Partyman was amazing to work with from beginning to end! They were easy to communicate and plan with prior to our wedding day and their service was excellent on our big day. Their bartenders were friendly and their serving staff were attentive. Our guests raved about the dinner food and the LNS garbage plate station we chose was a big hit! My husband and I didn't have to think about anything, which made enjoying the night easy. Partyman seamlessly handled much more than just the food and drinks to make sure that our night was as perfect as we had envisioned! We could not recommend them highly enough!

Delicious Food and Wonderful Service at our 10/18 Wedding
Kevin and I just got married on 10/18/2025 and Partyman catered our special day. Abbie was our main point of contact and she was wonderful to work with. The entire process was super smooth and easy to coordinate between all of our vendors. The team at Partyman were so kind and professional and made sure everyone ate their meals in a timely fashion. The food was absolutely delicious! We opted for wine braised beef, herbed chicken, vegetables, mashed potatoes (my FAVE) and various handhelds during cocktail hour. We have to give a special shout out to the Beef Tenderloin Crostinis - Kevin and I must have had 20 of those during cocktail hour and they were super delicious. Thank you, Partyman Catering for making our special day even more phenomenal than we anticipated. The food and service was fabulous!

Absolutely delicious food! We enjoyed the tasting they hosted for all the couples getting married at the beginning of the year. They had a variety of food, which was super helpful as we were able to change our menu from what we originally thought we wanted.
They were very professional and everything flowed nicely. Some of the kids that attended decided to change tables so there was some confusion but they handled it super well and quickly. They made sure our guests were satisfied, which we appreciated that they made a little extra effort for the kids.
We highly recommend the chicken waffle cones, cheesecake, and fall barley salad. YUM.

Fantastic catering service!
Partyman was the wedding caterer of our dreams! Our food was delicious and suited everyone’s dietary restrictions, but the people are what made our experience so wonderful. Everyone we communicated with throughout our planning process was incredibly professional, helpful, organized, and responsive. We must have exchanged at least a hundred emails with Jolene and Meg leading up to our wedding day in addition to our meetings and our tasting event, and they were just so responsive, helpful, and easy to work with. And on our wedding day, we received an even higher level of attention and care. When my husband and I went off to take couple’s portraits during the beginning of our cocktail hour, Meg walked clear across the grounds of our venue with a tray of hors d’oeuvres and drinks for us. Allison (our event lead) and her team made sure we and our families went through the buffet line first and even prepared plates for us, and they kept us stocked up on water all night. We felt so cared for throughout the entire process, and I would highly recommend them.

We had PartyMan at our wedding on September 28th at the Annex WNY. We cant put into words how thankful we are for this company. Ever since our wedding we have had so many people come up to us telling us how amazing our food was and how the waitress went above and beyond to make our day so special and perfect. We had Stephanie working with us from day one. She helped us pick our menu early on in the wedding planning process and was there until the day everything came to life. We also worked with Jolene as well who was always there to answer any questions we had. We also got a quick response no matter what time of day it was. We cannot recommend PartyMan enough. There is not enough words for how thankful we are for them and their amazing team. PartyMan will always have a special place in our heart.

If I could give Partyman Catering a billion stars, I would.
I am not exaggerating when I say Partyman made my wedding planning process and wedding day the most seamless, stress-free, and extraordinary experience I could ever ask for. I worked with Stephanie from day one, and went from not having a CLUE to coming up with a beautiful, cohesive enhanced buffet that our guests LOVED. Nothing I asked for or changed was ever too much, they were able to make anything happened and acted like it was the easiest thing in the world.
My god, the food! Every single guest was singing praises about the food. They also made sure that my *husband* and I were well fed and taken care of the point where we felt like royalty. If you want to go through your wedding day/night literally not worrying about a THING, you need to book with Partyman. This experience was worth every penny.
THANK YOU Stephanie and Partyman Team - I'm still on cloud 9 for how perfect my wedding day was and they played a huge part in that. I will recommend them for the rest of my life.

If you want your guests raving about the food, this is the vendor for you! We opted for a buffet style with plated salads and bread baskets, and Partyman Catering exceeded all our expectations from the start. We also got all of our linens and tableware from them! Their incredible food tasting event and beautiful display set the tone for our experience.
Their communication was excellent, and they made us feel like royalty on our wedding day. Everything went seamlessly. They checked on us regularly, offered seconds if we wanted, and even packed leftovers in to-go containers with personalized notes for us and our parents.
The service was professional, kind, and exactly what we hoped for. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and highly recommend Partyman Catering!

