Boquetes and boutonnieres

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! My original florist backed out on me right before the wedding and I was a very anxious/ a stressed out bride. I found park place from a friend and they quickly responded! They did bouquets for me and my bridesmaids and boutonnieres for all of the groomsmen! (14 total) They were absolutely gorgeous and exactly what I had asked for! The owner was also super accommodating, easy to work with, and the flowers were very affordable! Highly recommend to anyone who needs florals!!

Amazing Florist!!

As with every wedding this year, things were not as planned. Tracy was amazing to work with and when we had to downsize the wedding she was right there to help and figure out how to best serve us. Easiest part of the wedding was the flowers because of how talented she is. I 100% recommend everyone doing their floral arrangements from this company. Affordable and genuinely care about you!

Outstanding!

5 stars!!! Tracy was very joyful and energetic to work with and put up with my changing ideas and adding additional flowers very close to last minute with a smile on her face. She took my thoughts and threw in fantastic ideas of her own that went right along with my theme. She had everything set up at the venue and ready to go before I even arrived, and I was blown away with the pure gorgeousness of her flowers. The colors were vibrant and the flowers lush and beautiful. She went above and beyond and completely surpassed my expectations. Tracy gave me everything I asked for but even better than I knew they could be. Outstanding!! I will use her again in a heartbeat if I need flowers for an event.

Best Day Ever

Tracy is an artist!! At our first meeting, i told her i wasn’t much of a flower person. She said I’m going to make you one and she did just that! She took my floral ideas, I let her do her thing and it was absolutely GORGEOUS! Better than I could of ever imagined! She worked with us all the way up to the day, from changing things and adding things! She was such a pleasure to work with, I highly recommend her to help make your best day complete :)

DREAM wedding

Tracy is a flower Goddess and was an absolute dream to work with!
Let's start out by saying that I know nothing about flowers, yet I know what I like. Tracy allowed us to visit her flower studio on off hours when it worked for our busy schedule. I told her about my wedding vision at the Blue Dress Barn and she ran with it. She was able to bypass my wildest dreams of what my big day would look like. I am still in awe of how everything turned out, and wish that flowers could live forever because it was a sad day when I had to get rid of my beautiful floral arrangements. If you're looking for a professional, friendly, and reliable florist, do yourself a favor and book Park Place Design!

Fairytale Flowers!!

My experience working with Tracy through Park Place Designs was everything I could have dreamt of! She is an artist when it comes to florals and design, and she is always on top of the latest floral trends! She is very responsive and understanding, as I booked her so far out in advance that I changed my entire color palette/style as the time had passed but she was always very supportive and excited to create what I wanted on my day! Tracy helped bring all of my visions to life and it was so amazing walking into my reception to see how her work truly made the space so much more romantic. I received so many compliments on my centerpieces and the pictures I have of me with my wedding bouquet will be something I cherish forever, thank you Tracy for everything. ❤️

Floral Godess - Winter Fantasy

I’ve watched Tracy’s work for years and knew I had to have her for my wedding. She is THEE on trend floral goddess. She knew my vision better than I did and made my dreams come true. Who would have guessed that getting married close to Valentine's day would make it difficult to find a florist to provide our wedding flowers? Luckily, I found Tracy and Park Place Design and she was a life-saver!!! Even though it was a busy time for Tracy (and our floral needs were smaller than most weddings), she made us feel like VIP customers. Tracy was easy to talk to and very open / creative with ideas about what would compliment our wedding theme (elegant winter wonderland) and our budget. Tracy personally delivered our flowers to our venue (FireKeepers Casino Hotel) on-time and in perfect condition (bridal bouquet, boutonnieres & wrist corsages). She even stuck around to ensure we got to meet in-person and that I was happy with the flowers. Thank you Tracy for sharing your creative vision and providing such exquisite flowers. They perfectly complimented our winter wonderland wedding celebration!

