Top Choice for Wedding Rentals
Party Pro had the largest selection of rentals I think I've ever seen and they were the only ones we found that had enough of a color range to match the colors we chose for our wedding! Their showroom made it easy to visualize what all of the tables would look like at wedding and they looked beautiful! They made it very easy to tweak the amounts once we had our final count. I highly recommend Party Pros for any event, but especially for a wedding! -

Excellent Selection
Party Pro Rentals was the only mandatory vendor that my venue required that I use. I now understand why they knew the venue perfectly and their inventory and my selections matched the space perfectly. Party Pro Rentals selections added to my overall theme of classy, romantic, dramatic, baroque (gold) theme with beautiful navy blue hues. My venue: The Dresser Mansion along with the china, and the glassware, silverware, and linens all made it look like a beautiful fairytale. It all matched so beautifully. I would recommend booking your rental company early in your start of wedding planning, so that you (the bride) are comfortable if changes need to be made. Its easier to be more flexible if you have time to spare than if you don't. Also, make sure to go over the final invoice prior to delivery. Check, and check again. The rentals are so important to the overall aesthetics of the wedding. Party Pro was great! They allowed and permitted me to revise, change, add or remove items from my invoice a week prior to my wedding. Everything was correctly delivered the day prior to my wedding, it was all accounted for. They were excellent. They were professional and prompt. I didn't have to worry about a thing. Highly recommend them! -

We rented our linens, chairs, chargers, kids’ table and kids’ chairs and cake platform. They had a large selection of items with which to choose. I would recommend visiting the store as well as the website to get a good idea of all the options. My wedding planner facilitated most of the interaction with them, but I was really impressed with their options and their pricing was comparable to other Tulsa rental stores. -

Party Pro worked with my caterer to provide all the tablecloths and napkins. We had a good time picking them out and the choices they had were wonderful. The cloths and napkins were very good quality and were delivered to the church exactly as promised. -

Their prices are pretty good and they had everything I ordered at the venue at the right time. What more could you ask of a party rental place? Our sales rep, Carol, who helped us with dressing the tables was very friendly and came up with some great ideas. -

I worked with Candace while planning my wedding and I must say she was amazing! She walked me through everything I needed to know and helped me work out any kinks in my planning. Candace was wonderful at putting together beautiful table ideas and showing me how different items could play off each other giving me exactly what I was looking for in my price range! I would have loved it if the lady's were allowed to come to the event to help set up. It can be a little trying when figuring out exactly how to tie sashes and fold napkins on your own. Over all it was a great experience and I would love to work with Candace again! -

These people were great. Unfortunately they were subjected to a bad fire in their old place before we met to view party supplies, so supplies were limited. However, they went above and beyond letting us know that they could order enough of what we need if they didn't have all of it. Plus get it here in time for the wedding. Even when delivery of the wrong center piece bowls were made, there was no problem getting the right ones before the wedding. Nice company. -

Party Pro was great. We made several additions and they were very accommodating. They even made some special notes on the order so that we could keep track more easily on the linens. We were able to get a head start on decorating since they delivered everything earlier than expected. -

I highly recommend this company! My daughter had an outdoor wedding and the chairs got all muddy because of a thunderstorm that occurred during the wedding and they were so understanding that it was out of our control and didn't charge us to clean them. We were thrilled with them! -

I found the perfect lace and rosette linens for my wedding. All the rentals were beautiful down to the chairs we ordered. We worked with Dana at Party Pro Rentals; she was the best! They were so great with showing us different options! We were able to set up a mock table with plates, forks, tablecloths, centerpieces, etc. to get a vision of what our tables would look like! They have a huge selection of everything you could want for your big day! The staff was so great in helping us plan our big day and helping us with small details that you sometimes forget! They worked with me closely every step of the way to make sure we had the exact numbers of everything we needed! They dropped off and picked up! Everything looked beautiful! I worked on with this company on my recent wedding. I came in to the showroom with my son and they were great. I have a very well behaved son and while looking at a competitor I was told while walking in kids can't play around here. That was so rude as my child was not even in the door yet. At Party Pro I was able to tryout the linens and make my wedding dreams a reality. I loved my consultant Dana. She was very knowledgeable and talented. I will be going back so. Maybe on a baby shower for my husband and I. -

We ordered our napkins from Party Pro and loved them. Customer service is lacking a bit and one time when I walked in the store they were having their store meeting and clearly the manager was not pleased with the staff. Maybe find another place for the meetings. -

Party Pro supplied my tables, linens, dance floor and chairs. The ceremony chairs were perfect! The only problem I had was with delivery. They brought everything a day later than they were scheduled. Since the venue was a hunting ranch, it made it difficult. And the delivery person was not willing to work with me on times. -

Good quality, but can over charge
Party Pro has a good inventory and we were able to find everything we needed. However, we were told by multiple people to be careful and check your invoice because they tend to make mistakes and have over charged people before. We did experience some discrepancies with our invoices. About 6 months before the wedding we went to Party Pro and ordered 200 of everything because at that time we thought that was our head count. Then a month before the wedding we realized our head count decreased to 150. However, when we updated the quantity, we did not get reimbursed for the difference.-