We can't recommend Partyman highly enough. Working with their friendly, responsive planners was a delight, they matched our attention to detail perfectly and were happy to customize down to the last sign and decor item. While they are not inexpensive, you will be eternally grateful for the level of professionalism, preparation, excellent quality of food and rentals, and personalized and friendly service. The day-of touches we especially appreciated included keeping the bride and groom fed and refreshed during a busy wedding, jumping in to take care of a trash issue in the bathroom when it didn't have to be their responsibility, and working directly with the band to make announcements so that the timeline kept flowing. Partyman is so much more than a caterer!

Most memorable part of our wedding
Don’t look any further… book with Partyman! I did not realize until the day of the wedding we weren’t only paying for a meal, but around the clock service! There wasn’t a moment where Barbie wasn’t there for me whether it’s getting me a drink, or walking my dish over to my table so I wouldn’t get anything on me! They were absolutely incredible to not only us but our parents and our wedding party (all 18 of them)! They were our best decision we made of our whole wedding. People raved about the food and yes it was amazing, but I will never forget the amazing service. They were incredibly accommodating as well to whose who had food allergies. I hired Partyman for my wedding and their service was truly the best from planning to execution.
The food was phenomenal and the team went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of, including following us around during our photo session with snacks and drinks.
They made sure the night was on schedule and everyone was very impressed with the quality of everything they put out.

Partyman is hands down the best choice to go with in the Greater Rochester Area! Partyman catered our wedding and rehearsal dinners over the weekend and they did not fall short! Stephanie was the lead point in coordinating every little detail to pull off one of the greatest weekends of our lives. She took the time to answer any and all my questions (no matter how ridiculous), she suggested awesome ideas, she was extremely punctual, and always went above and beyond. The perfect caterer
Partyman made our wedding dinner PERFECT. Our station set up was beautiful, the food was delicious, and the service was AMAZING. As soon as we recessed from our ceremony a sever was there with a drink and a plate of hors d'oeuvres ready. We were able to really enjoy our cocktail hour food even though we took pictures through the whole thing. The same was true for dinner, the staff walked us through the stations and took our plates back to our table for us so we were able to get everything on one go- saving us time we could use to socialize with all our guests. I would one thousand percent recommend Partyman to anyone who asked!

We cannot recommend Partyman enough to anyone who is looking for a catering vendor for any event! We had them booked for our wedding. Throughout the planning stages, we worked with about 6 different people in total and each of them were nothing but helpful and worked cohesively, there was never any disconnect from one another! During the wedding, the food was superb and the staff were extremely friendly and had great hospitality! We received feedback from guests that they were blown away by the quality and taste of their food. We had a buffet-style wedding and guests emphasized never experiencing such quality in a buffet. Cannot emphasize the need to BOOK Partyman if you want quality and professionalism!!

Quite simply, if your question is: "Should I go with Partyman Catering?" .... before you can even finish the sentence, the answer is an emphatic, "YES!" You absolutely should and you will be beyond happy with the results.
They go above and beyond and I have never worked with a more accommodating company.
My husband and I chose Partyman for our June 2022 backyard wedding for a couple of reasons: first of all, we had been stalking them on Instagram and loved what we saw but we also liked that it allowed us to support a local business.
From the beginning Partyman made our decision and the process incredibly easy. They are happy to work with you to create exactly what you want -- you are not pigeon-holed into a handful of restrictive packages with limited selections. You are able to customize to truly make your event just what you want -- from the food and drinks to the linens right down to the water glasses and the utensils.
From our first meeting the message was: the more we know about your event, the better so we can execute it and we instantly felt comfortable and throughout the process realized just how much they meant that.
Partyman Catering leads with confidence and over delivers.
We worked with Amanda who was incredibly helpful, thorough and made sure every thing looked beautiful and ran like clockwork. We wanted to include beer from our local brewery for our guests and it was no problem. She helped facilitate that. She helped set up the reception space, lit candles and probably about a million other details I don't even know about. She was a joy to work with and she makes it look easy and I know it's not.
As for the food, people are still talking about it -- wistfully, in that way that they would drive miles to have it again. We had the opportunity to sample it at our tasting so we knew we loved it but it was amazing to see everyone else enjoying it as much as we did.
Overall, it's rare to find a company that is so organized and delivers such quality product and service but is also warm, inviting and friendly.
Partyman is the real deal and we really can't thank them enough but can certainly spread the word that they are five star plus.

