I was planning a Secrete Surprise Birthday Party for my wife and other than me locating a venue to host it I really didn't have any idea where to start or what ideas for a theme. That's when I stumbled upon Party Works and met Maria. She has such a way with the planning of the event , keeping in mindthings like my budget, colors theme and so on. Her expertise an ideas made the whole experience so much better. I would recommend her for any occasionfor that special person!!!! Thankyou so much -

Party works recently decorated my baby shower and it was amazing! They went out of their way to give me exactly what I wanted and the owner is very sweet and personable! I will be back for any of my party needs in the future. -

I cannot say enough about Maria and Party Works in making my wedding vision become a reality. We got married and had our reception at Henry Clay, with the ceremony in the Beaux Arts Ballroom and reception in The Grand Ballroom. I was intimidated by the venue because of the space and height of the ceilings but Maria was so knowledgeable (and patient) and a true expert in not only utilizing the space and natural decor that the Henry Clay offers, but also translating my often scattered ideas into a tangible vision. I live in New York (my parents are in Louisville) and Maria met with me every time I was home as well as met with my mom several times to perfect the design and decor. She was arrived even before we did the day of the wedding and spent all day making sure everything was set up exactly right. She worked with us on the lighting, placement, and worked with with our florist and the Henry Clay on-site team to get all the details exactly right. Maria was an absolute dream to work with and our wedding would not have been what it was without her. She is also very helpful working within budgets and maximizing decor and design based on budgetary concerns. The pictures do not do Maria and her design skills justice. Will definitely be using her in the future for any party decor/lighting rental needs in the future. Don’t hesitate to use her—she will exceed every expectation you have and take your wedding to the next level. -

Maria Monroe with Party Works has been a dream. She was very easy to work with and has more than exceeded our expectations. Our wedding decorations were PERFECT, and she captured my vision with so much love and care. We recommend anyone in the Louisville area to hire her. Believe me when I say that I was stunned at how gorgeous our venue looked. We were at the Belle of Louisville, and Maria was able to amplify its beauty. -

Fantastic!
Can’t say enough nice things about my experience with Party Works! I have planned a number of events and worked with various vendors to execute my vision. A wedding was a whole new adventure. To quote my daughter “Maria crushed it.” The venue changed, our thoughts changed, she stuck with us every step of the way. Her creativity and talents are tremendous. Still amazed by the incredible ambience she delivered. It set the tone and made for an exception night. Plus she is a really nice person to work with! -

The theme of the party was tropical and she transformed my house into a tropical paradise! I've known Maria for over 10 years and always use her services to add that extra special touch whenever I'm entertaining a crowd. Maria can handle many other events besides weddings! -

I contacted party works at the last minute to help make my mom's Wedding dream a reality and they did just that. We rented the throne loveseat!! So accommodating and responsive! Had no trouble and she does an amazing job of communicating. -