I loved working with Candace she was my main consultant. She was very helpful and understanding of my budget. However, it seemed as if when I worked with anyone else things always went wrong. There were lots of mix ups during my wedding planning and the day I picked up my items them main centerpieces were all missing! There were a few other items that they shorted me on as well. When brought to their attention the quickly made arrangements to fix their mistakes. Overall I think Candace did a great job but I wouldn't make the mistake of working with anyone else other than her. -

We chose Party Pro because everyone we know use them for events. Well, I won’t be using them in the future. We had multiple people work on our order. When we came in for our initial consultation, our rental assistant didn’t suggest anything or offer to help pick out any items. They were very hands off.
When they came to deliver our order, they came around 6:30pm which was 30 minutes before their time frame closed and was also during our rehearsal on Friday. I am thankful that people were there to watch them unload our delivery. Our pick up was a different story. They arrived around 3pm. The venue we used was a friend’s home and she hosts events there. There was a print out of our order on one of their crates and they never referred to it. I didn’t watch them load much of the items into their truck because everyone uses them for events. They should have a system of how they make sure they only load their items. Well they loaded my friend’s table she uses for events into their truck. I have called their business multiple times with no resolution. I understand that they do multiple events every week and they have dozens of rectangle tables. This could have all been avoided if they would have checked their numbers against the order. I won’t be using this company again. There’s a reason everyone uses them and it’s because unfortunately they are the best option in our area for events rentals. I will be spending my money elsewhere for peace of mind and professionalism. -

Their products were good but they didn't deliver when they were supposed to so my planner had to go get the stuff the day of my wedding putting everything behind. Then they forgot to give us napkins with our order, leaving us to ask for cocktail napkins from the caterer. -

I had nothing but bad experiences with this company with the exception of Dana. When I was looking for linens and tiered-trays, the lady who gave us our stuff would set it on the table and hurry us up to make a decision on the spot about what we wanted. Though we only looked at 2 linens, she was not pleased that I could not make a decision without trying the linens on the table.
When I picked up my things the day of the wedding, very little of my things were prepared for me to pickup. The man handing out the delivery items is very rude and mean to his coworkers, so it's a bit awkward to be in the room with that occurring. Later, I was missing one tray. When we called, it seemed like there was no problem. When I came to pickup the tray that was missing, this man got very defensive and demanded that I messed up. Later, when setting out linens before the rehearsal dinner, we learned that they gave us a wrong linen. Instead of a round linen, it was a small rectangular linen. When my brother returned it, he said that the man claimed that they have no idea where the linen came from because they don't carry it in their store and that this man was very rude to my brother.
After discussing the missing items with the head chef and events coordinator and the church we had our wedding at, we were informed that they have been nothing but mean and rude to this church. She informed me to go to Integrity because they are the best and most reliable and to never do business with Party Pro Rentals again.
I will say that the sales consultant, Dana, is absolutely wonderful. She's very helpful and knowledgeable if you are able to work with her. She used to do catering, so that's why she is so good at what she does. -

Party Pro was a great place to find everything just not all that great customer Serivce. I used them for my wedding and I found everything I needed my own. Party Pro is pretty much the only place to rent from for weddings so thats a plus for them, hopefully they can have better customer serivce. -

Party Pro was recommended to us by several other Tulsa vendors that we worked with. I was pretty much told that Party Pro was the only wedding rental place in Tulsa that most everyone worked with. We rented Tents, a few tables (our vendor had some tables that we planned on using), Napkins and table cloths. The staff seem a little unresponsive and someone yelled at my mom the day of delivery because our paperwork had a "time" on it and no one had arrived and we were just checking the status. We also had them order some straws for us and they said it would take 2 weeks but ended up taking about 2 months. I will say Party Pro has just about everything you would need for your wedding but if you don't use them for a planning service or order everything from them they do not seem as interested in helping. -

I give a bad review because after my wedding, I get an additional bill 1 day later by email stating that TWO whole racks of wine glasses were never returned!! The bill was for $180.
I dealt with this after I got back from my honeymoon. Everything was accounted for and ready for pick up by party pro. I find it ridiculous that those items were missing but all of the 400 pieces of silverware are accounted for. Honestly I was expecting to hear about some forks or spoons missing, not TWO whole racks of wine glasses. (Racks and glasses).
So I’m frustrated that this could not be resolved. Their left hand does not know what their right hand is doing.
Also when I ordered a dance floor is was delivered as a 12x12?!!!?? Party pro stated that “that is a standard size dance floor.” I specifically stated at the time of booking that I need a dance floor that will accommodate 120 people, not 5 people! This was resolved the night before however it cut into our wedding budget as an additional expense that was not anticipated since we had to order a larger dance floor.
All in all, I will never use party pro ever again. I will always take pictures of rented items to prove what was and was not accounted for to protect myself. NO ONE WANTS YOUR STUPID GLASSES NOR THE RACKS THEY CAME ON!! Lessened learned is to do an inventory of rented items that are delivered and set to be returned. Picture proof because multiple eye witness apparently do not work.
Party Pro are a bunch of liars and thrives. I stand by my statements. -