Soo many compliments on our Wedding Food!!
Partyman was just the best!! My fiancé and I wanted a bit more of a casual selection of BBQ food for dinner with unique appetizers and it was incredible!! We received so many compliments the entire night on how great the food was, particularly the mini tacos and chicken & waffle cones! Also the process start to finish was the easiest and most inclusive of all caterers I researched, in addition to food they provide bar selections, staff, and rentals. Their service was also phenomenal, from their responsiveness to my questions to making sure we were taking care of at every moment of the day. Would highly recommend Partyman and their amazing team!

We booked Partyman Catering for our wedding reception, and the experience was amazing! We were able to customize a menu according to our tastes and wants, and they delivered. The food itself was amazing, and we received many compliments from our guests. The bar was running very smoothly as well, with drinks flowing. From the very beginning, Partyman was easy to work with. The tasting event is wonderful! It helped us pick some special extras for our wedding- the chicken waffles and hibiscus lemonade😍. The food at our wedding was AMAZING! Our guests were complimenting it all night, stating it was the best BBQ they’ve had, which it was! The staff did a phenomenal job and catered to us all night. Partyman was the recommended caterer for our venue but I still insisted on researching our other options. I thought maybe I would be able to find a hidden gem with food just as good, or cheaper pricing, or better reviews, but I could not! We researched and got quotes from at least 10 caterers and Partyman was still the best. And, this was before our wedding process even began! Once we booked them, they were amazingly flexible (I think we changed our contract/menu at least 5 times), they kept up on communication, and they had contingency plans in place in case something went wrong. During our event, the staff kept the tables clean, were amazing at making sure people had access to seconds (they didn't try to pack up too quickly like I've seen others do), the staff was not pushy in picking up plates that were left for a quick moment (something I get personally annoyed with), and they were amazing at replenishing our dessert table when my family couldn't wait for us to cut the cake and started early on our donuts. If I had to do it all over again, I would book Partyman in a heartbeat. I'm still eating some of the leftovers and even those are still so yummy.

Partyman Catering was extremely good to work with for our daughters wedding reception. They were very responsive to any guestions and clear in communication. The tasting event for the bride and groom was very helpful. They were able to provide gluten and dairy free alternatives to our buffet.

More than just a catering company!
It was an easy decision to hire Partyman after many of the venues we toured came highly recommended to us.
They are very responsive and worked through a COVID date change & a last minute venue change with us and are very organized! Their office staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating and their service staff was lovely and so polite as well.
We received SO many compliments on our food (their pulled pork is to die for!) and my husband and I agreed that it was the best catered meal we've had at a wedding to date!
There were also smaller touches that Partyman brought to the table, such as Paige not only being incredibly helpful and friendly, but also that she made sure to bring our first drink out to us immediately following our ceremony. Her and Joe also came through and were able to spruce up the venue with gorgeous draping that really tied our venue together!
I cannot recommend Partyman enough, they were a pleasure to work with!

Amazing food & service!
We loved working with Partyman. Over 2.5 years of planning and even through the unanswered questions of COVID, they worked with us to make sure we were taken care of. The food and desserts were absolutely delicious, and they have so many options to choose from to fit your budget! If you’re getting married in the Fingerlakes area they’re the caterers to call!

Friendly and easy to work with
Paige answered all our questions….and there were a lot of them! She quickly got back to us. On site for our wedding, the staff was professional and smiling. My husband and I didn’t have to worry about a single thing during our wedding. It was all perfect!
We could not have been more pleased with Partyman Catering - the food display/presentation was just beautiful, the food was excellent, and we couldn't be more grateful for how quickly and smoothly Sarah and her team helped us pull together a menu within our budget, especially on such short notice (just 8 days, thanks to COVID)! Everyone loved the make-your-own charcuterie boards, and we were honored to have Chef Joe at the helm (especially given the short notice) to help make our wedding as special as it was. I cannot recommend Partyman highly enough!