Tracy is big city fabulous with style and creativity to make the biggest ideas work, with small town friendliness. Her team was amazing, working in the rain to set up, procuring flowers that were typically out of season. I've never seen blooms so big, they were the most gorgeous wedding flowers I've ever seen. I could completely trust Tracy to bring my vision to reality and am so grateful. She created a 36 foot garland over the head table, with flowers hanging down and an arch that was to die for. Thank you!

Tracy was amazing and I could not have asked for more beautiful flowers on my wedding day. She was always super quick at responding to messages and was very professional. Tracy was amazing! The flowers were beautiful! She took my thoughts and ideas and turned them into beautiful bouquets for myself and my bridesmaids! I even had a few requests to add some sentimental pieces to my bridal bouquet and she had no problem being able to incorperate them in. Also, the church flowers were very unique and I recieved lot of compliments on them. I am most definitely not a flowery kind of girl, but I was thrilled with how everything turned out!

Tracy was an absolute dream to work with. I had the opportunity to see her style various weddings in the past and I was excited to work with her for my special day. I didn't have much of a concept for our initial meeting but after discussing a few details and ideas, my floral theme started to build from there and I let her run with it. We kept in contact throughout the year and whenever I wanted to check in, she promptly responded. We scheduled the final meeting about three weeks prior to the wedding, all details and necessary information was confirmed. She coordinated her setup/teardown date and time and took care of all of the details on the back end.

When Tracy did the big reveal for me on my wedding day, I was completely stunned. The flowers looked truly exceptional and so beautiful in the space and I could not have asked for anything more. They were the final touches to both my bridesmaids/groomsmen and I was overjoyed when I had a moment to step back and take it all in during the reception. She is extremely talented and her passion shows through in all the events she takes part in.

After a long, exhausting battle with a local florist... I called Tracy in a last minute (like 10 days before my wedding) effort to get my wedding bouquets. Tracy was super responsive, she eased my worries and gave me exactly what I was looking for! She did amazing! I was so happy when I walked into my wedding room to see the beautiful flowers on display. She also did an amazing job on the boutonnieres for the guys.

My flowers were special, seasonal requests and Tracy found them. I couldn't be more happy with the service Tracy offered - I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for something special for your big day! Tracy, I couldn't thank you enough!

When looking for a vendor for your wedding florals Park Place Design is a must! Tracy is friendly, creative and a true professional. Being a former professional designer myself, I knew that there was no one I could trust more to help make the day perfect. In fact, when my daughter saw the bouquets her first comment was that they couldn't be more perfect! That's a huge compliment coming from someone who didn't see much importance in wedding flowers. Putting your trust in Tracy means one less thing to worry about. Your flowers will be everything you've dreamed of and more.

If you want your flowers to look fantastic Park Place Design is the vendor for you!

I gave Tracy an outline of what I wanted and let her have some creative reign and boy am I glad I did.

I never could have event dreamed of the gorgeous flower designs she came up with. I have never seen anything like it before. All of her ideas are her own so your wedding/event will be truly unique!

Her studio is so cute! You walk in and it feels a little like a dream or an Alice in Wonderland moment when you step into another world. She has lots of props and unique things on display.

Tracy went above and beyond creating phenomenal bouquets, boutonnieres, a spray of flowers around our unity candle, decorating the outside of the church railings & door, centerpieces at our reception with cute votive candle holders, adorable table numbers, and made our sweetheart table so beautiful it made me want to faint.

Tracy also went out of her way to make things very personal. I never had to deal with anyone else. It was refreshing and made put my mind at ease to know that my ideas/plans wouldn't get lost in the shuffle.

Tracy made our day feel so special. She was able to attach two small photos of people that are close to me that couldn't be with us on our special day.

It's those personal touches and one on one attention that make Park Place Design and easy choice for a fabulous floral vendor.

I received Tracy's name from a friend who had planned a long distance wedding. My wedding was in Kalamazoo, but I planned from Chicago and Tracy made it very easy-she was always very responsive to emails and the questions I had. It was very helpful to go to her shop for the pre-meeting to get inspiration and see all of the wonderful arrangements she had done for past weddings. We looked through a lot of Pinterest photos and I felt that she really understood my "vision" of the flowers for my big day. She definitely exceeded my expectations! I received so many compliments on the arrangements and they were exactly what I had wanted. Flowers were one of the most important aspects of my big day so I needed a florist I could trust. I would highly recommend her for anyone's wedding!

