  Top notch customer service!!!

  Chef Raquel and her team catered my wedding this past Sunday. When I say everything was amazing, it was!! From the time I met her at the bridal show almost 2 years ago, dealing with Covid which postponed my initial date, she was yet very accommodating in helping me regroup from the changes. Even at the wedding, I know we only paid for 3 hours but she stayed a little extra just to make sure everything was put away to take back with us afterwards for our out of town guest. I couldn’t have made a better choice choosing Chef Raquel and her team.

  Best Food Experience Hands Down!

  Chef Raquel and her team catered my wedding on yesterday and I could barely wait to share my experience. First of all, my guest are still going on and on about the food. I had the Classic menu, it as simple but so filling. The staff were all dressed nicely and professional and there was even a little server as well. I believe he’s the Chef’s son, he was so polite and clearly well taught. Catering is one of most important things to a successful wedding and I couldn’t have made a better choice. Thank you so much for helping make my day a success. It was a pleasure working with you over the past year.

  Amazing Experience!

  We truly enjoyed our food prepared by Panoptic Catering. Chef Raquel Ervin and her staff were amazing. So many of our guests complimented us on how good our food was. My husband Olando Howard and I would like to thank you!

  Awesome job the food was outstanding. The staff was great. The bartender was outstanding .Chief Raquel was delightful to work with the food speaks for itself. It was magical night. One word comes to mind about Panoptic Catering OUTSTANDING. Great job thank you again 💜💜

  5 Star caterer at an affordable price!

  Chef Raquel and her staff exceeded me and my wife’s expectations! She was informative, responds to emails/text almost immediately. her prices are more than affordable for weddings compared to other caterers, and her food is better than most restaurants! We had so many compliments on the food at our wedding from the chicken that was so juicy and well seasoned to the 5 cheese baked Mac and cheese was so delicious. Her food presentation was so amazing I hate that I wasn’t able to get pictures. We honestly feel like we got a steal with Panoptic Catering.

  I recently had a wedding on New Year’s Eve,12-31-18 in which I used Panoptic Catering. When I say amazinggg, I mean it! Not only was Ms. Raquel amazing, she was very accommodating. Her food tasted wonderful! All of my guest were talking about how tasty the food was. During the process of planning, I was able to call and receive answers regarding questions right away no matter what time it was. As a bride, that relationship with my vendors was so important and she understood that. She was so very sweet. She also was able to give her expertise which is also important being a first time bride. I thank her so much for helping my dream day come true. If you are looking for a caterer, she is the best! You won’t be sorry!

  Best catering company ever

  I met Chef Raquel at a bridal show and loved how professional and personable she was. She gave me many menu options and even let me make a few substitutions. I even used panoptic catering to serve my alcohol. They’re team was amazing and our guests could not say enough good things about the food!

  The Chef was unresponsive after multiple attempts about two weeks before the wedding. She showed up about an hour before food needed to be served and was still setting up once the reception started. Her crew could be heard talking and unloading during the ceremony. She had a young child setting and serving food. The menu that was agreed upon was changed without my knowledge. Her overall attitude was poor during communication before the wedding and during the actual reception. Food was mediocre at best on that particular day.

  Highly unprofessional

  We booked this company about 10 months before our wedding for her to only cancel on us less than a month before our actual wedding. We were so upset! Her reason for canceling because she had JUST looked at the day/time our wedding was booked on and said she would not have a staff during that time frame.
