    So amazing!

I had such an amazing experience at Panache bridal. My stylist, Linnet, felt like my fairy godmother. Within a few minutes of meeting me, she completely understood my style and vision. She helped me find the best gowns to try on and tailored my whole appointment perfectly towards me, while also being conscious of my budget and timeline. After my first appointment, she was so accommodating in squeezing me in two more times to revisit my options, gave me new suggestions, and today she helped me say yes to the dress! Linnet really made my whole experience. I visited a few other bridal shops, and I can honestly say the other bridal stylists were not even nearly as helpful as Linnet. She is a gem! And panache was so great with such a good selection of dresses! So excited to see my dress when it gets here!

    Found the one here!

After a couple-of-months long search, I finally found my dress at Panache in Pasadena (there are a few locations throughout the LA area). Jonathan was a godsend who put up with me trying on probably-too-many dresses, but ultimately helped me narrow it down to 3 particularly good options before I finally decided on the one. He even speed-styled my hair for the best silhouette to envision the day. He's super sweet and has a great eye / intuition. (note: I did not get my dress altered here)

Liz at Panache Bridal was absolutely amazing. She made the experience fun and enjoyable for me and my bridal party. They were flexible with me when I had picked out my dress and didn't feel comfortable saying yes until My mother saw it. They opened an appointment the following weekend. Anyone getting married, I would highly suggest going to Liz!

The ladies here were very nice and helpful. I was able to show them a picture of a veil that I had been searching for for months and right away offered to help me find it.

Nicole at Panache, Costa Mesa is amazing! She was so helpful and found me the perfect dress! Panache has a wide selection to chose from, so it's a perfect boutique to go to if you haven't narrowed down your wedding dress style!

You guys--seriously. This is the place. I went to every bridal salon from Topanga to Pasadena, Beverly Hills to WeHo and everywhere in between. I'm one of those brides who tried on over 100 dresses. I actually found my dress at their Pasadena store, but the consultant and manager were not the most knowledgeable on the brand so I ordered my dress from Panache Beverly Hills and my amazing consultant Alicia. When I came back with my bridal party, she had a private red carpet runway area set up for us and made the day so special. Plus, I found a dress for half of my budget! Don't buy into any negative reviews you read, this place has dresses for everyone at all price ranges and the best consultants in town. Can't wait for my first fitting!

Panache Bridal in Beverly Hills helped me find the dress of my dreams! The shop is beautiful and elegant. The service was outstanding - they were always so kind and helpful, no matter what. I had a somewhat small budget, and they were never dismissive or treated me differently than anyone else. My consultant was the one who picked out the dress that I ended up buying. It was everything I wanted and more, and was less than my maximum budget! The alterations were also a breeze. I would recommend every single bride in LA to this shop.

The Panache team is fantastic! So friendly, accommodating and they know dresses inside and out! I had a picture of what I wanted when I walked in (an organza ballgown), but nothing I tried on was making me go wow. My consultant and a designer rep who happened to be in town made a suggestions and I reluctantly let them put me in a fitted lace gown and I was sold! They took one look at my frame and looked at pictures of the venue and knew exactly what would fit! All while staying (mostly) in my budget!

I visited maybe 5 or so wedding dress stores in ventura/santa barbara area. This was the most helpful store of all. I found a beautiful dress there that was my number one but was torn with another one I found at Cam Bridal (which was shut down at the time). I had called everywhere to see if they had the dress I wanted at Cam Bridal and no one could get it or had it. Pearl at Panache called around and she found me the dress in one of their warehouses and got it shipped to the store! I got to try on both my fav dresses back to back thanks to her and the staff gave some great input which helped me pick the dress they shipped in.
It was a great experience. Oh and they didn't mind me bringing in a lot of people either. Sweet and helpful people.

I found my dress on the first day. They have a great selection and the staff is easy to work with. My only issue is they charge a lot of alterations and to steam the dress. But the value and quality of the dress is amazing.

I purchased my wedding dress at the sample sale in October for my Valentines Day wedding. When I first made my appointment I was unaware that the sample sale was happening and joked with the person making my appointment that there was no way that I could fit into a sample. I had no idea that after just trying on three dresses I would have found the one and it needed to be taken in.

Liz my seamstress was an absolute dream. I needed to go in for about 4 fittings due to the alterations that I wanted for my dress. She is so kind and efficient. The original dress had a cap sleeve bolero that I wanted to turn into a sleeve that went to my elbow.
The result was better than I could have imagined. No one could have told that the sleeve was altered in any way. Liz is a genius at her craft and a pleasure to work with. I felt like a princess in my dress!

I went to several bridal stores before I finally stepped into Panache and found my beautiful "Emma" dress by Maggie Sottero! The staff was always very helpful and I had an unlimited number of fittings so I came in as many times as I wanted to check the fit and try out my wedding shoes. The seamstress was so nice and did a great job taking in the dress and creating the bustle loops.

The ladies at Panache were such a pleasure to work with! I walked in with my mom and sister to just try some dresses on and get a feel for what I liked. This was the first store I walked into and was totally not prepared to find my wedding dress. I explained to them the basic idea of what I wanted and one of the ladies pulled out a dress for me to try that looked exactly like what I had described. The second I tried it on I knew my search was over! It was absolutely beautiful and way under my budget. The overall dress experience was fabulous. The ladies at Panache are so sweet and happy for their brides. They really make each appointment exciting. If you are looking for a dress in the Pasadena area I highly recommended giving Panache a try!

Before Panache Bridal in Costa Mesa, I had gone to 5 other bridal boutiques in order to look for "the one" dress. I have to say that my experience at Panache was the most pleasant by far, not just because I ended up finding my dress, but also because of the great customer service. The people there were very helpful and friendly, and my friends and I had a great time.

There's actually another Panache boutique in Pasadena that is slightly bigger and has more options available, but they didn't get hot reviews on Yelp... I think this was because there were a couple rude ladies working there, and many brides felt like they were rushed during the process.

So, if the quality of customer service is important to you, I recommend going to the one in Costa Mesa. It's a bit smaller than the one in Pasadena, but they still have a fairly good selection of dresses. But, if you don't really care for customer service, and would like that wider selection of dresses, go for the one in Pasadena. Note: for some reason, I think the dresses in the Pasadena location are slightly more expensive than the ones in the Costa Mesa location. I say this because I did drop by the Pasadena location to show my dress to my sister (because it's actually closer to where I live), and I noticed that it was $100 more expensive than the one that was in Costa Mesa (strange, I know).

But, I do believe that if you find your exact same dress for less at another bridal boutique, that Panache will price match for you/lower their price. At least, they did for me at the Costa Mesa location. I actually waited a week until I made my final decision to buy my dress at Panache, and during that time, I visited Bella Wedding Bridal in Koreatown. They offered to sell me the same dress for $200 less, but I didn't want to purchase from them because of the horrible customer service I experienced there. So, I asked Panache Costa Mesa to price match for me, and they did! So, yes, I highly recommend this place!

This store is a brides dream! Panache carries a variety of dresses that a lot of vendors do not. I found my designer dress here. Watch for trunk shows if you have a tight budget. I got a very good deal on my dress but fell in love with a lot of others that were not in my budget. The girls are very good at pulling dresses to fit a budget, large and smaller so trust them and let them do their magic. Kimberly is wonderful and helped to make my experience of choosing my wedding gown a beautiful memory I will remember forever. Thanks Kimberly!

