Absolutely perfect!

Palmer's Catering is top notch. From the first phone call with Jennifer Bonnette, I knew this was going to be the right decision for us. She was so wonderful from start to finish. She is a true pro and couldn't have been more helpful. She has great ideas and was a pleasure to work with. The food was amazing! We did a raw bar and charcuterie station which were both fresh, beautifully presented, and delicious. Every course of our meal was delicious. The table settings were elegant and the set up for our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception were just beautiful! Our guests are still talking about how delicious everything was and how beautiful everything looked. I could not recommend any caterer higher than Palmer's. We will be forever grateful to Jennifer and the Palmer's staff for making our wedding vision come to life!

Fantastic Food and Even Better Service

Palmer's was a fantastic catering partner from start to finish. Not only was the food phenomenal; what I valued most about Palmer's is how flexible they were. Everything was customizable - from the amounts of appetizers to the choices of entrees - and they truly built the event around what we needed and wanted. The appetizers were delicious and plentiful; the entree meals were incredible - the pan seared sea bass and short rib were fan favorites. The service on event day was the definition of professional and truly a 5-star experience. I will be hiring Palmer's for any and all catering needs go-forward - they were EXCELLENT and highly recommend for your wedding.

Outstanding Wedding Catering!

We used Palmers for our welcome party and wedding catering & they were outstanding. The food was fresh and delicious with plenty of options to choose from in the process. Christina and her team easy to work with and very responsive. We can't recommend them enough!

Many compliments on Palmer’s!

We had a great experience with Palmer’s catering our May 2025 wedding! Christina was fantastic to work with throughout the whole process - a key part of our wedding planning team for sure. We appreciated the opportunity to do a tasting ahead of signing our contract, we felt very confident moving forward them. They offer some delicious, modern takes on catering classics and we especially loved how everything was plated & served - little more interest than your average wedding meals! We got so many compliments on the food at our wedding!!! And on the bartenders! Speaking of the bar - Palmer’s was really accommodating when we wanted to make some swaps and further curate our bar package. We’d definitely recommend Palmer’s to any couple looking for a high quality wedding caterer!

Palmers of Darien

I cannot recommend Palmers with enough enthusiasm. We were fortunate to work with Melissa and she guided us through the entire process. She was patient and flexible with all of our needs. The staff the day of the wedding was phenomenal We could not have done this without the guidance of Melissa!

Highly recommended!

Working with Palmer's Catering Services was an incredible experience. My husband and I were married in our Connecticut backyard in September 2020. We wanted an intimate family feel to the wedding reception with high-end catering that was approachable and fit the experience. Working with Melissa Zelaya and her team was a pleasure. Not only was the food delicious, their attention to detail and service at the wedding was impeccable. Melissa worked with us on budget without compromising the experience, partnered with other vendors we were working with and helped bring the experience to life, truly making our wedding day flawless and one that we will remember for the rest of our lives. Thank you again for making our day extra special!!

So professional and tasteful!

We had our wedding reception at the DCA Meadowlands, where we found Palmer's through the venue. I can't say enough how perfectly they made everything great and stress-free for us. Their service is so professional and the food was so delicious. First things first, I would like to give a special thanks to Shannon for her great help and patience while I was bombarding her with billions of questions. She was so hands-on and always so nice and helpful to us. Once we contacted Palmer's, Shannon invited us for a tasting. Before going for the tasting, we were also in contact with some other caterers as well, but once we met with Shannon and Megan, the owner, we've been certain about working with Palmer's. What we really like at most about Palmer's is that they do listen to you for what you request for. They first try to figure out what you expect, what you want or not, and they respond to what you exactly ask for. Our guests loved the food. I noticed some guests going for their second round in the buffet.
Palmer's was one of the best decisions my husband and I have ever made for our wedding. Thanks so much again to Palmer's for making our wedding night so smooth and pleasant from the setup through the clean-up, and what we totally hoped for.

Palmer's Catering

I had the pleasure of having Palmers caterer my tent wedding. They handled everything; the food, the flowers, the rentals & décor etc. They made everything so easy and the quality was outstanding!! The Korean Fried Chicken hors d'ourves were out of this world! They also made us a custom dessert bar with 3 cakes and a selection of incredible desserts.

