Jillian L. was assigned to our wedding and she was absolutely amazing to work with for our wedding. She was super responsive, paid great attention to detail and was so patient with us through the wedding planning process. The rental order is the one thing that will change the most over the course of your engagement as you book other vendors (ie, venue, caterer, decor) , guest counts change, your design vision grows, and with over 10 different changes and requests, Jillian was on top of each one and on the day of the wedding everything was delivered (on time) and accounted for. The delivery team worked with my venue on arrival and pickup times so that it was convenient for everyone. I would recommend Party Reflections to anyone wanting a stress - free rental.

The Perfect Foundation for Our Design

Party Reflections provided reliable rental services that formed the foundation of our event design. I had the opportunity to work with Sara, who was fantastic to collaborate with throughout the process. She even gave me a tour of their warehouse, which was incredibly helpful for visualizing how all the pieces would come together.

Everything was delivered on time, set up exactly as expected, and aligned perfectly with our design plan. Their extensive inventory allowed for the flexibility we needed to create our specific look, and the execution was consistently smooth and professional. Having a vendor handle logistics so dependably made the planning and setup process significantly easier.

Simply Lovely!

We were delighted to have Party Reflections provide services for our wedding ceremony. It was very easy to work with them as we were located in Indiana and having our ceremony in NC. The dishes, flatware, stemware, glasses, etc. were so lovely! Our guests loved the presentation! Thank you for making our special day so lovely!

Party Reflections incredible catering meals truly helped make our special day unforgettable! decorations and linens truly helped make our special day unforgettable. Our favorite detail was the black and white tiled dance floor! It completed the space and was a "must have" on my wedding list that helped bring our whole vision to life. Great selection and easy to work with!

We used Party Reflections for our March outdoor wedding, and they were amazing! They have an amazing selection, from lighting to silverware and everything in between. Even if you need to make adjustments like we did, they are able to accommodate with ease. We highly recommend utilizing Party Reflections as your vendor for any decor needs not only for the selection but the amazing service.

Party Reflections is the BEST!

My husband and I worked with Jon at Party Reflections out of Winston Salem, NC for our wedding rentals. Due to COVID we had to delay our wedding and they were so flexible and accommodating with us during that process. Jon saved our day with tent and layouts. If it were not for Jon, our day may have a looked a lot different. We changed venues 6 months before our wedding, and again, Party Reflections and Jon were accommodating and flexible with us. They have the best inventory of china, linens, chairs, etc. We loved our wedding day so much and it was exactly what we envisioned. We are so thankful and grateful to Jon and Party Reflections for helping make our day an absolute dream.

Great Rentals and Super Helpful

Janine was excellent to work with and helped us through the year and a half of rescheduling without any issues at all. She also was extremely flexible with the potential for a tent and market lights and was able to make those changes the week of the wedding without issue. Everything was perfect and we can't recommend working with them enough!

Great Rentals

I rented everything through party reflections. They have a beautiful showroom, large selection and great customer service.

We had them on-site for the room flip to put the dance floor in and take down pipe and drape and they were fantastic.

Professional & Accommodating!

Party Reflections was super easy to work with! I put off renting chairs until just a couple weeks before our wedding, but they were very accommodating and affordable. Once I signed the contact and paid the fee, Party Reflections coordinated directly with my planner & venue and made my life easy!

Party Reflections was a great rental company to work with, and Katherine was especially helpful during the planning process. We weren't able to fly down when it was time to book all of our rentals, so it was great that she was willing to talk through everything via Facetime (with our wedding planner and catering manager there in person with her). She was accommodating in going through all of our options with linens, silverware, etc. and the end result looked fantastic. We were especially appreciate of Party Reflections' work in installing artificial flower decorations we had purchased and assembled ourselves. When the strands of flower garlands they were hanging from the ceiling of our reception space started to unravel (!), they were very efficient and effective in tying them back together and making them look beautiful. They did a wonderful job setting up our reception space, and I am glad we used Party Reflections for our wedding.

Party Reflections is the perfect wedding rental company! We had our wedding at the Merrimon-Wynne, and they seemed to know our venue like the back of their hands. Working with our coordinator, Amanda Blair by Design, they knew exactly the right number of tables, chairs, linens, place settings, etc. that we would need to accommodate the entire wedding day. They had such a wide variety of options, which made it easy to match with our colors and complement the overall look of the day. And on top of all that, we ended up having a rainy wedding day, but that wasn't a problem at all - they were able to switch out our market lights for a small tent the week of. They were so flexible and professional throughout the entire process, and very responsive to emails as well. We can't recommend them highly enough!

