Best Night Ever!

Party of Nine did not disappoint! From start to finish, Bernadette was extremely responsive and helpful in the planning process for our wedding. She was organized and helped to ensure the evening went smoothly. As soon as the band started at the reception, our guests were immediately drawn to the dance floor. Some quite literally ran to join the party. The dance floor never faded once throughout the night, and the band kept the energy high playing to the crowd. Our guests of all ages had an amazing time and we received so many compliments on the band as a whole. We could not recommend Party of Nine enough and are so appreciative to them for helping to make our wedding such a memorable experience.

Bring Your Boogie Shoes!

If you're considering Party of Nine for your wedding or special event, stop looking and book them. Now! They were absolutely phenomenal and exceeded every expectation.

First and foremost, these are top-tier musicians. Every member of the band is incredibly talented, and the vocalists have outstanding voices that brought every song to life. On one of their first ones, a Billy Joel tune, I actually stopped what I was doing to see who was singing; I thought Billy was in the house. I thought I was attending a concert!

Their musicianship and stage presence were evident from the very first song and continued throughout the entire night. I don't think they took more than one break all night.

One thing that truly set Party of Nine apart was their willingness to learn new songs that were meaningful to the bride and groom. They not only agreed to add a couple of special requests to their repertoire, but they performed them beautifully. That level of flexibility and commitment to making the event personal meant so much.

The number of wedding attendees for our event was on the smaller side, which can sometimes make it challenging for even good bands to generate energy and keep a dance floor packed. Party of Nine accomplished what seemed impossible: they got everyone—and we mean everyone—out on the dance floor. From the first set to the final song, the dance floor was completely full. Guests of every age were dancing, singing along, and having the time of their lives. The energy never dipped all night.

The band's song selection was fantastic and appealed to a wide range of tastes. Their set list in accessible online and includes a perfect mix of classics, crowd favorites, and modern hits, creating an atmosphere where every guest had to get up and dance.

Throughout the night, I heard countless compliments from guests about how incredible the band was, and many people said it was one of the most fun wedding receptions they had ever attended.

Simply put, Party of Nine was a great call for the music at the wedding. If you want a band that delivers exceptional talent, incredible energy, a packed dance floor, and memories that will last a lifetime, Party of Nine is the band to hire.

Party of Nine Made Our Event Unforgettable

Party of Nine was absolutely fantastic at The Park School of Buffalo's Auction 2026: A Par-Tee at Park! From start to finish, they brought incredible energy, professionalism, and talent to our event. Their music created the perfect atmosphere, keeping guests entertained and engaged throughout the evening.

The band, especially Bernadette, was easy to work with during the planning process, arrived prepared, and delivered an outstanding performance that appealed to guests of all ages. We received so many compliments from attendees about the music and the fun, lively vibe they helped create. The night ended with guests (and students) dancing with Bernadette on the dance floor.

We highly recommend Party of Nine for galas, auctions, fundraisers, weddings, and special events. They played a huge role in making our event such a memorable success, and we look forward to working with them again in the future!

The perfect wedding band!!

Party of Nine was absolutely incredible as our wedding band! From the moment I first reached out to Bernadette and the team, they were professional, responsive, wildly helpful, and genuinely kind. They went above and beyond to take care of every detail, making the entire process stress-free and seamless.

Their support didn’t stop at the music. They did an amazing job with the MCing and helping keep everything running smoothly throughout the day. They played during our cocktail hour and created the perfect ambiance for our guests.

Once the reception started, the dance floor was packed all night long. There wasn’t a single person in their seat! The band read the room perfectly, kept the energy high, and truly got the party started. Our guests are still talking about how amazing they were.

I cannot recommend Party of Nine enough. If you’re looking for a talented, professional, and fun wedding band that will make your celebration unforgettable, look no further!

Party of Nine killed it!!!

Had a wonderful experience with the band at our wedding. Guests loved them and the party was great. They also learned a whole new song for the hora which was incredible!! Would definitely recommend them for any wedding but especially a Jewish wedding if you want a fun hora!

absolutely over the top incredible wedding band!

We cannot say enough amazing things about Party of Nine and their incredible leader and singer, Bernadette. They absolutely crushed it from start to finish. The band played an impressive range of music—from classic favorites to current hits—across multiple genres, and every single song was phenomenal. Our guests were completely blown away and are still talking about how amazing the band was. The dance floor was packed to the gills all night!

Leading up to the wedding, Bernadette was incredibly detail-oriented and thoughtful, making sure everything was perfectly planned so the day went off without a hitch. She also did an outstanding job MCing the event, keeping everything on track seamlessly while maintaining great energy throughout the night. Best Wedding/Party Band in Buffalo

Party of Nine is top notch the whole way. This band will bring the PARTY!! From booking with Bernadette and the entire time leading up to our wedding day the process was straightforward and seamless. To the night of our wedding they had the dance floor rocking. They had people up on the dance floor all night with music that every guest knows and enjoys. Perfect Wedding Band!

Party of Nine was absolutely incredible! From start to finish, they were professional, responsive, and a true pleasure to work with. They truly went above and beyond for us by traveling outside of their typical service area to accommodate our wedding, which we appreciated more than we can say.

Absolutely Amazing!

We can honestly say our wedding day would not have been complete without this amazing band! We had 2 horns and a keyboard for cocktail hour, everyone loved the music and how it complemented our venue and vibe for the hour so well. And then for the reception, we were honestly left speechless with how amazing it was!! We were on the dance floor all night long and even got to join the band onstage to help sing Mr. Brightside (Go Bills). We got so many compliments from our family and friends that this was one of the best wedding bands they have ever heard! From working with Bernadette from the very beginning and choosing our special songs, we could not have asked for a better band for our special day!

