Great Invitations and all your creative needs

Paperwhites was very easy to work with. They created all my wedding needs from save the date, shower invites to wedding invites, inserts, programs, etc. They were quick and creative and would highly recommend them. A great team of people.

Professional, beautiful, timely, more than expected.

Paperwhites far exceeded my expectations. The invites, menu, poster board, banner, gift tags and thank you notes were beautiful and exceptional for our baby shower. Deb was a pleasure to work with. Loved the whole package!!! Thank you so very much.

Paperwhites Is An Excellent Choice

The invitations for 3 separate events were handled beautifully by Paperwhites. Even though we are located in California, Paperwhites hosted Zoom meetings for us and provided detailed communications and examples via email. They were very responsive on editing requests, and proved helpful with wedding etiquette questions. They also made sure we kept to the deadlines, so that there was never any fear that invitations would not be ready when needed. Our invitations coordinated wonderfully with the wedding invitations. They are an excellent vendor to work with.

Paperwhites is simply the best!

Deb and her team are the absolute best and I cannot rave about them enough! They were all so unbelievably helpful throughout the entire wedding stationery planning process. No matter what changes were needed (and there were many changes needed due to COVID-19!), they were beyond accommodating, gave wonderful guidance and helped create the most gorgeous save-the-dates, invitations, ceremony programs and other day of stationery. If you’re looking for a paper goods vendor, look no further – Paperwhites is simply the best!

Excellent Personal & Professional Services

Deb, Mindy, and Pam were excellent to work with for my daughter's wedding invitations. They were so attentive to our vision and details and asked so many questions of us in order to be able to create the perfect invitations package. They were all so responsive to any questions we had during the entire process. The invitations turned out to be so classy, every guest remarked on how unique and beautiful they were. I was originally nervous over the long-distance factor since they were in Milwaukee and we were in Florida but Deb reassured me it would not be an issue because they do this all the time. She was correct, it was of no consequence, they sent me samples, did Zoom meetings and the process was so smooth. Because they do most of the printing in-house they can create just about anything and production time is fast. If I had to do it all over again I would use them again. I would highly recommend them especially if you are looking for unique high-quality invitations.

Great design and value

We found Paperwhites in conjunction with the wedding venue - the Birch - in Wauwatosa, WI. We liked that we could see design samples in person to begin with and then after we chose to work with them we found it so easy and fast to get their design ideas and suggestions for content. The final package perfectly fit my daughter's vision for her day. For a small fee they assembled the package with a delicate twine tie and I could easily pick them up. Thank you, Deb, Mindy and Pam. I highly recommend!

Emergency call out. They answered.

What an emergency I had! No one in my city was able to help me get wedding invitations. Everything was serviced to order online. However the online templates were not flexible. I found this to be the worst part about planning a wedding. I needed the invites in the mail a while ago.

Thank goodness for paperwhites! I was able to show them what I wanted and got it all done in 10-15 minutes. I was able to order details, RSVP and envelopes that matched the wood wedding inventions I got somewhere else. For my large wedding after covid is done I’m heading straight back here. You won’t be disappointed. It turned out to be the best part of planning a wedding.

Amazing and Responsive Vendor

We were a Covid-19 wedding and our date and plans changed several times. Deb and Tara were amazing and rolled with the punches. They were so fast and responsive to all of the changes we needed to make. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone needing invitations!

Ah- Ma-ZING!!!! *Lifesavers*

There is no comparison for the level of service and quality of product for this company. Paperwhites is a true gem in the industry! In fact- just stop reading this now and start talking to Deb. {but, If you don’t want to take my word for it, I digress. lol 😉🤣}
Deb is a brilliant woman, who knows her craft and business. Sharp as a tack, and immediately/ always on top of anything- including keeping ME on track!! COVID has had its impact on everyone, and in our case it meant having to push out invitation production wayyyy past the recommended timeline. But- we didn’t know what was going to happen, who to invite, and what we were truly going to need. When the deadline was well past my original choice for invitation vendor, Deb and her team {virtually} took me by the shoulders, looked me in the eye and said , “listen- here’s what we’re going to do.”
Our timeline was saved, and then, two weeks later, our venue pulled out of their contract to hold our event. We were devastated, and it meant pushing out the order even later ( an extra two+ weeks!).

