Worth every penny

Parties By Pat @ Crandon Golf Key Biscayne was an incredible wedding experience for us. From beginning to end, Violet, the event manager was accessible, attentive and offered personal suggestions based on our vision and personalities. We got married in March 2022 with 150 people with a "Tropical Elegance and Garden Formal theme" . We had the ceremony on the golf course, dance floor outside + upstairs under the twinkle lights, buffet dinner inside the restaurant, and an awesome lounge area on the bottom platform. The day of staff were notably experienced and passionate about making sure my husband and I were comfortable all night. From the moment we entered our party, they were waiting to take our drink order and during dinner had our plates ready at our sweetheart table cut up into bite size pieces. I could go on, and on about all the amazing touches Parties By Pat added, but the biggest for me were trust and peace of mind knowing their team was going to deliver. I havent even begun talking about the food quality or taste yet. If you're a foodie and want your guests to remember a delicious wedding, then definitely look no further. I am still dreaming about the food options we had, and they even made a special menu for the amount of vegan/gluten-free requirements we had for a number of our guests. All of our bridal party pix on the golf course during sunset ceremony came out stunning and our portrait photos along the bay and Miami skyline were perfection. Being able to use one of the golf carts to ride off into the sunset for our pix was fun and helped enhance our experience as well. Because we were the only ones at the venue and were isolated on Key Biscayne we didn't have to worry about noise levels, parking availability or competing with other parties for attention. It is easy to understand why Parties By Pat have been so successful for 20+ years! Lastly, I want to thank Violet again for her suggestion to have "to-go" Krispy Kremes at the end of the night before we got back on our shuttle busses for the hotel. It was a hit. Our vision was exceeded, I'm still floating in gratitude and amazement at how well everything turned out, and our friends and family are still talking about the venue, food, bar menu and dessert station.

Miracle workers

The company directors Violet and Jose are the ultimate professionals and thanks to their effort, diligence and ability to quickly reorient we were able to have the wedding of our dreams.
The weather was horrendous to have our ceremony on the beach across the street from Crandon Golf Club and literally last minute they together with decorator Myrna from Taylor Event & Floral Design reorganized and moved all the extensive decor, chairs and handled guests on their premises at the golf course.
By the time I arrived I couldn’t believe the beauty and organization - it looked like a dream.
The food was excellent, ambiance on the terrace and wait staff elegant.
They have a huge amount of experience, flexibility and options for decor to make virtually any vision possible!
We are grateful to have such a wonderful wedding put together and executed flawlessly in spite of difficulties.
Thanks guys!!

Ps. When hiring a decorator/ florist we initially made a mistake to go with a man named Alberto from Flowers Unlimited whom you should never hire under any circumstances. Always get Myrna- super pro and she also does complete wedding planning.

Exceptional food and service!!

Parties by Pat provided the highest quality service and food for our wedding! Our guests even had seconds. The buffet was set up so nice, the guests loved the option of high quality sides and meats to choose from. The servers did a great job in assisting guests as well I recommend them to anyone needing catering, and of course we recommend the Crandon Golf Course at Key Biscayne.

Fantastic Caterers!

Amazing caterers. Violet was very professional, prompt, and organized in the entire planning process. The catering team was phenomenal. Food was excellent and cooked to the perfect temperature. Staff was very welcoming, approachable, and all around great service. They exceeded our expectations and made our rehearsal dinner a huge hit. We are still hearing from guests that the quality of food and service was beyond amazing.

Best food and service, hands down!

Don’t sleep on this caterer. Jose and Nancy went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with each detail of our wedding. They addressed every concern and quickly responded to every email and phone call we made every step of the way. Every single guest had nothing but raving reviews about the food, which was to die for! I will have them in mind for any big party I ever throw together.

Let me start with saying BIG THANK YOU to Violet and Jose for making our wedding day perfect. Their attention to details and experienced recommendations blew us away. Violet’s hands on guidance made all the difference. They very personable and very accommodating. We had a lot of requests and they attended every single one of them and were not shy to go all out. We had a lot of concerns especially with the weather but they did a great job at putting us at ease.
The place was intimate, charming, and very picturesque.
The food was Mischelin top quality. Our guests could not stop talking about the presentation and deliciousness of it.
The servers and bartenders made sure there were no empty glasses at any time.
Extra special thank you to Violet for always being there and treating us like family. Because of Violet neither us or our guests will ever forget our wedding. AMAZING!!!

