Beautiful wedding invitations
Kris from Paper Trails is amazing! I cannot recommend her enough. Initially- my mom and I tried using Minted and it was a total nightmare. After much frustration, we went to Paper Trails and Kris was there to save the day. Her expertise in paper cannot be overstated. She was showed us multiple books to help us decide on stationary, style, font, etc. and then created the most beautiful wedding invitations for us. We used her for all our stationary for our wedding and received endless compliments. Her prices are comparable to doing it yourself, but the difference is you will get perfection with her (and don't have to do the work!). -

Stunning invitations
I searched everywhere for invitations and couldn’t find any that I liked. I told Kris at Paper Trails about my love for glitter and cursive fonts and she created my dream invitations! Everyone commented that they were the most beautiful invitations they had ever seen. Kris was so helpful and patient. She also created stunning place cards for our reception. I highly recommend Paper Trails! -

Wonderful!
Kris did such a wonderful job designing our wedding ceremony pamphlets and miscellaneous venue signs, that we then ordered personalized wedding thank you cards through her. She was an absolute pleasure to work with and made the process very enjoyable. We could not be any happier with our experience with Kris at Paper Trails :) -

Easy and Fun
Kris is amazing. I have gone to Paper Trails for three separate occasions. First the store is super cute; from lots of unique cards to cute gifting ideas. Kris is honest and real. She made suggestions on design and had samples of everything. I made the mistake in bring my now husband to our wedding invitation appointment with Kris. As it turned out we had very different opinions on wedding invitations, but Kris was able to hear us both out and pick what was important to each of us. She sent us the design and it came out better than I could have imagine. Kris nailed it. I would recommend Paper Trails to everyone! -

Wonderful experience with Paper Trails of Rocky River
My now husband and I got engaged last summer and decided to get married 3 months later in the Philippines. With not much time to send out invitations, we initially experimented with online websites. We couldn't find what we wanted, especially in terms of the format, text boxes, designs, etc. So I found Paper Trails and saw that they had pretty good reviews. I told Kris, the owner, about out timeline and what we were looking for. I met with Natalie to go over all the samples, and different kinds of invitations, and they had a very extensive collection and unique options. I really loved that they could do things on the invitations that you wouldn't be able to choose to do if you did it yourself online. The prices were decent and they were able to get my order in ASAP, and my order arrived even before the expected arrival date. Kris also helped us do last minute additions, like printing place cards and menus. Some things she was even able to print the same day since they have their own printer and special cardstock in the store. We received many compliments on the invitations and the guests found them to be beautiful, classy, and very tasteful. Everything was perfect. It was wonderful working with Kris and Natalie. Would definitely recommend Paper Trails of Rocky River. -

Above and beyond excellent service
We met with Kris and shared some ideas, but were unable to find any invitations in the wedding catalogs. We picked out the fonts, the language we liked, the colors, and Kris created invitations to our particular likings. -

Wedding invites
Hands down one of my favorite memories of my wedding was working with Kris from Paper Trails of Rocky River!! My mom
and I still talk several months later about how much fun we had designing the invites and all the little details with Kris. I still have many of the pieces in frames Scattered around my house because they are just too pretty to put away. Thanks to Paper Trails I have some of the best memories that my mom and I will forever cherish! -

Highly recommend for all Cleveland Brides
I highly recommend for all Cleveland brides! Kris went above and beyond for my fiancé and I. We commissioned a local artist to create a set of illustrated invitations and Kris was right on board. She made just the right adjustments for our invitations to print perfectly. I really appreciated her calling every step of the way and she made sure I was in the loop on necessary changes. Most importantly, Paper Trails was efficient and met our timeline. -

Crisis Adverted
The ladies at paper trails saved my butt the week of my wedding. I need (very) last minute place cards created for our wedding and I arrived 4 days before the big day begging for help. They all dropped what they were doing and put my needs first. They made the MOST beautiful placecards, with a font to match our invites in just ONE DAY. I couldn’t believe it when she called me the next evening saying they were done. They calmed my nerves and were the final detail for our big day. I can’t recommend this place enough! -

Amazing creativity at great pricing
I had wedding invitations, table assignments, personalized Thank You’s, and another batch of hometown reception invitations designed and printed by Paper Trails at varying points throughout the year.
Even though she had a wealth of invitation examples available in the shop, Kristina worked with me to create ideas from scratch that were beyond what I imagined!
I was amazed at how skillful she was in connecting the dots between my concept and literally putting it on paper. Just to have someone be able to picture my vision and put it in ink was worthy of a fee in itself, but I was astonished to find her design was a standard in pricing.
She was very communicative throughout the whole process and was timely in responding to e-mails. She was most flexible with scheduling appointments and times to come by. She has such a talent and I believe she can do anything anyone would need, if they knew what they were looking for or not.
Her pricing was in line with, if not more reasonable than DIY online wedding shops like Minted and Shutterfly—I wish I would have known about Paper Trails sooner.
Even aside from printing up a design, the store is very cute and has a lot of fun stationary/jewelry/writing knickknacks. I will definitely back for stationary! -