Party Reflections provided all of the silverware and plating and seating for our big day, and we couldn’t have been happier. They had many options to choose from, so we found the perfect linens and flatware for our big day. Their offices were beautiful, and they provided so many choices, but we never felt overwhelmed by different options. What’s more, they were super easy to work with, and extremely friendly. We can’t recommend them enough!

I would recommend Party Reflections to anyone planning an event. Their entire staff was so easy to work with, and so professional. From the minute we walked into the showroom to look at our options, to the moment they delivered our items, the process was smooth, professional, and very accommodating. The variety of items they offer insures no matter what type of event you're planning, formal, informal, indoors, our outside, they have you covered! The staff was so helpful when choosing our dinnerware and linens. They were conscious of our budget; and helped us make decisions that made our event so very special. We would recommend them to anyone planning an event, big or small!

As a wedding planner in Greensboro I have worked with Party Reflections for several weddings over the years, and every experience has been great! They are always easy to work with and my couples enjoy going into their showroom to be able to see all of the rental options available for their wedding day. I like that they have such a large inventory and that they stay up to date with their options. No matter how many times I have to make changes to orders they always take care of it quickly, which I greatly appreciate! My husband and I just got married in October and looking at rental options for an outdoor wedding at our family's home. We visited with several vendors before meeting with Greta Johnston at Party Reflections in Charlotte.

Prices we had been quoted prior to meeting with Greta, from other vendors, cost a little less but would not have provided us with the quality and service we received from Greta and The Party Reflections staff. Greta always answered any of my questions promptly and with such enthusiasm.

Greta was able to stay within the budget I had given her and offered suggestions and ideas to help me meet my vision.

To say we we're thrilled with the outcome, would be an understatement. Everything was beautiful, delivered on time, set up with expertise and exceeded our expectations.

We used party reflections for our wedding rentals this past Spring 2017. We rented linens, plates, serveware and drinkware. They were great! Very accommodating, even finding us additional glasses that we had forgotten on our original order the day before the wedding. Drop off and pick up were right on time, though our venue wasn't open for the pickup when they said they would be. Thankfully party reflections was patient and understanding and did NOT charge us extra for our venues incompetence. I would definitely use them again for any party rental needs!

I had to fight tooth and nail to get my husband and dad to understand why I NEEDED gold chiavari chairs and gold charger plates, but once they stepped foot in the Southern Event Rental showroom they totally got it. Shannon excels at customer service and she has a great eye for design. In addition to the chairs and chargers, we also rented a champagne gold sequin linen for our sweetheart table and gold rhinestone clips to put on the napkins.

Shannon was wonderful to work with and their linens are unbelievably gorgeous with so many options!!! I have heard nothing but amazing reviews from this rental company, and although we only used their linens for our wedding, we are so happy with their services and beyond thrilled with the amount of rental choices they have! Working with Southern Event Rental was easy. I made a mistake on the quantity of cloth napkins. When the problem was discovered they had it fixed within 2 hours on a Friday afternoon. They know the importance of the day.

They were highly recommended by our wedding coordinator and we loved working with them. We had our planning meeting and they had everything laid out ready to meet our requests and color pallet. They nailed every detail and were extremely responsive in all communications. Their layouts and diagrams helped so much and were so detailed. Their crew helped to make our ceremony/reception space be flipped in a quick amount of time seamlessly and they provided everything we needed making it perfect and beautiful with our rentals to design the space just as we wanted it. They are top notch in their work and know how to make a wedding run incredibly smoothly and work so well with other vendors.

Admittedly, I didn't know what event rentals were before starting my wedding planning process. However, once I saw the selection at Party Reflections and spoke with their design staff, I developed a really strong opinion on things like tablecloths and flatware finishes. This place is awesome!! They have a lot of things to choose from! The staff is very helpful! I had to make a lot of last minute changes and they were able to accommodate all of them! When I had my items delivered everything was clean and pressed! Nothing was missing! They honestly made my experience very easy!! Would definitely use them again for an event!

I didn't really deal with them as much as my mom did. But what I can tell you is they delivered the rentals on time and the tables and chairs were sturdy and clean. They didn't break and were reliable to hold a buffet and fully grown adults. They even rented us a kids table and chairs that were in the same condition!