Go see Imelda now! :) Imelda and the team at Panache were so helpful from the day that I walked in. Imelda was friendly and helped me find a dress within my budget. She didn't force me to try on any dress that was out of my budget or not right for me. She gave me some time to think about it as well which was nice. After trying other dresses, I could only think of the one that I tried on at Panache. The dress order went well, but the dress had to be altered here and there. The seamstress was very nice to work with and did a great job in making the dress fit well! The ladies at Panache were so easy to work with. I didn't have my family with me when trying on dresses because everyone was out of town, but the ladies at Panache made me feel special each time I went there. Thanks Ladies!!!

After spending 3 full days trying on dresses, I was beginning to lose hope. I made an appointment at Panache on a desperate whim. Looking at its location and appearance, I assumed that it was an expensive boutique near South Coast Plaza. Upon entering, I had been greeted and given the go ahead to browse through some dresses. The bridal store is simply gorgeous. The chandeliers and layout give it an elegant feeling. The woman who helped me during my appointment was awesome. I told her exactly what I was looking for and she pulled two dresses. The first dress that she had picked out was the one! It was a trunk show dress and under budget! I ended up going back there to get my veil and alterations done in house. Overall, I believe that their pricing was reasonable and their customer service was superb.

Panache is where I started looking for my dream wedding dress and where I ended up buying my dream wedding dress. I was a little turned off at first due to the pricing, which was higher than I had budgeted for, but the saying is true, you get what you pay for.
I had a bit of a crisis getting ripped off from 2 different companies that I tried to save money with my duplicating my dress, WRONG CHOICE! Should have coughed up the dough from the start to get the real deal. I was limited on time due to all the time I wasted with the 2 other companies and Panache saved me!! They made sure I got the dress that I wanted on time while calming me down through the process. They followed through with everything and reallly made everything come together smoothly. They followed through with all of their promises and assured me everything would be perfect and it was!!
The alterations were pricey, but WELL worth it. After you spend a good amount of $$ on a dress, you don't want just anyone altering it. You want professionals that know how to handle a designer gown. My alterations came out perfect and my gown fit like a glove. It was pure perfection and I owe it all to Panache. They provided amazing service, and I really felt like my money was well spent. They have such an amazing variety of beautiful dresses, I could guarentee you would find your "one" at Panahce!
    THank you ladies!

I actually decided to spur of the moment pop into Panache Bridal in Pasadena, CA with my Maid of Honor one Saturday afternoon, and I’m so glad that we did. We met Susan, who couldn’t have been sweeter. I’m not what you would consider a “petite” girl by any means, and with my bust size I wasn’t sure what we were in for when it came to trying dresses on. I also had the fact that I have scars everywhere from my breast cancer surgeries both from hip to hip, and on my breasts so I had to give Susan a quick rundown of the last couple years of my life so she wasn’t wondering what had happened to me. I have never felt so much love and respect in a retail store in my life. What I thought was going to be a very horribly uncomfortable experience turned into a fabulous one, and within 24 hours, I had purchased the 2nd dress I had tried on. Every time I came for a fitting, or when we came to do bridesmaid dresses the staff could not be sweeter, very attentive, and really cared about what we were looking for and what we needed.

We found the wedding dress of our daughter's dream at Panache Bridal Salon in Costa Mesa. From the moment we entered the store, we were greeted by the nicest of sales associates. They were very helpful in every way and did their utmost to make our daughter happy with her purchase. We had a problem with the sizing of the little capelet that came with the bridal gown. It had to be returned to the designer three times to get the right fit. The sales associates were so patient and kind as they wanted our daughter to be happy with the fit. I couldn't recommend Panache Bridal and their staff more highly!

I used Panache for my bridal gown alterations only because I had purchased out of town. They were very accommodating as I had purchased all my bridesmaid dresses there. From the moment you walk through the door the staff makes you feel welcomed and special! I was so happy with alterations and Jocelyn made me feel comfortable in my dress. She was easy to work with and very funny. My dress turned out wonderful! My bussel, however, came off a couple times in the night but I think it was because I was a dancing fool and had a heavy skirt. I wouldn't have known I needed a tighter loop for the bussel but I guess if you know you are a dancer and getting a french bussel, then keep that in mind. :-)

I would check this place out if you are looking for dresses!

I came in without an appointment on a Sunday morning to browse around, and the ladies at Panache had me in a dressing room and trying things on without any fuss about my walk-in status at all. A few dresses in, I found "the dress". Only trouble was I had just gotten engaged that week so was not quite ready to commit, but I live out-of-state so couldn't come back later to order! They were so kind - they took my measurements and noted everything needed, and told me to think on it and call them back when I decided. A week later, when I called back, they had my information ready to go and put in the order. The dress was in when I returned to the store 7 months later for my sister's turn at dress shopping, and Panache was kind enough to let me quickly try it on. They were very flexible with scheduling fittings, especially important because of my out-of-state status, and let me schedule the fittings for times I was already going to be visiting. Their seamstress did a marvelous job with my very detailed hem. All in all, a very nice experience!

Before going to my appointment, I was anxious and concerned if I will have a bad experience. Why?... It's simple, it was my very first dress shopping experience so I didn't know what to expect. I'm on a limited budget and this place looked expensive from the outside. I half expected uptight, snooty ladies that would take one look at me and my budget and shoo me away. Ok, ...why did I go there? I was very interested in Maggie Sottero dresses and they had a trunk show at Panache.

Now to my actual experience...It was WONDERFUL! My consultant, Shadya, was extremely down to earth, sweet, approachable, nothing near what I expected to be. Shadya quickly helped me select various dresses, listened to what elements I liked, gently guided me to dresses within my budget. She helped with for over 2 hours and helped my narrowed down to the silhouette that is flattering. She was energetic, easy to talk to, and super friendly. I took longer than the appointment slot but they didn't shoo me away. In fact, instead of letting me wait around while Shadya went to meet her next appointment, she asked a new consultant, Yuri, to help. Yuri was also very friendly and kind. I didn't bring my mother and FaceTimed her to show her my final two choices. Shadya and Yuri were both patient to help me in the dresses again and explain the fit, the alterations, etc to my mom. When my mother said I looked pregnant and fat (which is why I didn't bring her the first place), the ladies were extremely supportive of me to make me feel better and beautiful.

Dress shopping was a lot more physically demanding and tiring than I ever expected but Shadya made it so fun that I didn't feel it until after. At the end of the visit, I was not pressured to purchase. Overall, it was a blast and the most fun I had during this wedding planning process so far!

I will admit that I was a little hesitant going to a bridal salon in Beverly Hills, but Chanelle was extremely down-to-earth and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. There was no pressure and she made the whole process really easy, including shipping my dress to another state!

My appoinment was just last week 2/20. I was a little less than 5 minutes late and was kept waiting for about 15-20 minutes, this is why I didnt give them 5 stars for Responsiveness. And I also didnt give them 5 stars for prefessinalism because the girl I checked in with was a bit... unfriendly, to put it nicely.

