SUCH an amazing bridal shop and Danielle was an incredible associate! I came with a crowd (my mom, two bridesmaids, and my planner from Color Me Glitter), and I had no idea what I wanted. Danielle made me feel so comfortable, especially helping me change in and out of dresses. She listened carefully at what I liked and didn’t like about dresses - and ended up being the one to pull the dress I chose! She also gave incredible advice about picking a dress - how it would feel sitting, how alterations may look, and to make sure I love the way it looks in pictures.
Note: Definitely consult with a tailor about alterations or bustle options and pricing. They’re a bridal shop, so they’re aware of what’s possible, but it’s on the alterations team to understand the intricate details! -

I would rate Bluebird Bridal 100 stars if I could! I found the dress from the specific designer I wanted, Bluebird Bridal was the closest bridal shop to me (I live in VA) that carried the designer. I contacted them and they informed me they did in fact carry the designer but didn't have the exact dress I wanted. They let me know they could specifically order it for me and once it arrived to them, they would ship it right to me. I can't recommend Bluebird Bridal enough. They were so nice and professional throughout the whole process. They made my dream dress come true. Thank you so much Bluebird Bridal! -

I’m sure I wasn’t the first or last person to say that I felt like a princess trying on all the beautiful gowns in this boutique, but I got to also feel like I was surrounded by very knowledgeable friends while doing it.
On my first visit and each one after, I felt like I was returning to old friends. Ms. Lexi went the extra mile when it came to my try-on. While I appreciated the compliments, what helped me more is that she would say WHAT she liked or make suggestions for what to look for in another dress. I had a mostly digital entourage, so I was very appreciative of the extra help and opinions. Please come by and meet this fabulous team if you're in the area and in need of any wedding clothes! They have a beautiful selection and the whole team is really great about setting you up for success! -

The ladies at Bluebird Bridal are fabulous! Danielle really took the time to get to know me and what I was looking for in a wedding dress. The appointment was so much fun and I ended up finding the perfect dress! I cannot recommend Bluebird Bridal enough - even if you’re a bride on a budget - they have something for everyone. Erin is so amazing to work with! She has such a great energy that both excites you and makes you feel confident. You can tell that she understands the wedding industry, beyond gowns, so I totally trust her judgment on all things bridal. She recommended the caterer that we ended up using, and everyone loved the food! Anyway, I went to nearly every boutique in the area and tried on probably 100 gowns. I bought from Erin, though - she had the style that I was looking for (A-line, some straps, flowy, no tulle, and most of all - comfortable). She also had some jewelry and mother-of-the-bride gowns. She was just such a pleasure to work with. And I loved my gown! -

My experience at Bluebird Bridal was exceptional. If Google would let me give them 100 stars, I would! I cannot recommend highly enough! I think all brides in the surrounding Charlotte area (and beyond) should begin and end their wedding dress journey with Bluebird. Their selection of gowns is dreamy and versatile, and I think that there is something for every type of bride and for every budget at their boutique. I even got a little white dress from them too! Their knowledge, expertise, compassion, and professionalism simply cannot be beaten. They were highly communicative, responsive, and timely. You can tell they care about all of their brides. Follow them on IG! They went above and beyond for me, and I am so grateful that they were able to help me find the perfect dress for me for the big day!
I came to them in a time crunch after my first wedding dress from another boutique was ruined in alterations, less than 2 months out from my wedding date. For any bride who has gone through a major dress mishap so close to their wedding date, you can imagine my stress and worry! Cutting my losses on the first dress and starting from scratch was daunting, but then cue Bluebird Bridal, who gracefully stepped in, gave me realistic, but still gorgeous dress options that fit my budget and my timeline, kept me calm, and held my hand every step of the way. These women rock and are totally adept at what they do. Thank you so much to the entire Bluebird Bridal team!!! -

Great place to find your dream dress!!!
The team at Bluebird Bridal were so helpful, responsive and attentive while I was trying to find my dream dress. Even with all of the COVID craziness they worked hard to make sure I still had a great experience! There were some issues with some of the suits that we ordered with Jim’s Formal Wear through Bluebird, but they helped get it resolved in time for my wedding day. Highly recommend their shop!! -

Recommend- I called last minute and they let me come in. My mom and sister had come in from out of town to shop with me and we weren’t having any luck. Last minute Paige and Elliot were so helpful and helped me find the perfect dress! They were so much fun during my appointment and made us all feel right at home. This bridal shop really doesn't accommodate for bride's that are a size 8 and up- especially if you are more midsize (10-16). I highly recommend checking out Savvy Bride - they are a lot more accommodating and have a lot more dresses. Also, small note: they didn't have any prosecco and only gave us one glass of wine. Which, isn't a big deal, but it isn't what you imagine while wedding dress shopping. Savvy Bride has flowing champagne/prosecco. lol -

Boycott Bluebird Bridal!
Boycott Bluebird Bridal. ...the nightmare continues. Hopefully you all will remember when I posted about this bridal store and the owner. I am the mom, who cancelled a wedding dress, because my daughters wedding got postponed-cancelled because of Covid. After just 48 hours and numerous calls, the owner answered the phone at 9 am on a Monday morning and the order was processed and she could not cancel. Really...we were just gone to sell. My daughter was hysterical. $489.00 is alot of money.
We waited 5 months to receive a knock off-dress. You would not be able to sell it. When, I picked up the dress on Friday, she would not allow me to inspect the dress. I took it home. Here is what I found, the construction of the dress is very poor quality, the bodice and skirt are not connected, all unfinished seams and edges, several runs in the fabric too, it is dirty, not pressed, the zipper is not sewn in properly.
A mother's instinct is always right! I went over to the store to speak with the owner, she was not there. She quickly called the police to do her bidding of unethical and fraudulent product. I asked her to look at the dress, refund our money, or repair the dress. She said no! The officer was shocked! There were so many things she could of done. One of the emoyees shared with me, that is was a quality control issue. The owner stood her ground, she choose to steal our money, she chose not even to look at the dress, even after I asked the officer if I could post. To all the mom's and brides, please do not take your daughter to this shop or with this shop owner. The officer came to my car and shared with me to take her civil court. Please see pictures below. My daughter is in tear, because she does not want me to have do all the legal agenda. All she had to do, was not lie to the police, say I am sorry, order the real dress, do anything, then being ignorant. So, this is ⚠️warning, please avoid this shop. No compassion, a unethical, fraudulent product. We just filed a claim with state, filed a report, and will file civil complaint too. The bride is suppose to look beautiful not tattered. Just horrible human and store. I wish I could sew. -
