Delicious wedding cake

Heather is amazing! Our cake tasting was a lot of fun, she had so many good flavors to chose from. We liked them all so much that we decided to use different flavors for each tier. She listened to my vision and made it happen. Such a wonderful experience and I highly recommend!

So delicious!

Our cupcakes turned out so great, only wish we had ordered more! Everyone loved them and we got to have our cutting cake all to ourselves, the flavors were delicious!

She's completely okay with a differently flavor every tier, having origami flowers, and she also will give you a free cake on your one year anniversary as a thank you for getting your wedding cake from her.

I'm so glad I used Party Delights for my wedding cake and cupcakes. All the different flavors I tried were soooooo delicious. The cake was moist and the icing was the perfect level of sweetness. Heather was amazing to work with. She was very personable and flexible. She made the process very easy and she delivered exactly what was promised on time and in perfect condition. I would recommend Party Delights to every bride!

Heather was such a pleasure to work with for our weeding! We decided to have (2) two small round cakes for our wedding; one as our wedding cake and the other a surprise birthday cake for my mother. During the tasting, Heather discreetly took notes on which flavors and decor my mother liked in order to help with the surprise. Not only did the cakes taste absolutely delicious, but I showed her pictures of my wedding colors and cake decor and she really delivered! I highly recommend using Party Delights for your Wedding or any event that needs tasty treats.

Heather did an amazing job with our wedding cake! She was able to produce exactly what I envisioned, and it tasted amazing on top of that! We got so many compliments on our cake and I would recommend her wholeheartedly. She was easy to communicate with and was extremely flexible with meeting our needs.

We used party delights for our wedding cupcakes and two tier cake to cut and were not disappointed at all! Everything was delicious and beautiful...the red velvet cupcakes were to die for and were gone very fast! Definitely recommend Party Delights for your next cake/cupcake service at your event!

We absolutely love the cupcakes we ordered for our wedding! The guest could not stop talking about how delicious they were and how beautifully the top tier cake was decorated. From the moment my fiancé and I met Heather we knew we would have a beautiful cake. Heather did an amazing job with our cake and it looked as beautiful as i had envisioned. My guests are still talking about how delicious our cake was.

Heather was wonderful to work with, extremely nice, accommodating with my wedding needs and her cake prices were very affordable! We had a private tasting with so many flavors that were to die for! It was almost impossible to choose! She designed a gorgeous 3 tiered cake for our wedding with 3 different cake flavors and icing flavors. The cake was moist and oober delicious! I highly recommend using Party Delights for your wedding cake, grooms cake or any occasion that you might need a cake!

A lot of our guests told us it was the best wedding cake that they've ever had! It was also great working with Heather and she made logistics and everything really easy. Would totally recommend!

Heather was so wonderful and pulled through to deliver our wedding cake and cupcakes - even with Hurricane Matthew !! All of our guests continue to say how great the cake/cupcakes were, also the cake turned out beautifully ! I would highly recommend Heather to anyone looking for quality service and someone you can really depend on!

Party delights offered options and personal service that most of the other cake venders that we visited did not offer. We got a great wedding cake that I do not think that we would have gotten with anyone else.

She was absolutely awesome! My fiancé absolutely enjoyed the cake tasting! I came down with a cold right before our testing, but she sent me home with fresh samples to try for when I got better. She was beyond professional, warm, and very welcoming! Can't wait to see the finished product on our wedding day! Thanks Heather!

Heather is absolutely amazing! I had a different cake designer hired and was told two weeks before the event that she wouldn't be able to do it. Heather was responsive and very helpful! She accommodated to our needs and give us great recommendations. Her service is phenomenal and she even added finishing touches to our cake upon its arrival!!

I really enjoyed working with Custom Party Delights! Her cakes are great! She had an unusual stand that I loved for the decor I was using! She color coded the cupcake holders according to the different flavors we chose, and provided a sign for the guests! She was great to work with!

If you are looking for a cake that is both beautiful and delicious, go with Heather. She is fabulous and her cakes are to die for. We initially planned for a 4 tier cake, but took it down to 3 when our guest count solidified. Our flavors were chocolate with a cookies and cream filling, lemon with a raspberry filling, and a maple cake with cinnamon filling that was AMAZING. The tasting was tough because everything was so good! Timely delivery to the venue and decorated beautifully with flowers and our cake topper. Highly recommend.

Heather provided outstanding service and a beautiful cake and cupcakes for my recent wedding. Every detail that we discussed was incorporated into the cake design and the taste was fantastic. Heather (Party Delights) was awesome! Our wedding cake was both beautiful AND delicious...everyone enjoyed it. WOW! I could not have asked for a more perfect cake. It was exactly what I was looking for and more! Thank you so much Heather for creating such a beautiful cake! And to top it all off, it was DELICIOUS. I made a point to make sure I got to enjoy a piece of cake before it was all gone and everyone loved it! We loved the cake Heather made for us! It was absolutely (ABSOLUTELY!) gorgeous and so delicious. She makes the fondant herself, which was honestly almost as good as her incredible frosting. She was a joy to work with, and the best at what she does. We would recommend her to anyone!