Palmer’s Bakery Wedding Cake

I was unsure what I wanted, but with Palmers guidance, I truly had the wedding cake of my dreams! Melissa and her staff are wonderful to work with and very responsive to any and all requests. Picking the cake was the easiest part of wedding planning! Will absolutely be going to Palmers for any special occasion cake in the future. Also, friends and family still talk about how delicious it was, and our wedding was three months ago!

The most FUN cake!

We are so thrilled that we found Palmer’s Bakery in Darien to make our wedding cake. They were outstanding to work with from the beginning of the process all the way to the end. They were prepared for us when we went in for our tasting and had ideas to share with us. We landed on a Funfetti cake that truly captured the fun we wanted our guests to have at our reception. Their final cake exceeded our expectations, and our guests still talk about it. They not only loved how it looked, but they also LOVED how it tasted. I highly recommend Melissa and Palmer’s. They are awesome!

Our cake was a wedding dream!! Our guest loved the look of our cake but more importantly the taste! We had a mix of gluten-free guest and all the options were delicious. Palmers also recommended us our florist and she was amazing! We are definitely happy with everything Palmer's had to offer. :-)

We were tipped off to Palmer's by our stationer, and we are so happy she gave us this recommendation to try Palmer's for our wedding cake. We wanted carrot cake with cream cheese filling and all of the local bakeries we tried did not meet our standards. Palmer's knocked it out of the park. First, the cake was beautiful, and they decorated the cake exactly as we requested with flowers from their florist which helped to simplify things. Second, the cake tasted incredible. All of our guests were raving about how incredible the cake tasted. It was so moist and the cream cheese filling was delicious! We are thrilled to have found Palmer's and will be certainly making this our new place for cakes for all occasions!

Best cake EVER! Couldn't drag the guests away from the mini cupcakes and the cake was amazing as well! Palmer's not only out did themselves with the cakes but also the decorations. Everything fit beautifully with my wedding decor and they worked professionally with my vendors and venue as well to make everything simple and easy for me. Highly recommend if you are looking for the best!

Palmers did my local wedding cake as well as my bridal shower dessert table! For my bridal shower they made my breakfast at tiffanys theme perfect! They had breakfast themed dessert that tasted amazing! They also did my local wedding cake. I had a symbolic destination wedding but got married by the justice of the peace locally. I wanted a cake for our local wedding and palmers was recommended by a friend. Their service was amazing and the cake was stunning. I couldn't ask for anything better. The taste was the talk of the party. I was so greatful for all of their help. I would recommend palmers to anyone! They are great and their staff is understanding, reliable and professiona!

Palmer's is absolutely wonderful! I can't speak more highly of their wedding cakes! We ended up choosing the coconut cake for our wedding and it was stunning and most importantly delicious. We received so many compliments from our friends and family. At other weddings I've attended, I've never enjoyed the wedding cake - Palmers broke that mold and delivered the best wedding cake I've ever had. Not to mention the cake tasting appointment was one of my favorite wedding to-do's. I highly recommend Palmer's to everyone!

Best wedding cake ever! Multiple guests commented on how outstanding the cake was. We could not have been happier with how delicious the cake was. We're so grateful that we got our cake from Palmer's (we did carrot cake with cream cheese frosting and vanilla cake with vanilla buttercream frosting).

We had Palmer's do our wedding cake and it couldn't have been more perfect. Palmer's was extremely organized and easy to work with. The tasting was fun and easy! Once we made our selection, the team was helpful in guiding us on the correct cake size once we had our final head count. They delivered the cake directly to our venue and worked directly with our venue's event coordinator. Not only did our cake look beautiful - it tasted great! Our guests raved about the Oreo Buttercream Frosting! Thank you Palmer's!!!

Palmer’s was a great place to work with for our wedding weekend! They made delicious cupcakes and a small cake for our wedding day. At our tasting, we worked with one of their team members to put together a beautiful cupcake tier and also chose a strawberry cake for a cake cutting, after tasting an array of cupcake flavors. That evening our guests raved about the different flavors of cupcakes that we chose and asked where we got them from. My husband and I loved our cake too! Since our tasting went so well, we also ordered dessert trays for our rehearsal dinner and lunch the day of the wedding for the bridal party and everyone loved the food and wanted to know if there were leftovers to take home. If you are looking for delicious desserts or lunch for a wedding weekend, we highly recommend Palmer’s Darien!