Party Of Nine is wonderful!

We cannot say enough wonderful things about Party Of Nine! From start to finish, they were an absolute dream to work with. Bernadette was especially incredible—so easy to communicate with, incredibly informative, and genuinely invested in making our day perfect.

One of the most special moments of the night was the mother-son dance. Party Of Nine went above and beyond to allow my husband and his family to perform during that moment, making it personal and unforgettable.

Party of Nine was phenomenal. The musicians are awesome and Bernadette on vocals can’t be beat. They played a great selection to keep the party going, as well as playing the wish list of the bride and groom. Bernadette was on top of things through the whole wedding planning process. Nothing better than a live band at a wedding. I highly recommend Party of Nine. Also I love a good horn section! Well worth the money spent.

Amazing! You will never regret choosing this band. They MADE the wedding!

Bernadette is a true professional and makes sure every detail is addressed so that everything runs smoothly and to plan. From providing the proper speakers so that everyone can hear the ceremony vows to providing creating a perfect sound for their performance, thanks in part to having an incredible sound tech that travels with the band, they are truly remarkable with 3 horn players to add the great talent on stage. All genres and styles are covered so guests from all ages will find music they love to dance to. I highly, highly recommend Party of Nine for your wedding!!

Best band in Buffalo

Party of Nine played at my daughter and son-in-law's wedding at the end of June in the Admiral Room. If you have or haven't heard them at venues around town, they are especially energetic and entertaining at weddings! Bernadette is extremely responsive, flexible, and easy to work with and of course, her voice is the best. So many of our guests commented on how good they were. The music and liveliness of the reception were very important to us, and Party of Nine delivered!

Look no further for a wedding band!

We could not be happier that we had Party of Nine for our wedding 5/2025. Bernadette is a dream to work with, so professional, detail oriented, and kind. Our vendors/venue were also relieved to know that we chose Party of Nine because of the ease of coordinating with them from their standpoint. They did a beautiful job with cocktail hour, learned a song for our first dance, and our dance floor was packed the whole night. Couldn’t say nicer things about them. The only downside is that every review of the wedding was first about the band and then about everything else but that doesn’t really count! If you want music to be a feature of your day then Party of Nine is your perfect choice. Thanks again!!

Party of nine came highly recommended and did not disappoint. Bernadette was incredibly helpful, accommodating and consistently responsive from the moment of booking to the end of the wedding. This was an outdoor concert to recognize and thank veterans for their service. Party of Nine was enthusiastic, professional and easy to work with.

Unbelievable ! You want this band !

From the Father of the Bride : Everything went off like a well timed dance number. ......And there was that too. Bernadette is a stickler for details and every timeline was communicated, Everything professionally run and this band can play !! They know the tunes that'll get people on the dance floor. The BEST Wedding Band in Buffalo

There are no words that can describe how perfect Bernadette and Party of Nine were for my wedding, start to finish! I called her early in the process after talking to a couple bands and she felt like the aunt from South Buffalo that I never had. I knew after my first conversation with her that I was going with them. She made everything incredibly simple, works with you on budget, and makes sure you are organized. Also, she is incredibly responsive! My guests keep bringing up the dance floor on our wedding--people tried to take a break but then Bernadette would play ANOTHER banger and they felt compelled to stay and dance because the song selection was PERFECT!!! I don't know how they do it--they feel the vibe of the crowd and keep getting more and more hype as the night goes on. Even their break music between the first and second sets was good--I'm not kidding, people did NOT leave the dance floor. My mom commented how she was happy she got in shape before the wedding because of how much dancing she did. My 90-year old grandmother said "They sound just like the radio!" My father-in-law who NEVER dances or sings (legit my husband was like "I've never seen him dance and sing") was up and dancing FIRST SONG. I can go on and on. Bernadette--this is not the last you'll hear from my family!! Everyone else, do yourself, your guests, and your memories a favor--STOP looking for wedding bands and give Bernadette a call! The Perfect Wedding Band!

We had such a great experience with Party of Nine. Music was so important to us because I love to dance (to me nothing ruins a wedding quite like bad music). Working with Bernadette was so easy, she is very responsive and professional but also very down to earth.

We were able to go through their music ahead of time to give a list of must play vs do not play. They have a great mix of older music and new music so it was enjoyable for all ages.

We booked the band as well as just the instrumental duo for cocktail hour which was really nice. They also helped play pre-recorded music during the ceremony, dinner, and first dances as we wanted very specific songs.

In summary we would highly recommend, we got tons of compliments on how good they were and I personally was on the dance floor all night!

My wife and I booked Party of Nine for our wedding in December. Bernadette and the band were responsive, flexible, and willing to go above and beyond to make our wedding music perfect. Best Wedding Band

We had a fantastic experience with Party of Nine from start to finish. Bernadette was engaging, friendly and flexible throughout the planning process, providing advice on song choices and insights into the best run of show. They have an incredibly extensive playlist, and the hardest decision we had was choosing which songs NOT to play. Their performance was second to none - we had the entire wedding dancing for the last two hours of the reception and our friends still talk about how great the hoorah was. We would recommend booking Party of Nine for any of our friends.

Simply the best.

Party of Nine was the second phone call I made after securing our vendor. I HAD to have them at our wedding. They made our reception even more special, and were so incredibly thorough and thoughtful helping with the planning of the day. One of our favorite and most fun memories from that day is me singing on stage with Bernadette and one of my guests! Party of Nine loves what they do and it shines through in their performance. The party of a lifetime!

This is the band you can’t miss out on! Our wedding was planned around party of nine and I don’t regret one thing about it! Bernadette is amazing to work with and they were the talk of the wedding! To this day, my most complimented part of the wedding was how amazing the band was! They can play any genre of music and almost anything you request! Bernadette is so organized and helped the flow of our wedding go smooth with the timeline of events from the ceremony, to cocktail hour, into introductions, speeches and right into the dance floor party! I hope we are able to hire them again the future! I would hire them every year if I could!