It turned out great because I started looking at gowns so that by the time that I met my consultant, I was ready to go. She was amazing! She definitely got my vision and made me feel extremely comfortable. This was the third shop I had been to in search of my dream gown and I found it here!

    OVERALL
My consultant was great!! I would let you know what her name is but I have a terrible memory for names. I'm giving a great review because I had a terrific experience with my consultant and solely because of her. All the negative comments I'd give about everything I saw wrong with my body was turned into how fortunate I was and how I need to embrace what God has blessed me with. lol! I knew the first dress I tried on was the one and I didnt want to take it off!! But I still tried on about 5 other gowns. & at the end of it all I tried on my favorite 2 one more time. Through everything, she was patient, friendly, comforting, enthusiastic. Nice touch was serving my guest and I champagne to celebrate having said "Yes to the dress!" Plus took a hundred and one pictures of us toasting on 5 different phones. lol! (you know girls!) It is a beautiful location with gorgeous gowns and an amazing experience! :) No regrets... So far! I have 10 weeks before my dress arrives. lol!

I went here because there was a trunk show for a designer I thought I loved and ended up falling in love with another dress. I did my research and browsed online for specific dresses I wanted to try on and even though they had a nice selection, they honestly had almost none of them. That didn't end up being a problem though since I did end up finding my dress. I felt that it was very pricey though and the only reason why I even looked here is because I was lucky enough to have no budget when it came to the dress so if you do have to stick to a budget, I would not recommend coming here. They also do not allow photography which kind of sucks if you want to wait to make a decision and they only do alterations on certain days which was inconvenient for me.

Panache is a HUGE bridal salon in Beverly Hills, so the experience can be a little overwhelming. Be sure to keep your mind open and have plenty of time to try on all kinds of dresses. We thought the dress would be a slinky silhouette, but ended up with a ball gown - who knew??

The ladies who work here are all really sweet and genuinely want you to find the dress that will make you look the best on the big day. The whole ordering process is a little daunting, then it takes so darn long for the dress to get there, but that isn't an issue, ultimately, so breathe deeply and wait. It was a little stressful towards the end, and I had to call a few times to get the right answer, but it all worked out well.

The seamstress was a really thoughtful and talented person, and the dress was pretty complicated. A number of fittings were required to get the right fit, but it turned out beautifully.

So, listen to the store staff's directions regarding timing, shoes, underwear, etc. It makes the process much easier. And leave Bridezilla at home and bring Bridechilla instead. It is easier on everyone.

I can't believe there are no other reviews for this store! I purchased my dress more than a year before my wedding - I went shopping with my Mother and FMIL and told them before we left "Please don't pressure me to buy a dress...I have plenty of time. I know exactly what I want and it's not a very common style of dress, so I highly doubt we're going to find it today." Well what do you know - the first dress I turned around on the rack turned out to be the one and we bought it on the spot! Their selection is enormous, much larger than other bridal shops I've been in. The staff was extremely helpful (Autumn was a delight to work with) and once I "said yes to the dress" we toasted with champagne! I just picked it up to take to a tailor since their alterations are definitely on the pricey side, but as far as the rest of the experience goes, I'd highly recommend them, especially if you want a large variety to shop from.

I had the best experience buying my dress through Panache Bridal in Beverly Hills! Autumn was my consultant and was fantastic. I had two visits to the store and purchased a dress I tried on during my second visit. I wasn't sold on any of the dresses I tried on during my first visit, I articulated more what I was looking for and shared a picture of a dress I liked from another store, and Autumn was able focus in on exactly what I was looking for in a dress. She was such a guide through the whole wedding buying process. Just a note about parking since I did read some online notes about it on other sites, you will want to park in a lot and not on the street. I got a ticket on my first trip when I parked on the street and my meter ran out since the appointment went longer than I thought.

I looked high and low for the perfect dress and actually had to have Panache special order it, because it was no longer in season. When it came in, the woman helping me was named Autumn and she was an absolute delight! My dress was also named "Autumn" (by Maggie Sottero) and I was getting married in Autumn, so I felt like it was fate. Autumn helped with the bustle (since the woman putting it together didn't speak English very well and it was a tricky dress to create a bustle) and I never felt like I was being pushed to buy something I didn't want or pushed to leave because there were other customers. The store is gorgeous and very accommodating, however I did see a roach (which was a little gross) and the bustle was changed twice, but other than that I was very happy with the service, the store, and ultimately my dream dress!

I purchased my Essence of Australia wedding dress at Panache in Pasadena, and I was very happy with the service I received. I was able to buy the floor sample as-is for a large discount, and the seamstress did an amazing job of tailoring the dress to my figure. The majority of the dresses in the shop are very expensive, but they were able to work with my budget, which was great.

I got my dress at one of their trunk shows. The designer's rep actually picked the dress out for me based on my body type - it was not one that I saw on the rack - and I fell in love.
My dress shopping experience wasn't perfect, but the staff did a great job. They were all very helpful and professional.
The only negative was that when we went in for alterations, the alterations lady wasn't the nicest. My mom had actually made me a veil that we brought in with us and she told her she made it wrong.

    I love Panache!

This bridal salon was great. For one, it smells AMAZING. More importantly the staff was so helpful and helped me find my dream dress. The only thing I wasn't crazy about was that they only let you take a photo in a couple of the dresses (your top choices) rather than all of them.

Overall, I liked my dress and how the alterations turned out. I did, however, get to my alteration appointment (the 2nd one) to see that the dress was not altered. They suggested I wait around for an hour! who has that kind of time? so I opted to come back. If you are going to do alterations, give yourself ample time because Panache only has appointments on mondays and Thursdays and they are VERY busy with only one person doing that. Otherwise, it was a very pleasant experience dealing with the people there.

Overall I enjoyed my experience at Panache in Pasadena. The store is lovely and they carry gorgeous dresses. The staff is very friendly. The only reason I wouldn't give them a perfect score is that they weren't able to alter my dress properly. I was told there were going to be several major changes made to the top of my dress which I paid a lot for. The day came for me to try it on and it was incredibly tight. We told the seamstress this wasn't going to work and so she said something to the effect of, "Oh no problem I did a quick stick that can be removed in a couple of minutes." While I was relieved it was a quick fix, I didn't understand why she had claimed to be making several changes to the top of the dress and what I had paid for? So she removed the stitch but then the dress was too big the day of and was falling. She was too lazy to do the adjustments she had suggested I make which led to the dress being too small. She also smelled heavily of cigarettes and I was afraid my dress was going to smell from it. There also not flexible with hours for fittings so you'll have to take off from work.

I would drive by this boutique as a child and dream of getting my bridal gown there. The displays on their windows are fantastic and mesmerizing. My childhood dream came true and I was able to find an affordable, beautiful, and elegant wedding dress there. I was lucky enough to attend a David Tutera trunk show and where one of his designs. My dress was unbelievable gorgeous and all my guests and vendors complimented me on it. I even got to meet David Tutera! It was such a fan girl moment for me! None of this would have happened without the help of the amazing staff at this store. Griselda was my sister's consultant in 2016 for her gown, and my mom new exactly who to ask for when it was my turn to get my gown. She is so helpful and sweet. My whole family loves her. The manager Cesi, is so great! When Gris was not there she would always take care of me. The seamstress Shami is so talented. I wanted to cover up more of my chest and she made it happen like magic. She added a piece of lace that went so well with my dress, it was perfect. I am beyond happy at Panache in Pasadena and when a future bride asks for referrals I send them straight here!

