We chose Party Suppliers for our wine and water glasses, table linens, and tables for our wedding and we are so happy we did! They helped make our wedding beautiful as well as stress-free thanks to their professional and timely communication. Their rentals are also reasonably priced. We had multiple changes to our floor plan and they were extremely helpful with making sure we had everything needed to help make our wedding as perfect as we dreamed. We had an amazing experience with Party Suppliers & Rentals for our wedding! Their selection of rental items was fantastic, and we were particularly thrilled with the tan and white checkered dance floor that added so much to our reception. So many options!
We are so glad we chose to use Party Suppliers for our wedding rentals. They were awesome to deal with through email and in person at their showroom. I visited the showroom twice and it's very organized and has just about any color/style you can imagine. We rented Bistro Tables with Umbrellas for our cocktail hour. For our reception we chose White Poly tablecloths, Patina Green Tux napkins, Heirloom plates, Royal Pacific flatware, and Can Can glasses. We also got our catering rentals through Party Suppliers. I'm very happy with how everything looked and the ease of using Party Suppliers.

Great tabletop & servicewear rental selection

We used Party Suppliers for our tablescape (dishes, silverware, glasses, tablecloths and napkins) as well as the tent and inside tent liners, cocktail tables and other tablecloths for the outdoor cocktail hour. Their service via in person by appointment and via email was prompt and their team was very helpful and knowledgeable with suggestions with what we would need, especially when it came to the cocktail hour tent and what size we would need.

I had to change my rentals quite a bit with COVID and they were very understanding and quick to make the changes to our rental invoice, which I appreciated a ton. I love that their showroom is setup to show different options, but so that you can also feel and touch their rentals so you pick what you want. I'm a visual person, so this helped build my vision tremendously! The staff is so kind and there are a ton of great options when it comes to chargers, napkins, linens, you name it- they have it! We are so glad we worked with Party Suppliers – their pricing was better than the other companies we looked at but their staff went above and beyond and were so nice and helpful. We live about 4+ hours away so it wasn’t always easy for us to drive down just to look at one more wine glass or something. They offered to send photos and sent us regular updates whenever we made a change to our order. Everything looked so nice once it was all put together for our big day! This rental company is the best. They work with our venue often (Wrightsville Manor) so all we had to do was pick the color for all of our linens and add a few extra tables and chairs. Whenever I would change my mind about something I could just email them my changes. They would quickly change it and send me an updated invoice. Everything showed up perfectly at the venue and just as we had planned. They were quick and efficient with drop off and pickup. Overall, a great experience!

These guys have weddings in Wilmington down to a science. Excellent selection when it comes to linens, accessories, basically anything you can think of. We used them for table clothes, napkins, charger plates, dance floor, and tent pole covers at 128 South and do not have anything but positive feedback. Hannah and the people at Party Suppliers were wonderful!! They worked seamlessly with our venue 128 South and our coordinator Jennifer Rosetti to make sure we had everything we needed for our big day!! We made so many additions and subtractions from our original order that I'm surprised they didn't charge us an annoyance fee!! They were accommodating in allowing more than one person to contribute to paying the bill and at the last minute when my coordinator discovered that I had forgotten to order napkins they were able to come up with them and my coordinator picked them up the morning of the wedding. Another small plus was after we were charged for a table cloth that got wax on it, we found out that they donate them to the animal shelter for bedding if we don't want them. What a great idea!!!

The staff at Party Suppliers provided invaluable help and suggestions in planning and selecting what we needed for our backyard wedding for everything from the size of tent and dance floor to recommendations for table settings. I especially appreciated their flexibility, prompt attention to our needs, and knowledge of other vendors for services such as portable toilets. The delivery and pick-up crews were very hard working, professional, efficient, and thorough in making sure everything was delivered and set-up exactly right.
I will definitely use Party Suppliers for future event needs.

Party Suppliers were amazing, particularly for our New Years Eve wedding! They had everything there on time, and it was beautiful! Not only was everything we rented perfect, they went above and beyond and had to work on New Years Day (a day they've never had to work) to come pick up all of our rentals. We appreciated this SO MUCH, and knew what a pain that must have been! They did it without hesitation, and for that we are so grateful! Would recommend!!