Tara’s perfectly customized, detailed designs were not compromised for one moment, despite any time crunches. Y’all, I proud to boast that with no sweat, in what seemed like one swift motion, our invitations went out in time for our guests to reply and understand our plans. These ladies are miracle workers; getting all of this done while also taking my vision/ dream for the most beautiful wedding invitation and surpassing our every expectation.

Outstanding design work!

Being in the wedding industry, we have referred our clients to Paperwhites many times over, and all have just loved working with them. The designers are so creative and bring your vision to life!
I have personally worked with them on shower invites children's birthday invites along with any design work needed for the parties that add special touches to the decor! For any occasion they are definitely a company to go to for all your paper needs!

Beautiful Grand Opening Invites

We used Paperwhites for our wedding invitations and day-of stationary and absolutely loved everything they created! They worked directly with our wedding planner to design everything based on our vision for our wedding. They also assembled and mailed our invitations, which was a huge help!

Gorgeous Wedding Stationary

We are so happy with all of our stationary from Paperwhites. Working with them was a team effort with input and creativity flowing from both sides. They really listened to any ideas or changes that we requested and surprised us with how things were taken to the next level. Anything that needed to be edited was easily and promptly fixed. Paperwhites can make anything! We had save the dates, wedding invitations, ceremony programs, a welcome sign, guest cards, menus, table numbers, a guest book and a sign for the guest book, etc. They provided a beautiful frame for our welcome sign. They offer a wide variety of paper, ink, text fonts, colors, and arrangements that seem limitless. Whatever you envision your wedding stationary to be, they can make it happen. We are just so happy we chose Paperwhites for our wedding stationary.

Brought my vision to life

Working with Deb was the best experience! I had very specific ideas about what our invitations, menus, programs and place cards would look like. Not only did Deb bring every vision to life (and then some), but she was so easy to work with, full of great recommendations, and so timely in getting things done. I loved how personal and patient she and her team. We received so many compliments on our paper goods at the wedding as guests noticed how lovely they all were. Deb -Thank you for everything! Great Stationer, Able to work through problems

I used Paperwhites for my wedding invitations, program covers, menu design, and seating chart. I was very impressed with the quality of the design work. I think that they could have been a little more transparent when prices would be changing from the original quote as I was not made aware of some changes in price until the product was already made. They were very flexible with either just creating the physical product or if I just wanted a digital copy to print myself. They had some issues with my seating chart as I wanted it on a mirror and even though it came down to the last minute, they were able to deliver my mirror finished and beautiful for my wedding. Deb cares about each of her clients and I would recommend them again.

I couldn't be happier with my invitations, thank you notes, and tags. They stepped me through the whole process and customized every detail. The pre-printed thank you envelopes are a game-changer!!! My guests commented on how lovely the invites were. Paperwhites captured my vision perfectly and even went the extra mile to help put ribbons on my tags for me!

I can't say enough about using Paperwhites for any/all wedding related paper items. First, they made my vision come to life...in a seamless manner. I threw out some ideas, Deb wrote them down, and bam! There they were on the first go with Tara (who is also a saint). There are just a lot of online options, and while they may seem "less expensive", to get the personal touch and customize everything, it really adds to the entire experience. I thought I was a relatively easy-going bride, and 51 emails later...maybe not so much :) But never once did I feel like I was asking too much or being obnoxious in my requests. I highly recommend working with Paperwhite and feel that anyone that does will have a very similar, wonderful & positive experience!

Absolutely loved working with Deb and her crew! They provided everything! We had a multiple day, destination wedding in northern Wisconsin. The amount of information we needed to convey was immense and they took my ideas and words and made them coherent and beautiful, all flowing with the wedding theme. No job was to small! The communications between them, my daughter (the bride) and myself were concise. Every effort was made that no mistakes were made before the printing. My husband who is in a nonprint related company and added some gold foil stamping to the project, plans on submitting the Invitation to his peers in the industry. We are looking forward to a First Place award. The overall project was beautiful!

Paperwhites is the best choice for invitations! Deb was great to work with! Creative, classy, honest, helpful, flexible, easy to work with, etc. Need I say more? Loved that they had so many samples on display when we initially met with Deb to design the invitations for my daughter's wedding. So helpful when making all the decisions. Paperwhites did our wedding invitations, ceremony programs and place cards. We are so happy we went this route as it was completely stress-free for us. After a lot of shopping around for invitations, I finally stopped my search when I met with Paperwhites. Deb and her team are wonderful to work with, no matter how big or small you want to go (or edits you want to make). We ended up using them not only for our invitation suite, but also for our placecards and table numbers. Everything looks outstanding! For being a local business instead of an online store, I think you get the service you pay for. They were lovely on all counts and I received so many compliments on the invitations and paper suite.