Traci from Palmer's Flowers did the floral arrangements for my wedding, and I could not have been happier with the way they turned out. She immediately got my vision and her excitement about it made me feel great! She worked with us through several versions of a proposal until we felt it was exactly right, and everything was delivered right on time and looked perfect for the wedding day. She has many years of experience, and her advice re: the availability of certain flowers and our most cost-effective options was very helpful. I would hire her again without a doubt.

Traci was a pleasure to work with, from our first consultation through our daughter's wedding day. She is a very talented and experienced floral designer. Once she understood what my daughter had in mind for her special day, Traci contributed many excellent suggestions for ways to enhance the celebration with flowers. She incorporated all of the blooms that we requested, plus a few more lovely seasonal touches. Traci and the team at Palmer's Darien have a knack for turning your vision into reality. I just recently used their services for my wedding day. The flowers were stunning - simply a dream come true. Traci was genuinely excited to put together the floral arrangements for my special day, and it is clear she loves what she does. The team at Palmer's provided excellent service, and went above and beyond in achieving my vision.

Everyone RAVED about the cake and dessert bar. We've all been there, a wedding with yet another dry cake. This is absolutely not the case with Palmers, in fact we got many compliments from our guests on how good the cake was and wanting to know the bakery name so they could go back for their personal needs. The dessert bar added a lot of fun to the wedding and everyone enjoyed picking their own desserts. We also decided to use Palmers for our day of caterings which was delicious and beautifully presented. Highly reccomend

This was the most delicious and beautiful wedding cake I've ever had. I provided a picture of what I wanted for my cake and the bakers at Palmer's replicated it exactly. From the initial scheduling of the tasting to the delivery of the cake on the day of my wedding, working with Megan and the Palmer's staff was completely stress-free and easy. I couldn't have been happier with my cake!!

Without a doubt the best looking and tasting wedding cake I've ever had and I'm not just saying it because it was my wedding! Megan was great to work with. She was even able to accommodate a last minute elaborate groom's cake less than 2 weeks before the rehearsal dinner. It was so stunning no one wanted to cut into it. The flavors of cake were incredible for both the groom's cake and the wedding cake. The cake itself was very moist as well. Palmer's Bakery is top notch even down to the beautifully presented cupcakes as the cake flavors we wanted to taste at our tasting. Thank you to Megan and her incredible team!!

We used them for a custom 'grooms cake' and a dessert bar for our reception guests (125 people). Everything was DELICIOUS! We had so many options to choose from, they did exactly what we wanted and were a pleasure to work with. All our guests LOVED the desserts!

Working with Palmers for our wedding cake was a great experience. Megan was so helpful in giving us suggestions, and was able to execute our design ideas perfectly! The cake was delivered to the venue with out a hitch and was exactly what we wanted. And all of our guests said the cake was delicious! I would definitely recommend them.

I was very familiar with the incredible quality and dedication of the team prior to planning the order, as my brother had ordered his FIVE wedding cakes which were all stunning and delicious the year before. I couldn't have prepared for how wonderfully easy and comfortable the whole experience was as a bride, and it was truly incredible to not have a worry or concern about the cakes at all during the entire planning process. I knew that the cupcakes would be gorgeous, and the display that they set up was absolutely lovely. We received so many compliments on the flavors as well as the design of our top cake. We also chose to have 7 flavors of cupcake, after going through our tasting and falling in love with all of them!! Patricia answered all of our questions and was wonderful to work with during the tasting, providing insight and quick sketches to give us an idea of the design. The peaches and cream was really beautiful and light and delicious- as well as the chocolate fudge raspberry... which was not light but one of the most delicious desserts I've ever enjoyed! We can't wait for all of the fun events to come, and will be coming back every time to get more of their beautiful treats! We can't recommend Megan and her team enough for weddings- you are in safe hands at Palmers!

I live about 20 mins away from Palmers. They were very responsive on email. They were excellent during the tasting. They made a BEAUTIFUL cake at a very attractive price. Most importantly, the taste of the cake was wonderful. Delivery was on time and convenient.
I will use them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a wedding cake.