I can't say enough about Parties by Pat and Violet. They made our wedding absolutely amazing!!! They are the most helpful, nice, thoughtful, and flexible people I know. We enjoyed our party so much and felt at ease always knowing they were taking care of us. We knew it was going to be great, but that day they really went above and beyond for us and it was just incredible how they made things even better! I would 100% recommend them always for all your events and for weddings absolutely! They were in constant communication with us and made all our wishes a reality! Simply the best!

The place is gorgeous and the service amazing! Violet is the best!!! Always atentive and flexible...It wasn't easy o plan the wedding from far away, but she made it easy!!!
The wedding went perfect, in spite of the rain, and everybody had a great time!!!

I did not have a wedding at The Links, this was my 50th Birthday party. I had 120 people though so it felt like a wedding. I cannot say enough amazing things about this location. The best part is dealing with Violet who made everything so smooth, easy and perfect. People were amazed at how beautiful the place looked and thought I'd worked like crazy to get it all done when in fact I on;y has 2 meetings with Violet and she took off and did everything we discussed. I literally walked in with my purse and dancing shoes because she did it all. I live on Key Biscayne and all people kept telling me was that this was the best party they had ever been to on the Key. AND IT WAS!!!!!
My cousin got married here last year and it was also perfect and magical.

I have nothing but good things to say about Parties by Pats. Violet and her team were nothing short of amazing. She was very receptive to what I wanted, and she always accommodated my requests. I found Parties by Pats when I chose my wedding venue at Crandon Golf Course, Key Biscayne. On the day of the wedding, Violet and her team prepared a beautiful venue. The table arrangements were beautiful and exactly what I wanted. The dessert station was beautifully set up. The cocktail area was more than expected and included an cheese/appetizer table and mojitos. The service was wonderful, waiters for very attentive. Everyone at the wedding let me know how delicious the Hors d'oeuvres and main course were. Overall, I am very pleased in finding this venue and vendor. I highly recommend to anyone looking for quality of services and affordability. Violet and team were very easy to work with and made the whole process as stress free as possible. Thank you Parties by Pats for your professionalism and dedication, you truly made my wedding day special.

Where do I start...Jose and Violet are absolutely amazing! They are so easy to work with. Jose is quick to respond, very patient, and between him and Violet gave us the most absolutely perfect wedding day. They have a large selection of food to choose from and it is delicious! We got so many compliments on the food at our wedding. There was a variety and everyone was very happy with the food. The staff that also works with them is great! Very professional and they went above and beyond to make sure our wedding day went perfect. I cannot say enough great things about them. They also have a very nice restaurant/ venue Fairways on Key in Key Biscayne. Definitely recommend as a venue and catering company. Thank you Jose and Violet!

This was a corporate event and I had to do was make one single phone call. They handled everything. It was a huge load off of my mind and turned out beautifully!!! I can't say enough and the compliments we got were just outstanding.

Parties by Pat is great! In addition to catering my Wedding, they also catered my engagement party. At both events, my guests had nothing but positive things to say about the food and service! The only concern we had with the staff during the wedding is that the bar tenders had a tip jar out when they were being tipped by us and were informed we didn't want tip jars out. As soon as we saw the tip jar and asked for it to be removed, it was.
Violet, and the rest of the team is great to work with. She is responsive and flexible. She was able to execute our vision and offered her expertise for many aspects of the wedding, many of which expanded beyond catering. She was with us every step of the way and provided us with excellent referrals for lighting and decor.
I will be using Parties by Pat for any events I have in the future.

I am the owner of Party Connection DJs. I recently worked a very nice wedding at a beautiful venue, catered by Parties by Pat. The bride and groom were really sweet people, and the guests were great. There were some challenges throughout the evening with keeping everyone sticking to the timeline, and numerous distractions and changes of plans that served to sort of derail the carefully planned flow of events. I kept in constant contact with the Parties by Pat staff during the event - particularly Carlos - to keep a handle on what's next, what's going to happen when, salad service, toasts, dinner service etc. Even though the timeline went out the window, and "what's next" seemed to be changing every few minutes, the Parties by Pat staff never got flustered, lost their cool, or complained about the delicious and carefully prepared food being served much later than the original scheduled time (through NO fault of their own!). We coordinated beautifully to make things happen "behind the scenes" and the Parties by Pat staff was so very integral in making sure the evening was a big success. As a professional in the wedding industry myself, I cannot say enough good things about my experiences with Parties by Pat. Big shout out to Jose Martinez who oversaw the entire catering end of things and made it look effortless. Two thumbs up!

