Pasea Hotel & Spa have been such a pleasure to work with. They make everything so easy and they're so on top of things. Rest assured, nothing gets missed in the planning process and on the day of the event. Erica and her banquet team are super hands on and make sure everything runs smoothly on the day of the wedding. I would highly recommend this hotel for weddings and other grand events.

It was the best decision to do Trisha and Parth's reception at Pasea. The staff was caring, responsive, and left no stone unturned to weave magic for Trisha and Parth. We would like to give a shout out to Erica Jabouin for making the reception a success and a lovely memory for a lifetime.

Erica did an amazing job putting this reception together. Everything was beautiful and we received so many compliments on how gorgeous and well-organized the event was. Thank you so much for all the hard work you put into this event, for being so nice to work with and helping us with floor plans, heaters, sitar player, food, drinks, décor making this whole process so easy for us - we couldn't be more grateful!

Every detail including the couple pictures, breakfast, lighting, chairs, welcome table, outside seating, food and bar was perfect.

We had our wedding at the Pasea Hotel on 10/21, and we were so happy with how the wedding turned out. The Pasea had exactly what we we were looking for - a modern, lively and welcoming environment with incredible views. Guests raved about the hotel and wedding venue - often when you are hosting a hotel wedding, I find that the ceremony site is dated or leaves something to be desired. Not in this case - the views were amazing and we ended up with epic photos of our ceremony and cocktail hour especially during sunset. Additionally, I felt incredibly taken care of by the responsive staff, especially the event manager, Rebecca Gonzalez. Every need that I expressed was taken care of with urgency and efficiency, and it was a pleasure working with her every step of the way. She was professional, quick, thoughtful with personal touches, and just so amazing - I would hire her for a future event if I could! I almost wish I could host another wedding just so that I could be in this perfect environment surrounded by family and friends again, working with this amazing staff.

My husband and I recently had the pleasure of celebrating our wedding at Pasea Hotel in Huntington Beach, and it was an absolutely magical experience. From the breathtaking oceanfront views to the exceptional staff, Pasea Hotel exceeded all our expectations and made our wedding dreams come true.

The Pasea Hotel staff, especially Erica Jabouin, played an integral role in making our special day seamless and stress-free. From the very beginning, their professionalism and attention to detail were evident. They listened to our vision and worked tirelessly to ensure every aspect of our wedding was executed flawlessly. Whether it was coordinating with our vendors or accommodating last-minute requests, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel cared for and supported.

Our wedding day at Pasea Hotel felt like a dream come true. The hotel's modern and elegant aesthetic served as the perfect canvas for our wedding decor. The spacious ballroom, with its floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the ocean, provided an enchanting setting for our reception. The culinary team at Pasea delivered a culinary experience that delighted all of our guests during our cocktail hour and reception.

Our wedding at Pasea Hotel in Huntington Beach was nothing short of perfect. The combination of breathtaking views, a dedicated and talented staff, and a picturesque setting made our special day truly unforgettable. We are immensely grateful to the entire Pasea team for making our wedding dreams come true.

My daughter and her fiance got married at the Pasea on April 1, 2022. I cannot describe how wonderful Tina and her team at the Pasea was from the beginning of signing the contract to the actual wedding day. We had the ceremony on the lawn and used the Blue Room for the reception. It was an amazing experience and Tina's communication was exceptional. The reception food and service was wonderful. Everyone attending the wedding and reception had an amazing time. I would highly recommend choosing other vendors who have experience working with the Pasea venue as it made everything run very smoothly!

If you want to get married in Huntington Beach then this is the venue for you. Christine and Tina were absolutely amazing and professional throughout the entire process from beginning to end. A few reasons why I would recommend this venue:
1. The ocean terrace is a stunning view at sunset and a perfect place for a cocktail hour. My pictures are amazing. Compared to other venues in Huntington Beach this is by far the nicest terrace and least noisy.
2. The food tasted exactly like the tasting and many guest commented on the quality.
3. The service and upkeep of the venue were perfect. From the valet, to servers and bartenders, every guest said the service was great. The venue communicated with the vendors in a timely manner and everything was executed by Tina’s attention to detail.
4. This is by far the chicest hotel in Huntington Beach. Our guest enjoyed the pool, stylish rooms and great restaurants. It was the perfect place for a wedding weekend!

Pasea was our dream venue. We visited ~15 venues and we could not get Pasea out of our mind. My husband really wanted a venue that screamed California. We visited Hyatt Regency and Hilton down the street, but they didn't allow an all outdoor event - Pasea fit the bill, which worked out because it was our favorite hotel of the three.

Trying to plan with the pandemic was difficult, but Pasea made an effort to work with us and help us postpone our event without any extra fees or hidden costs. We worked with Christine initially, and then Tina for the bulk of the planning. TINA WAS AMAZING AND A GODSEND. I swear Tina does not sleep. Her communication skills are unrivaled and I'd receive responses and updated from her at all hours, which always put my mind at ease. She is incredibly organized and even when I had multiple email chains going, she kept up. I can't imagine how many couples she is working with, but she always made us feel like we had her focus.

