    Highly Recommend!

    We got married at Lanikūhonua. During the early stages of planning, we were told that we’d have to rent everything. That sounded daunting, but we were assured that with Pacific Party rentals we’d be well taken care of. That turned out to be absolutely true. PPR made our wedding aesthetically beautiful and logistical seamless. PPR has an incredibly wide selection of products from which to choose, so we were able to curate the exact vibe and feel for which we were aiming. Their team was very communicative and helpful when we had questions about payment, and they proactively reached out when we needed to make equipment substitutions due to availability. On the day of our wedding, as stated, the venue and design were beautiful, with everything looking exactly as we had envisioned. Our planner let us know that setup and breakdown went smoothly, which she said has always been her experience with PPR. Ultimately, with equipment rentals, you want options, decent pricing (though PPR is not the cheapest), and reliable service. With PPR, we got all three. We highly recommend PPR and would work with them again.

    Beautiful Rentals

    Pacific Party Rentals were recommended to us by our wedding planner and we had a great experience with PPR. Even though we kept going back and forth with different rental options they were easy to work with and their prices were reasonable. Our wedding was beautiful and their rentals were in great shape. I would highly recommend using them for your next event.

    Absolute Best

    PPR and Pua was amazing to work with. From the quick response to sound advice and expertise, we couldn't have asked for a better rental company for our wedding. They were super accommodating to our questions and changes leading up to the big day. The whole process was super smooth and all the rental items were in perfect condition. It was everything we dreamed of and more. We couldn't recommend them enough!

    Beautiful rentals

    Pacific Party Rentals beautifully furnished our wedding.

    We got married in January so had to be prepared for whichever weather came our way. Luckily the team at Pacific Party Rentals were able to accommodate and even made some last minute changes to extra tents we potentially needed.

    It made our special day so memorable and fun to have a tableware, cutlery, tenting, and lighting that perfectly framed our style.

    Everything was of great quality and style. I would highly recommend using them for any party rental need.

    Excellent choice for rentals for your big day!

    PPR offered a great selection at very reasonable prices. We had an outdoor wedding so had a laundry list of rental items: tent, lights, dance floor, tables, chairs, dishware, utensils, etc. Everything came in great condition, and was set up professionally and on time. They have various options of each item category to accommodate every budget. We made some modifications along the way and they were always able to accommodate it (even switching to a larger tent a month out). The only thing to be mindful of is they have such a large selection so their website doesn’t have pictures of everything. There are also some links that are broken, and given we were planning our wedding from CA, there were a few items that didn’t look exactly as we anticipated. Overall, we were very satisfied and would recommend all of our friends and family to use them.

    Beautiful to the last bulb!

    PPR were so easy to deal with, and one of the only rental companies my wedding planner works with! and for good reason! my tent was stunning, the lights were just perfect and the dance floor was put to such good use! set up went flawlessly and no problems whatsoever with pack down.

    beautiful rental options and pricing

    Dealing with Pacific Party Rentals was an easy experience. We had an idea of what we were getting into from the information on their website, but going to their offices in person to build our table layout was not only a lot of fun, but let us play around with a few ideas before settling on our final design. The prices were reasonable and everything we rented was in great condition. Even though they allow you to pick up/ drop off your rentals to save money, I highly recommend just having the company do it. We opted to save money but found it was an unnecessary hassle that we had to assign one of our guests to handle. Overall, using Pacific Party Rentals was a great experience and I would definitely recommend them.

    Amazeball!

    Pua and Pacific Rentals Team perfectly execute my vision to the tee! Our bohemian and vintage theme came into reality and in awe for the final result on our wedding day. Our guests couldn’t get over every detail that was put into our decor, thanks to Pua and her team! Mahalo again for exceeding my expectations and more Pua!