I got my dress the day of the David Tutera for Mon Cheri Bridal trunk show. I went specifically for this line of dresses and knew what I was looking for. Everyone at Panache was very friendly and encouraging. Since it was a trunk show it was a little crowded so it was hard to feel like I really got one-on-one attention, but I know the staff was doing their best. It felt kind of sales-pitchy at times because they would say, "oh this is the one!" and then I'd try another dress and then they'd say, "oohhh now THIS is the one!" which is hard when you're making a huge decision and taking peoples' opinions into consideration. I was expecting there to be a discount as I've heard there are usually discounts at trunk shows, so that was disappointing. I also heard of friends of mine who once they said yes to the dress would get some champagne and I thought Panache would do that since they're a little more high end but that didn't happen. I did get a water bottle though! Overall considering that I attended an event knowing it would be crowded, I had a pleasant experience. They called me when my dress came in (and it came in when expected) and let me try it on before taking it home even though I didn't do in-store alterations. They were always friendly which I appreciated.

Amazing dresses, but average service. I purchased my Ian Stuart wedding dress at Panache during the Ian Stuart trunk show. Both the Panache consultant (Valerie) and Ian Stuart Representative (Cliff) were extremely helpful. Both Valerie and Cliff provided me with plenty of dresses to try on. I had no idea what type/style of dress I wanted, and Valerie helped me select the most perfect wedding dress! Since I was unsure about the dress (at first), Valerie offered to schedule an appointment for me a few days later so I could think about the dress (I appreciated that she wanted to make sure I liked the dress and that it wasn’t all about the sale). I also worked with Desiree and she was extremely helpful as well. I rated the service as average because for my last 2 fittings, I had to work with a different consultant, who was not as helpful or as nice (she seemed more concerned about how my fittings could benefit her instead of taking into account my budget). I worked with Mary (seamstress) during my fittings. She was very helpful and suggested alterations that would help keep me within my budget. The tailoring was flawless and my dress fit perfectly!

    Beautiful Dress, subpar alterations

I found my beautiful wedding dress at Panache Beverly Hills, which was a super fun experience. The consultants do a great job at finding the right dress for you in your price range and are very friendly and kind.

My dress was transferred to the Costa Mesa location for alterations. My service here was a little bit shaky because they had a seamstress quit. My first fitting went well, but when I came in for my "second fitting" not a single alteration was completed. For my third and final fitting, the seamstress who did the work did not come out to confirm the fit and height of the dress (which is hard for brides to tell when they're standing on the podium). I had a consultant help me into and out of the dress. Sadly, the dress was several inches too long on my wedding day which made it incredibly hard to walk in. I should add that my dress does not have many layers to it at all, did not need bra cups installed, and needed very minimal alterations yet I still had to pay for the same alterations package that someone with a huge ballgown would have to pay. They brought the dress out to me with a loose button and strings hanging out too. Quite the letdown after I had such a great experience buying my beautiful dress here.

In a nutshell, if you're looking for your beautiful dream dress I would DEFINITELY check this place out. However, take the dress elsewhere for alterations or pay very close attention to detail if you have them alter it.

After having a truly unsuccessful experience at another bridal salon, I found Panache based on my favorite designers website. I booked my appointment way in advance because I was coming from out of town. When I got there I was received by very friendly staff. They allowed us to look around after first showing us which racks had my price point. One of the sales ladies prefaced this experience by saying, they know my budget and will not pull dresses above that. However if YOU find a gown that is over your budget feel free to try it on. We pulled a bunch of gowns and none of them fit. The sample sizes are a few sizes to small. I got very discouraged and started to tear up. This was the same experience I had at the other salon. I ending up only trying on two dresses (one a corseted ball gown). The dress I really wanted to try on I was only able to experience it on the mannequin. I almost had tears, but I couldn't try it on. The consultant at that place had an "oh well" attitude. At Panache, the consultant really tried to make me feel better and tell me to not be discouraged we will find you dress. She really seemed to care. Unfortunately, the dress I was in love with was again not in my size, but I was able to try on more than two dresses this time. After seeing some failed silhouettes the consultant had the idea of having me try on a dress with the similar fit just to see if I like the silhouette, which the previous consultant never thought of doing. After that, I realized the dress I feel in love with was the dress for me. I'm going to order it in blind faith when I get back home. I really enjoyed my experience and would recommend this bridal salon to anyone.

Panache has such a huge selection of gowns for every personality. It was easy to get an appointment for a fitting, and Autumn was a pleasure to work with. She never tried to push me to try something that I wasn't interested in. If I could give 10 stars for Mary, the seamstress who did my alterations, I would in a heartbeat. She hugged me when I cried from joy. She made this dress (that had to be 100% hand altered), fit me impeccably. She made me feel at ease, and that I really was the most beautiful woman in the world.
The only reason the salon in general didn't receive a perfect score is because of the two occasions I was called on the mornings of my fittings, asking at the last minute if I could reschedule (this was two weeks before my wedding). Their scheduling is a bit erratic, and had a bit of an attitude when it came to being sensitive to the stresses surrounding a bride so close to the wedding day. But overall, it was such a great experience, going from fiance to bride.

My dress was amazing - something happened in the fitting not sure - my dress ended up being too big on me - But overall was so beautiful I don't think anyone noticed it looking big.

I ordered my dress from here after visiting 3 other bridal stores in the area. Although the atmosphere was nice and they have a fun, red runway where you can strut your stuff like a supermodel, the sales girls were a bit too pushy for my taste, trying to guilt me into buying my dress by telling me I had to buy it that day or it may not be here by my wedding day. I believe my salesgirls name was Kim, but everytime I tried on a dress, she said, this is your dress! I was like, I will tell you when and if this is my dress, thanks! Lol. The joys of being a bride . . . ;)

Their selection is unmatched both in range of style and price. I loved my dress, but felt like the quality of service could have been improved. Maggie was my initial consultant and was very sweet and professional, but the communication between the staff seemed a little disjointed. I felt as if I as expected to know what to do in terms of spacing of appointments and even how to start my search for a dress. A little more direction and personal care would have been appreciated. Alterations were crazy expensive - I was incredibly lucky to just need a hem and a button, but I was still shocked at the bill.

My dress was beautiful, but there were several miscommunications scheduling my fittings. They made it work, but I ended up waiting a long time for my scheduled appointments. They could be better organized.

Dress Was Pretty, Don’t Use their Service

They definitely have lots of choices, and the store is beautiful. And I picked my dream dress on my first visit, although the size was too big for me. And it was on sale. And then they took my measurements, I paid 800 dollars for them to tailer and clean it up. Everything was fine till here. Second time I went in. The dress went from too big to too small. So they needed to keep working on it. The 3rd time I went in. The dress stayed the same condition with the second time. Then I was told the one who worked on my dress before left, and nobody did anything about my dress. And nobody called me before I went in. At the end of the day, they assigned someone new to work with me. And on the 4th time, it’s finally right. To be honest, I expected better service since I thought it’s Panache in Beverly Hills, and the service fee was not low. And after the experience, I can say for sure I’d get better, at least not less professional and faster service for way less money. I recommend to buy your dress from them, just don’t use their service.