Party of nine... the BEST!

We had Party of Nine as our wedding band and they were fantastic!! Bernadette was so great to work with throughout the entire process. Leading up to the wedding, they were very responsive to any questions and changes - including a last minute update to our speeches which Bernadette handled with much ease! Their talent, fun atmosphere, and ability to keep the crowd dancing all night was incredible. We spoke in advance about songs and general atmosphere we were looking to create at our wedding and they hit it spot on. So many crowd pleasing songs were played that kept guests of all ages dancing all night. They are true professionals and exceeded our expectations!! I can't recommend Party of Nine enough.

Party of Nine was amazing!

We are so happy we chose Party of Nine to perform at our wedding. Bernadette was very responsive and easy to contact from the beginning. She was very well organized and on top of everything, which really made us feel at ease knowing that she and the band were so professional. Their performance was phenomenal. They had such a great energy and really played to the crowd. Our guests were so impressed and so were we! We would absolutely recommend Party of Nine to anyone looking for a band for your wedding. You will not be disappointed!

A Wedding We Won't Forget! Thanks to Party of 9!

Bernadette and Party of Nine made our wedding night everything we could have imagined and MORE! We have been getting non-stop compliments about how amazing the band was and how it was the best wedding they have been to (thanks to Party of Nine!!) They were great at reading the vibe of the room and adjusting the set list to keep the party going! Bernadette was amazing to communicate with and never got sick of my last minute requests and questions. I couldn't recommend them more, they made the flow of the night perfect and SO organized.

Absolutely the best choice we made!

Bernadette and her band are simply amazing. People are still telling us it was the best wedding they've ever attended and it had alot to do with Bernadette and her band. They are extremely talented and kept the dance floor FULL the entire night. They are soooo much fun. Bernadette is a True professional and all aspects of the wedding went perfectly thanks to her timing. It's rare when a party this large goes without any hitch at all. Party of nine made our event the best wedding ever! We cannot say enough good things about this band! Hire them if you want the best possible party you can have. Our daughters dream wedding was so much fun and absolutely perfect! Bernadette worked seamlessly with the Legacy and Frontier catering and the other vendors to be sure everything was AMAZING!

The only band to book!

Party of nine is the absolute best. We hired them for our wedding and they made the night! Bernadette is amazing and she makes you feel at ease for the big day and is a true professional. She made our evening so special. Our wedding genuinely would not have been as great of a night without this band. We never stopped dancing, they brought the party. We loved them so much a few years later we booked them for my father’s surprise party. They made the day yet again for us and it was another unforgettable event. If you want a night you will never forget book this band !!

Best band ever

This was an incredible performance and experience for my daughter’s wedding. Bernadette went out of her way to please including performing our wedding song from 40 years ago. My wife and I were so thankful that the band was able to do this for us.
The band was exceptional with updated songs that filled the dance floor all night and was able to make my daughter’s wedding so memorable. We are still receiving compliments from our guests

AMAZING!! Wedding 6/1

Hiring Bernadette and Party of Nine was the best decision we made, our wedding so special!! They were so great to work with! They even learned an acoustic version of our first dance song, "Shania Twain: You're Still the One" and it was perfect. The band was not only talented but so fun, they let me come on stage to help sing the Buffalo Bills "Shout" song!! They were accommodating, flexible, fun, professional, TALENTED, and so nice to work with. Bernadette made sure to touch base multiple times before our wedding to confirm song lists, to go over what we wanted, and to reassure that everything would be perfect (which it was!) I can't say enough nice things about them. Our wedding was over a month ago, but we still have people calling us and reminiscing on how outstanding the band was-no one left the dancefloor!! If you are looking for a band for your wedding look no further!!!

Best Wedding Band

We couldn’t imagine our wedding without Party of 9. After seeing them at my sister’s wedding, we knew that they had to play at our wedding. They are the absolute best! Above and Beyond!

We checked Party of Nine's availability before even securing our wedding date - that is how important it was to us that they be part of our big day. Having heard them at a prior wedding, we knew the entertainment would be top-notch, but everything was truly above and beyond! My fiancé and I opted for a short engagement which meant lots of decisions in a short timeframe. Bernadette was so organized and responsive - she helped us keep the planning process moving, but never once made us feel rushed. We felt so well taken care of and could tell that our day was as important to her as it was to us. Party of Nine was incredibly flexible and BEYOND accommodating - every little detail was executed to perfection and everything that was important to us came to fruition. There were even several surprise special touches that still bring tears to my eyes! Collaboration with our other entertainment was also seamless. I will never stop raving about our experience! Highly recommend!!!

Party of 9- best decision!

We knew we wanted a band for our wedding, and spent quite a bit of time choosing one that seemed like the best fit for us. We are so so so happy we picked Party of 9!!! Bernadette was great to work with, and we were able to pick the songs we wanted to hear during the reception, and they learned a new song that we used as a surprise dance with my parents that was perfect! We also had Tony the guitarist play for the recessional and processional in the ceremony and he was great and very flexible. We did the cocktail hour music as well which everyone enjoyed. But really what all our guests (and even staff at our venue) could not stop talking about was the awesome music throughout the reception. Everyone was on the dancefloor all night, it was the best party. Our friends and family haven't stopped raving about how much fun our wedding was, thanks to the awesome energy the band brought. One of the bartenders at our venue said in 8 years there, she's never worked at a wedding as fun as ours! Some of our friends have requested the playlist/setlist that was used in our reception because they loved all the songs so much. We can't thank Bernadette, Tony, and everyone else from Party of 9 enough for making our wedding such an amazing time!!! We would absolutely recommend them to anyone planning their wedding!