Heather is a rock star baker whom I have worked with for years with my event planning and design company. When my oldest son got engaged, she was definitely one of the bakers I wanted them to talk to. Heather took my Vintage Romance theme and absolutely blew us out of the water with her design. Right down to covering the cake with a lace pattern and even an edible cameo! The bride and groom were just over the moon with the look, but the taste was just as remarkable. I am never disappointed with Heather and her work.

She even went above and beyond, and in ONE day, created a second cake that we were expecting to get from another bakery but wasn't to specifications, and made the bride's day by doing so. That is the mark of true professional! I cannot recommend Party Delights enough!!!!

Like the wedding cake a lot!!!!
It tastes as amazing as it looks like. I have a small size wedding so we chose the cupcakes for the guests and a small cutting cake on top. Heather did a wonderful job with both cupcakes and cutting cake!!!

The cake we ordered from Details Cake Design was beautiful and delicious! Kaiya was delightful to work with, professional, courteous, and reasonably priced. It was more important to me that our cake tasted great, but she nailed it on all three... gorgeous... delicious... and not too expensive. You should definitely choose her for a real, made from scratch wedding cake that's also pretty. Thanks Kaiya for helping to make my wedding day awesome.

my wedding cake was the most beautiful cake I've ever seen. I took a picture from Pinterest of what I thought was my dream cake. Heather took that and make an even more beautiful cake. It was also extremely delicious. I'm a little sad more pieces weren't saved for me. She listened to every question I had and answered it perfectly. The cake testing was so amazing, I would do that part again for sure. She makes some good cakes. I would HIGHLY recommend her. One concern. At the wedding we were supposed to have a cake and two sheet cakes, but I was told we got a cake and a sheet cake and then another round bottom piece cake. I'm not sure I got exactly what we paid for. We are going to call heather and figure it out. But it really wasn't a big deal. It's been almost a month since my wedding and people are still talking to me about my gorgeous and delicious cake. Thanks heather! I loved it!!

Heather made it very easy for us to choose her business for our wedding!! She was such a pleasure to work with! She provides multiple cake and icing flavors to mix and match for your needs. 5 stars are not enough for Party Delights! Heather was amazing to work with. She is creative, kind, flexible, responsive, and a delight to be around. We had a concept, and she completely turned it into reality. Our wedding was 2 weeks ago and people are still raving about the delicious cupcakes, which were chosen simply because my husband and I could not decide on only a few flavors for our wedding cake! They were all so delicious, we decided to do 5 different combinations! We also had a cake that looked absolutely beautiful and allowed us to project digital images onto it! If you are looking for a baker who is professional, easy to work with, affordable, and creative, Heather at Party Delights should be your first choice.

Heather at Party Delights was AMAZING to work with. Her cakes and frosting/fillings are some of the best I have ever had. She was very flexible to work with. We weren't too sure of many of the details and time for cake drop off because we were just going to the courthouse. She worked with us with all of the details. When we went for the cake tasting my husband fell in love with the combination of red velvet cake with lime frosting (weird I know). She made him a little side cake so he could have his flavor combination. My cake was everything I could ask for and more. I will be using her in the future for more cakes.

Heather is awesome! I met her at her house with her adorable son and her dream-kitchen. She miraculously works out of her home as the most talented stay-at-home-mom I know.
She made a cutting cake (GORGEOUS) for us, and 124 cupcakes (5 different flavors) for our guests. Her cupcakes are 100x better tasting than your Gigis or Cupcake Shoppe icing towers. They were a great ratio of cake/icing and she even used our colors for the wrappers.
You will not be disappointed if you choose Mrs. Singleton and her Party Delights ;)

Heather is an absolute doll and a pleasure to work with! The cake tasting was phenomenal and the only baker we went to. We tried cakes at bridal shows, but it just wasn't the same...everything seemed so "commercial" and ordinary. When we went to visit Heather she had two plates, one full of different cakes and one full of different icings. When I saw this I knew I was in heaven. :) This allowed us to mix and match the flavors, all of the combinations were amazing. We had a hard time narrowing it down so we ended up doing a cake and cupcakes. From start to finish Heather was very friendly and professional. Everything was absolutely delicious and we received rave reviews from all of our guests at our wedding. Heather will be my go to cake baker from now on. Thank you so much for everything, you made our day special and one we won't forget.