From the first visit to Paper Trails, I knew we had made the right choice. I did not want to order invitations online, and I also wanted a local business. Paper Trails was amazing, a cute boutique in Rocky River with lovely wedding invitation options as well as beautiful paper and cards.
Our first visit with Melissa, the wedding coordinator, she helped us refine what we wanted and directed us to specific books. Please make sure you have an appt with the wedding coordinator. It would be too overwhelming to walk in and look without her guidance. So many books, so many designers, so many options. Plus the wedding coordinator offers so much more to the visit, including total costs and timelines, and will help you stay within your budget.
We decided on a “custom” design and it turned out beautifully. Kris, the owner worked on the design to create a very special invitation, that also coordinated with the Save the Date cards, Thank you notes, Ceremony Programs, Hotel Information cards, Table Numbers and Rehearsal Dinner invites, as well as printed envelopes. Yes, I ordered that much because we were so happy with them! The print quality and paper options were fantastic. Kris was easy to work with, receptive to changes in the proofs, quick turn around time, and her design knowledge is invaluable.
We were very pleased with our experience at Paper Trails and we highly recommend them!

I went to paper trails nearly 4 months prior to my wedding. I was frazzled as the previous vendor I was working with went off the radar. However, paper trails in Rocky River saved the day!!! I called on a Thursday and they were able to make an appointment for that Saturday. I met with an awesome designer who was able to understand my vision as well as stay within my budget. Our guests were so impressed with our invitations! They all shared that they were unique, yet truly captured the vision of our wedding. Lastly, we found that paper trails was actually less expensive than several online websites. I would recommend paper trails to any bride who is looking for classy invitations, great service and a good deal! -

This vendor was awesome and on 2 occasions saved me from drama I'd created for myself. Ie waiting too long to get my STD cards out & misspelling a name on the invite.
They did STDs, invitations & RSVPs for 2 different events/receptions for me and were great to work with.
As a general rule, it's pretty impossible to get a 5 out of me, but these gals warranted it. -

We received dozens of compliments on our wedding stationary. Melissa answered all of our questions and helped us the find unique wedding invitations that were in our budget. Once our digital wedding invitation proof was complete Melissa guided us through the editing process and ensured our font and wording was perfect. Before meeting with Paper Trails, I had my mind set on creating my own paper goods for budgeting purposes. To keep an open mind, my fiance and I scheduled an appointment with Paper Trails and we were so impressed with the service and selection. We ended up getting save-the-dates, invitations, thank you cards, table numbers and a seating chart. There are so many great, quality paper services you can get for a reasonable price. You just have to ask! Melissa was our consultant, and she was extremely knowledgeable and flexible with what we wanted. She worked within our budget and presented great options to choose from. Working with Paper Trails saved us valuable time we needed to plan other aspects of the wedding. I am so glad we worked with Melissa. Our guests loved the invite concept we came up with and the paper decorations. Everything was customized and high quality. Proofs were included in the cost and Melissa allowed us to see different proofs before deciding on a final one. Before a DIY bride in Cleveland considers doing her own invites, I highly suggest checking out Paper Trails first - you might be pleasantly surprised! -

I had the best experience working with Paper Trails for the paper products for my wedding. I started by ordering invitations at Paper Trails. Melissa was my consultant for invitations and she is very knowledgeable. I found an invitation I liked pretty quickly, but Melissa was very patient and looked through many options to appease my mom who is not as decisive. She also took note of my budget in the beginning so that she was showing us options that were appropriate for our budget. Every piece of the wedding invitation (accommodation cards, response cards, envelope lining, address printing, etc.) was broken down by cost per item. This really helped me prioritize how I wanted to spend my budget. Katie helped me when I came back for rehearsal dinner invitations, place cards, table numbers, and programs. Katie is awesome, not only is she amazing at what she does and flexible, but she always greeted me with a smile and a great attitude. I have to admit that I was curious about wedding paper products online and did a price comparison. I found that Paper Trails was actually less expensive!
At the end of the day why am I glad that I chose Paper Trails? My invitations were one of a kind and all of the products I ordered were top quality and stunning. The girls at Paper Trails are always kind and provided me with expertise that a .com order never could. They were so on top of things and did everything by the date promised, in some cases sooner than promised.