I could not be happier with park place design!! I was an out of state bride and worked with Tracy long distance. Not only was she supportive and responsive through email and over the phone, she knew exactly what I wanted and helped us design a gorgeous wedding! Park Place Design was absolutely amazing! We discussed our likes with Tracy, she made suggestions and knew exactly how to put everything together. She is the friendliest, helpful, most joyful individual to work with. Her prices are more than reasonable for the breathtaking, gorgeous, vibrant, fesh, and stunning display of florals. We used Park Place Design for our wedding flowers. Hands down one of the best choices we made in our wedding planning! Tracy is a diamond! She has such a great personality and passion for her business. She went above and beyond in so many ways to make our flowers and wedding exceptional!

Tracy was one of a few local florists recommended to me by another of my vendors. She was the first one I met with, and I never made it to meet with any of the others! I left her shop and told my fiance I wanted her to do our flowers, not matter what it took. The first meeting she just asked me to talk to her about my wedding, my ideas and visions, and then she rolled with it! I was so happy I had a florist I completely trusted. All I told her was the colors I wanted and let her creativity flow and it was AWESOME! mine and my bridesmaids bouquets were absolutely stunning! I also appreciated that she had everything a girl could need or want for decorations, so you'd never have to rent or buy anywhere else. She made returning her equipment very easy, basically at our leisure. Also we had requested something a little different for our table numbers that wasn't very easy, but she just took it and said "I'll figure it out, it's what I do!" and she delivered. Highly recommend her to any bride & groom!

Tracy offers an amazing service! She met all my wedding flower desires! She is exceedingly knowledgable and committed to her trade. Very quick to respond, even when we had a flower mishap she was able to save the day!
My grandma who was very close to me passed away a few weeks before my wedding, Tracy was able to use my Grandmas favorite flowers (Pansies) in a extremely special way to honor my Grandma. She also added a locket with picture to my bouquet that I carried down the isle.
I am so glad that Tracy could be a part of my wedding day.

When I first started my wedding planning there were a few things that I had no idea of who/where to turn to including my flowers. Early on I was referred to Park Place Design through a friend of mine. I decided to contact Tracy and set up a consultation appointment to go over my ideas and details of my wedding. When I walked in her shop I was sold! Her shop is amazing and is filled with the spirit of every type of wedding possible. She has an abundance of props to rent for your special day, which made it easier for me so I did not have to buy a bunch of decorations I would never use again. Tracy took the time to talk with me and quickly got back to me with a quote and kept in touch with me through my entire wedding planning. I felt like a dear friend was doing my flowers instead of a business. Tracy definitely puts her heart into her work. She even personally delivered my flowers to me and my bridal party when we were doing pictures! I could not have asked for a better "flower lady", she is the Queen when it comes to flowers and weddings, regardless of what season it is or what the theme of your wedding is!

Park Place Design went above and beyond on my wedding flowers! Tracy is extremely creative and upon our initial consultation asked all of the right questions to help me clearly define my vision. She was quick to respond to emails from the time I initially contacted her until my wedding day.

On our wedding day she surprised me with the presentation of the men's boutonnieres which provided a gorgeous photo opportunity. She also added rose petals to the guest book table which was a nice, unexpected touch.

Tracey set everything up and executed my vision perfectly. She is friendly, experienced and EXTREMELY talented.

What a *jewel* we have right here in southwest Michigan having Tracy Park and her *amazing* talent creating stunning wedding flowers at her Park Place Design studio!! This girl lives, breathes and bleeds flowers and weddings!!!!

Not only is Tracy *gifted* with her floral talents, but she is such a people person! She really gets to know her clients and finds out exactly what they want....and man, she did exactly that for our daughter's wedding! Everything and more Ang (our daughter) wanted for her wedding, Tracy created! The types of flowers, the colors, the style were perfect! She helped create a picture perfect wedding for our daughter and son-in-law! Her creations are something you'd see in a magazine!