Awesome wedding reception band

While we’re still flying so high on their wedding celebration, we expressed our heartfelt gratitude to Bernadette for the AMAZINGLY AWESOME music that she and the others in Party of Nine provided for Matt’s and Ally’s reception! The energy and enthusiasm that they all had was like gasoline on the fire of everyone’s love and fed the excitement and joy that we all felt! Absolutely Amazing! BOOK THEM 10/10

We are a venue and hired Party of Nine for our annual Black-Tie Gala. To add some back story, we are located near Rochester. Our Executive Chef - a 30 yr. veteran with a plethora of event experience (a man of few words) attended a wedding in Buffalo where PON had performed. He made a point to bring their business cards and said if you ever have a bride who needs a band - This band is amazing, and the dance floor was packed all night. He has never said or done anything like that before- so I knew they made an impression. I didn't need to hear another word. When I inquired the response was almost immediate, Bernadette shared where I could get some links to performances and honestly, I told her, you can send them but based on my chef's recommendation, I knew I did not need to see them. PON was communicative, followed up with questions and updates (which as a small business owner who is pulled in a million different directions in December with Holiday parties- this was so appreciated). Our event, like most weddings had an age range from 22-84, who stayed all night so the music had to flow so everyone would enjoy it for the whole evening (a lot of times at weddings older people leave after dessert so the DJ/band can completely change the genre of music). In the past we had bands that are players that don't always play together- if you take nothing else away from this review as a bride, please ask any bands you are inquiring with if they always play together- most of them DO NOT and it makes a TREMENDOUS difference. While theses player bands may be great musicians, they lack the flow and chemistry of a band that plays together all of the time. Everyone in the band was kind, professional and amazing. We cannot thank PON enough for an amazing event and we would have them back in our venue hands down above any other band we have had perform at our venue .

Another over the top wedding event

Just when you think you had a great wedding experience with Party of Nine, they actually go above and beyond for the next wedding, and not sure how that could even be possible! Think of Bernadette as your eyes, ears and everything you need at a reception to keep things on track and upbeat from beginning to end. Hiring them goes above having a great sounding band who is reading the crowd to keep your dance floor filled. She is closely working with your photographer to be sure no moments are missed, the venue, to make sure all the timing works out beautifully, and the bride and groom to be sure all of their favorite songs are played, when they want them played. This band makes you feel truly honored that you chose them to be at your event and put everything out there to be sure everything is fantastic for all your guests, regardless of their age. My 88 year old father didn't want to leave early as planned because he was enjoying the music so much and watching the fun on the dance floor! So much better than a sound system which you can have at any event to play music. Having a live band really sets things apart and makes it so special and memorable.... And Party of Nine is really special!

Best wedding band!

We could not have asked for a better band for our wedding! Not only was the music fantastic, but Bernadette and her amazing band kept the party going every minute of the night! Our only complaint was that we couldn’t keep going through the night and into the morning!

They were responsive to all emails, they worked with us on creating a great playlist, and most of all they put an amazing flare on all the songs that let’s us enjoy our favorite music but also enjoy some great musicians.

Our favorite part was their ability to take our first dance song, and make it something so special and unique! They took a cover of a song we love and put their own special twist on it to make it that much better!!

We loved every second of working with them! I would recommend anyone who wants to enjoy their music and give everyone their guests the party of their life should choose Party of Nine!

The Best Experience

Bernadette was THE BEST to work with. She handled every detail, even the details I would have never thought of. She was so responsive and thoughtful with every phone call, email, and text. Everything leading up to the wedding couldn't have went better. We had to change our wedding date and Bernadette couldn't have been more accommodating.

I've seen Party of Nine at two other weddings and knew I wanted them for my own.
The day of the wedding went AMAZING. My family is still talking about the energy the band brought to the night. They were so interactive and engaging and the dance floor was filled the entire time. If you are going to go with live music for your event, Party of Nine should be at the top of your list as you certainly will not be disappointed.

Amazing - must book

Best Vendor experience

What can I say? This band is everything and more than advertised. Bernadette is not only an amazing singer/artist but she truly is the nicest and easiest vendor to work with. She listens to what you want. She is quick to respond and she truly cares about the product she and the band put out there.
Our guests have not stopped texting/ calling to tell us how much fun they had singing and dancing the night away.
Best of all, this band genuinely has fun with you. You can tell they feed just as much off of the crowd as we fed off of them.
There is no other choice. If you want the best in Buffalo, Party of Nine is the band for you.

They brought the "Party" for sure!

Bernadette and Party of Nine were THE perfect wedding band. They let us choose from a great collection of songs to build our perfect playlist that was reflective of our style and relationship, and even allowed us to request a couple off-list songs that were truly special to us! They even surprised us by performing our first dance song LIVE - we were expecting the recording we gave them. Very thoughtful, passionate, and high-energy ensemble that kept our guests on their feet the whole night. The best wedding band!

We can’t say enough about Party of Nine! Bernadette was great to work with, we could tell from our first conversation we were in good hands with Party of Nine. She was extremely organized and responsive. Bernadette took complete control the day of the wedding and we didn’t have to worry about a thing. Our venue also mentioned how incredible it was to work with her that day. The second the music started the dance floor was filled, she kept the party going all night!

Amazing!! Amazing amazing!

We had the pleasure of having the Party of Nine at our daughter’s wedding in April, so when it came time to begin planning our next daughter’s wedding in September, our first call was to make sure Party of Nine would be available! One very big concern checked off the list….Bernadette, the lead singer, also serves as the very best organizer to help schedule the reception from beginning to end. Communication is amazing and she covers every detail from fantastic cocktail music to help set the tone for guests arriving, to introductions of the wedding party, to music during their break, to helping coordinate some very special dances, and most importantly fills the dance floor with great energy and fun! For those very few who aren’t dancers, guests can be totally entertained by the talents of the entire band. We are looking forward to another fun event and working with Bernadette getting our new set lists together!