    Couldn't be happier

    These guys are amazing. Had my wedding reception at Charlie's Pond at Sunset Ranch & rented almost everything through PPR. Their products are high quality & their setup team is efficient, professional, & really impressive (especially the guy in the tree setting up the cafe lighting above the dance floor)! I communicated with Keli'i & Pua; both of them were great! Very knowledgable & helpful (I planned this myself from New York so I needed guidance on everything; I had no idea what I was doing when I started), quick to respond, & really flexible with all my changes. Really glad I went with PPR for my wedding reception, couldn't be happier with how everything turned out.

    Their inventory is awesome! So many options to choose from! They were very professional and quick to answer any questions I had! Everything we needed from lighting to the dance floor and then some we got all from them. They definitely made the whole planning process so much easier because they had everything we needed!

    Used PPR services for a small wedding on the North Shore. They were very helpful and set my mind at ease since this was a destination wedding!     Our wonderful wedding planner recommended Pacific Party Rentals for our wedding rental needs. As our planner has a fantastic aesthetic & design sense --and is very familiar with many island wedding vendors -- we moved forward without hesitation. And the rentals turned out to be wonderful! They had various options for our price range and were able to last minute tent coverage once we found out that our wedding would take place on a potentially very rainy day. We are very grateful to have chosen Pacific Party Rentals for our wedding needs and would highly recommend them to other couples tying the knot on Oahu.

    Awesome rentals! They had done weddings at our venue before, and knew immediately exactly what size tents/what length of lighting was needed for various options. Worked with us and delivered our order the night before and picked up the day after, letting us save money by doing our setup and decoration ourselves! Great to work with, and delivered exactly what we ordered. Very quick to respond to all changes and questions. :)

    We've been working with Pua for almost a year for all our rental equipment for the wedding. It was so easy to get in touch with PPR via phone and email. Responses were prompt, concise, and professional. They were incredibly accommodating to my fluctuating work schedule and rescheduled our initial consultation twice before my fiancee and I could attend. The consultation was quick and very organized, they had examples of set ups readily available so we could see what would would actually work.

    Candace was amazing! However, it was quite difficult to set up without a wedding planner. I didn't even think of having to fold the napkins, ect. My fault completely, but I wish I would have been told that no set up was included.

    Planning from Canada ..I thought it would be a nightmare..but with the team at PPR...it was smooth flowing.
    I sent pics of my view..and guest details and they helped me chose the best items. .walked me through each area...
    Sent me pics for review. .and and helped me out with things I would never have thought of! !
    And to help with keeping in our budget.
    Candace went out of her way to communicate with vendors to save unneeded costs .
    The lights.tent...tables all looked great. that day. .everything was exactly as I pictured.
    Would definitely recommend using PPR for your big day!
    They were great to work with..I had nothing to worry about but show up and be the bride;)

I worked with Kristin from beginning to end (and from another state) and everything came out day of absolutely PERFECT and just how we had envisioned!! Their quality of service, flexibility, and responsiveness was the BEST. If they didn't have a product I wanted, they went out of their way to find it for us, or help us figure out another solution that was similar.     Great Service

    Customer service is amazing! They were able to help and guide us exactly how much -and how many rentals we needed to make our wedding beautiful! Their chandeliers are exquisite and if your budget permits you, you must get the draping inside the tent! It looks so beautiful! I acid entails forgot to include linens napkins for the dinner, but they were able to add that in for me at the last minute! Their prices are reasonable as well.

    We ended up renting from Pacific Party Rentals last minute and they were really nice, affordable and fast to answer any questions and were willing to make adjustments to our orders. They had the exact linen color I was looking for =)

    We were required to use Pacific Party Rentals by our venue Sunset Ranch. Coordinating our event required everything to be brought in. Initially I was overwhelmed by all of the details, but PPR was very knowledgeable and walked me through the entire process. Plus I couldn’t have asked for a more responsive vendor, they never took more than a day to get back to me. The end product was stunning, I couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you PPR!

    Amazing team of professionals! They were a God send to a bride who was doing most of the wedding planning on her own. They were very quick to respond to emails. Very helpful when it came to selecting the rentals items and organizing the layout. Set-up day-of was done quickly and were easy to adjust to the wet ground.