Heather was such a delight to work with - she was quick to respond to inquiries and flexible in her scheduling. Not to mention, her cakes were delicious - truly moist (not like the usual dry wedding cake), and her buttercream is perfection. Loved her unique cake tasting - letting you pair different cakes and frostings together in one sitting, rather than pre-selected stacked cakes. She is beyond reasonably priced, too. I would use her services again in a heartbeat!!

We had Heather at Party Delights make cupcakes and a small one-tiered personal cake for our wedding on May 25, 2014, and could not have been ANY happier with the results! I brought my mom to our initial consultation appointment, which was very relaxed and enjoyable. Heather is not only insanely affordable, but is also incredibly sweet and talented! She has lots of flavor combinations to choose from and will let you taste them all when you make an appointment (come hungry!). We wanted our cupcakes to be elegant, yet simple, and she did just that! She let us choose up to 5 flavors and every one of them was delicious! Our guests were raving about them, as was my husband, who doesn't even like cake! Our personal cake was perfect too! She created a beautiful monogram on the front, which made for some really beautiful photos. Thank you Party Delights for contributing to our magical wedding night!

Heather with party delights was amazing. Provided support, suggestions and was very cost friendly. I never once worried or had anxiety regarding my wedding cake. The cake was so beautiful that I didn't want to cut into it. However, when we did finally cut it, it was so delicious that I ate my piece and my new husband's piece! The wedding cake was the smoothest part of our entire wedding planning process. The only thing better than Heather's cakes is Heather herself. She is wonderful to work with and it was a blessing to find her when we were planning our wedding!

Heather was so great to work with. We had a huge issue with our original cake baker, and after that it was wonderful how easy Heather was to do business with. Her icing flavors are delicious, and my husband and I loved doing the tasting. At the wedding everything looked and tasted amazing. We could not have been happier with our cake and cupcakes. We were so happy with our decision to have Heather bake our cake and cupcakes for our wedding! We really liked our initial consultation with Heather and how she brought all of the cake and icing flavors for us to try and decide which pairings we liked best. She went out of her way to help make our cake/cupcakes unique and found special wrappers and flowers to match our wedding decor. Most of the compliments that we received regarding our wedding related to the cupcakes. They were a huge hit, and everyone loved all of the flavor choices!

Where to start!! Heather's cakes are simply AWESOME!!!!! Heather was recommended to us by a friend. We decided to set up a consult and fell in love from the first bite. The cake was definitely no box/store bought cake. Everything was fresh (cake and icing) and oh boy all the choices to choose from!! We loved her unique flavors and pairings. Her personality was just grand! We felt like we were more than just clients purchasing a cake. She was very flexible and worked to make our vision for our cake come to life. We booked right there on the spot, we hadnt even confirmed a venue or date but we had A CAKE!! Heather also provided us with cupcakes instead of a grooms cake and they were also a huge hit!! Heather is very flexible, she met us a Panera bread, halfway between our two locations and brought all the delicious cake tasting materials with her in multiple flavor combinations. It was super fun and easy. I told her my design ideas for our wedding cake and she made it happen. Our cake was absolutely gorgeous and delicious and she delivered it right to the venue. She also designed and made our Groom's cake which was very detailed and artistic and made personal to us.

Party Delights made cupcakes for my bridal shower and wedding as well as my husband's groom cake and we have not one complaint. Working with Heather was amazing from the taste testing of her amazing flavors of cake and icings to seeing the most creative baseball field cake (our groom's cake) I've ever seen. Originally, we hired a baker who filed bankruptcy and took our deposit a few months after we hired her which left us skeptical about finding a new baker, but Heather was sensitive, reliable, professional and gave us every reason to trust her and we have no regrets! Our wedding cake was amazing!!! My husband and I plan to use Party Delights for all of our upcoming family events and several guests at our wedding are now planning to use Party Delights for their events as well.

But it wasn't just the end product that earned a 5 star review....The price was affordable, communication was easy and responsive, scheduling for tasting was flexible and the cake tasting was FUN! The hardest part was picking what flavors to use b/c they all tasted so great....we ended up picking 4 different flavors b/c it was so hard to decide! All the cake flavors were delicious! It wasn't a problem when I had a specific flavor I wanted either! (I would recommend pumpkin to anyone who loves pumpkin!) Heather was extremely professional and responsive to what I was wanting in my wedding cake. It was like she could read my mind! When I got to the clubhouse where we had our wedding ceremony & reception and saw my cake for the very first time, sitting on the table that I had planned for it to be, I lost it. Those were the first& only tears(happy tears of course) that were shed that day. It was more beautiful than I could ever have imagined it to be, maybe because it was mine, but when you plan your wedding you only have a visual in your mind as to how you think it is all going to turn out. We had our wedding in downtown Raleigh a couple of weeks ago. Heather who owns party delights in Raleigh was amazing! She dropped the cake off at the venue when I asked and set it up beautifully. I had guests at the wedding tell my husband and I, that our wedding cake was the most delicious they have ever had at a wedding! My husband and I had some later that night and the guests were right, so moist and flavorful. It also looked so gorgeous. It was exactly what I wanted! I have been to several weddings and by far the best cake ever! Not dried out or flavorless at all!! Another bonus about the cake, is that Heather has great prices. The best I've seen in the Raleigh area. I will be recommending her to others!!