Party Reflections is the BEST! I'm a wedding planner and PR is always my go to for my rental needs (that beautiful clear top tent in their photos is from one of my events!! :). So when it came time for my own wedding, I knew my first call would be to PR and my friend, Carol Klenke. She helped me think through several options, priced them all out for me, and was so flexible with adjustments along the way. We were extremely pleased with Southern Event Rental for our 220 person wedding this past September! We rented all of our linens, place settings, glassware, cake stand and extra tables (that weren't provided by our venue) from SER. The showroom they have is FANTASTIC!!!! They had more than enough linen varieties (including different colors and textures) and place setting options. Then came the fun part being the visual person I am!! My mom, our wedding planner and I spent hours trying out different linen and place setting combinations until we found exactly what we wanted. We even brought the vases and candles we had already purchased to use and staged them with the tables in the showroom. I cannot speak highly enough about Shannon! She would stop what she was doing to get extra inventory out of the back for us to "play" with and was happy to give her recommendations when we asked for them! She even went the extra mile and got out items that were already pressed and cleaned for us to see which was super nice since they would have to be recleaned. Talk about going above and beyond!! Once we met with Shannon, we received an emailed quote that was broken down by each item. This made it SUPER EASY to look at the quote in detail and be able to cut things out items as needed to help reduce costs (which is important for any bride as wedding costs add up quick). One we decided to use SER, we received an emailed contract and sent it back and I was able to pay the deposit over the phone. Eveything looked absolutely beautiful at the reception and was the exact quality of what we had seen in the showroom. I cannot recommend Shannon and the entire Southern Event Rental team enough!! Thank you for helping make my wedding day vision come to life!!!!

Shannon was awesome to work with. The pricing was also a huge plus as they beat many other companies we looked including online companies. The service we received was great. Shannon was always prompt with her responses and was a big help is gathering samples for me to send my florist. If you are looking for someone that will treat you like you are not just a number and are willing to help you definitely should use them for your event. I would definitely rent from them again.

I had a fantastic experience with Southern Event Rental and Erin Baker as my maestro through the process of putting together a 150-person sit-down wedding reception in an unusual location without the help of a wedding planner. All the equipment we rented was reasonably priced, in perfect shape, and well-suited to the formal event. Erin's professionalism and friendly demeanor definitely brought my stress level down several notches, and I was impressed how well she communicated with my venue and my caterer to make sure everything went off without a hitch. For my wedding we used Party Reflections in Raleigh. Paula was my contact person and she was amazing to work with. She was very willing to schedule several meetings with me so that I could come in and look at the tablecloth colors, place settings, and decor. She made sure that we went through various options in order to get the correct look that I was going for. My husband and I both have crazy schedules so she was more than willing to be accommodating with our meeting times. She was super patient with us and made sure to give awesome suggestions! My wedding venue was at Rose Hill Plantation so they and Paula worked together to communicate the necessary rental items without me having to call each location when there was a change. I highly recommend Party Reflections as your rental vendor!

Paula in the Raleigh office has to be one of my favorite people ever! I don't know how she does it, but she is able to manage so many weddings and events at once and still make you feel like you're her only client. I just love her spirit and when Rob and I decided to get married at Merrimon Wynne, it was a no brainer that Party Reflections was going to do all of our rentals. Party Reflections was fabulous to work with from start to finish. They were extremely responsive and accommodating to the multiple changes I made to my order throughout the planning process. Carol Klenke from their wedding team in Raleigh was extremely flexible and even changed her schedule to meet with me in person on a weekend. The ladies at Southern Event Rental were absolutely wonderful. They were always quick in presenting a quote and happy to make changes as I needed them. They were even happy to send pictures of the linens I was considering. Their linens, classes, and dinnerware are all beautiful and of great quality. We also rented a dance floor from them at is was perfect. I would absolutely recommend them to friends and family and will without a question choose them again in the future.

Party Reflections is the only rental company that works with our venue so by default we used them for our wedding. However, customer service was excellent. We went in for our initial appointment and worked with Maureen. Not really knowing a lot about linens, she helped to guide us in the direction we wanted based on our style. Super helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend.