We contracted with Parties by Pat for the engagement party as the wedding will be in Virginia. They did an amazing job. True professionals. The food was excellent, the DJ was outstanding, the presentation was beautiful and the staff went above and beyond to make it a great evening. I would tell the couple to work with Violet Baxendale and to tell her what they want and their budget, then listen to her advice and suggestions. They won't go wrong.

The warmth of the staff and the quality of the food was superb. My guests spontaneously commented on how lovely they were. They were very considerate and cost conscious. The sun setting over the golf course was magical. I made the best choice in having my party there.

From beginning to end, the attention to detail and concern for the clients' satisfaction was the evident driving force of their services. Please be assured that when you hire Parties by Pat you will be well taken care of. The staff was amazing. The food was delicious and the cake is by far the best cake we have had. We were very happy with the services we received from Parties By Pat for our wedding. They were very accommodating- even with unexpected last minute changes. Violet and her crew at Parties by Pat went above and beyond for our wedding weekend. I planned the wedding at Fairways on the Key in Key Biscayne, FL while living in Virginia/North Carolina, and that would not have been possible without their amazing customer service and great attitudes. I brought all of the decorations (Parties by Pat provided linens, chairs, etc from the rental company), and they set up everything even better than I had been picturing it as I purchased things. The venue was absolutely stunning. Violet also recommended our florist who was fantastic. She added so many nice touches such as lemonade and ice water for guests as they arrived (on the warm/sunny day). The service staff was so kind and helpful - they all had smiles on their faces and were happy to help any of our guests with their needs.
And of course I can't forget to talk about THE FOOD! Incredible. SO many compliments from guests, and many people went back for seconds. We had the Miami station and the Pasta station - both were so yummy. My new husband and I even made sure we got a full plate (I know that doesn't often happen for the couple!) because we remembered how delicious it was at the tasting session.
Couldn't have asked for anything more - it really was our dream wedding!

It was a true pleasure working with the event professionals at Parties by Pat for my wedding. The staff was always responsive and very creative with different options for food, rentals and set up ideas. I had my wedding at Crandon Golf and they took care of preparing the entire cocktail area (outside) and reception area (inside). They also helped me get in touch with flower, cake, photo booth and liquor vendors and coordinated all the equipment rental that was needed for the tables and the band. They even had a contact for an ice structure vendor that turned out to be a beautiful addition (Open Clam Shell with Monogram) that added elegance to the Seafood station during the cocktail hour. They were even nice enough to coordinate golf carts for the photographer and the couple to take advantage of the Crandon greens. It was truly amazing and a night I will never forget! Thank you Parties by Pat!!!

I can go on and on about Parties by Pat. First FABIAN!!! Amazing! He came in as I got rid of my party planner and helped me in areas that were not complete. He kept me on track with what needed to be done and guided me with design ideas when I was overwhelmed. He was personable, friendly and timely!! He assisted with preparing a menu to accommodate the preference of my party and the food was outstanding I tell you! Everything. It rained on my wedding and at the last minute this company improvised and turned my outdoor wedding/reception to and indoor ceremony/reception. I had no ideas these preparations/changes had been made and it appears that they went over without a hitch! Everything looked as if it was planned that way! The staff were also friendly, helpful, professional. Thank you all for everything.

I strongly recommend Parties by Pat. We worked with Jose who was very nice and professional. He was very helpful in assisting us in choosing our wedding menu. He also made sure that the day of the wedding everything was perfect and it truly was!! Everything came out absolutely beautiful and we have Jose and his team to thank!

As for the food... The food was amazing. We received many compliments about the food from our guests. Many said it was the best food they had had at a wedding. One of the "wow" factors was the mashed station during the cocktail hour. Definitely something to add to the appetizers.

If you choose Parties by Pat, you will definitely not regret it!

I have worked with Parties by Pat for 15 plus years for small and large business events and have always been pleased. I decided to have my wedding at their venue. We cannot say enough great things about Violet, the coordinator from Parties by Pat. From the moment we met her, we instantly clicked. She was extremely accommodating and a pleasure to work with. She is great at what she does, and is so very helpful which is so comforting when going through the wedding planning process. Their staff at our reception were professional, courteous and cheerful. The owner Jose is a pleasure to work with as well. The food at our reception from start to finish was amazing and the way they set up our food stations was so beautiful and perfectly inline with our theme. We felt Violet and her team truly cared about us and about making our reception exactly what we wanted.