Tina and the Pasea team were very accommodating of all our requests - we had NO issues with any of our requests. We had some difficult dietary restrictions an the chef whipped up some creative meals to accommodate a LONG list of restrictions. Speaking of the chef - the food was amazing. We ordered our hors d'oeuvres and desserts through the venue. We got the lambchops with chimichurri sauce, ahi tuna cones, and wagyu sliders - I received so many compliments on it. People who normally don't like lamb raved about how tender and "not gamey" it was. When I was hiding away in one of the rooms during cocktail hour, Tina and my coordinator grabbed some appetizers for us so we got to try some of those! We were so grateful for such a small action because we were ravenous. We also had an assortment of small cakes/desserts and macarons and those were wiped out - I didn't even see them because our guests swooped them up.

But Tina. I cannot stop singing my praises for her and all her hard work, patience, professionalism, and helping us bring our vision to life. We asked for a million revisions to things, had so many requests, excessive questions - Tina handled it all beautifully. There was another event going on the same day, and Tina had made us aware prior to the event and we had no issues. We got to stay in an oceanfront suite for an amazing rate and...that view. Wow. Pasea is a gorgeous venue and you really get what you pay for. It was worth every single penny, I truly had the wedding of my dreams.

I can’t say enough great things about Pasea Hotel. Christine went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful wedding day. Our day was truly perfect and everything went well. The staff was so friendly, our bartenders and servers were awesome, and the food was incredible! We couldn’t have picked a better venue our wedding.

Wish I could have my wedding at Pasea all over again! The venue is perfect for the chic, modern, California wedding of our dreams. The staff is totally on top of it! Very responsive, professional, accommodating and friendly. Our guests loved the view, the appetizers, the dinner, the cocktails, really everything. From the sales team to the catering manager, Tina, everyone was really helpful.

We were VERY LUCKY to have our wedding at Pasea Hotel & Spa. From the moment we signed our contract, we felt very special and a priority to all of the staff we interacted with. Wedding planning can be stressful and Kyrstan, Tina, Christine Orr and the rest of their team ensured that my wedding was flawless. They were extremely detailed oriented and able to make my wedding come together in a short time frame. When I say my wedding was flawless, I mean it. From the minute we stepped onto the property it was as if every single staff member knew it was our wedding weekend. Our ceremony was held on the grass lawn. The cocktail hour was held on the blue room terrace and our reception was inside the blue room. We had 150 guests and it was very comfortable and absolutely perfect. The food was out of this world and I still have guests talking about it! The staff was efficient and very nice. The service was truly 5 stars. All of my guests received their food at the exact same time and each plate was perfectly portioned and presentation was wonderful. I loved how the spaces were all right next to each other so people did not have to travel at all once they arrived at the wedding venue. The entire property has a very intimate feel as it is a boutique hotel which made for a fun getaway wedding weekend for all of my guests. I could not imagine having had my wedding anywhere else. Thank you Tina and the rest of the Pasea Hotel Staff for working so hard to make my wedding dreams come true!

Not only was it a pleasure to work with Christeen Orr, who is one of the most wonderful people we've had the opportunity to work with on multiple occasions, but a HUGE shout out to Matt Bergeron, Event Services Manager, & Jeff Catubig, the Banquet Captain, who went above and beyond to ensure the events were super successful and the clients went home delighted with the entire experience. We, as the Planning & Decor Company could not have done this without the whole-hearted support that we received from the hotel staff - ALL of them were fabulous! I have already, and will continue to recommend this wonderful Venue to our future clients. Cheers to many more events at the Pasea!

We had an indian wedding and did all of our multiple events at the Pasea. From day one, the staff, and our events coordinator, Matt, were extremely responsive, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure that we had the day not only that we envision, but beyond our wildest expectations. Everyone one in the hotel was so excited to have us there, and I couldn't have asked for a better venue. Because we had multiple events, we required different spaces, which the Pasea has an excellent variety of. We utilized the Blue Room, which is GORGEOUS for evening events, with people lingering by the fire outside and chatting with drinks, while others dance the night away indoors. We also utilized the lawn on two different occasions, and loved how versatile it was; during each event, it felt like a different space. The rooms were all bright and beautifully done, it truly put everyone in a festive, celebratory atmosphere! Overall, i cannot say enough good things about Pasea. Loved the location, the staff, the elegance and beauty of the place!