We had originally ordered some table cloths online to try and save some money and possibly resell after the wedding. This ended in disaster, the color was nowhere near what we were looking for and was more of a hot pink.
With only a few weeks until the wedding we were able to visit this establishment and look through all of their options. They were able to walk us through what they had to offer and we found exactly what we were looking for. The price was very good and in the end worth it.
When we picked up the table cloths they were pressed and hung. This ensured that on our wedding day they wouldn't be wrinkled and would be just as beautiful as I had hoped and they were.
I would recommend using this company, they were friendly, fit our budget and very helpful at the last minute.

Party Suppliers was a big part of our wedding. Our ceremony and reception was at Airlie Gardens so they helped us with tents, table, chairs, etc. Since it was an outdoor wedding, we did not want to use the chivari chairs and decided to go with the resin chairs they had available. At first I was disappointed because they only had white resin chairs but when I went to look at linens and all the other little items, they had gotten in a bunch of the dark brown resin chairs which went perfectly with our rustic, garden themed wedding. Overall we were so pleased with everything we rented from Party Suppliers - all the way down to the chargers and the silverware. I would definitely rent from them again!

Ashley was amazing, the last thing you want to worry about in an outdoor wedding is rain but even though a tent wasn't in the "plan a" having them provide a beautiful tent as "plan b" made our wedding day go off without a hitch. Thank you for everything.

We used party suppliers for our rehearsal dinner in October. We designed the rehearsal dinner from scratch and party suppliers really helped us with our vision of the night and to create a cohesive look at the venue. They have a great selection and were very easy to work with. I’d highly recommend anyone to use them for their next event.

I didn't have a whole lot of communication with Party Supplier's because my wonderful and amazing wedding planner (Social Butterfly, Charyl Holmes) took over. I did, however, love everything that was picked out and everything was just so beautiful and perfect on my wedding day. They had a great selection to choose from.

They are awesome! All I had to do was pick my linens and give them my payment information. they worked perfectly with my venue and event designer so that I never even had to be involved. Everything was there and ready and I never had to give it another thought. The one and only time I met with them they were so helpful in showing me all my different options. Friendly, helpful staff!

We rented china, cocktail tables and cocktail table linens for our wedding. We had to call quite a few times to make changes and actually added the linens to our order the day we arrived to pick everything up. The staff was very helpful in getting us what we needed quickly and efficiently. All items were as described and we didn't have any problems picking things up or dropping things back off. I would rent from them again!

This place is extremely flexible and easy to work with. Their pricing is reasonable as well. If you have money to spend, I highly recommend you actually go to the store and look at the photos of events they’ve done in the past. Your imagination really is the limit with this company. I was able to plan a wedding while on the plane minute half a world away and this company never caused an issue. I was able to change my number multiple times and didn’t have to present payment until the day before. I was able to pick up my delivery but they also have delivery and set up available. Cannot recommend them enough for any type of event or reception idea

I contacted Ashley at Party Supplier to rent my linens, napkins, sashes, and tent liners for my wedding at 128 South. Apparently, 128 South and Party Supplier work together regularly and they corresponded with each other on the number of linens needed and the size of the tent liner. All I really did was tell Ashley what colors I wanted, my credit card number, the date of my wedding and she and 128 set everything up. I received emails from Ashely with my contract and payment details, and was pretty much able to relax and feel very secure that the items that I wanted were going to arrive onetime and be installed professionally. On the day of my wedding, the linens and napkins arrived precisely at 11:00 and they took care of the pick up after the wedding was finished. My payment was taken out the next day and everything was perfect.
I will recommend Party Suppliers to anyone looking for rentals for their wedding!

My daughter’s reception was at Bakery 105 and that venue provides a good starting point of tables and chairs, but you still need to tent the outdoor courtyard and linens for the tables. We upgraded the dancefloor to 4’ black and white squares through party suppliers (looks amazing in photos!). I changed my mind a few times during the planning process as details came together – no problem. The rentals were delivered and set up perfectly on the wedding day.

PSR was a great addition to our wedding day. We hired them for our ceremony chairs and they arrived on time, set up quickly, and came for pick up right on time. The women in their office were helpful each time I called to change payment info or numbers. My only advice would be to pay the little bit extra to have them set up for you. The money is totally worth having a stress free set up!