    Review for Beverly Hills:
If I had written this review right after picking out my dress, it would have been 5 stars. My consultant was patient, willing to listen, and understood that this was a really special experience for my mom, MOH, and I (and you can't go wrong with free champagne!)

However, the alterations on my dress were much less than satisfactory, unfortunately. I originally ordered my dress with a yard of extra fabric, because I wanted to add off-the-shoulder sleeves. When they called me to confirm that they had received my dress, I asked them to confirm that the extra yard of fabric was there, and they told me that it was.

When I got there for the fitting, my dress fit really well already, which I was really relieved about. However, when I asked to see the YARD (3 feet) of extra fabric that I ordered (which cost $500 on its own, by the way), they brought out about an 8-inch length of lace... IN THE WRONG COLOR. My dress was ivory on champagne, and this fabric was a pure white. It was immediately really noticeable to everyone there, including the consultant and seamstress. It was obvious that nobody had checked the accuracy of the order AT ALL until right then. It was the wrong color AND less than half the amount that we'd paid for. Of course, since they had told me to wait until 2 weeks before the wedding to book my fitting (in case I wanted to "tone up"), there was no time to order more fabric. They were able to find some small scraps from another bride's altered dress in the same fabric and color as my dress, however, and they offered to make the sleeves out of that. I demanded a refund on the fabric, which they gave me, and told them to give the sleeves a try.

When I came back in, it literally looked like they just sewed on a scrap of fabric to the dress. I really think that's exactly what happened. It did NOT look good-- there was just not enough scrap fabric. The edges were not even finished. My husband's mom ended up fixing them herself.

After months of shopping exclusively at Saks for a dress and coming up short, I stumbled upon Panache in Beverly Hills. I knew I wanted a dress that was modern--no lace, no beading, no bling. Panache had the dress of my dreams, and I lucked out when it came to their inventory. They have a huge range of gowns to choose from, so much so that I can almost guarantee any bride could find something stunning that fits both her budget and style there. However, my positive experience with Panache went south thereafter. At my first fitting, their seamstress pricked herself while she was pinning me, and bled all over my silk dress. I looked down in horror, and tried to ask her to stop pinning me so I could get out of the dress, but unfortunately, she did not speak any English, and no stylist was in the room with me to oversee the process. The seamstress came back and started aggressively rubbing the fabric, only making it worse. Finally, after trying to politely resurrect some high school Spanish and then loudly asking for some attention from a stylist, their manager came in. She got the dress off of me immediately, and asked that I wait while they tried to remove the stains. 30-45 minutes later, the stains were mostly gone, but the fabric had warped due to the treatment to remove the blood. I absolutely understand that accidents happen and I do not fault the poor seamstress just trying to do her job, but the handling of the situation was not what I had paid for and come to expect as a customer of a high-end salon. I came back to my next fitting, optimistic. There were still minute areas were darkening in the fabric were visible from the blood, so they insisted they would try again. Worst of all, my dress was too tight, so much so that I could literally not sit down. At my final fitting, it came together, only after I stood up for myself as a paying customer of the salon. Be wary with Panache, and explain your expectations at the outset!

Customer Service 101 - Failed score.

So, here's the thing: if someone walks in your store you should greet them. That is Customer Service 101. I walked in the Costa Mesa store without an appointment and got the cold shoulder. I did not intent to try dresses, i merely asked to see Maggie Sotero dresses; the Manager directed a young woman to "show her the Maggie's". That was the extent of the greeting i got. Not cool Ms. Manager. The young lady who showed me to the small section of dresses was super nice, this review is about the shop, so not a good experience for me.

    Go somewhere else for alterations

This review is for alterations only as I bought my dress through the Panache Pasadena store (so my review of that part of the process is on their page). I opted to transfer my dress to the Beverly Hills store for alterations since it was closer to where I lived.

My dress arrived in late March 2019 (over 3 months late) after ordering in July 2018 from Panache Pasadena. I scheduled my first fitting at Panache Beverly Hills as soon as possible early April 2019 as I had massive alterations I wanted to the dress and knew they'd need as much time as possible to get them done for my June 22nd wedding.

I'd been recommended by the Pasadena store to request Nidia to do my alterations, so I requested her when I called the BH store. For some reason, they ignored my request and put me with Diana. They told me she was wonderful. I listened to them.

Diana seemed nice and to know what she was doing. When I met with her that first time, I told her I wanted to add extensive beading to the dress (which initially had no beads), I brought example beads (I said pearl beads only, no sequins, no crystals) with me and showed her 5 pictures of how I wanted the beads to be put on the dress (I had pictures of other wedding dresses with beads woven into the lace in a way I liked), I also told her I wanted fabric covered buttons down the back and spaghetti straps with beads.

Diana seemed overwhelmed. She told me she could not have the dress done in time for my June 22nd wedding (keep in mind it's the beginning of April). I asked to talk to the manager (Megan) because my dress was 3 months late, which was Panache Pasadena's fault, and I wanted my alterations completed. Megan called the Pasadena store and after hearing the story, agreed they'd find a way to get my alterations done in time. Megan listened to all the changes I wanted to the dress, quoted a price, we agreed and paid.

Diana asked to schedule the next appointment in mid-May. I thought WOAH I'm not going to be able to see the work you're doing for that long with all of the changes, but she assured me because she had so much work to do to my dress she needed that much time. She promised to send photos when she started the beading work so I could approve it.

Fast forward May 2019 (1.5 months from my wedding)
We go to my fitting. I've not heard ANYTHING from the store, no photos to approve, nothing, so I'm nervous. The dress comes out and there is NO BEADING AT ALL. In 1.5 months since my first fitting, Diana has only made basic alterations to my dress, cut the hem, worked on bustle, adjusted bodice size. She tries to assure me, she needed to get the sizing right before she started the custom beading or she'd have to restart her work. I don't really understand since I assume she could have started beading the middle of the dress where no changes were being made?? But I concede and say okay because she promises to get the dress done in time. She also promises to send me pictures of the work. We schedule my next fitting for the week of June 10-14th. I'm supposed to be picking up my final dress that day since my wedding is June 22nd.

Fast forward to June 6th 2019 (16 days before my wedding)
I have heard NOTHING from the store. I've been sent no photos and am now minorly freaking out. What does this beading I paid so much for look like?? I call the store and insist they send me photos. I get emailed photos. THEY ARE TERRIBLE. In spite of asking for pearl beads only that go around the edges of the lace in dots. I have sequins and crystals and stripes of beads clearly rushed onto the dress. I call and they agree to have me come in the next morning to discuss and fix the situation.

June 7th 2019 (15 days before my wedding)
I get to see the dress in person and it is WORSE than the pictures. There are more sequins and crystals and in place of the fabric covered buttons I requested are huge crystal buttons down the back of the dress. I'm in shock. I can't believe this is happening. Diana tries to tell me how much more expensive the beads she added were than what I wanted. I tell her I don't care. I asked for what I wanted and I don't like how this looks. Megan, the manager, thank god she was there, shoo-ed Diana away and apologized. She remembered and had notes on what I'd asked for and didn't know why Diana hadn't listened. She promised they would get the dress fixed and exactly the way I wanted it. We went through my example photos that I'd showed them in April and talked it through. Megan assures me they'll have the dress perfect and reschedules my pickup of the dress for June 17th (5 days before my wedding), but she promises to send photos before of the beading for my approval. Keep in mind, I still haven't even seen the straps I asked to be made for my dress either.