We had our 2013 company Christmas party at the same location with this vendor and had such a stress-free experience that I chose them again for our 2014 event. The outcome this time around was greater since we had already established a relationship. The service provided by the entire team is excellent, the food is top of the line for the right price, and the venue is beautiful. There is no other place in Miami like this one. I highly recommend it!!!

Everything arrived on time.
The chairs were not clean. But when you put the Chair pads you don't see the dirt on the white chairs.
The Linen was very clean and the Overlays and runners were beautiful.
I really like the rental company the people there are fantastic.

The team that was sent to my event is an asset to the company. Its a team husband and wife (I believe his name is Javier and he is from Peru). I was running at the very last minute and he gave a piece of mind and when I saw the party room, everything looked beautiful. My event was at 7 but my family showed up 45 minutes early prevetning bad traffic and he was conceredn but kept calm and minutes later all was in place.

My only request for next time: more coffee.-

I would first like to say that my husband and I had a very difficult time with choosing (and keeping) caterers. As we were planning our Miami wedding from Chicago, we needed our caterer to be efficient, accessible, and honest. We also needed our caterer to be a one-stop shop, as we could not manage many vendors. After firing two other catering companies, we were referred to Parties By Pat through a friend. Our first phone conversation with Jose was refreshing. He was very knowledgeable about our venue and timely with drafting a proposal. Jose was also very accessible, as he would respond to all emails and phone calls promptly. On our wedding day, our venue was decorated beautifully and the food was AMAZING! Our guests are still talking about it! If you are looking for a professional and dependable catering service, definitely consider Parties by Pat.

I worked with Jose over the course of a year and on the day of my wedding I was so pleased with how everything turned out. My guests came back and told me that they went back for second servings. The bartenders were fantastic and we enjoyed everything. We even got to take the left over food home!

Jose was very accommodating- he was able to meet with us several times prior to the wedding, set up a great tasting for all of us, and gave several different options for both passed appetizers and the meal. We went with a double entree and everyone loved the food!

Words cannot describe how amazing everything turned out for my wedding. I primarily worked with Violet, who was 110% attentive to everything we wanted. We were working with her long distance for a majority of the planning process, but in the end, every part of the wedding -- the food, service, atmosphere -- was beyond anything we ever imagined. We couldn't be happier with Jose and his catering service. He is so easy to work with and flexible with any last minute changes. The food was AMAZING, I think one of the highlights of the wedding.. and although I didn't get to try all of the hors d'oeuvres, we truly enjoyed every bite of our dinner. Some guests even told me that it was the best steak they've ever had! I also used Parties by Pat for the rentals, and had to rent a tent last minute, which they were able to supply and set up from the day before. The wedding was truly magical and would recommend Parties by Pat in a heartbeat! Thank you for your delicious food and outstanding service.

I was upset that the they were not ready when the guest arrived. They were told the party was at 7 and the party started at 6.

The quality of the food was not great. The steak with chimicurri sauce was cold, not room temperature, but cold, there was a rolled up something (was supposed to be duck) was so empty it was a bit embarrassing to me. The ceviche was excellent.
And the food was too spicy. Almost no one had the egg roll looking things because it was just too spicy.

I would recommend this vendor but with special instructions as to what to demand.

The party we had was an "All American BBQ" to introduce our friends from the UK to our friends in South Florida. We have used Parties by Pat for YEARS. We love them. The planning is so easy and the people so friendly. The staff who attend to prep and help (I hate calling them staff because we have become so close) are quick to set up, friendly and professional to our guests (people always comment) set the most beautiful buffets and are so attentive to me and the guests. Not to mention, the house is left in great shape.
A quick example why we will use no other company other than Parties by Pat is that the BBQ was to be cooked and held outside. It POURED. Nancy and Carlos called us and actually found a tent and they brought it! We were still able to cook outside and the two of them saved the day.
They are the best!

Parties by Pat did an EXCELLENT job on an incredibly unique (and challenging) wedding. They were accommodating despite our outlandish ideas (it was medieval themed). Violet & Nancy did a superb job - and gave us realistic expectations and ideas. We cannot recommend them enough, especially if your venue is the Key Biscayne Beach Club (make sure you allow John Carr to put out the lights and the dance floor - worth it). Also - consider Lilly's Munchies for your cakes!