Party Suppliers has so much experience in the Wilmington area that they really are the most reliable option available. We used several vendors for our event and Party Suppliers gave us the best results overall. They are willing to order items they don't already own for your event, were great in communicating with me the week of, and have an excellent delivery staff. There was a mix up with the linens the day of, first caught by the driver upon delivery, and I had almost no part in fixing it (which was a relief on a busy morning like my wedding day!). They switched their busy schedule around to run back to the warehouse and pick up an alternative. The issue was resolved promptly and Ashley was great about communicating with me throughout the morning, making sure everything was taken care of. I cannot give 5/5 stars, however, because the service leading up to the week of the event is lacking. It is evident when entering the showroom that they're understaffed and way too busy to help. The phone constantly rings and is rarely answered, simply because there just aren't enough staff members to handle the front of house workload (or so it seems). All things considered they're doing a great job, but they could benefit with more support up front.

They gave us plenty of time witht he rentals and did not rush us. They set up the tent on Friday morning and picked it up Sunday afternoon. We were married on a Saturday.

We rented the tables and table clothes from them. They were able to send me a sample of the table cloth color and have everything set up from a distance. The best part is that they had worked closely with my venue (The Balcony on Dock) in the past and I didn't have to worry about a single thing the day of they wedding--it was all pre-coordinated!

Party Suppliers ultimately worked out just great--once our wedding planner took the lead for us. Before we got our wedding planner involved, I tried to work with them directly and the service was lacking. Their website is decent but insufficient (no price list?), and I do not live in Wilmington so I could not come into the store, so I called (there is no email on the website) and asked for a list of rentals and prices. I tried calling two times for it, and two times gave different employees my email address and asked them to send it but I never received it.
When I got our wedding planner involved, she said "Don't worry about any rentals, just meet me at their store, we will pick out what you want, and I will take it from there." We went to their store when I came to town for a wedding planning weekend and they were responsive to her, but even she just walked around the store and did the shopping for us--they didn't really do much at all in the process. So, my wedding planner was great, and Party Suppliers seemed to just let her do all the work. The final product--our suite of rentals from them (tables, linens, etc.)--was great, and everything arrived on time and in good condition, but I would only recommend Party Suppliers if you have a wedding planner with you to fill in all the gaps in Party Suppliers' customer service.

While they were initially easy to work with via email and phone, as we got closer to the event things began to fall apart. Scheduling an appointment to see the showroom was a nightmare, it was very challenging to get availability from them. The day before the wedding, we received the rentals extremely worn, damaged, and many items did not match correctly. Many of the plates were the wrong style and several items were missing. Party suppliers tried to get me to personally drive to Wilmington to get the corrected items the day before my wedding after paying hundreds of dollars for the shipping and delivery. I know this is one of the only rental vendors in Wilmington, so I highly suggest couples look at renting from somewhere farther away, I would not recommend Party Suppliers and Rentals.

When I first walked in the store with my fiance, the lady looked at us in our sweatpants and almost gasped. Snotty!!! I didn't want to use them at all but this was the only rental company I could find in Wilmington that had long skinny white benches to rent. The lady I talked to days later on the phone was nice. They were very flexible in the dropping off and picking up but charged me an extra $50 for delivery to Kure Beach. I mean really? Kure Beach is all of 15 miles from their store's location. I offered to pick them up myself but the benches HAVE to be delivered. How conveinent for them. I had no problems with the end bill. It was the same as had been originally quoted.

They were slow to respond to emails and when we went in to talk about our wedding and what we want the lady just didn't seem to want to be bothered. They set up my tables very close together and the sweetheart table was not what I wanted. They charged my card without letting me know that was how they would be receiving payment. They were easy on my wedding day though. They set up early in the morning and picked up early the next day without bothering me at all.

No no no!!! These people where nice at first! Then it's time for you to get the bill! They had the linens charged to my credit card. I thought I was paying only a certain amount (which was still super expensive!) then i got my credit card statement, I noticed they had tacked on an extra $400!!!! Whoa! I called them on it, and they claimed that 7 of my linens had been damaged by candel wax (which is impossible b/c all my candels where in glass votives) and that some of the linens were missing! This is were they seem to get you. Brides beware! They didn't even bother to call me and tell me they were adding on these charges, they just did! I would definitly shop around here, or be perpared to pay more than you anticipated.