We love Partyman!
Partyman staff was always readily available to answer our questions and help us plan the logistics of our day (Megan Dexter was amazing). They were flexible and able to provide exactly what we wanted. I knew I wouldn't have to worry about a thing on the wedding day, and they did a fantastic job. They made sure we ate and that we were comfortable the whole night. I was very impressed with the service, and received many compliments on the food and the presentation. Thank you Partyman! Wonderful experience with Partyman
We had been to another wedding and also some events (Walnut Hill Carriage Show) catered by Partyman. The food is great, tasty and reasonably priced. They worked with us on the entire menu, the setup (tables, linens, settings), kept communication open as the guest list got updated and deadlines approached. I can't say enough good about them. They were very attentive during the reception and afterwards, packaged up the leftovers for us to take home. I highly recommend Partyman!

Partyman Catering is by far the BEST option out there. My husband and I could not have been happier that we chose them to cater our wedding on September 1, 2019 at Sonnenberg Gardens. Amanda is AMAZING and was so great to work with throughout the entire process. She took countless phone calls, emails, and texts from me and was always so kind and helpful. The tasting event for wedding couples was also a ton of fun! The food was delicious and it was really cool how they set up the venue with different china, silverware, tables, linens, flower arrangements, chairs, and more, so you could see exactly what you were choosing for your own wedding day. Partyman seriously has everything you would ever need for a wedding or any event. It was so nice to be able to rent the majority of the items we needed rather than providing them ourselves. Leading up to our wedding, we met with Amanda to finalize the details which really put me at ease going into the last several weeks before the wedding. On the morning of my wedding, the forecast was not looking good for our outdoor cocktail hour. Amanda called me to discuss what I wanted to do which I really appreciated. I know I almost gave her a stroke telling her that we were going to stick with the outdoor plan but she is an absolute BOSS and took control of everything! The weather held out and Partyman delivered an awesome cocktail hour for our guests! Unfortunately, my husband and I were off in the gardens taking pictures but the awesome staff at Partyman continued to bring us drinks and appetizers. We felt so special!
Sarah, from Partyman, was also so wonderful to have at the reception. We did not meet her until the day of the wedding but she took over when Amanda left and she was GREAT! The wedding was seriously the best day of our lives and it would not have been the same without Partyman!

I hired Partyman for my wedding in May at the Arbor at the Port and I couldn't have had a better experience. I worked with Amanda and there was absolutely no hassle or problems at all. Her service was excellent! She was very efficient- the menu was taken care of within minutes and she responded to any questions I had with a response that day. She was super flexible- I wasn't able to attend the tasting and she allowed my husband to bring a friend. She even packed me a full course meal for my husband to bring home to me! She also accommodated some last-minute guests and diet restrictions without any problems. They were very thoughtful and brought us our appetizers from the cocktail hour while we were wrapping up pictures too! The guests raved about the Tuscan appetizer display and they went back for seconds and thirds at the buffet. They were amazing!

Megan and Partyman Catering were amazing to work with! We live out of state and planned from a distance, but that didn't matter as Megan was very prompt in responding to emails and was great about answering any questions we had. I felt at ease not even having to think about the catering side of things on our wedding day and everything was flawless. We had a buffet dinner and I was so appreciative when I was given a server to hold my plate while I filled it, and then carried it to my table for me! It's small gestures like that that really go a long way. We received so many compliments from our guests on how great the food was, and I completely agree!

Partyman and Sara-Grace was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! The workers were absolutely so sweet and made sure we had everything we needed! They brought out food and drinks during cocktail hour since we were getting our pictures taken- they stood in the wind and beginning of rain! Sara constantly checked in and made sure that my day ran amazing without any issues, I couldnt be more thankful for her!! Everything was amazing- food, decor, set up, and clean up- they even hung out with our wedding party until our limo showed up at the end of the night (it was late). Literally best company to go with for your big day!!

Make the best decision about your wedding and hire them!
I stumbled across Partyman during my venue search and without a doubt hiring Partyman was the BEST wedding decision we made! I was a bride without a vision except that I wanted delicious food and it had to be all vegan- I met with Amanda and right from the first meeting she guided me and helped me figure out my vision (she is amazing!). Partyman took our "travel" theme and went above and beyond. We used Partyman for catering and rentals. I heard for weeks about how beautiful the stations were and how delicious the food was. We requested vegan buffalo wings, something they have never made before, and they tried out multiple versions until they found the right recipe- and everyone raved about them! They are super responsive and made me feel like every detail, big or small, was completely taken care of (and it was!!). One of my favorite events pre-wedding was an event where couples were invited to see table set ups, stations, decorations, bar choices, and to sample food from their own menu. I got so many ideas from seeing what a Partyman event looks like in real life, tweaked my menu, and added station elements to my reception. I continue to recommend Partyman to anyone and everyone who will listen. Do yourself a favor and hire them!!