Paper Trails designed and created my save-the-dates for my wedding. The ladies at this store are amazing and so friendly to work with! Extremely patient in my situation, too! I had no idea what I wanted for my save-the-dates and was even unsure if I wanted to do them. I set up an appointment and was there for over 2 hours. The whole time I was there, the ladies never left my side and kept throwing ideas at me until I figured out what I wanted to do. I have been back to the store multiple times since my save-the-dates and every time, I receive exceptional customer service! I would recommend this store and services to anyone!! :) -

I cannot say enough good things about working with Melissa at Paper Trails! We actually live in Chicago but I am from Ohio originally and my soon-to-be mother-in-law suggested Melissa at Paper Trails. So although we weren't local, most of the coordination was easily done over email and phone calls. Melissa was very patient and helpful as we looked through tons of books of invitation options. She was very perceptive and picked up on the styles and fonts I was leaning towards to help us narrow down on options. She helped us create the perfect invitation that turned out exactly as I was envisioning. She also did an amazing job with her follow up to ensure I stayed on track in the ordering process and in the end I was so pleased with the final product. I am absolutely thrilled with the work Paper Trails in Rocky River did for me! Melissa and Kris were both so wonderful to work with. They printed my Rehearsal Dinner invitations, the Menus for our reception and the Table Numbers for my reception. Everything they did was beautiful and perfect. I am so glad that I didn't skimp on printing...the pieces they created for me added so much to the tablescape and the overall specialness of the event. The initial pricing can seem high, and one may balk at the costs at first, but I do not regret a penny of the money I spent at Paper Trails. Additionally, I purchased cards for my parents, my groom and my bridesmaids here. This is probably my favorite store in the whole world. It is not cheap, and it shows. Their work is beautiful, the quality unmatched. I am a customer for life. -

Our invitations were amazing! We went to Paper Trails after several failed attempts at making our own invitations. We had an idea of what we wanted and after looking at countless books (they definitely have something for everyone) we chose a simple white and gold embossed invite. We sat together making sure to get the wording correct. We were sent a digital copy of the invite to confirm before they were printed. It didn't take long before they were ready for pick-up. We added a few extra details to make them "ours" and they were amazing! We had so many compliments on them! -

Would absolutely give this vendor a look. They will accomodate any budget and the personalized service is a great resource. The owner of the store has a design background, which I found so helpful in the decision process--especially regarding type and layout. I also feel meeting with a vendor in person can "set the tone" for the wedding itself--it's a good start for a consultation regarding themes, colors etc. They will take the time to make sure all the details are correct. -

I recently purchased my wedding invitations through Paper Trails of Rocky River for a May 2015 wedding. The staff was very easy to work with. They guided us through the daunting task of narrowing down from hundreds of choices to the one that best fit our style and budget. The staff was very responsive and helpful during the proof process to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. I was impressed by the easy and quick communication. Our invitations were lovely, although a little pricey. Paper Trails does an excellent job, so I suppose you get what you pay for. The reason for the 4.0/5.0 for flexibility is that I requested to see a proof of my invitation with both a colbalt blue ink and a navy blue ink, and I was told that I would have to pay additonal money to see each proof.
Also, just a word of advice to brides-to-be: it is SO SO SO worth it to pay the extra money and have Paper Trails address your envelopes for you. They were able to match the font and color on my invitation exactly and everything came out perfectly. I also had them print my placecards with little icons for each meal choice, which came out really cute :) -

I had nothing short of a great experience with Paper Trails. Melissa was super sweet, quick to respond, and very helpful when it came to choosing my invitations, customizing them, and ordering them. My invitations turned out to be exactly what I had envisioned and I received a lot of compliments on them. The pricing was very reasonable, especially compared to other places that I had visited. I loved my invitations so much that I went back to Paper Trails for my escort cards and thank you cards. I worked with both Melissa and Kris, and again, they were great to work with. I highly recommend using Paper Trails and I plan to use them for all of my stationary and invitation needs in the future. -

Most communications were conducted via email, and while I waited to submit my final decision; I was OK with ultimately paying for the rush job, I felt they could have been more responsive. They treated me very unfairly. The girl on the phone was so unprofessional, even though my wedding was one day away she didn't care and wouldn't budge. They were the worst ever when it came to flexibility, every bride MUST have vendors that are flexible, due to all that is going on in their quest for that perfect day. I could write a short story on how this vendor treated me poorly, made a mistake on printing my address, and then made me drive down to their shop (30 minute drive for me) the day before my wedding. -