My (now) husband REALLY wanted our wedding cake to come from Palmers as we had been introduced to it at a friends wedding. Unfortunately, given our wedding location we would not feasibly transport a tiered wedding cake the distance required to the wedding venue. Working with Megan was a pleasure as we came up with an alternative: cupcakes! These were my take on a "grooms cake" and a surprise for my husband and the groomsmen. They are all HUGE NY Giants fans and season ticket holders. Our wedding fell on a big game day: Giants v. Eagles and this was my nod to the "Giants" on our wedding day (since they had the miss the game). Megan's cupcakes were not only delicious (we did 4 different kinds of cupcakes and each was delicious and festive in Giants colors with footballs, red and blue coloring and of course a Giants logo!) My husband and the groomsmen were thrilled and guests loved the bite size treats later in the reception.

We loved our wedding cake from Palmer's Bakery! Megan was so great to work with. She helped guide us through our tasting and the designing of our cake, and was very easy to contact. We planned our wedding from another state so a lot of the planning was done through email. Megan was always prompt in responding which made things easier for me. Our cake looked absolutely beautiful and I am still getting compliments when I show pictures. It tasted great too! I was very happy with Palmer's Bakery and hope to work with them again one day/

Palmers is the best bakery hands down!!! I used Palmer's to design my wedding cake and provide some mini cupcakes for our wedding dessert table and they easily exceeded our expectations! I was looking for a beautiful and unique wedding cake but I still had to comply with my budget and Palmer's fit the bill in every way! I first met with Lindsay for my tasting and she had all the flavors I picked out waiting for me and she even made extra sample cupcakes for me to take home to my fiancé who couldn't be there! We designed my wedding cake together and she not only had some great ideas but worked with me so that my gorgeous cake met my needs and my budget! Megan helped me with my extra mini cupcakes for my dessert table and when I walked into my reception on my wedding day, they all looked so beautiful on display! Aside from the beauty of their creations let's talk about the taste......AMAZING!!!! My guests RAVED about my oreo flavored cake and every single cupcake flavor was to die for. Both Megan and Lindsay always got back to me right away when I reached out to them and they made my whole experience stress free and fun! Palmer's Bakery made the most beautiful, fabulous wedding cake for our wedding! I went in to our meeting with Megan and had a million ideas. Megan helped us narrow down the ideas to something perfect for us. I love painting and all kinds of art and Megan came up with a way to make the cake look hand painted in a watercolor style. She also included flowers that matched what was in the bridal party bouquets. The cake was unique for us and unlike any other cake I had seen. I was sad we had to cut it up and eat it, but then...

... the cake tasted delicious!!! We couldn't decide on a flavor at our tasting and ended up merging three flavors - chocolate, vanilla, and rasberry. Amazing! Many people told me after the wedding that the cake was the best they'd ever had. I agree.

Megan was so professional and fun to work with. I would (and will) recommend this bakery to everyone I know! Use Palmer's and you will have a wonderful experience, a beautiful piece of art, and, most importantly, a delicious cake!

Palmer’s bakery was great to work with from start to finish. My fiancé and I met with Lindsey at Palmer’s market roughly four months before our wedding for a tasting. While we had some ideas regarding the flavor we wanted, we knew nothing about design and decoration. Lindsey walked us through our options, pricing, and day of logistics. We decided to work with Palmer’s after our meeting with Lindsey, and couldn’t be happier with the choice. The cake was delivered on time and made perfectly. The head chef at our wedding venue tasted the cake and commented that it was one of the best he had ever tasted, having worked as a chef in Westchester County for more than 20 years. We would highly recommend Palmer’s Bakery.

Palmers Bakery made us the most beautiful and delicous cake for our wedding day. They were extremely professional and always responded to my emails quickly and we very flexible as I made many changes from my original cake flavor before settling on what I wanted. I do not like the taste of fondant but have always loved the clean perfect appearance of these cakes. Palmers made us a flawless cake using all buttercream that was absolutely delicous! I even at it for breakfast the next morning.