One of the tables we rented was not useable and it was for the cake. We tried using it anyway and it caused the cake to catch fire! I let them know and this was the response: "A number of factors could cause the table to be wobbly: uneven floors, the table leg not be completely inserted into the feet. Since Party Pro Rents was notified after the product had been returned, there is no way for us to test to product to determine if it was faulty or from other factors." Horrible customer service. We could not contact them over the weekend because they're closed. We will not do business again. -

Highly do not recommend this place
Renting from here was totally a nightmare. Terri, the sales rep is very unprofessional & has horrible customer service skills (every time she said she will return your phone call, it’s a lie. Kept having to call the office to follow up). I spent $11,022.11 & received awful service. As you can see from attached receipt, I rented 12 window walls & 2 solid walls but didn’t receive what I paid for.
Tent and walls were scheduled to be set up on Wednesday for my Wedding on Saturday.
On Wednesday, tent was put up but no walls & they were about to leave without informing me. I had to stop them at my gate & asked why there were no walls. Was told that they have no window walls & that they need to order them & it may not get here until Friday.
They ended up putting crusty solid walls up & told me that they’ll come back on Friday for window walls when it arrives.
On Friday, I didn’t get any update whatsoever. So I called Terri, & was told that the walls they ordered had not arrived yet. Terri said that they’ll come out on Saturday morning to set up the walls. HOW IN THE WORLD will they be trying to install walls the day of my event?
Told Terri it is impossible Saturday & I will not have them come out fixing to intervene my event.
So they ended up coming on Friday & put up UNMATCHING shade colors of 1/2 solid &1/2 window walls.
I rented walls for a reason! To prevent dust & wind from going inside too much. And for Partypro to have no walls to constantly take the walls up & down was extremely irritating. This created lots of dust inside the tent that got everywhere on my silverwares, decorations & etc.
It’s unprofessional to offer something that they don’t have!
The dance floor was not installed correctly & was a hazard (photo attached). They saw it but were too lazy to fix it. Keep in mind, I paid for them to install this. When brought to their attention an employee said that we would need to pay for them to fix it. How ridiculous is this?

My daughter recently was married at Dresser Mansion. We were told that Party Pro was the only vendor allowed to provide the linens. We provided Party Pro with the "lay-out" of tables including count and sizes, etc. There were several issues using this vendor. Luckily, we were able to make things work with the poor service they provided.
We requested to have our order delivered to the Dresser Mansion due to time-restraints on our end. We were told by Anna this was not available. We were told later (after the wedding was over), this was an option we could have selected for an additional $40. We had to take time out of our already busy hectic schedule to pick the supplies and bring them back. I was also charged an additional $380 because the entire order was not delivered back to Party Pro all at one time. They were told we would be returning my order in two separate stages due to the amount of room in our vehicles. The money was finally refunded back to my credit card, When I called Jamie (Director of Sales), she basically told me that it was not their fault and "WE ARE NOT AN EVENT PLANNER"... "WE HAVE OVER 100 CUSTOMERS EACH DAY AND CAN NOT KEEP UP WITH ORDERS". Becca with Dresser Mansion suggest that I call and speak to Party Pro because they had charged me for a large amount of incorrect sizes for some of the table clothes. It was very disappointing to hear that Jamie was not interested in making this right for me. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!! Will not be using Party Pro for future events!... Kimberly Huntley

Stephanie was very rude over the phone and even referred to me as "young lady," in a condescending tone. There was a mishap that happened with linens, that I was not responsible for. Stephanie requested a conference call in which all parties were involved in order to get the situation straightened out. It had been a week and I had not recieved a phone call or a voicemail from her. Assuming that it had been taken care of, Stephanie went ahead and took the money out of my account. These business practices are unacceptable and Stephanies actions exude extremely unethical behavior and will be reported to the BBB. -

Everything went well until after the items rented were turned in. We had stains on two of our linens that we were aware of and assumed would not come out after a wash. When we received our final invoice we were charged for 4 linens instead of the two that we assumed we would be charged for. I asked to personally see which linens were stained and they were ok with us coming to their facility. Upon arrival my husband was then told that they were incorrect and we are only being charged for two. The owner, Scott, came back with a total of $50.82 it may not seem like much but when their invoice says that the linens only cost $13.32 each there is a problem with the calculation. Scott said that he did not charge us for the damage waiver but $13.32 times two plus $24.18(damage waiver) = $50.82. When we mentioned his calculations to him he then proceeded to tell us that it was a typo and whoever gave us that price was wrong. This price was sent to us via e-mail by Party Pro Rents staff. We shouldn't be charged for the $24.18 Damage waiver anyways because that was originally charged to us before the rentals were picked up therefore he was trying to make the charge to us twice. When we argued these calculations & said that we were not going to pay this due to Party Pro Rents making incorrect calculations Scott called the police & threatened that he would take us to court. This man handled his business very unprofessional. All of his items were returned with no damage with the exception of the linens that we were already aware of and willing to pay the HONEST price for. Customers be careful of your rentals, don't allow yourself to be taken advantage of by this company. -