Visiting her studio is fun and inspiring! You can sit there in her cozy settee and spend a lot of time just looking around at all she has to offer her brides. Not only does she offer flowers, but she has other decor and items a bride may want at her wedding.

The flowers Park Place provided for our special day were exceptional. I showed Tracy several photos of the style we were aiming for and gave her free reign. We were so happy to have someone we trusted to get the final touches at the church and reception taken care of so we could enjoy our wedding day.

Tracy was amazing to work with! She was very thorough in determining my needs and desired style and followed through with beautiful results! Our guests raved about our centerpieces and my bouquet. The colors were perfect and the quality of the flowers was outstanding! She even rescued me with some last-minute decor/table numbers! If I had to do it over, I wouldn't change a thing. Tracy is absolutely amazing! She was one of my favorite vendors to work with throughout the planning process. Working with her was easy and so much fun! She was extremely responsive, consultative, and her customer service is top notch...not to mention that her work is flawless! She listened to what we wanted while offering her ideas and expertise all along the way. Our bouquets and reception centerpieces were even more beautiful than I expected...just breathtaking!Tracy added extra details to everything she created to make it unique for our special day. If you want flowers that really blow you and your guests away hire park place design. If your looking for something different that you haven't seen at all of your girlfriends weddings work with Tracy. From my first conversation to our last Tracy was professional fun and I had not one doubt in my mind she would knock this out of the park literally. She did all of our ceremony, bridal party and reception flowers and all were beyond breathtaking. I only knew what color they would be and trusted Tracy to work her magic and she really left me pleasantly surprised with every detail from our place card table to my absolutely gorgeous bridal bouquet. There is no one that can do what she is doing, she is fresh fun creative and really takes flowers and makes them so much more. Tracy was absolutely a blessing to us! She was very easy to talk to and knew exactly what I wanted even though I had no pictures or anything. And with my mother passing 2 weeks before the wedding our budget had quite the cut and she still managed to make the flowers work with what I had! Tracy did an absolute amazing job with our flowers and décor for our wedding! She knew exactly what I was looking for and was able to make unique bouquets and boutonnieres to match our individual style. Since my husband is in the military, she surprised me by putting his nametape on my bouquet! Tracy never does the same thing twice, so you know that the flowers she makes for you are custom and all the props she has for rent are sure to make your guests' jaws drop. You can tell that she loves her job and loves her customers and will go above and beyond to make your dream wedding come true. Her prices are affordable and she always adds special touches to make your wedding unique. I highly recommend her.

Tracy was great, she had a lot of helpful photos I could look through to help decide since I was so indecisive. She had a lot of great ideas that would go with my theme and didn't hesitate to get a feel of how the atmosphere of my wedding was going to be so she could make the best suggestions. She was very nice and easy going which I loved. She made the planning for me that much less stressful. The flowers ended up looking beautiful and lasted quite a while after too. I loved the charm on my bouquet I asked her to put on in remembrance of my father. Everything turned out great!

Wow, where do I begin...Tracy Park is phenomenal! She was an absolute joy to work with. She was very sweet and professional. I really appreciated how well she kept lines of communication open; I never had a hard time getting in touch with her and always received a quick response. Now onto the flowers. Tracy made my barn wedding look so beautiful! She made it shabby chic, elegant, and romantic. My bouquet was incredible and unique filled with garden roses, berries, succulents, and other gorgeous flowers. The groomsmen had hops in their boutineers because we are big craft beer fans. The decorations she provided were adorable as well such as mr. and mrs. hanging signs, wood slabs for centerpieces, and mason jars of all sizes. I can't say enough about her. She has got to be the best florist in all of Michigan!