Working with Deb at paperwhites was a great experience! She came up with something beautiful, simple, and elegant, that was also within my budget for my wedding invites. I got many texts from people when they received their invites letting me know how gorgeous they were. Deb also did the day-off stationary for my wedding and it just tied everything together so perfectly. I used Paperwhites for my destination wedding invitations and loved them so much that I keep coming back for my other stationary needs. Most recently, Deb and the team created my son's 1st Birthday Lumberjack Theme Invitations. They were simply amazing and turned out better than I expected, I received so many compliments on them. Deb and her amazing staff at Paperwhites really go above and beyond to make you feel special. We used them for the whole process of the wedding from The Save The Dates, to the Invitations, and our programs. They even made us a large scale poster. This was one of the smoothest parts of booking our wedding - Deb and Tara were phenomenal and if we had to do it all over again we would use Paperwhites again without a doubt. Our invitations were gorgeous and set the tone for the excitement of our guests coming to the wedding. Paperwhites also created our ceremony "fans" for our outdoor ceremony, table seating chart (which was beautifully framed), and table numbers to matched the original invitations. Everything was beautiful and just as we imagined it would be! We strongly recommend saving the time meeting with multiple vendors and just going straight to Paperwhites (we met with three other recommended invitation places too).

Paperwhites was able to do our invitations and all wedding day stationary in the same theme. We found Paperwhites through our planner, Tiara Gamez of Events to a T. They designed a beautiful theme that was exactly what I had in mind and looked beautiful. The best thing was the ceremony sign they did instead of programs. They were able to incorporate last minute changes our officiant changed in the ceremony the week before our wedding. I would highly recommend!!

My husband and I used Paperwhites to create our invites and a seating scroll (versus place cards). SO many of our guests raved about how beautiful and unique their invitations were. And when our seating scroll came back from the printers with a small flaw, Paperwhites took initiative to not only have it reordered immediately, but made arrangements to see it was delivered to our venue without us having to worry :) Their services are worth every penny!

This was a wonderful experience....turned out better than expected. Working with Deb and Pam was fun. I was planning a 50th Wedding Aniversary celebration and wanted to send out formal invitations. At the last minute I chose a song I wanted played at the the party and wanted the lyrics printed to give to all the guests as a "Thank You".....they made it happen. We used Paperwhites to create our champagne scrolls that were used in our guests champagne flutes that also acted as our place cards. And all I can say is..WOW!

The final product was stunning. They used our invitations to match the theme, and they provided an extra element of elegance that we were looking for. From start to finish the communication was fantastic. Very responsive and helpful in making decisions. The cost was well worth it because the quality was beyond what we imagined. Our guests loved the idea as well and are still talking about it.

Deb and the Paperwhites team made invitations and the stationary process easy for us in planning our wedding. We found Paperwhites through our planner, Tiara Gamez of Events to a T. They were able to create a beautiful suite of invitations for us with a style that we loved, keeping in mind our budget. We went a little over budget because of various reasons, but we stayed near it, which is all I could ask for with my tastes. They designed a lovely suite that we were able to then incorporate into the rest of the stationary for the wedding. They then created the programs and other signage for the wedding and reception. Paperwhites was extremely responsive, willing to go back and forth as I changed my mind on how things should look. They were also very timely, and kept us on track and ahead of schedule. They made the paper process seamless!

Deb and Pam (designer) were excellent to work with - from initial consultation to shipment, and after. Deb was totally willing to let us direct the creative work, but she was an expert at helping us find out what look we were going for. The design was a perfect depiction of what we wanted and, when it came time to ship, Deb articulated what they needed and how quickly we expected the invites to arrive. Although we didn't need additional stationary for our small and casual wedding, I know that having their expertise on my side would have been a delight.