Palmers bakery provides a very professional service, they inspire confidence in the work they do. They were ver courteous at the cake tasting and provided take away boxes for the left over goodies. Absolutely fabulous! Decadent desserts that are tastefully designed. After sampling cake flavors at our tasting, we decided 1-2 flavors and one cake wouldn't suffice. So, we went with 5 wedding cakes of varying sizes and flavors! The guests LOVED them. The cakes were absolutely stunning and tasted even better than they looked. Executive Pastry Chef, Megan Dean, is a creative genius! I highly recommend Palmer's Bakery to anyone looking for perfection.

It all started with me being a skeptic using a grocery store to do my wedding cake.We made an appointment with Lindsay at 8AM on Sunday April 28 for a tasting!Lindsay said this was a first, a wedding cake tasting at 8AM! When we met, right from the beginning she was awesome, very pleasant, funny, professional and made excellent recommendations! We ended up with a cupcake wedding cake so we were able to address the diverse palates of our guests!She took care of all the extra details we asked for. Never a hesitation or doubt .She sold us her and her teams skills and Palmer's reputation. I left completely confident everything would be perfect. And I was right! From beginning to end, pure perfection! They never missed a beat.The taste, appearance and price was unbeatable.
I will never forget what a great roll Palmers played on our wedding day! I would recommend you in a second! Lindsay and your team, take a bow! Well Deserved!

I highly recommend Palmer's Bakery for your wedding cake. Megan Rivera was extremely helpful and was a pleasure to work with. She is a great listener and created the cake that we envisioned. She arranged a tasting of cakes/fillings which was very helpful. We chose the strawberries and cream and it was delicious. Many of our guests remarked how delicious the cake was. It was also beautiful.

From the moment I turned the corner at Palmer’s Market and saw the enchanted bakery nestled into the back corner of the store I was memorized. From the oversized cupcakes frosted in whipped delights, to cakes covered in edible glitter, I knew I had to have Palmer’s Bakery for my wedding. My fiancé, Ryan, and I arranged a tasting Megan a few months before our wedding and we booked on the spot! It was clear that Megan was passionate about her work and it showed in each bite we took of her scrumptious cakes. Instead of having a traditional wedding cake, Ryan and I thought it would be fun to have a Cake Bar with a pleasing assortment of cakes for our guests to choose from. We selected mouthwatering flavors like White Chocolate Raspberry, Chocolate Peanut Butter, Almond Crunch and Coconut. Each cake was frosted and covered in edible glitter, as were the White Chocolate and Sprinkle covered Pretzel favors that Megan made for us that guests took home with them at the end of the evening. Megan set up the cakes on cake stands of varying heights and created description cards of each cake. Not only was the presentation amazing but the cakes themselves were out of this world. Needless to say, the Cake Bar was a hit with our guests! They are still raving about it to this day. I just cant wait to unfreeze and eat our cake topper on our 1st anniversary!

I attended many cake tastings and interviewed many bakeries to find one that had both knowledgable and professional staff and delicious cakes. I finally found that at Palmer's Bakery. Tucked away in Palmer's Market in Darien is the most adorable, most delicious, most delightful bakery. I never knew this place existed until I searched for my wedding cake. They prepared five giant cupcakes for us to taste test and I will just say they were all decadent and delicious! As my (now) husband is a chocolate lover we decided to stay classic and get the chocolate cake with buttercream frosting (we are NOT fans of fondant). For decoration we just did swiss dots and a lace design on alternating tiers. The cake was 4 tiers and we got a sheet cake as well (155 guests). A few weeks before the wedding I remembered that one of my flowergirls has a but allergy and I ordered a set of nut free cupcakes for her- which they easily were able to deliver with the cake.

My mother in law and grandmother in law now make special trips to Darien just to pick up dessert!

LOVE LOVE LOVE this bakery and will be getting all my desserts there from now on!

Megan met with the bride and groom only once, because they live in Australia, but she produced the most spectacular wedding cake and dessert table ever! Everything was perfect. The first time I met Megan was at the cake tasting, Megan emailed me a ton of choices and combinations prior and I picked 5 different combos. I went to Palmers with my Mom on a Saturday afternoon and Megan went over each one with me and they were all delicious. She sat with us, answered all questions, and made it all seem very simple :)
I choose a cake with three layers and each layer was a different flavor cake and frosting!!
The day of the wedding, she personally delivered the cake and set it up perfectly. My family RAVED about the cake, the design, the detail, the flavors....My husband actually surprised me and contacted Megan secretly and had the top layer made lactose free so I could enjoy my wedding cake too!! She was a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend Palmers Bakery!!

