    Wonderful experience

    It was ONE day before my wedding and I realized last minute that there would not be enough tables/chairs for my guests during cocktail hour. I reached out to Party Line in hopes something could be arranged with such short notice. They saved the day and were able to deliver beautiful farmhouse style hightop tables and chairs. It was the perfect addition to our special day. Customer service was exceptional and I would highly recommend using this company for any future events.

    Mike was excellent to work with and did a fantastic job with tent at lyndhurst mansion. Would highly recomend.

    Kenny and Mike at Party Line went above and beyond to make our wedding day truly amazing. From the initial meeting to day of the wedding every this was perfect. The sail cloth tent was truly beautiful. The pictures they showed us did not do it justice. Mike suggested a rustic look to complement our venue and it worked like a dream. The farm tables and chairs fit perfect with our ideal theme. They had everything we needed. Tent, table, lights, A/C. I couldn't believe it. Great people and can't wait to use them again!

    Mike and his team at Party Line Rentals truly made my wedding unbelievably special. The tent looked spectacular, as did the entire inside which was filled with Rentals from Mike: the tables and chairs, band stand, and the fabulous lighting which included string lights lining the entire tent. It was all wonderful and really made the tent look gorgeous. We also loved how the courtyard was set up with string lights and little tables and chairs for our guests to have another area to relax. We were thrilled with the last minute addition of AC, it was a smart decision, as the band had everyone up and dancing the whole evening, which would not have happened if we were all hot and sweaty! Thank you Mike for accommodating everything we wanted and more.

    Great to work with! They delivered everything on time and it all was in great shape. Mike was a pleasure to coordinate with, and we appreciated everything he did to make our day run so smoothly.

    I booked Party Line and had a lot of trouble getting in contact with them after they received my deposit. Did not give me a google feeling, but we'll see how it goes

    AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Due to the nature of our venue, everything we did was ala carte and we were responsible for coordinating with our vendors for the delivery and setup of the rentals. Party Line came highly recommended by my caterer and by the venue. Both of those vendors have since apologized for this.

    Communication leading up to the wedding was spotty and I went weeks without getting a response from Mike. It got to the point where I thought they were going to just blow the wedding off completely. It wasn't until my caterer intervened that I did get a response. The day before our wedding was a nightmare because of them.

    The tent was to be delivered and set up at 9am the day before the wedding. I called several times through the day and was never able to get Mike on the phone. They showed up at 5pm - 8 HOURS LATE! When the tent did arrive, the men who were there to set it up were rude & proceeded to blame their previous client. Unacceptable!

    I emailed Mike & let him know this was not acceptable and I felt he took advantage of us. He magically had the time to talk to me then & called me when I was making the mad dash to get ready for my rehearsal dinner. Suddenly, they had all these extra people they were sending to get the tent put up and assurances were made all would be ready (ps - they weren't ready). Too little, too late.

    The day of the wedding, things were still being set up. It was just too much to deal with the day of the wedding. The on-site technician for the day of the wedding (who we paid extra to have there) didn't seem to show up until the wedding was in full swing. I hadn't seen him beforehand. He came up & introduced himself after the ceremony while we were greeting guests. Uh, thanks? Where were you before the wedding when we needed flaps adjusted?

    The only good thing I have to say about Party Line is that the tent itself was pristine, the lighting kit was great & the tables and chairs were in good condition.

    Worstt plce ever

    I can't even think of words to describe how traumatic was my process with this business. I will try to resume the most I can. I was looking for tents, tables and chairs for my wedding reception that was going to be outdoor. I had a bad feeling about them since the first day I talked to them, I wn to the store and asked for $ for some packages. I chose a package that would be $750 for table, chairs and tents. Only after I had chosen the packaged and was ready to pay they said I could not get the package price because the reception was 28 minutes away and my price would be $1,200 instead of the package price. With no other choice because the time frame was short I decided to pay. after 1 week that I had first paid, I added 2 tents, 6 food pans and 1 dance floor to the order and the total PAID came up for OVER $2,300. When I noticed 1 week before the reception that weather changed inexpertly and it would be raining all day, I went to party line and kindly asked them to change (not refund) the tents to more tables and chairs since I would not use it anymore because we would need to do the reception INDOOR now, and I had already spent so much money with them. let me describe this moment: The first thing that happened when I walked into the store, Missy and Andrea started talking about me and laughing with ironic faces, and I when I told them because of the weather I would have to change the tents for tables and chairs, they said: THEY HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THE WEATHER, THEY COULD NOT CHANGE THE ORDER, THEY WOULD NOT REPLACE ANY ITEM, AND IF I COULD NOT RECEIVE THE TENTS ANYMORE I WOULD LOSE THE ORDER AND THE MONEY PAID ( All that and more being said in a very mean and ironic manner), I begged and explained I had no other choice. I ended up loosing the money I paid for the tents $1000 and when I was ready to pay for the remaining balance of $416, her computer had a problem and my debit card was being decline, I SHOWED MY BANK ACCT APP TO HER to show that I had enough money and her C/C machine must be having an error, she started YELLING at me (in front of everyone) that she would need another card and would no try again that one because she "Didn't trust my card" and if I did not have another one she would cancel the whole order and no deliver. YEP simply as that! she could decided to not delivery and steel my $. I started crying like a baby because I was already stressed because of my wedding, and could not believe how mean they were being with me with no reason. My husband called them and paid. When they finally delivered the tables and chairs, dance floor and food pans, I noticed 2 things: 1 the tables were all VERY DIRTY AND OLD, the chair? omg I literally could not use them! I had to rent chair from somewhere else and lost the money I spent for those chairs. they did not pickup the stuff on Monday as they told and I had to deal with the church manager and explain why they did not pick up the stuff that day (they did not gave us a reason for that.) Conclusion: They made my bride moment, a very traumatic process, they ashamed me, they treated me like garbage for no reason and I NEVER acted disrespectful with them! they stole over $1000 from me, and did not deliver good materials. I could now go to the court and fight to get my money back but honestly, I am so done with them. The only reason why I am spreading this review is because I don't want other people to feel what I am feeling. I hope the owners get to know what they are doing with ppl.

    Terrible experience

    I should have reading the reviews before I use this vendor. Terrible customer service. The sales representative (Andrea) was never available and didn't return any calls. I had to use a bigger tent and they charged me 3x more for it. Other vendors were cheaper but I was too close to the event so I didn't have a choice but use them. They charged to the wrong credit card and wanted to charge me a convenience fee to make changes. They said the tent will be delivered on Thursday after I spoke with one of the managers and they changed the delivery date for Friday morning. Use ANOTHER VENDOR!!! STAY AWWAY! It's not worth the aggravation,