From start to finish the PartyMan team made our experience so simple and easy. They were able to provide accessories to our party including tables and decorations at little or no cost. Partyman Catering and Rental helped me create the perfect wedding I had imagined. Every single person that works there is competent, kind, and easy to work with. Amanda was so easy to work with, she checked in with me every step of the way to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted. She was flexible and accommodating and the attention to detail was above and beyond what I have could imagined. We used Partyman for both catering and rentals and both were perfect. The rentals team is wonderful and hard working and the tents and bistro lights were so beautiful. All of the food was delicious and the buffet was perfect and stayed warm and had plenty of food for all of our guests. People are still raving about the dessert bar! It is a sincere understatement when people say Partyman is the best in the area. They are not only the best, but they go above and beyond to make sure your day goes as smoothly as possible. From their detail-oriented management team, to their courteous staff and crew, everyone at Partyman is 100% committed to their job and they seem to really enjoy it!
We worked with Amanda leading up to our big day and she was always available to answer questions, make suggestions, and even hand over the creative reigns once in a while. Planning the menu, decorations, and libations with her was a total breeze.
The day of the wedding, Kim arrived with her team to ensure everything ran smoothly. If it weren't for Kim asking if she could get me another drink every now and then, I would have completely forgotten she was there!
The food was amazing and everyone GUSHED over the pickle bar and s'mores served up! We also opted for an additional pre-ceremony cocktail hour (hand-passed sangria and hard arnold palmer lemonade), which was probably the best decision of the day. Not only were guests able to arrive on time and relax for a bit before the ceremony, but we were able to greet them when we got there, instead of trying to run around after the ceremony saying hi to everyone. The pre-ceremony cocktails really allowed us to relax and have fun after the ceremony.

We cannot say enough good things about Partyman. When we decided to have our wedding in a relatively remote location in Western, NY I was convinced we would not be able to find a good caterer. Finding Partyman was a wedding-planning miracle. Amanda, the event planner, was by far the most prompt and helpful person we worked with while planning the wedding. They had absolutely everything we needed to rent AND it was very affordable. Most importantly, the food was phenomenal. Our families are full of foodies and they are still raving about the food. We particularly recommend the butternut squash ravioli (it was the hit of the night among vegetarians and meat-eaters alike). Our head server, Margaret, was absolutely wonderful. Partyman also went above and beyond, bringing extra decorations for our tables that made everything look beautiful. We recommend Partyman 100% and are so grateful that we found them!

All the staff members that we had contact with were amazing. All very polite, kind, and helpful. When setting up we had to re-arrange the layout slightly and the staff was very helpful when it came to re-arranging and even helped us with a layout that would be better. The food was amazing!!!! The "to-go" container of food was great especially the next day when we were packing for the honeymoon. I would highly recommend Partyman Catering and Rental to anyone and would use them again when needed. We worked with Amanda for all our contact, she was very easy to work with and very helpful.

It was so great working with Partyman for our wedding! From the beginning, they were flexible, responsive and professional. I worked with Amanda who was quick to respond to emails and always willing to work with us on what we wanted for our wedding. She helped us pick out delicious salads to pair with our meat selections and helped us understand what we would need in order to host 170 people at my parents' place (tents, chairs, tablecloths, etc). A few days before our event, the men who came to set up the tent were professional and efficient. Miles, the head guy helped me figure out the best place for our tent and set up the lighting in a way that was easy to understand and turn on and off. The food was delicious - all of my wedding guests really loved it! A lot of it was local and there were some creative options - spiced butter for the corn on the cob, sriracha salad dressing, etc. At one point in the night, Amanda even found me to say she had saved me a plate, knowing I hadn't eaten and sometimes it is hard for brides to find the time to eat during their wedding. It was so great working with Partyman, I recommend them to anyone and everyone!