Okay, so I have been planning to use Tracy and Park Place Floral for at LEAST four years now, but I just can't say enough about her talent. She is a great artist with her flowers, and since I love them so much, I'm very impressed. I'm actually a wedding photographer and have been following Tracy's work for four years and think she is amazing! Her designs are so fun to see, and she did a great job. To keep my centerpieces cost effective, she suggested carnations for my pomander balls, and even though I'm not a fan of carnations, she made them look amazing! My bouquet was super cute, as were the ones my bridesmaids carried, AND her two BIG centerpieces were fabulous! She even made a super cute flower petal design down my aisle. Tracy, you know I love your work, but you deserve all the praise in the world. I will CONTINUE to refer you to everyone!

With planning a wedding, building a new house and working many late hours at work, I sought out wedding vendors that I knew I could trust to come through with amazing results without needing much guidance from me. Tracy not only was a complete angel and expert professional to work with....she was a grounding force during the chaos that is wedding planning. My husband and I planned the wedding nearly 1,300 miles away from Michigan and Tracy was a compass through the entire process. She has a beautiful way of bringing emotions into her designs - they are the best in the business. Worldly, artistic, beautiful - our reception was more beautiful than we could have imagined.

Her artistic talents are off the charts and are far above ANY florist I have EVER worked with. I have worked in events and marketing for more than a decade and Tracy (Park Place Design) is by far the most incredible vendor I have worked with. She provided a creative map and eye that I have never found before.

We provided her an idea of what our wedding vision was, and Tracy was able to deliver a 100 out of 10. She created a vision so on-point...I will never fully express my true appreciation. She made the wedding a dream come true for our families and friends. We are blessed to have found her.

Tracy is great to work with. I originally found her through word of mouth. I was having a hard time finding a florist and was unsure of what I wanted. My first visit with Tracy and I was setting specifics of what i wanted down to specific size and color and types of flowers. Tracy was great to work with and very accomodating. I requested corsages for the grandmas last minute and she delivered. Our wedding day was a very busy day for Tracy as she had another wedding and her son was graduating:)..but she still made sure my flowers were amazing and we were able to contact her when we were confused on where the flowers went on the cake. She was also very nice and I let her take control since the only detail I really was sure of is I wanted beautiful flowers!!

Few people in the world so obviously love what they do. Tracy is a wonderful person who has deep knowledge and passion for flowers. She almost exclusively designs for weddings, so this is definitely her specialty. I absolutely loved the flowers she created for our July wedding.

Tracy was very thorough in her approach. We met with her at her home studio and then she came to us for an on-site visit. She and I shared inspiration photos and ideas over email for several months. When Tracy arrived with the flowers on our wedding day, the results were even better than I imagined. I told my mom “I feel like Tracy looked into my dreams and created the EXACT flowers I had hoped for.”

Bottom line, Tracy WILL give you what you want. She has her own style but is very adaptive to your personality and style if you can be specific. I was blown away by our bouquets, unique centerpieces, hanging vases, large urn, aisle petals, floral letters, and stunning floral topiaries (her idea!). I’d recommend her to anyone.

Tracy was wonderful! She was very flexible with scheduling, as I had several last minute changes the week of the wedding. She worked around my schedule. She was very clear about askign questions and setting up times for set up/returns which made things very easy on me. The flowers were absolutely beautiful, I had many compliments. Her arrangements are one of a kind and exceeded my expectations. She added several extra touches and personalized everything for us, making it even more special. We chose a very plain cake, however, after Tracy added the fresh flowers, it looked amazing. I highly reccomend Affordable Elegance. My florist was amazing. She did a great job giving me the look i wanted in an affordable way! She's very knowledgable and was always there when i needed something. I changed my mind ALL the time. We actually would email photos back and forth on what we found trying to find what was perfect for the wedding. She was great!

Tracy is amazing. She was willing to answer all my many emails, she checked up on me, she was just generally patient, timely, and receptive. I showed her a ton of photos, told her my favorite flowers, the colors I liked, and so much more information. She managed to quickly understand what it was I actually wanted. She just got me. She made me just the most stunning bouquets, center pieces, and the most perfect wreath for my flower girl. She also made these adorable boutonnieres for my groomsmen that didn't include any flowers, just herbs and berries, to make them more masculine. The flowers were more than I could have ever imagined. She even let us rent her signs, some at no cost! She was a wonderful person to work with. She didn't look at me as a source of money, but as a bride who was planning one of the most important days in her life. She wanted to make me happy and make beauty, and she did just that.