Heather and Custom Party Delights provided a wedding cake (and groom's cake) for our big day that have left guests talking. Heather took the picture I provided her and precisely replicated it to produce the perfect wedding cake that I was hoping for. For the groom's cake, there was no picture, only an idea floating around in my head and yet again, she produced perfect results and exactly what I had envisioned. The taste of her cakes equaled, if not out shown, their looks. They were moist and beyond delicious and there was not a slice left at the end of our wedding. Heather was amazing. When we met her for the tasting she was fun, professional, open, and honest. Even when I was skeptical of what her and my groom were deciding, she took out colored pencils to help give me a better visual. I was sold!!!!

We also had a never ending line for cake because everyone would not stop eating it!!! I loved the cake, the cake pops, and the cupcakes. She really helped to make our dreams come true!!!

Heather Singleton provided EXACTLY what we wanted. We were having trouble with our current cake vendor and was able to book with Custom Party Delights in less than a month. Heather was very patient and was delighted to provide her services.

The cake tasting was perfect, plus her large variety of fillings made a huge difference.

I am NOT a fan of fondant at all, but after tasting Heather's fondant I was hooked. She DOES NOT use the traditional fondant that taste like chalk (she uses marshmallow with powered sugar) which made it edible.

Heather was excellent! Very patient and flexible. The cake was as gorgeous as it was delicious. Very flavorful, moist came out prettier than I couldve imagined!!!

Heather is AMAZING! Not only did our cake look wonderful but everyone loved the flavors we selected. Not everyone is a fan of fondant, but even some who are not loved the taste of the cake. I had an idea for a surprise grooms cake to be presented to my hubby right after we cut the cake and Heather made my vision come to life. If you have photos or can draw out what you are looking for, chances are she can create it AND make it taste good. Thanks Heather for making such an important part of our wedding so beautfiul and tasty! :)

Heather was a delight to work with, she was very professional and did an amazing job on both our wedding anniversary cake, and our custom designed "Deer head" grooms cake! Not only gorgeous, but delicious! I plan to use her again in the future to add the extra flair she provides to make our events extra special!

The cake provided was both beautiful and delicious. The guests loved the look of the cake and devoured most of it within half an hour after it was cut. Heather was quick to respond to e-mails and willing to work with us to give us what we wanted. I would definitely work with her again for an event like this.

Heather was such a pleasure to work with. She did our groom's cake and wedding cake. Both were scrumptious and designed exactly the way we wanted. She provided us with the perfect, most delicious cakes and worked with us to ensure we got exactly what we wanted!

I loved all or the different options from cake flavors to icing flavors she was a pleasure to work with and I plan on ordering more cakes from her in the future! I recommend Party Delights to anyone that wants great cake or cupcakes and an amazing price!

Heather was extremely helpful in the entire cake planning process. She sat down with us and was able to answer all of our questions while also providing helpful recommendations based on previous weddings. Our cake and cupcakes turned out great! All of our guests loved them and we loved the price!

Heather was easy to work with and very responsive. It was very comforting to have the tasting in her home and see where she cooks. Our guests were more than pleased with the cake and cupcakes and we were glad our wedding cake didn't taste like a sheet cake from Costco. Be sure to try the honeybun flavor! It's to die for!!

Heather is an amazing baker and artist! I will never find the words to thank her enough for the beautiful wedding cake she made us. We got the chance to pick a different flavor combination for each of the 4 tiers so we could show our personality with our wedding cake and offer options for our guests. We got married at the Oaks at Salem in Apex and the groom's suite overlooks the reception hall where the cake was on display. Heather decorated the cake on site and since he could see the cake from the Groom's Suite, my husband really enjoyed watching our cake come together. Heather bakes the cakes out of her house, not a shop. Going to her house for a tasting was a pleasant experience and the visit was handled very professionally. Since she does make the cakes out of her own home I found that the cakes offered by Party Delights were not only equally as beautiful as any local bakery, they were much more reasonably priced.

Hands down, Party Delights is the perfect choice for any event. Heather's cakes are delicious and beautiful (the pictures speak for themselves). You could never go wrong with Party Delights.

Heather is an underrated gem in the cake world. I do not understand how she is not the top cake person in this area. Her works are pieces of art and more importantly, they also taste fantastic! She is flexible and able to keep a cool head in a crisis. Check out her work on facebook, it made me increasingly more excited as my wedding approached when I saw how beautiful all of her other cakes were!