AMAZING Band for Our Wedding!

Party of Nine played at our wedding in May 2022. My husband and I knew we wanted a band from the start and we received rave reviews from friends about PON. After speaking with Bernadette and watching some of their videos we were sold! Bernadette was so helpful and made sure we felt very comfortable and in sync with everything. We were able to review their setlist and select our top songs. The band played during our reception, and we had the horns play during our cocktail hour - guests raved about both! We were sad when the night was over and just wanted to keep the music and dancing going! PON was amazing all around and we would definitely recommend them for any wedding or event! Best band ever!

Party of 9 was absolutely amazing! They were so great to work with leading up to our wedding, and so responsive. They were quite literally the highlight of our entire wedding, and had everybody up and dancing on the floor for the entire night. Simply the Best

I cannot say enough good things about this band. Bernadette was absolutely an angel to work with from the moment we started to think about booking with them. She was patient through all of our Covid delays, and was a dream to reschedule with each time. Our guests are constantly telling us how amazing the band was, and how much fun they had dancing all night. I truly don’t believe the dance floor ever emptied!! An absolute MUST!

Party of Nine is an absolute MUST for your wedding! Party of Nine played at the wedding of my two older sisters, so as soon as I got engaged they were one of the first people I called!
Pre-wedding, I spoke with Bernadette several times to ensure we were on sync with staging needs, set-list, timeline of reception, and everything in-between. Bernadette went above and BEYOND to make sure every detail was discussed and accounted for.
Day of wedding..... what a blast!!!! We had SO much fun. The level of talent this band brings is absolutely incredible. The horns, the vocals, just amazing! The dance floor was NON-STOP! The set-list had a mix of modern and classic hits that we all love. I highly recommend Party of Nine!!

Excellent Band!

Party of Nine played at our wedding and they went out of their way to accommodate us. Bernadette is extremely organized and made sure the music for the whole evening went off smoothly down to the last detail. Tony, one of the band members, even learned a song I requested on the violin (!) and played it while the bridal party and I walked down the aisle. It was absolutely beautiful. And the band is very talented and fun and kept us on the dance floor all night. I would highly recommend them!

Best wedding party band ever

From beginning to end, Bernadette was so responsive and made the planning process so easy. She provided a sheet to fill out that helped with our timeline for the reception other details. She allowed us to pick out our own music for breaks, which we really liked. At the reception, she and the rest of Party of Nine exceeded our expectations by far. We knew from seeing them at local venues that they were great, but kept on saying how they truly were worth every penny spent. They had a great lineup of songs and knew how to get everyone engaged and dancing. The band is so very talented in their musical abilities, kept the night on track and was helpful with planning, and we’re so easy to work with. I highly recommend Party of Nine!!

A Choice You Will Not Regret

My husband and I planned our Buffalo wedding while living in another city. He really wanted a band and so we started our search online by videos and reviews. Naturally, it can be nerve-wracking when you're booking someone from afar before seeing them perform. From the first call with Bernadette, I felt reassured with our decision. She is so receptive to what the couple wants and the entire band knows how to keep people on the dance floor. They learn who their audience is and tailor the entertainment for them. Throughout the planning process, Bernadette was very responsive. We did a different dinner plan for the night where guests could eat when they wanted instead of a sit-down time, and as a result, we had people on the dance floor constantly! As the night progressed, the dance floor was packed. Several of our guests said that they had never seen almost all of the wedding attendees on dance floor like they did at ours. There are family members I've never seen on the dance floor at other weddings, and they were out on the floor for awhile with us. We even had a couple family and friends book them for their weddings after attending ours. By booking Party of Nine, know that you will have a memorable wedding with a full dance floor but also such an easy and organized planning process with them. Book them while they're still available!

Amazing experience

We were so happy Party of Nine was available for our wedding! Bernadette was very professional and helped make sure the night ran smoothly. The energy on the dance floor was palpable and guests were up and dancing the whole night. The band played a great mix of songs including new hits and wedding classics. My sister booked Party of Nine for her wedding in August 2019. I knew after my sister’s wedding we couldn’t have our reception without the Party of Nine which is why we made the switch despite already making a down payment with another band.

Bernadette was so easy and enjoyable to work with. She was incredibly professional and over communicated which was especially helpful as we were dealing with a lot of craziness as we had to reschedule our wedding because of covid.

She worked with us to make sure we had the perfect playlist tailored for our wedding. Once the music started EVERYONE was on their feet dancing for hours. I received endless compliments that the music was some of the best wedding music that guests have experienced.

The two things that were most important to me at the reception were music and drinks. Bernadette exceeded all expectations. I highly recommend Bernadette as she will help create the most special night for you and your guests!!!

Every once in a great while you meet someone with extraordinary integrity who delivers on their promises. Bernadette from Party of Nine is such a person. We met Bernadette and her band members before my oldest daughter’s wedding. We had several bands to choose from, but selected the Party of Nine for several reasons.

First, I hit it off with Bernadette. In my view a successful reception can be reduced to great food, a great bar and a great band. Bernadette intuitively understood how important it was to us to have everyone, across all generations, up on the dance floor. Bernadette and the Party of Nine delivered.