After the bride's fantastic choice of a groom, choosing Party Reflections in Raleigh was her best pick!! We had an at home reception for 265 guests and did not use a wedding planner. Party Reflections provided the gorgeous 60' x 90' pole tent, the stage for the band, dance floor, lighting for the tent and all the rentals for the tables - linens, flatware, dishes and chairs. We put a lot of trust in this vendor and they did not disappoint! We worked with Maureen in the Raleigh office and she was a dream. She listened to what we wanted, considered our budget, provided suggestions, planned the arrangement of the venue, visited the site, was extremely flexible when we changed our minds, etc., etc.!! She guided us every step of the way and didn't make us feel like the novices we were in planning such an important event as this without a professional planner. She answered all of our questions in a timely manner and really cared about our event. The workmen who came to put up (and then take down) the tent worked like a well-oiled machine and were consummate professionals. I cannot recommend Maureen and Party Reflections more highly!!

Grand rentals were absolutely fantastic to work with. Shannon assisted me with not only the rental of the items needed but also with helping to make many decisions that I might not have thought of. We had several revisions to our order throughout the moths before and she was always willing to change things for me with ease. The delivery guys were incredible as well. When they arrived, at just the time they had said, we had a couple of last minute changes and adjustments and these guys were more than happy to help us in carrying them out even tho I'm sure they had many other deliveries to make that day. The rental items were well maintained, clean and or pressed. The company as a whole was just wonderful to work with. I felt as though they truly cared about my daughter and our family having a successful event. Even after the event Shannon contacted me to make sure all went as planned and to congratulate us. She is a wonderfully sweet person whom I enjoyed working with. Our event was in large part a HUGE success thanks to Grand Rentals and their very compatent staff.

Provided tent, linens, China, glassware, utensils, heaters. Every single person and every single item was wonderful. Due to a drastic change in weather, quick adjustments had to be made and GSR accommodated us graciously and calmed both bride and her Mom :)

I loved Party Reflections!! I used the one out of Raleigh, NC. Paula was extremely helpful throughout the whole process, she went through the warehouse with me and did the mock setup a million times while I couldn't make up my mind. She had a bunch of suggestions and eventually I finally worked out the colors with her advice. They worked well with our budget and I never worried about them after our first meeting, they brought everything on time and worked well with our caterer from then on to make everything perfect! Party Reflections was really easy to work with and had pretty much everything that I wanted. Maureen was really helpful and nice. She made it easy to find the things that I wanted and there was a lot of variety in my options. I brought in my swatches so I could get the correct color tablecloths and napkins, and she helped find exact matches for my wedding theme. There was a good selection of both indoors and outdoors equipment/decorations to rent, and their prices are reasonable for the quality and quantity of things they offer.

We rented our napkins and a cake table linen from the Party Reflections location in Raleigh, NC! Maureen was super friendly and easily setup our order for our wedding date! It was a quick pickup on Friday and we returned everything Monday morning with no problems! The mint napkins we ordered were the perfect finish to our reception tables! It was a joy to work with Paula at the Raleigh location! Paula promptly answered all of my questions via email. In-store, she helped me pull different linens and arrange them in various combinations on the shop tables so I could envision how my tables would look. Grand Rental Station in Hays, KS did a great job. It was easy to give them a call and get things reserved and rented. Even living an hour from their shop wasn't a problem. Everything we wanted was available even during June the busy wedding month. We ordered ivory linens and the company they use as a vendor sent a box of slightly ivory/pinkish linens for the rectangle tables....they immediately called me and alerted me to the situation. I happened to be in Hays, so I went and looked at the linens - it wasn't that noticeable and I went ahead and used them. But I was very impressed they alerted me and offered to rush new ones in! Would definitely recommend them to my friends.

Party Reflections and Paula Hunter are AMAZING!! For our venue and caterer we had to bring in all rentals, including a tent. It was very overwhelming, but Paula worked with our venue, caterer and florist to make sure nothing was forgotten. We were a little hesitant at first because we didn't see the linens we wanted in their store, but when we showed Paula the shade of pink we were looking for she ordered us exactly what we wanted for a very very very reasonable price. She even suggested some other linen combos I wouldn't have thought of which looked perfect in our venue! Paula will do whatever is needed to make her couples happy, and never once made me feel like an annoying bride (even after changing our order countless times). The china, linens, chandeliers, and everything else were perfect! Paula, we can't begin to thank you enough for everything you did for us. Trust me brides, contact Paula and she'll make your day look perfect and the days leading up to it stress-free!!!

