the whole way through. She is amazing and my words probably can’t cover how much she helped to make our day simply beautiful.