Secondly, her testimonials. Anyone who organizes a wedding understands the amount of planning, effort and time it takes to host such an event. Wedding 11.13.21

Party of Nine was amazing from the moment we made contact with them and Bernadette could not have been more professional and accommodating throughout our entire wedding process. We unfortunately had to postpone our 2020 wedding date because of the pandemic and we were nervous about losing vendors to availability in 2021. Though, Bernadette assured us immediately that we would figure it out and make it work. She eased our minds during a stressful time and maintained communication throughout. Her organization and preparation was an extreme help while planning the ins and outs of our wedding day. Bernadette and the Party of Nine Band were amazing during our reception, they were able to play music for all ages and their interactions with our guests kept the dance floor full the entire night. Many of our guests have said how great Party of Nine was and how much fun they had. I would highly recommend Bernadette and the Party of Nine Band for your wedding not only for their incredible musical talents but for their professionalism and preparation. Dancing all night long!

We had seen Party of Nine at a previous wedding and when we got engaged we knew right away that they would be perfect for our special day! Weeks after our wedding, our guests were still raving about this band and how much fun they had dancing until the end of the night.

Bernadette was our point person and she was very detail oriented with our day making sure everything was all set. She was fantastic about answering any of our questions in a timely manner and making everything seamless. We wanted a specific song for our first dance and they were able to learn and play it just like the original which meant so much to us. Especially since we had choreographed it.

Overall, Party of Nine made this an amazing experience that we will always remember and plan to use for another event in the future!

If you haven’t chosen your band yet there is no need to go any further- Party of Nine can not be topped. From our first contact with Bernadette until the last song on wedding night- we never had to worry about a single detail ! Bernadette is full of personality and performs with an energy that is contagious! The band sounded fabulous and kept the crowd involved and dancing! Bernadette kept things on track, organizing the introductions, toasts and first dances as well. She guided my daughter through song selections and helped them plan music for the breaks. AMAZING!! I would recommend to anyone!!!

Party of 9 was INCREDIBLE!! I had been to a few weddings of family and friends who had them at their wedding and they were all so much fun! So when we got engaged, I knew that we needed them at ours too. Not only were they energetic, fun, and entertaining all night long (everyone commented on how good they were!), but planning everything with Bernadette made planning on my end MUCH easier! Bernadette always responded very promptly from the first meeting that we had together. She asked me questions about the flow of the wedding that I never would have even thought of without her! Best decision we made for our wedding!

Booking Party of Nine was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. We had seem them perform at a family wedding prior to ours and new immediately that we wanted them at our wedding as well. Bernadette was great to work with and helped us so much leading up to the wedding. They have a great playlist with so many songs to pick from. THE Most Amazing Band Ever!

From the very beginning we knew this was THE band to hire for our daughter Madison’s wedding on October 3, 2021 !! Bernadette was beyond kind, knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire process leading up to and the set up for the wedding! This band was worth it in a million different ways! Can you say packed dance floor for over 3 straight hours ?!? Her voice ! Their voices ! The quality of the band ! The instrumental solos ! Party of Nine also handled the music before, during and after the ceremony during our cocktail 1.5 hours and they recommended the best stage and dance floor lighting pros as well ! JUST WOW !!! I have had 100’a of calls, texts and messages saying how much everyone, that attended the wedding, loved Party of Nine ! My family and I are dreaming up ways to use them again!! This band was a spectacular highlight to an amazing wedding and the venue, Nottinghill Farm, was the perfect location to enjoy this band both inside and outside as well!! I could go on and on! We all danced so much. We basically let Bernadette and the band chose the best music and we gave them the benefit of knowing people, how to motivate people and how to keep the party rocking - trust me, they absolutely did that! We had over 200 guests and more than 50 people on staff at the event and there was not a single person that was not feeling their incredible vibe !! Absolutely THE best band for any event!! Retirement party bash!

Bernadette and the Party of Nine band was the icing on the cake to make our retirement party a huge success. Everyone raved about the fabulous time they had; saying it was the best retirement party they had ever attended. The music was outstanding, great selections to keep the party moving. Bernadette took the time to inquiry about the guest of honor's favorite songs and orchestrated the night around those choices. Those special touches made everything that more spectacular. The dance floor was hopping! I highly recommend this band. You will NOT regret it. Thank you so much Party of Nine!

All I can say is, Wow! And honestly I’m not sure I have enough words for how amazing Bernadette, and Party of Nine made our Wedding night.
My husband and I, like many other couples got put through the covid ringer, but Bernadette couldn’t have been better and easier to work with!
She took control of the situation and made sure it was perfect. Everything was perfect!
Plain and simple, Bernadette is a boss!
And let me just say, the old school 90s hip hop set was something TikTok worthy! Colt45 and some snoop dog on the sax, was like nothing we’ve ever experienced! And we saw snoop live!

Best wedding band in Buffalo!

I cannot recommend the band Party of Nine enough! Party of Nine is an incredible band and group of people who helped make our wedding the most fun and special night. Regarding planning, Bernadette was amazing to work with. She talked us through the process and was so helpful in answering any questions we had and offering up great suggestions. She was very professional, friendly, and timely with all responses. When we first booked with the band, it was immediately evident that they had truly thought of everything and the entire process of working with them was seamless.

The processional music they played during the ceremony was so beautiful and perfect. The band brought amazing energy to our wedding and the dance floor was full all night! We are still getting compliments to this day from our guests about how impressed they were by Party of Nine and that they were hands down the best wedding band they've seen. Booking Party of Nine for our wedding was the best and easiest decision we made during planning. They are so talented and truly go above and beyond, I cannot say enough positive things about working with them! Huge thank you to Bernadette and Party of Nine for helping to make our wedding absolutely perfect and over the top fun!!

Dance Floor Packed

Wow, just wow! This band was worth ever penny we paid. Bernadette was our point person and helped us plan everything. The dance floor was completely packed all night and the music choices and quality was amazing. I’m still smiling thinking about Party of Nine.

A Night to Remember!