The cake was not only beautiful but delicious, which is not all that common with wedding cakes. I met with Megan many times to discuss the design of the cake and changed my mind a million times. I was a bride that didn’t like cake (gasp!) and instead dreamed of a fabulous dessert bar. Palmer's Bakery made that dream a reality for me. Megan met with my fiancée and me with a full tray of decadent desserts for us to sample. After the first bite of her Pate de Fruit, we were sold! Although we fell in love with everything on that tray, Megan helped go over what we really wanted to include in the spread, as well as the overall "theme" of our wedding to be sure that our dessert bar was not only delicious but also aesthetically in tune with the style of the wedding. After meeting with us, she even sent us home with a big box of goodies to help make our long ride home a little more bearable. You can bet they were all gone before we even pulled in the driveway!

Aside from how happy we were with everything, my guests could not stop raving about how great everything was. Megan created such a gorgeous spread including everything from home-made chocolate-covered pretzels to cheesecake lollipops. She even suggested using the sweets as our favors, matching the take-out containers to my flowers, and boy was that a crowd pleaser! Food was definitely my main priority at my wedding and Megan's desserts surpassed my high expectations and hopes. I would highly recommend Palmer's Bakery to any bride!

Palmers Bakery did a beautiful job on my wedding cake. It looked exactly how I envisioned it. The fondant looked clean and smooth and the simple design was piped with care. Not only did it look beautiful, it tasted amazing. Megan made up a delicious and light but firm whipped filling/topping for us so our cake would have the homemade strawberry shortcake taste we were looking for. Megan is a very sweet lady that wants to please her customers. I can go on and on about how satisfied I am.

The staff at Palmer's Bakery was wonderful to work with for our wedding. Megan helped us design our perfect wedding cake, with no hidden costs. The day of our wedding, she and her assistant Liz arrived as scheduled to set up the cake. Everything went smoothly with the delivery and set-up, it was absolutely gorgeous and our guests raved over the flavor! In fact, we will be ordering a single layer version for our first anniversary (it was so good, we enjoyed the top layer with our families the week after our wedding). Plan ahead! Not only was it beautiful but many of my guests commented on how delicious the cake was! I was able to have 4 tiers with 3 different types of cake. I had red velvet, carrot and chocolate peanut butter. It was amazing!

They also provided me with most adorable macaroon tree (we're talking worthy of Laduree) and the tastiest pate de fruits.

PERFECT! What more can I say?

I make cakes for a living so my wedding cake was very important to me.

Megan helped me design the PERFECT cake! My wedding dress was pink, so I gave her a swatch of my dress and she was able to match it perfectly!

I had a pretty elegant yet unique cake that was totally me!

Palmers also did my desserts for the wedding. I wanted specific items and she was able to create wonderful bite sized treats that were truly amazing.

I cannot speak highly enough about our experience with Palmer's Bakery. From the very first tasting to the very last tasting (on our wedding night!) I had a fun, enjoyable, and memorable experience. It felt like Palmer's had a cake for any budget, design asthetic, or event we were planning - without having SO many options that it felt overwhelming. Their consultants were hugely helpful in suggesting decoration options, without "taking over" the design. Absolutely Perfect

From my first phone call with Jennifer Bonnette, Palmer's Senior Catering Coordinator, I knew they were in the right hands with a caterer for our wedding. Jennifer is a true professional with years of experience doing high caliber events. She had wonderful ideas and was an absolute pleasure to work with. The set up for our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception was absolutely perfect. We did a raw bar and charcuterie station during our cocktail hour and both were fresh, beautifully presented, and delicious. All of our guests are still talking about how delicious the food was and how nice the catering staff was during our entire event. Each course of our meal from the salad to the wonderful desserts were high quality, delicious dishes and the table settings were stunning. We will be forever grateful to Jennifer and the Palmer's catering staff for making our wedding an absolutely beautiful and memorable day.

Delicious and Beautiful Cake!