The week of my wedding I realized I wasn't going to have time to make my own placecards, and paperwhites came to the rescue. They customizes my placecards to match my invitations and they were absolutely beautiful. The evening of the rehearsal we noticed that we had overlooked the "Flower Girl" from our church program. Even though they had sent us a proof which we approved, they made the correction and personally delivered it out to the church so we would have them the next day!!!
They were very professional providing many things for our consideration that we would have never thought of. Also the creativity and willingness to make changes was always there on every time we worked on. We did Save the Dates, Church Programs, Table numbers, Table place cards (seating chart provided very last minute) and of course beautiful and unique wedding invites. Their pricing was fair for the quality we selected and were very transparent though the process being cognoscente of our budget.

I first came across Deb at Paperwhites at the Wonderful World of Weddings in Milwaukee this past January. There were a lot of vendors advertising their invitations however Paperwhites was by far the classiest one there. Unlike the others Deb had a beautiful, intimate display, was very interested in helping me, I never felt rushed, I felt she wanted to make sure she could do anything to help. It was clear she not only had great product but really enjoyed what she was doing. Our wedding was June 21st and I could not have been more pleased with all Paperwhites did to make things beautiful and worry free. The invitations were exactly what I wanted/ just beautiful, they assisted us with adding on other items such as place cards and table numbers. Nothing was ever a problem, it was always about how they could help make things good for us. I can't say enough good things about Deb and Paperwhites. I would highly recommend them if you want the best.

Beautiful and everything done in a timely manner. Love how everything was coordinated and the quality of the card stock was outstanding.

Paperwhites provided an amazing invitation for our wedding! Beautiful! Such great staff to work with. We needed to make some changes to what we were ordering due to budget limitations and they were very responsive to our needs. Our order was completed quickly with the highest quality!

Everyone my daughter and I worked with at Paperwhites was professional, accommodating and easy to work with. They were creative and respectful of our budget. They provided a beautiful wedding invitation for us and we've received many compliments on it. I recommend them highly.

Paperwhites did an amazing job creating the bridal invitation for my soon to be sister in laws shower! I have used this company many times, and this was my most recent experience! The invites were gorgeous and tied in perfectly with the wedding invite! The designers are all fantastic, taking your ideas and bringing them to life! I highly recommend Paperwhites for any occasion! Their custom work is outstanding and they have designs to choose from as well! LOVE LOVE LOVE Paperwhites!

We watched a lot of friends try to do their own save the dates/invites and become very frustrated and unhappy with the process. From the moment we sat down with Deb from Paperwhites we knew that she was going to take care of us and make this an exciting part of the wedding planning. My fiancé came to Deb with a ton of Pinterest ideas for our save the dates and invitations. We were blown away when we saw what they put together. We originally were going to just do the save the dates and invitations but had so much fun with it that we ending up doing a lot of other stuff. They helped us with rehearsal/bridal shower invites, place cards, menus, thank you cards and random signs for the wedding. They took the time to make sure it was exactly how we wanted it and that it was perfect. They were extremely responsive with our requests. We could not have been more happy with Paperwhites. They were a huge part of what made our wedding a big success!

The invitation created for my Daughter to Be Shower was over the top! Paperwhites captured my vision for the shower that would be held at my gorgeous showroom with the most exquisite one of a kind invitation that even incorporated a touch of my logo in the design.
I look forward to using Paperwhites for all of my events in the future.

Paperwhites did a fabulous job with our Save the Date, Invitations, Placecards, Seating Chart, Personal Notes for Each Place Setting, Here Comes the Bride/Just Married Sign and Thank Yous. Every member of the staff was fantastic to work with. They treated us like family. What wonderful people! Each product flowed with the theme/colors we chose and their design was so beautiful and expertly done. I would highly recommend the team at Paperwhites!!!

I came to Paperwhites with a tight budget for my destination wedding and the team worked with me to achieve what I wanted, while staying within my budget. My invitations were incredible, beachy, yet classy - exactly what I wanted. Both Deb and the designer are outstanding and the process could not have been easier. I received numerous compliments on my invitations. I decided to have my place cards and thank you cards made by Paperwhites and they were also incredible. I came to find paperwhites as a bride for my wedding invitations and have become a life long customer! Deb and her team were so helpful in helping me design the perfect invite. My wedding invitation was beautiful , everything done just the way I wanted and quickly. A year and a half later when planning my son's baptism, I of course went right back to paperwhites! We are now planning his first birthday party and Deb's team has designed the perfect invitation for him! I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else!