I loved working with Partyman! We picked entrees from various menus and came up with something super yummy: the chicken, pulled pork, salad with strawberries & goat cheese, garlic mashed potatoes, etc. My guests raved about the food. My only regret was not giving them take home containers to package up the remaining food. We ordered a variety of their silver dollar desserts as well- yum! I found their coordinator so easy to work with- her name is Amanda. We used Partyman for the tables and chairs as well. They were worth every penny!

Can't recommend Partyman enough. They were very professional and the day ran smoothly. We got so many compliments on how delicious the food was. They were very flexible on changing the menu to meet our needs. The staff was top notch! The only suggestion I would give, is they should have more than two tastings a year. We almost went with someone else (so glad we didn't!) because of this. Can't wait to find a reason to have them cater an event again!!!!

Partyman Catering helped us host our wedding with over 200 guests at a local venue in Rochester, NY (The Village Gate). From the start of the process, my husband and I were very impressed by how quickly we received responses, feedback and personalized attention from Partyman Catering. Partyman Catering (Joe, Laura and the rest of the team) were sure to meet our needs, whether it be regarding our budget, food requests or other items including tables, chairs, linens, etc. We were blown away as we saw the entire production come to life on our wedding day. It was truly better than we could have ever imagined. Partyman not only catered to our needs for food, but they also provided a professional set-up and made our space look beautiful beyond words. Several guests commented on how wonderful the food was and how many choices we had to offer.
When we first started planning our wedding, my Father made only one request, which was there must be good food. Several days after the wedding, my Father is still talking about how good the food was and the professionalism that Partyman Catering provided to us; our most special day in our life. We felt comfortable and confident with Partyman from the beginning to the end. Using Partyman Catering was the best decision we made (in addition to saying I Do! ).

Joe and Laura were excellent to work with. They thought of every detail for our wedding reception. The presentation, the food and the staff were amazing. All the staff was very friendly. The food was amazing, we did stations along with appetizers and everyone raved about it. For desert we had them supply the homemade ice cream, cheesecake and raspberry flavor, again another hit!. We had a wedding cake from another vendor and also some appetizers from another vendor, they were more then happy to make sure these were set out and tended to. We also rented the tent, tables, chairs and place settings from them. All the rentals were in excellent condition. I cannot say enough good things about them. If we ever have another large party, we will most certainly use them.

Joe was great to work with! He was in constant communication with us from across the country and made sure everything ran smoothly on our wedding day. Our venue looked fantastic after he and his crew were done with it. All of our guests raved about the delicious and unique food. I cannot recommend Joe enough!

Partyman Catering has been my go to for all my important events! They had the perfect fit for my holiday parties and even my rehersal dinner for my wedding!
Joe and Sarah are experts in the party planning and catering industry. They think of every detail and pair the perfect food for each special occasion.
In a world where customer service seems non existent, they will treat you like family and truey love what they do.
I would recommend them any day for any party!!!!

Partyman went above and beyond. They will accommodate whatever vision you would like for your special day! We had a fall country vineyard wedding and partyman helped us with every little element! They catered our wedding and My husband's family is from Louisiana so they said we can put whatever you want on the menu! We incorporated Jamblaya and Meat Pies for some southern flair along with partyman's pulled pork, applewood smoked chicken, mac n cheese, and roasted veggies! All the Guests were raving over the food! We choose to have their Apple Cider and Smore Bar which looked amazing and was a big hit for a country feel! Also, we used their cupcake cabinet which displayed our cupcakes perfectly! The planners that we worked with were so on point with anything you needed! Everything flowed so perfectly! We can't thank them enough for being apart of our gorgeous day!

We used Partyman for both catering and rentals (i.e., tent, tables, table settings, etc.). They were great to work with, and the food was wonderful! They even agreed to cook beef from my father-in-law's farm (it was USDA certified) with helped reduce costs greatly.

Look no further for your wedding caterer!
We hired Partyman Catering for our wedding and had a wonderful experience! They were responsive and easy to work with during the planning process. We were able to completely customize our menu to our liking. On wedding day, they were professional, prompt, and on top of everything! The food was set up beautifully and it was delicious! We got many compliments from guests on the food. We would highly recommend Partyman Catering!