June 12th (10 days before my wedding)
Megan sends pictures of my dress and WOW it's looking so gorgeous. The beading is great, I'm happy. She didn't send pictures of the back of the dress, which I find weird, so I ask for photos.

June 14th (8 days before my wedding)
I finally get those June 14th and see while they fixed the fabric covered buttons, there is still NO beading on the back at all. They are supposed to have it done and covered in beads in 3 days? That's weird? But okay they promised to have it done.

June 15th (7 days/one week before my wedding)
Megan calls me at 2pm in the afternoon to tell me that Panache has "run out of beads" for my dress and that they need ME to go buy them beads and that they won't be able to have my dress done in time for my Monday pickup since they don't have the beads. She asked if I'd be okay getting my dress on Thursday (2 days before my wedding).

I am naturally furious. What do you mean I need to go pick up the beads? She said that Diana had only used beads that I'd given her as examples at my first fitting (back in April). I tell Megan that Diana used multiple types of beads and not all were ones I'd given her. Megan said well they're out of all of the beads both the kinds I'd given Diana and those she'd bought herself and Megan said that I'd need to go personally buy both types of beads OR Megan would charge me the cost of the beads PLUS the cost of sending someone from Panache to go buy the beads. HOW DISGUSTING IS THAT? I've spent thousands of dollars on a dress and alterations that you've completely stressed me out over and fucked up and you are now going to charge me more over another fuck up on your part??? How do you NOT realize you're going to run out of beads? How did you not tell me sooner??

I ask Megan if I can somehow get you the beads today (Saturday) before Panache closes, can you still get me my dress on Monday. She says yes. I ask her to send me pictures of the bead bags (that had the bead description/color/size/etc.) so I can match the bead. She tells me they NO LONGER HAVE THEM. How the hell am I supposed to get you the same beads then?? She sends me pictures of the beads.

All of the bead stores downtown close at 2pm on Saturday and don't reopen until Monday at 8am, so I was screwed. I jumped in my car and rushed to 3 bead stores in LA that were still open and bought every similar bead I could find to the ones in the photos Megan had sent me. I rush to Panache and meet my parents there. Diana is not there, but Megan is there with the head of alterations (I can't remember her name).

I'm sweaty from freaking out and running all over LA to try to find beads before Panache closed. I hand over the beads and the alterations manager tells me none of them match and that they will not work. I somehow don't cry, but the alteration manager (who I'd never met until now) then proceeds to tell me "this is not a big deal, this is just a dress." Lady, this is your job. You had one job to do that I paid a lot for, not cool.

I insist on trying on the dress even though I'm gross because hey, this is now my last chance to see if it actually fits right and what the beads that are on it look like on me. I try it on, and what do you know, they still haven't made me straps yet for the dress?? They take measurements on the straps and promise to have them and the beads done by the time I pick up the dress. We agree that Panache will go buy the rest of the beads for the dress on Monday morning when the beads store open. After the discussion, Megan has the audacity to charge me $50 for the cost of the beads they're planning to buy. REALLY??? So awful, but we pay and don't make a fuss because at this point, I just want my dress done.

We agree they will have the dress done Tuesday night (one day late - 4 days before my wedding) because even though she asked for me to pick it up Thursday, I said that I can't because like most people having a wedding, I have like a million appointments, nails, eyebrows, hair, etc, and I can't be worrying about getting to Beverly Hills to pick up my dress that close to my wedding.

I pick up the dress Tuesday night and thankfully it's near perfect (a couple of loose beads but what do I expect when they rushed everything so much).

Also, after the whole saga they told me Diana had quit and they were behind on everyone's dresses because she'd had 5 dresses for weddings my weekend. (No wonder she quit when they gave her WAY too much work).

Save yourself a headache and do your alterations elsewhere. If you do choose to use them, LIE ABOUT YOUR WEDDING DATE. Seriously, say it is 2 months before it is.

I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 because Megan was pretty good at customer service (other than the insisting on $50 for the beads which was super tacky and really awful) and because my dress in its finished product was 99% what I wanted other than loose beads.

    Go anywhere but here

BEWARE!!! They will do anything to get your money, then once they have it will treat you like dirt. They will tell you yes of course we can do that, whatever you want. Then tell you they can’t, the designer won't do that, and of course, there are absolutely no refunds so once they have you locked in be prepared to be disappointed and let down. If you try to do any custom work with them don’t expect a first-class experience with up-to-date methods, instead, you will receive useless scribbles. If you hear the name Minette run as fast as you can in the other direction. I ended up not having a wedding dress for my wedding because of Minette, she is heartless. I tried to contact the owner multiple times regarding my issues leaving messages to the associates answering the phones but of course, never received a callback. Don’t risk it, go somewhere else. $7,167.74 dollars flushed down the drain because what good does a credit do at a bridal store AFTER your wedding!? A once-in-a-lifetime experience I had looked forward to all of my life was ruined by Panache. These people don’t care about you or your special day.