We had our daughter's wedding here in March 2019. I can't tell you enough how beautiful & amazing it was! This venue is spectacular if you're looking for a beach/ocean view from the reception room and the outdoor lawn ceremony. It was 100% picture perfect! We booked the Blue Room which is the smaller of their 2 event rooms, but it is the room closest to the beach with the better ocean & sunset views, and bi-fold doors which open up the entire 4th wall facing the ocean! The cocktail hour was also outside just in front of The Blue Room, with ocean views, ample furniture & 4 large firepitts for our guests to enjoy as they were served delicious appetizers...lobster tacos, chicken curry skewers & beef sliders. They also passed trays around of the Bride & Groom's specialty cocktails which was a very nice touch. The afternoon sun setting over the ocean and into The Blue Room as dinner was being served was everything we had hoped for when deciding on the newer Pasea Hotel & Spa in Huntington Beach. Our guests could not stop taking pictures! Also, the dinners of salmon or NY steak was as delicious on the wedding day, as on our tasting day, we were not disappointed the food was fantastic. We applaud the chef! And the late night taco bar was a nice surprise & a big hit for guests who stayed and danced to almost the end. The Event Manager, Tina, is wonderful to work with, very responsive to calls or texts anytime of the day, and always asking what she could do to help. We upgraded our daughter's room to a suite and it was perfect for all her bridesmaids to get ready and have a photoshoot. The pictures of the Bride out on the balcony corner overlooking the ocean & pier were breathtaking! Between the great beach location, modern boutique venue, amazing food & great service...this was hands down the best choice! To hear from quite a few guests that this was the best wedding they had ever been to...well it's just priceless.

We had our wedding reception at Pasea and I couldn't think of a more perfect location! It was honestly everything I could have hoped for and more. It was always top of my list but it was a stretch budget wise, but I will say I am so glad we decided to spend the money and go for it because it was money very well spent! The staff went above and beyond to make sure our wedding day was perfect!

Getting ready there was perfect. We had the suite and it was the perfect size for everyone in my bridal party to be able to get ready and hang out without it being too crowded. The patio was gorgeous for photos, even if it was foggy it looked really pretty. We took photos all around the hotel and they turned out great. I love the ones we took in the lobby.

As far as the reception goes, everything went perfectly. The appetizers and main course were delicious, all our guests raved about the food! I loved having cocktail hour on the lawn, it was so nice outside and then all the guests took sunset pictures right before coming inside for dinner. The ballroom was nice and spacious for our party of 175. I enjoyed being able to look out and see the ocean from where you were seated inside the ballroom. Not a lot of ballrooms in OC can say that!

Christine, Tina, and the rest of the team were great from the start. Easy to work with and very prompt at returning emails, etc. My wedding planner said they were one of the best hotels she works with in the area. The servers at the reception were very professional and friendly. Really everyone there was fabulous!

The only two small things that didn't go perfectly was that they told me there would be cake brought to our room after the wedding, which never happened. They also didn't hand the welcome bags out to several guests in our party, but luckily I found out and told them to go get one and it was no problem. But since you pay $2/bag it was important to me this be done when people checked in. Neither of those are that big of a deal I just have to be honest!

Really, our experience at Pasea was all around amazing. We are so thankful to the staff and banquet team for giving us such a great wedding! We will also be spending several anniversaries here in the future, that's for sure!

We have our engagement party and ceremony at pasea. The staff were amazing. The event manager Erica was really helpful and detail oriented. The food was delicious. The bartender was wonderful. One of the best locations for celebrations amd wedding is Pasea. Love everything about it.

Pasea was a beautiful location for our wedding on Oct. 29, 2022. The venue has a large variety of catering options, which were all delicious and decently portioned. The catering team was on time for both our tasting and reception, with no issues the day of our reception. The events team was able to ensure a timely flip between the morning ceremony and our ceremony to ensure events were organized and not disruptive of each other. Hotel rooms were beautiful and clean.

Had my wedding there a few weeks ago, and although the venue is extremely gorgeous, the service is horrible. My wedding was amazing because of the wedding planner that I hired, not the Event Service Manager that was assigned to me. She was forgetful, and worse, did not accept ANY responsibility when things went wrong with my wedding (which was a lot of things). There was absolutely no accountability with the Event Service Manager or the Catering Sales Manager. It was very disheartening and made my entire wedding experience not as great as I would have hoped. From the moment I signed the contract, to my wedding day, Paséa just did not care (mainly Tina). I even had to go to Urgent Care due to a panic attack after my wedding. If it weren’t for my wedding planner (Events by the Cea), my wedding would have been a disaster. Do yourself a favor and HIRE YOUR OWN WEDDING PLANNER! We had random people from the other wedding wonder into our wedding, taking pictures with our decor, sitting in our space, etc... They also book multiple events at a time, and it’s evident they are not equipped to handle multiple events at a time. Would I recommend the venue? Yes, it’s absolutely breathtakingly GORGEOUS. But be VERY CAREFUL when dealing with the Event Service Manager (Tina), you will need EVERYTHING in writing. And you will need to remind her of every little detail as she forgets, even if it is in writing.