Bolt/Depp Wedding 8/20/22
We hired Partyman to caterer my daughter's Wedding 8/20/22. Planning was a 1 1/2 yrs in the making and they were there every step of the way. Changes to menu to last minute rental requests! Presentation and having a Chef on site was fantastic! We had Prime Rib as a main choice and added a pretzel station, Smores' station, popcorn (garlic/parm) at the bar and breakfast sandwiches for guests to eat on the way home! These extras were well received and the buffet was raved about all night long!! Desserts were a must and peach cobbler in mason jars with small triple berry pies, Italian cookies complimented the two tier Wedding Cake (carrot) also hand made by their chefs!! To enjoy our evening we put in our contract to also have clean up handled as well. This was done so discreetly that you barely noticed these young professionals buzzing around tiding and arranging tables back to pre-reception status. Partyman is second to none. If you are looking for amazing food, professional staff, chef on site to make sure to surprises, then they are your Caterer!! Weddings can be as reserved or expensive as you make them! However, a great wedding is surrounded a few musts! A great DJ & a GREAT CATERER! Check Partyman out! Reasonable pricing and variety of menu options to choose from! A tasting for the couple prior to the wedding to boot to sample and change up their menu as they like!!! I am beyond happy with this company and their amazing experience in the catering /food industry made my daughter's wedding a complete and memorable success!!!!

Partyman put on a beautiful spread for my wedding! The food was delicious, and best of all they worked directly with my venue so I barely had to do anything! I would definitely recommend Partyman for a bride who is looking for an easy vendor that delivers quality food :)

Partyman was a great catering choice!
Partyman Catering did a great job with our cocktail hour charcuterie and buffet-style dinner for our summer wedding. They were incredibly flexible with us, as we had many late RSVPs come through, and were willing to push back the headcount due date for us to accommodate. Their cooking was fantastic and we got many compliments from out guests saying the same.
Overall, Partyman Catering did a great job keeping our guests happy and fed, and communicating with us (even across timezones, as we live on the west coast) to help us create a excellent reception for us and our guests!

We hired Partyman to cater our wedding reception in Geneva, NY @The Cracker Factory. From the start, Amanda and the rest of the team worked through every aspect of the reception and how we wanted things to go. They were great to work with and are very experienced dealing with every aspect of your big day.
In the end, Partyman's staff helped with so much more than just the catering of our reception, they also helped make sure other aspects would go as smoothly as possible and wouldn't be something for us to worry about when its least convenient.
Partyman allowed us to create a menu that was unique and a true reflection of what my wife and I love. Every course of food turned out fantastic and our guests were very impressed. Couldn't recommend Partyman's services enough!

The food was excellent, especially for the price. Partyman was prompt and quick. They have some great options, and are flexible about mixing and matching. I took off a little on the rating for the lemonade/iced tea. It was really not good at all. I'd like to give them extra points for responsiveness and flexibility as we had a lot of rain and wind on our day, and when our tent vendor couldn't deliver an emergency side panel for the tent, I called Partyman and they brought one out immediately, and installed it for a very reasonable price.

The food was delicious, we received tons of compliments! Joe, the part owner, was flexible, kind, and professional. The dining area and grounds are absolutely beautiful. Our rehearsal was a little disorganized, but it wasn't a big deal. My only complaint was.one of the bartenders during our wedding; she was rude to the point that our guests complained. This was a minor hitch and had nothing to do with overall quality or experience. I highly recommend this venue!

Partyman was INCREDIBLE! We worked with Marji from the beginning, and the entire staff is awesome. Saragrace was our lead for the wedding, and she kept things running so smoothly I didn’t have to think about a thing. We live in Massachusetts, and thought planning a wedding in New York would be a pain, but they made it easy. From their tasting event to quick responses to emails, plus their friendly and professional attitude, I never had to question the quality of service I was getting. Highly recommend!

We were on a tight budget for our wedding. Chef Joe and Partyman Catering did a GREAT job helping my husband and I come up with a menu that would fit our budget. They also provided our tent and chairs for our ceremony, as well as our linens for the tables. We had an hors de ourves reception at 2pm in the afternoon. We received so many compliments on the food. Some of the favorites were the stuffed mushrooms and the pulled pork and homemade yeast rolls(a Partyman specialty). We would highly recommend Partyman Catering for rentals and food. We will certainly use them again for any future catering needs.

So so fantastic! Partyman was helpful and accommodating. They were quick to answer any and all questions I had along the road and they worked with any preferences/changes I wanted to make. Our guests RAVED about the food and the tent/lights/décor were all great too! If you can book with them, definitely do so!