    Worst store ever

I bought my dress at Panache February 2019. I waited until after our wedding to write this review since this was the absolute worst part of wedding planning. Panache bridal was the only negative experience I had during the planning process. I went to several other bridal salons, which were amazing. I loved a dress at Love and Lace bridal, however, I went to Panache for one last look at dresses before buying. The dress I found at Love and Lace was way below my original budget, so I decided to stick with the lower budget since I found something I loved at an amazing price point. When entering Panache they asked me my budget, which I told Christine my reasoning around my new price point. I also asked for something without lace. I am not sure if it was the price point or asking for a dress without lace, but Christine seemed less then thrilled with what she had to work with. Surprisingly, I liked one of the three dresses I tried on. I also loved the veil paired with the dress. I wasn’t ready to buy at this point because I was mentally confused about the service and the love I had for the dress and veil. I decided to reschedule. I took two friends with me for the following appointment. My friends were impressed by the décor of the store but immediately felt the same uncomfortable vibe I felt. I went to try on the dress and asked Christine to also grab the veil to show my friends the complete look, which she acted as if the veil didn’t’ matter, just the dress. She reluctantly grabbed the veil. After deciding to purchase the dress the same day, Minette the manger and Christine took my measurements. The process of taking my measurements and purchasing the dress seemed very rushed. I was informed, I should order a size 4, which they educated will fit perfectly in my bust and would be too small in my hips by 0.5 inches. I was told the dress could be taken out in the hips 0.5 inches due to the extra material in the seem. This didn’t make sense to me at the time since my bust size has always been bigger than my hips. I asked about ordering a size 6 and was told that I would be swimming in the dress sine it would be too large. I decided to order size 4 as recommended. At check out, I was offered a package of alterations that was $800. I was told if I didn’t buy the package deal that alterations would cost more since I would purchase them al la carte. I was informed the package deal is only offered at the time of purchasing the dress.I tried to take a picture of the package deal and a la carte and was informed I was not allowed to do this. When I asked what may need to be altered, or how much it would cost al la carte, I was informed that they wouldn't know until the dress came in. I was also told the alterations al la carte may reach up to $1200. I found this insane since my dress only cost $1500. Other customers were checking out at the same time and none of these conversations were in private. I felt uncomfortable that I had questions and Christine seemed very annoyed that the decision didn’t come easy for me. I decided against buying the package deal and knew that I would not be using the in house alterations. I was told that I would get a follow-up phone call with an estimated delivery date, which I never got. I waited two weeks and called myself. I was told by Minette the dress and veil would arrive in June. I was told at this time I would get a confirmation email, which I never got. I called again as June approached and spoke to Minette again, which I was told the dress has not yet been shipped and there was no estimated ship date. I asked her about the estimated ship date stated from our previous conversation, which she reported she was the only person in the store who had access to ship dates. I assume she didn't remember our previous conversation. I was told I would receive follow-up the following week on Monday, which I didn’t. I called again on Wednesday and was told the dress would not arrive until July. I finally got the dress around July 11th. I was told I needed an appointment to pick up the dress, which could not be done on weekends since they are busy with new clients purchasing dresses. When I tried my dress on for the first time it was about two inches too wide in the hips and too small in the bust, smashing down my breast. I held back the tears, as this was the opposite of what I was told. Of note, the dress had deep V’s cut on the sides and I told Christine and Minette during purchasing that I didn’t want side boob, which I was told the dress would cover my breast just fine. The dress was so small I had a lot of side boob that was enhanced by my breast being smashed down. I tried on the veil with the dress at the same time, which I didn’t notice the length, or if it was the correct veil, due to the tears I was holding back. I mentioned my concerns to Christine who called her manager Minette to look at the dress, which she said it fit perfectly. I am not sure what she was basing this on because I felt like I was suffocating in the dress. Upon packing my dress, Christine was so rushed she balled my veil up and threw in the bottom of the dress bag. At this point, I just wanted to leave the store that I dreaded being in. I called Panache later that day to talk to the manager and address my concerns about the dress being too small. To this day, I can not believe the audacity of her remarks. Minette stated, “I have breast implants too and know from experience things don’t fit like they are supposed too.” She reported that the dress could be taken out in the chest to possibly help the fit. I took my dress to an outside seamstress. I walked into her shop in tears. She asked me why did Panache order the dress so small? She said she could take the dress out a little in the bust, but the dress should have been ordered a size bigger. When alterations put on my veil I noticed it was the wrong veil, which was too short in length. I went back to Panache bridal the same day and spoke to the regional manager since Minette was not on that day. She told me I had the correct veil. I showed her the pictures of the dress from the day I first tried it on with the veil that should have been ordered. She continued to argue telling me the 94X 120-inch veil was correct, which it wasn’t! I ordered 120X120 inch veil. Finally, she reported there was a mistake and a correct veil would be ordered. I took the time to tell the regional manager about my terrible experience at Panache. She seemed to listen to my concerns, however, the damaged experience had already occurred. I went to my second dress fitting and lost weight due to the stress of being a bride and my experience at Panache. My dress ended up fitting but was still a bit snug. The seamstress at Eeoni Alterations in Tustin was amazing. Not to mention, she has fixed many dresses that have come from Panache bridal. I could write so much more to this review, but only have time for the highlights of how terrible it was. If I could go back, I would choose the dress that was my second favorite at the salon with better service. Looking at all the other negative reviews and responses from Panache, they probably will respond with some absurd comment because they treat the customer as if they are always wrong and they are always right.

Do NOT purchase your wedding dress from Panache!

    Zero stars

Do NOT purchase your wedding dress from Panache!

My experience at Panache in Pasadena was horrible and one of the worst experiences of my life. Panache RUINED my wedding, caused me emotional distress, and unnecessary stress. They messed up my dress and lace leotard top and could not fulfill their contractual obligations as a business.

They have terrible customer service, are unprofessional, do not know what they are doing, and miscommunicate information. The owner doesn't value his customers nor care about you as a person. He refuses to take the fault for Panache's mishaps. The seamstresses are rude, inappropriate, and do a bad job with alterations.

My dress and lace leotard top arrived 3 months past the promise date and thus alterations were completed less than 24 hours before my wedding. I proactively called and followed up with Panache's manager on the delivery of my dress and employees did not follow up with me. The only times I would get an update is when I called. This added additional time and stress to my wedding planning and to my full-time work week.

The lace leotard top I ordered that was delivered was incorrect. So they ordered a second "correct" lace leotard top and it was yet again incorrect! With weeks before my wedding, Panache said their seamstresses would "supposedly" change the incorrect top to match the in-store sample I ordered.

I waited over an hour and a half for my alteration appointment to start which was only 5 minutes long! The alterations that were supposed to be completed as part of the "alterations package" were incomplete and rushed. Their "alteration package" is overpriced and bs. I had to inconveniently come back to the store hours later (less than 24 hours before my wedding), to pick up my dress and top when there were more important things I had to take care of and think about.

When I picked up my dress and top, the top was not attached to my dress, the lace patterns on my top were misshaped, a button was missing from one of the sleeves, my built-in bra was missing, and the two pins that were on the sides of the dress were just taken out. The sides of my dress were never even altered! Only the bottom of my dress and bustle was completed even though the "alteration package" was supposed to include, "everything". With hours away from my wedding, it was too late to make any more alterations and there were still corrections that needed to be done.

After a night of anxiety, crying, and worrying, which was the night before my wedding, I unfortunately wasn't able to wear my lace leotard top on my wedding day. This "top" was the reason why I purchased my dress from Panache in the first place.

In conclusion, there were a lot of instances that led to such a disastrous end result of my wedding dress due to Panache's mistakes. If I had the ability to start all over, I would NOT purchase my dress from any Panache store location. I strongly advise every newly engaged bride-to-be to purchase their wedding dress elsewhere and to not waste their time or money on them.

I would not recommend this bridal shop to anyone. They told us that the sample dress my daughter tried on was one color and we believed them. We ordered the dress in the color of what we thought was the sample dress and when it came in it was a different color. Their solution was to even exchange our brand new $6000 dress for the used and worn sample dress. They also said that we are seeing the dress as darker due to dark lighting! They were just finding excuses to not reorder the dress in the correct color. In the end we were stuck with having to buy a new dress at another vendor. I would never give them any business again. So stressful and disappointing for the bride. Worst experience ever.

I came here and was super happy with them at first and then it went straight downhill. They SUCK at following up in regards to when your dress is ready. I would call to ask and they would always say "honey, don't stress". I paid 2 grand, and my wedding is in less than a month. Then Reagan explained they would steam my dress as a complimentary service. I got there for my last fitting and they were trying to charge me over $140 to steam it when they had said it was "complimentary". Reagan and Cecee her manager tried saying she thought I was doing the alteration package, but clearly she knew I wasn't because she charged me for just the hem. Reagan and her coworker then proceeded to write messages to each other and laugh in my face. How immature. Your coworker even said all you guys do is stand around and talk and can't even pick up hangers. Cecee, the manager, did not bother to take accountability for their mistakes, rather she proceeded to BLAME THE CUSTOMER.
    DO NOT SHOP HERE.
They seem super nice at first, but once they have their sale they can give two craps about you.
    Your workers are immature.