I am a perfectionist, and flowers are not my forte. With my wedding in Kalamazoo, I could not find a floral company that make me feel special; instead, you are merely just a flower order. However, when I met Tracy, I knew I had found "my" perfectionist florist. She is GREAT!! I forgot to order my dad and father-in-law's boutonnieres, and she was right on it; when I didn't have a clue what flowers I wanted in my girl's bouquets, she provided me with multiple ideas; when I told her I didn't have a special broach or anything handed down from my grandparents for my bouquet, she showed up on my wedding day with a BEAUTIFUL silver broach on my bouquet for me, and a trinket that said "made with love". Tracy rocks!! She is so personable, and uses the constructive criticism of her clients to make her business run even better. She is a little gem just outside of Kalamazoo, and one of the "preferred vendors" for the Loft 310! :) I wish her flowers lasted forever, because they are beautiful! Her flowers are a tad pricy, but TOTALLY worth it!

Great to work with! Exceeded my expectations without (me) knowing exactly what I wanted. Was professional, quick to respond to questions, and was a very non-stressful experience for me. I was so happy with my red, white and pink flowers! they were absolutely everywhere and smelled like they were just cut. Tray is so easy to work with and has great ideas to give, even if not what he would want.. I have recommended her to 1 other bride who kept complementing my flowers at my wedding. Tracy creates absolutely gorgeous floral arrangements and is easy to work with. I’ve never had a wedding vendor be so responsive, whether it’s an email or a phone call. Be specific about your vision and Tracy and her staff will work hard to make it happen. I got so many compliments on our bouquets and other floral decorations all night long! The studio is filled with adorable rentals too.

Tracy was wonderful to work with! Her flowers were absolutely beautiful, they lasted the entire day and night (we had white everything and sometimes they turn brown pretty quickly- not Tracy's bouquets!). Tracy is without a doubt so passionate about her business. Her work is phenomenal. We were so pleased with our ceremony and reception decoration! Stunning! The only reason I did't rate a 5/5 was because we had a misunderstanding on the bridesmaids bouquets between meetings and what was written on the final contract description. To future brides, make sure the final written contract wording on each of your flowers is exactly how you understand your bouquets to be. There are so many weddings the vendors are keeping track of! However, luckily Tracy was really great with working with us the day of the wedding to adjust the bouquets into what I imagined. She was very helpful and creative. Everything turned out beautifully. She definitely goes above and beyond!!!

Tracy did such an amazing job with our flowers. Our guest kept vocalizing how beautiful all the floral arrangements were. I was only a little disappointed in the colors in my hall. I absolutely loved the bridal bouquets and my tall arrangements for my hall! One area for improvement, there was one color I emphasized wanting very little of "barely as an accent in some arrangements", which ended up as the primary color for my smaller table rangements. She also forgot the vases for our head table for all the bridesmaids bouqets, and a moss fillet for my lanterns. Overall i was very satisfied she did an amazing job, and believe I received amazing flowers for what I paid. It would be nice If she improved on ensuring the details of the order are carried out in full, but in my case it didn't make a huge difference in what I was looking to overall achieve for my day! I would most definitely recommend Tracy to any engaged friend, and would personally choose her company again!

Tracy was so very easy to work with. We had met with other florists but when sitting down with Tracy, we knew right away that she was the one. She was able to visualize what my daughter wanted and was able to explain what she could do in a manner that set us at ease. Everything was perfect.. from the hydrangeas hanging from the outdoor chapel pews to the many different old-fashioned bottles used as centerpieces (and old boxes). She kept telling us that everything was going to be beautiful and she was right!