Palmer's makes great cakes at great prices! We went in for a tasting and ended up loving so many flavors we had two different types on different tiers of our cakes. The pastry chef took the time to go through photos with us of decoration ideas we liked, talked about opportunities for texture and color, and accepted samples and images of the colors and types of flowers we wanted. They are very professional and the cake was delish!

When starting out with choosing your food and or your flowers, if you are not sure and you need a suggestion, it maybe an item or bouquet more on the expensive side. Work it downward, they are very flexible.

Megan and Palmer's Bakery were amazing! They were very accommodating with our cake design and even let us design it ourselves when we couldn't find anything else we liked. Plus, it was delicious! I can't wait for our 1 year anniversary so we can eat the top of it!

Megan at Palmers Bakery made Andrew and I a fantastic wedding cake! I couldn't make up my mind on the design so I ended up having a different design on each layer - and it looked amazing. They even made one layer designed to look like my wedding dress (flowers with tiny touches of bling). It came out beautiful and even tasted good! In fact, our biggest concern was that while our tasting was great the cake itself wouldn't be as great. The opposite happened - the cake was BETTER than the tasting. It was so moist and delicious! I would definitely recommend using this bakery for wedding cakes.

I thought that the cake and cookies provided for my daughters wedding were both delicious and beautiful. We had many compliments on how great the cake was and how beautiful it looked. The only negative I have to say is that I specifically asked (several times) that we have the silver stand to place the cake on and it was not delivered. It was nearly impossible to get a hold of anyone to speak with late Saturday afternoon when I discovered this. I was finally told that it was at another wedding and it was not in my contract. I was very disappointed as I had been very clear when we ordered the cake. Thankfully, the venue had a stand and so everything worked out well. Had my venue not been able to help, I would have been very upset.

Amazing, Amazing wedding cake. I feel like my fiancé and I are unique and we wanted a completely different wedding cake, not something with flowers & frills. Having our reception in NYC, Palmer's came up with a gorgeous NYC skyline on the bottom tier, and it even included a taxi on the design! Very artistic and creative, and we had loads of compliments. Oh yeah, and cake was YUMMY :)

Palmers delivered a beautiful wedding cake. Megan worked with us to design the perfect look for us and made the process very easy. She was so much more pleasant and helpful then most of the other wedding cake specialty shops and at a much more reasonable price. My guests commented on how great the cake tasted and several have gone to Palmers for other cakes as well.

We had a wonderful experience with Palmer's Bakery at our wedding in July. In addition to a small cake, they provided a delicious dessert bar which was a huge hit with all of our guests. They did a great job helping us estimate the number of desserts needed. Would definitely use them again!

I was directed to Palmer's because of their bakery and famous wedding cakes, but realized on the website that they did full catering. I had multiple tasting and this was the most delicious AND well priced. I'm also getting my wedding cake here, and using their florist. As my caterer, they are also working as my wedding planner. They suggested a great tent company (outdoor wedding), photographer, and dress store that I all ended up choosing! Awesome.

While we ultimately loved our cake, we were disappointed by the tasting process. After calling to schedule an appointment weeks in advance it was rescheduled the day before and then cancelled as we were pulling into the parking lot the day of due to a conflict with the pastry chef. To apologize for the mix-up Palmer's very graciously gave us a 10% discount on the cake and was a pleasure to work with from then on. They coordinated directly with our florist and reception venue for decoration and delivery.

My husband and I LOVED our tasting... we loved the woman we worked with (Lindsay)... and we loved how the cake LOOKED on the day of our wedding. Delivery was right on time, and the design was exactly what we asked for! Unfortunately, we did not love the way it tasted! Our cake was impossibly dry, to the point of not being worth eating. I have to imagine that something went wrong during the baking process, but regardless, the final product was gross.

On a positive note, we also ordered a variety of pies for our wedding with were SPECTACULAR! Thank god we had something for dessert other than the wedding cake! I would recommend them for pies, but not for your wedding cake.

Awful. The woman at the counter was so rude to us and the delicious cupcakes you try at tastings are NOT what you get in a cake, which is soaked with sugar syrup. I wouldn't recommend. They're not cheap enough to make it worthwhile to go to them when there are so many great bakeries in the area.