To be clear, this is regarding Panache Bridal Pasadena

How do I even begin to express my disappointment with Panache Bridal? If I could give them NEGATIVE 5 STARS I would. They made my experience shopping for a wedding dress an utter nightmare and I still get shivers thinking about the treatment they showed both me and my mom when we purchased my wedding dress.

On our first visit, I selected a sample dress that was clean and in great condition which I left in their care for a few months until it was time to pick up before my wedding.

On our second visit, I returned to re-try it on it was covered in self-tanner/make-up on the lace shoulder straps, there were multiple tiny tears and loose strings hanging off the lace detailing, and the bottom of the dress was dirty as if THEY CONTINUED TO LET PEOPLE TRY ON MY DRESS EVEN AFTER I PURCHASED IT! DO NOT LEAVE YOUR DRESS WITH THEM. This was not the condition I left my dress in and they claim no one wore my dress after I purchased it, but I do not wear self-tanner or makeup on my body and Cecy tried to make me feel like I was the one that got the dress dirty. It was absolutely HORRIFYING.

I was crying and upset and Cecy (the manager) just further explained how I didn't know what I was talking about and that was the condition the dress was left in, but I never would have purchased it had it looked like that. Cecy was incredibly cold and rude to both me and my mother and THEY REFUSED TO REFUND US FOR A DRESS THEY DAMAGED.

The owner of the store spoke to my mom and offered to order a new one, but it wouldn't have gotten here in time for my wedding, thus I wouldn't have had a wedding dress. The owner did this to make himself look good instead of refunding us for the damaged dress and now we are stuck with a sample dress that we ended up getting a $500 discount on, but it turns out it's supposed to come with a belt which they never gave us so WE ENDED UP PAYING FULL PRICE FOR A SAMPLE DRESS.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I read the mixed reviews about Panache before I bought my dress from them. I searched all over Southern California to find another salon that carried the dress I wanted but turned out Panache was the only one. With high hopes I purchased my dress a year before my wedding from Panache Beverly Hills and crossed my fingers that nothing would go wrong.

When my dress came in, it was HUGE. The sales assistant helping me had to use 5 pins to keep the dress up but the tag said the "correct" size. As she was pinning my dress she was carelessly walking all over the train with her BLACK shoes. They require you to sign a size form which puts all the blame on you if the dress doesn't fit, even though they are the professionals and should know what they are doing. After they reassured me that this was the correct dress and size, I took my dress somewhere else to get it altered since I wasn't going to get ripped off twice.

I took it to two different alterations stores and they both told me it was ridiculous and I needed to go back and fight Panache. Marissa, one of the managers, was somewhat helpful and after looking at it again, she realized the designer mis-marked the dress. They then proceeded to rush order me a new dress and it would come in one month before my wedding... One month rolls around and what do you know, still no dress! We called every day for the next two weeks and they said that FedEx lost the dress. The owner, Ray, is an absolute jerk and no help at all.

After it was all said and done, they offered us 30% off alterations (which the basic alterations start at $800 and go up quickly from there). Thanks but no thanks Ray!

Word to the wise, buy your wedding dress somewhere else!

TERRIBLE SERVICE. I was extremely dissatisfied with Panahce Bridal. I was very excited for the first fitting & couldn't wait to see my dream dress start to come together. I put the dress on, which was extremely big in the bust, including the slip underneath (I'm very small chested & knew I would need alterations there for sure). The alterations manger suggested I add these bra pads to the dress. The dress already had light built-in padding, which was perfect, but she was very insistent. I politely declined - I've never been one to wear padded bras, so why start now & not look like myself on my wedding day? She didn't really like my answer & seemed very turned off that I wanted to look natural. At the next few fittings, the dress was still falling off of my shoulders & bust. I could understand if it happened at the second fitting, but at the 4th and 5th...that's not acceptable. There were so many things wrong with the alterations, I asked to speak with the manager. I explained how I wasn't satisfied, that the lace was reapplied inconsistently & didn't flow with the direction of the other lace, that the straps were falling off, the hem too short, the bust too large, the fabric puckering - the list goes on. She promised it would be perfect at the next fitting & that if it wasn't then they could "do something". I took that as partially refund me for the $1200 spent on alterations alone, or throw in the veil for free. At the next fitting, the one that they could "do something", there were still so many things not fixed. I was told that the owner said we'd have to wait until alterations were finished & I was happy. AFTER 13, YES 13 FITTINGS, I was not happy. I didn't put the dress on & feel special or have the feeling I thought I would about my wedding dress. I only took the dress because my wedding was in TX 2 days later. They didn't "do something" to ease my concerns about the service or to rectify my experience.

This was the worst experience and a total nightmare when you think of buying the dress of your dreams. I bought a $4000 wedding dress at Panache and loved it until all of the seamstresses at Panache got their hands on it. They are complete novices it seems when dealing with silk satin and almost completely ruined my dress by not knowing the correct way to tailor it. After five failed fittings at their store and being told there was nothing else they could do and they didn't know how to fix it, I knew either I would wear a dress they had ruined or I had to try and get the dress to another tailor outside of the store. I had to write several emails and be on at least a half hour phone call with the mgr to convince him that after all I had been through and a dress that seems beyond repair he owed me financially. He disagreed and only agreed to $500 for another seamstress of my choice - the weekend before my wedding - to try and fix what his team had done to my beautiful gown. There were snags all over it, the seams were uneven, the pleats in the chest were uneven and you could see stitches in the expensive and delicate fabric. These people were not apologetic in the least and I spent over 20 hours with them trying to make my dress fit. Thank god for another tailor who I found last minute, but that does not excuse all of the stress and craziness the week of my wedding. My dress wasn't fixed with the new tailor until the day before I left for my wedding. I never got a call from Panache to see what the outcome was or to offer an assistance with cleaning it or anything. This place is a nightmare.

My BIGGEST regret was purchasing my wedding dress and alterations package from Panache. My dress fell apart during the limo ride to my wedding ceremony. Not only is the seamstress totally incompetent, but she is horrendously rude and unprofessional and just a disgusting person in general. She convinced me to wear my dress without the inner panel which was removable because she did not feel like sewing it into my dress. I was very skeptical about that because I felt that the boning wasn't sturdy enough to be worn without reinforcement since my bodice was a delicate see-through lace corset, but she rudely kept insisting and arguing with me. Well the boning on the bodice bent permanently as soon a I sat in the limo on the way to my ceremony. My dress was ruined before the wedding even started! In addition to that, I tripped on my dress while walking down the aisle because it was too long! I had told her that it was but again she rudely argued with me and said that the length was fine. I spent 2 hours in the bathroom crying at my own wedding reception because my dress became deformed and the bodice was falling apart, it was so embarassing. One of my bridesmaids had to go back to our hotel room and grab another dress that I wore to the rehearsal dinner the night before. My wedding pictures were ruined as well! In addition to that, it was impossible to do a try-on at Panache after purchasing my dress from them. They really discourage try-ons and will only do them on weekdays during my work hours which was impossible. The same goes for fittings. They gave me a very hard time every time I tried to schedule a try-on. All they care about is making money! They treat you like crap after you buy the dress. The seamstress Samira even tried to sell me one of her homemade wedding veils on the side and told me not to say anything. I'm so disgusted by them. Thank you Panache for the horrible service and alterations which caused my dress to fall apart before my wedding even started.