Tracy's biggest goal is to match her expertise with vision of her client. She books at least two long planning sessions to go over individual flower choices, overall aesthetic, layout, etc. She is very good at returning phone calls and emails, however when it comes to print based responses such as emails and bids she sometimes lacks a sense of professionalism. She often types as one would text. For the amazing quality of work that she does and the passion that she puts in to it, I would expect more in terms of professional looking documents. However, that is my only critique. I will say this: her work was so amazing and breathtaking that I felt the need to call her the next day after my wedding (Sunday afternoon) to let her know how pleased I was. My husband told me that our flowers were nicer than anything he's ever seen on TV at a Presidential dinner. She truly does an amazing job.

We really loved our flowers from Park Place Design. The owner was more than willing to meet with me and my mother to discuss details. She was very accommodating to our needs and knew the venue at Kellogg Manor House very well. The only thing I would recommend to couples looking for flowers is to ask them about the life of those flowers during the day. I really wanted blue hydrangea's for my bouquet and they were more than willing to get them for me. I was a little sad when they started drooping before we were done with pictures. It was still a beautiful set of flowers, I just wished I had asked more questions beforehand or asked what I could have done to keep them fresher longer. Overall, we were so pleased with the service and flowers from Park Place Design!

Tracy's flowers were beautiful, even more breathtaking than I expected. She has a wonderful eye and a creative flair that is missing in some of the wedding flowers I've seen recently. Her prices are also very reasonable. However, it is important to note that she was rather difficult to correspond with. First, her e-mails used very poor spelling and grammar which really bothered me. Also, she often e-mailed with the same question several times. Third, though I was very happy with the flowers, they were not what we had discussed. The bridal and maid's flowers were virtually identical and our grandmothers' corsages were to be pin on, but were made as wrist corsages. We went back and checked our correspondence, and found that we had indeed clearly specified what we wanted. Though we were pleased with the overall product, and the little extras she threw in at no charge, I would advise other brides to correspond with her very carefully in order ensure that she understands your specifics.

Park Place Design is a great and affordable choice for couples looking to have a garden-style wedding. You can rent other items for your table settings / decor too. My only complaint is disorganization. I'm a detail-orientated person and was very good about making sure everything I wanted was spelled out and explained. Even after our final meeting, I was receiving phone calls for clarification. That was the last thing I wanted to be doing on the day of my wedding rehearsal. Everything turned out absolutely beautiful though!

Tracy did my flowers for my Sept 26th wedding in Kalamazoo. I think her pictures speak for themselves, her work is fantastic. She has a style you will not find anywhere else in the SW Michigan area. Most of the florists in that area tend to be pretty dated with their style, Tracy ensures everything she does has a classic look.
My only suggestion to future brides is to make sure you stay on-top of things. There was a lot of forgetfulness on her end. I had to send my inspiration pictures 3 times and repeat my ideas often. She also missed one of our appointments, which she was extremely apologetic for. Now that I have my pictures back I see there wasn't enough moss for the name card table and it didn't really look like the picture I had sent her. Nothing major, just make sure you have every single little detail on your proposal. If you do, you'll be golden
In the end, I would highly recommend her. My bouquet was breathtaking. If you want high end looking arrangements, she's your lady.

I was pretty shocked at what arrived the day of the wedding. a lot of the flowers I was told were going to be used weren't. The bouquets looked like they were from the 80's, (multiple people had commented this.) I was so disappointed, as the photos of other girls weddings looked gorgeous. I almost had a breakdown before I went to walk down the aisle because my bouquet had fake flowers in it, and looked nothing like what I asked. I would have been happy with all plain garden roses as opposed to anything fake. I tried not to let it upset me, but even the aisle flowers weren't correct, they were something completely different than what we discussed. The only reason I gave 4 stars for responsiveness is because she did answer right away, but she made my mom feel really bad after she was dismissive in our meet up, and told her not to get off subject so we could get down to business. I didn't know what to do in the situation, and I was put in the middle, I still wanted our flowers to look nice so I tried to turn the other cheek. My advice: Don't work with Park Place if you aren't there for meetings or the day of the wedding to have your planner there to make sure everything is as you discussed. We felt so disappointed, as other reviews seemed so great.

Flowers were wrong color. Men's flowers fell apart. Felt overcharged. Did not get deposit back because 1 vase was broke. She still has our flower stands.