Excellent Day Of Experience
We used Partyman because they are the exclusive caterer of the venue we used for our wedding. I would divide our experience with Partyman into two pieces: leading up to our event and the day of. Leading up to our event, we went through at least 3 event coordinators. I know events, like many other industries, experienced a lot of staff turnover after COVID. However, the client experience definitely suffered from the turnover at Partyman. If felt a little bit like we were starting over those 3+ times. I don't think Partyman could have done anything differently in the 2022 job market but it did impact the experience we had with them. In comparison, the day of experience was incredible. The staff that worked our wedding was professional and caring. We felt like we were first priority and didn't have to worry about food or drinks all night long. We are still getting compliments on the food, including the vegan meals (of which there were multiple to choose from).

We loved nearly everything about working with Partyman. They have great options and were flexible with mixing up our menu. We worked primarily with Amanda and this is my reason for not giving a 5 star review. She's very knowledgeable about what needs to be done however she often made us feel as though we were inconveniencing her and the staff with some of our requests which became frustrating. We did appreciate the speedy response times to calls and emails and the constant updating to our contract was super helpful in keeping us on track with our budget. The day of was fabulous, Partyman staff was professional and accommodating (Amanda as not present). Kyle was our main contact for the day and he was excellent and even helped me through the buffet with getting my plate together. We ended up needing an extra table and Partyman put it together without hesitation and really did everything they could to make sure our wedding day was flawless.

UGH. Most frustrating part of my wedding planning by a mile. Partyman was the exclusive caterer for my venue so I did not have another choice and they knew it! The prices are outrageous dripping with hidden costs right down to their published prices only being available if you pay in cash. Let's repeat that.. they wanted $14,000 in cash, that is really really hard. The first meeting was awesome, until I called back saying that I needed to shave a few things off because I couldn't afford the first quote and it all went down hill from there. The sales person we first met with and then subsequently emailed back in forth with for the year, was completely inflexible. When I would point out glaring irregularity in the contract and places they were blatantly charging me twice for the same thing, she treated me as though I was naive and ridiculous. She was rude and condescending. She did not respond to my concerns with the budget until I posted on a local facebook page that I was going to start looking for a new venue because of the exclusive caterer that came with the venue. Then, I had an email in my inbox that she had talked to the owner and had come up with a compromise. It just felt like I had to pull teeth the entire way, especially after I rubbed the sales person the wrong way. The company has one email, so you constantly get emails back from multiple people, it is very bizarre and left me feeling like they were unorganized and did not see what I sent them in the previous email. Because of the trouble I had in the beginning, I stopped relying on them at all and just started to do everything myself. Although I kept my dignity, I nearly lost my sanity the day before the wedding! Although the food was great, and Lee, our day of coordinator was great, I would NEVER recommend this company to a friend.

With our venue we had to use them which was fine at first. We had at least 3 different planners while planning our wedding, no biggie, but every time a new one came along they had no idea what was already talked about. We were to get married in Aug 2022 but covid hit and we had to move to Oct 2022. We understood it would be hard to move things around with those we had booked. We moved everything up in the day so we could accommodate Partyman having to leave at 8:30pm instead of 11pm due to other events. When we got in to the reception they brought us our drinks, they had marked down the wrong beer and when we told them that what they brought wasnt right they rolled their eyes and got frustrated with us. The 1 request that was at the top of the contract bold and !'s was completely messed up. There was supposed to be a seat set for my late father. Never was set. My sister and mom got a setting and then the crew kept removing it even though my family said no don't and there was a sign on it. My wife's family got served then all the other guess before my family even got called, they knew where my family was sitting. They then made all our guess feel rushed to eat their dinner so they could clear the tables. When the cake was served instead of asking us what the flavors were they just guessed and were telling people the wrong kind. Thankfully we didn't have anyone with a food allergy. We also go smores to be done later in the night but they pushed us to do it right after cake which we missed because we were off getting pictures done. The last hour of the bar was to be cash. They tried to pull a fast one and close it completely down. When I said no go to cash bar as we planned the bartender rolled her eyes at me. We were so frustrated and upset we ended up ending our wedding night early because of them. They completely ruined our wedding!! For how much we spent it shouldn't have ended like it did! I will never use them or recommend them to anyone!