Words can't describe how incredible our wedding day was and majority of that was due to Party of Nine! Being a Covid bride, I had many phone calls and email conversations with Bernadette all of which were nothing but positive and upbeat. We appreciated all the support and flexibility Party of Nine offered as we postponed our wedding 3x. Party of Nine exceeded our expectations and created a night of wonderful memories! Bernadette exhibited immense effort to make our night memorable for all our friends and family with incorporating personal requested touches. The Shout song was our last song and as we looked around the room, we no longer felt like we were at a wedding, but at the best concert ever!! For weeks, we had people non-stop complimenting our wedding with Party of Nine being their favorite part! If you want a night to remember, then you want Party of Nine to be on the dance floor!

Party of Nine is hands down the BEST wedding band in Buffalo. When John and I started to plan our wedding, Bernadette was our first call. This band sets the standard so high, we had countless guests tell us that this was the best wedding dancing they've ever experienced. Our dance floor was packed the entire time. This band knows how to get a crowd moving and ready to party!

Even more, Bernadette was so helpful throughout the wedding process. She was willing to talk with us and plan as much as we wanted. They are true pros, taking care of everything you need. From creating a personalized set list as well as taking care of bridal party entrances and parents dances. They truly have everything covered and know how to run the show.
PO9 consistently goes above and beyond. When we told our wedding venue we had booked PO9, they raved about their experiences with them and how seamless the evening would be.

Thank you for making our wedding day such a special day and bringing the beat. Our advice is to book them now. You won't want to miss out on this incredible band.

Best band in Buffalo!

Bernadette and her crew are AMAZING. My mom and I went to see her play at our Church's picnic prior to her playing at my wedding. Both times the band was absolutely incredible and very professional. They really know how to get a crowd on their feet! My guests were dancing the entire time and there was not a dull moment! Prior to the wedding Bernadette was very reachable and was so patient with my lack of communication (sorry!). She told me what she thought was best but always listened to my wishes first. She is truly a wonderful person and the band is incredible. I would highly recommend Party of Nine for ANY style of event!

Best Band in Buffalo

Let me start by saying, Party of Nine made our wedding! Bernadette, who manages the band and also is the lead singer was incredible to work with throughout the planning process. She was extremely helpful and friendly. We had a few concerns with our ceremony leading up to the wedding and Bernadette assisted in getting us in contact with her set up crew to manage for a very reasonable price. This took a ton of pressure off of myself and family not having to worry about someone controlling the music for the ceremony.

Party of Nine kept the dance floor packed the entire night. We even had a few family members join the band for a few songs. The guests LOVED this and were thrilled to have our family members singing with the band. The entire group is extremely talented and we are so happy we had Party of Nine celebrate our special day with us.

They will make your wedding a blast

When I started wedding planning I knew the most important part was the band. The band is what MAKES the wedding. You need the right people to get people pumped and on the floor. That is exactly what Party of Nine did.

Party of Nine ("P09") has the best energy and most amazing music. They absolutely know how to get the crowd going and out of their seats. During our entire wedding, there were soo many people on the dance floor. They know how to read the crowd and get the group going.

P09 also went above and beyond by including personal touches about the music for us. For example- my husband and I picked our first dance song based on the fact they recorded the song across from our house and they made a point to mention that! There were a few other special songs we wanted people to know about and they made a point to share why it was special to us (NY NY -- we are from NYC; Shout song- we are Bills fans; and the list goes on).

I have not lived in Buffalo for 15 years and was concerned I could not find such an amazing band... I was WRONG! P09 delivered and more!

They were so easy to work with and thought of EVERY single detail needed for our wedding (ie: who does the entrance music? the dinner music? the band break music?)-- and made it soooo easy!!

Often couples use a DJ because they are a bit cheaper--- I highly recommend not going this route. If you want a party and people on their feet or even just sitting and enjoying an amazing concert- you need a band and P09 is the way to go!

25th Wedding Anniversary and Vow Renewal

Party of Nine went beyond our wildest expectations! They are an excellent band that will make any event very memorable! We hired Party of Nine for our 25th Wedding Anniversary and Vow Renewal. Bernadette worked with us throughout the planning process. She worked out every detail with us, so that the evening would run smoothly. Bernadette is very professional and always answered questions that we had promptly. Bernadette also learned two additional songs for our vow renewal ceremony that she sang beautifully solo! The entire evening was incredibly energized and the band kept our guests engaged! Party of Nine made our 25th Wedding Anniversary an exceptional celebration!! We highly recommend Party of Nine!!

Best wedding band in Buffalo!

Party of Nine did not disappoint! The dance floor was packed the entire evening and left us wanting more. The musicians are very talented and know how to give the crowd what they wanted. Their repertoire is vast and varied.
Bernadette is very enthusiastic and professional and replicated our “first dance” music perfectly. For us, it was the highlight of the evening. Mark Marinaccio is a great keyboardist and vocalist too. Great band and I highly recommend them! Our guests are still raving!

The band made my wedding-from intros, the first dances, the continuous dancing (guests dancing/singing on stage with the band) to the very end where everyone was in a circle singing to Piano Man. Bernadette was so great to work with-any questions I had she got back to me ASAP and always made me feel reassured that everything would go off without a hitch-and it did!! After the wedding, guests told me they have never seen a wedding with so much dancing (and the music appealed to EVERYONE). I did not want the band the end, they were AWESOME. They are worth the money!!! You will not regret booking them :)

Party of Nine best wedding band!