I had specific ideas about what I wanted for linens, chargers, service ware and chair draping and the team at Grand Rental went above and beyond to make that happen. They did not have the sequin linens or chargers that I wanted but got many samples in and out sourced them until they found the exact ones I wanted and I could not have been happier about the way the place settings turned out…just like I envisioned! They were so easy to work with and really came through in procuring my rental items. We had so many guests comment on how beautiful the linens were!

Grand Rental was wonderful. I only had to go by the store once to pick out the napkins and tablecloths I wanted. I even decided to rent better chairs from them, than what was provided at my venue. They made the whole process so easy. They brought everything the day before the wedding and picked it up the day after. It was great, I was able to see everything on Friday instead of worrying about it on Saturday. I received the bill and paid it right away. Everything was great.

Paula was wonderful to work with and helped me through the whole process of renting reception items for 100 people. Somehow, after months of planning, it became apparent three days before our wedding that Party Reflections had the event date as the following Thursday (not really their fault, just a miscommunication). Of course, I freaked out since the linens we had requested were out of stock and new ones were being made specifically for us. I sent a frantic email and got a call from Paula (even though it was after hours) within ten minutes saying that everything was ok. She had all of our china, flatware and glassware rush delivered from their store in Charlotte. Since the new linens wouldn't be ready in time, she upgraded us from the basic linens to dupioni silk at no extra charge and absolutely no hassle on my side. Our day was beautiful and relatively stress-free after Paula diverted this crisis. Thank you!!

Party Reflections did a great job setting up our clear top tent for our wedding ceremony and dinner. The tent looked awesome and worked so well for our wedding! Party Reflections strung lights on the rafters and around the perimeter of the tent and hung 2 wrought iron and crystal chandeliers to make the tent magical at night! All the guest commented on how beautiful and awesome the tent looked. Party Reflections also provided the beautiful linens, amazing farm tables and chairs for our wedding. The farm tables truly made the theme of our wedding transpire, we are so glad we rented those tables to add the rustic touch we were going for. We would highly recommend Party Reflections for your wedding, they are accommodating, professional and will make your vision for your wedding come true!

I would highly recommend Party Reflections to any bride in need of a tent for a wedding reception! We used them for my daughter's wedding reception. We had to construct a tent to hold 518 guest that was fully lined and air-conditioned. Sounds like an impossible task ,but they made it work and it was beautiful! Party Reflections is great to work with. I really enjoyed my eggplant satin table cloths and black chiavari chairs. It made my wedding look so elegant. They have lots to choose from. I really like the showroom decor, it gives you tons of ideas. I will use them for all my party rentals!

Party Reflections is amazing and very well priced. They worked with us to ensure that we were able to get all of the rentals we wanted and yet stay within our budget at the same time. They were very helpful in suggesting ideas to make what we wanted work and get the most bang for our buck. Our event was for 350 people and it was in my parents back yard, so we had to rent EVERYTHING, and Party Reflections was fantastic every step of the way. They were so easy to work with, friendly, and patient. Excellent choice!

Customer service was excellent. Everyone of the staff I dealt with were very nice and helpful. Will definately be a first choice for any of my future rentals.

I only rented extension cords from party reflections but they were very helpful. I ordered them over the phone, had someone pick them up, and someone return them after the wedding. I put down a 50% deposit over the phone and they charged the rest to my card the day they were picked up. It was perfect. Very easy!

My husband and I used Party Reflections for all of our wedding rentals (tables, plates, cups, silverware, and linens). We were able to go to the showroom and look at all of our choices, and even set everything up on a table to see what it would like. After we made our choices and gave them the estimated number of guests attending, they created a proposal for us. Closer to our wedding, we realized one of the linens we had originally chosen wasn’t the color we were going for. They were very accommodating with us coming back into the showroom to look at other options and make changes. While we were at Party Reflections changing the linen, we noticed that they put the wrong plate color down on our original proposal. Thankfully we caught it!

My wedding planner and I used Party Reflections for all of the rentals for my big day. We went to their big store/warehouse to pick out everything, which was super easy and fun. The rentals all looked great and installation went smoothly.

I rented chairs and tables from Party Reflections. I highly suggest this vendor due to their quick and easy communication throughout the wedding planning process and their flexibility in working with my venue to make sure everything went smoothly. The prices are about average but the least expensive I have seen in the greater Columbia area and their selection is extensive.

I rented some items from Party Reflections after check prices at two other rental companies in Raleigh. One did not have what I needed and the other was 40% higher in price. My sales person Paula was very helpful and the value was great.