My daughter was married on February 23, 2019 in Buffalo, New York and Party of Nine played at the reception. I don't even know where to begin "singing" their praises. We booked the band nearly a year in advance. From the very start Bernadette was wonderful at keeping in touch, explaining the process, following up, answering questions, etc. We needed music for the ceremony which was in a different place than the reception, Bernadette sent her sound man over and took care of that. We wanted music during cocktail hour, Bernadette took care of that. They learned a new song of the bride's choice for the reception. They have an extensive play list that my daughter and her fiancé were able to choose from. They were set up and ready to go before the guests arrived. Absolutely no problems with any of their equipment that would have detracted from their performance. Very, very professional and fun! They had everyone dancing all night and looked like they were having as much fun as we were! Bernadette has a beautiful voice and all of the band members are very energetic. My daughter was going to hire a sound system to save money but her fiancé insisted on a live band. Hands down the best decision made, worth every penny and more. My advice, book early, you don't want to miss out!

Amazing band!

The band Party of Nine was EXCEPTIONAL! Bernadette worked with us throughout all the planning. She played all the music we requested and really made the wedding a BLAST! She spent about an hour on the phone with me the week of the wedding planning out every detail and answering all of my questions. She handled everything including introductions, special dances and fit in all of our requests! The dance floor was NEVER empty! I HIGHLY recommend Party of Nine!

Party of 9 is THE BEST! If you are getting married in Buffalo and want to dance all night, this is the band you need! I went to a wedding in 2016 where Party of 9 played and from that moment on I knew I wanted them to play at my wedding. Within a week of getting engaged we called Party of 9 to see if they had our date available and if they didn't I probably would have changed my date. Bernadette, is extremely organized, professional, personable, and helpful. She made all the planning, payments etc seamless and easy! The band has a large repertoire of songs they know and were willing to learn anything we asked. On the big day, Party of 9 kept the dance floor rocking. We had so many guests tell us after the wedding what an awesome job they did, and one stated "I've never been to a wedding that I couldn't even get on the dance floor". Everyone wanted to dance and party of 9 made sure we did! My husband and I went to 11 weddings this year and absolutely no band compares. One major point we would like to share is that the band took only 1 break over the whole set. This is huge, especially in comparison to other weddings we have attended. We would highly recommend Party of 9 and we hope that they will be playing at a wedding we go to soon!! Thank you Bernadette!!!

A father’s advice … book Party of Nine for your daughter’s wedding!! Plain and simple if you want the most memorable experience for your family and guests, Bernadette and Party of Nine will deliver! Best Wedding Band in WNY

My husband Jason and I were married at Asbury Hall in WNY on 8/3/18 and Party of 9 was our reception band. When we booked Party of 9 we had no idea what an incredible pleasure it would be to have them at our wedding. To say we are thrilled with them is a huge understatement. During the planning they were communicative, professional and very accommodating. I was never left guessing about due dates or set lists. Bernadette was always willing to chat with me about my questions and logistical plans. In fact, we had some specific requests that were met with willingness and corporation. During our cocktail party and pre-dinner music they were incredible at keeping things on schedule and Bernadette did a fantastic job with all of the introductions.

The reception music was absolutely flawless - my husband and I are music teachers and almost everyone at our 200 guest wedding is either involved in teaching or performing music. Every. single. guest. was impressed with their musical abilities. Months later we are still hearing people talk about how much fun they had with our band and how amazing everyone thinks they are. I have never had as much fun as I did on the dance floor at my wedding in my life! The energy never dwindled, the set list was never uninspiring and dull, it was hours of dancing and fantastic music and entertainment and it was a total blast. I can honestly say that this band is in it to make your day as fun and special as possible.

Finding a group that you can have complete faith in is key when choosing your band. If you're looking for a group that you can be absolutely certain will provide you with a fun, vibrant, and energetic experience at your reception and be professional, corporative and communicative during your planning then Party of 9 is the band for you! I cannot recommend them enough!

If you are booking a band for your wedding, look no further.. PARTY OF NINE is all you need. Party of Nine was amazing on our wedding night! We had such a blast. The dance floor was packed ALL night and we had guests requesting to keep playing even after we had to stop. The band was so professional and answered all our questions in a timely manner. We had so many friends and family tell us how amazing the band was and that our wedding was one of the best weddings they have ever been to!! From the cocktail music to playing songs that we requested, the night was AMAZING. We wish we could celebrate our anniversary every year with the same party! We did not want the night to end. Bernadette had everyone moving the ENTIRE night! We had them play during our cocktail hour as well and they played beautifully.

Party of Nine is one of the best bands in Buffalo! We saw them at another wedding (before we were even engaged) and immediately knew we wanted them for our wedding. They were one of the first vendors we booked and made everything else work around the date they had available for us. From the first time I contacted her, Beradette was responsive and professional. She and the guys went above and beyond to meet all of our requests, including learning a brand new song that wasn't easy and not in their usual genre of music.
In addition to performing for the reception, Mark (lead vocals) provided our ceremony music (for a small additional cost). This was really convenient as our ceremony was onsite with our reception.
I highly recommend Party of Nine, worth every penny! They kept the party going, the dance floor was never empty!
If you have a chance, check our one of their public events listed on their website! You won't be disappointed!

Part of Nine absolutely made our wedding and, even more importantly, they made it feel like OUR wedding. It was really important to me and my husband that there be music and dancing throughout the reception, including while guests were waiting for dinner to be served. Although this wasn't the typical style of wedding for Party of Nine, they were open to our vision, worked with us to plan things (including many things we had not even thought of!), made it happen and, in the end, made our night absolute perfection. On top of all this, when a few things came up that we had not planned for, Bernadette was able to be flexible and kept the night going seamlessly. The only thing that could have made the night better would have been a five-minute warning that the night was ending -- we were so busy dancing with ALL of our friends and family on the dance-floor, that we didn't realize that the wonderful night was coming to an end. Fortunately, our friends and family are still talking about the dancing and the band, so we get to keep reliving the night!