    The first time we inquired about party rentals for weddings...PPR was the 1st and only stop we made. The staff were very accommodating. We went to the warehouse and met with Sheryl. She was great. There were so many options and pictures to choose from, we felt that we didn't need to go anywhere else. Just from the talk with Sheryl we knew that we wouldn't have to worry about getting the right equipment or the right chair, or the right size tent. There was never a stupid question with them, they were open to our ideas and offered suggestions to see how well they could accommodate our needs or what options we had. It was very easy for me to send them an email and ask if I could see a pictures of what they had and some set-ups that they have already done in the past. They came to our event to deliver the supplies right on time, I don't think I ever had a moment where I had to worry about them at all. Thank you PPR.

    If you are looking for a company that will work with you on your vision for a perfect wedding, this is the place. I planned everything on my own, down to table placement and silverware or no silverware. There are so many things to think about when you do things yourself, but this company worked with me. No matter how many emails I sent or ideas I bounced off of them, they worked with me until the vision in my head became a reality. I really appreciated all their hard work and dedication in making sure my dream came to fruition. I would highly recommend getting all your party rentals from this place. I had the twinkly, romantic wedding of my dreams under the stars and moonlight at one of the most romantic places on earth!

    Pacific Party rentals did the tent, dance floor, sound system, bartender, lighting, registration table, and all of the required setup and breakdown for our wedding at Kualoa Ranch Paliku Gardens. We were blown away by the customer service we received from Kristin. We exchanged over 75 emails with her in the months leading up to the wedding, and everything turned out exactly how we wanted it to be. We would recommend them to everybody.

    Sheryl at PPR is literally the most incredible person to work with when it comes to putting together the rentals for your wedding day. We originally met with her at her showroom about a year and a half prior to our wedding date, and she made us feel so comfortable (we were clueless). She stepped us through everything. We got to see and touch the rentals up close, which was great. As for the rental options, I feel like they had everything under the sun: a huge variety of linens, different types of glassware, a ton of table shapes and sizes. The quality of the items was really nice as well. Throughout the whole wedding planning process, I literally made a thousand changes (including the week prior to the wedding). She was so kind and receptive and helpful throughout all of it. I cannot thank PPR enough. They did such an amazing job. Everything looked wonderful the day of the wedding. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

    Pacific Party Rentals provided us with tables, napkins, table clothes, and a dance floor. They were very flexible with their delivery and pickup and brought everything to the venue a day early to allow for earlier setup on the wedding day. The staff is super friendly and each member congratulated my husband and I when they were picking up the rental items. They have a large list of items in their inventory and I would recommend them to anyone needed rental services for events!

    This is another vendor that is exclusive with Sunset Ranch, and with great reason. The rentals came in wonderful shape! Also, Sheryl was helpful with helping us make our selections. Another example of their flexibility: my father's cousin invited two more guests the night before the wedding. The day of the wedding, we called Sheryl and notified her of our need for two more sets of everything, and she immediately called her crew (who was already on their way to Sunset Ranch to set up for us) who turned back around to get the set.

    Sheryl and Pacific Party Rentals put toghter an amazingly beautiful wedding setup at Loulu Palms for my daughters wedding. Everybody was amazed at how beautiful it all was. Shery was an absolute angel answering my endless emails, offering helpful hints and was also great with my last minute changes. Their equipment is high quality and well maintained (I've rented stuff from other places that were not). The pairing of Pacific Party Rentals and Loulu Palms is magic. Thanks for making my daughter's wedding awesome.

    Not only was Sheryl at Pacific Party Rentals an absolute DOLL..but she put together an event setting for us that was just gorgeous!! She really knows her stuff and when I started to describe what I was looking for...she was ON POINT! Our wedding set up out at Lanikuhonua was sooo beautiful. From the ceremony structures, to the buffet, the bar, candy buffet, cake tables, dance floor and guest areas were all just fabulous! Plus everything looked brand new!! I am so thankful I came across Sheryl and her incredible staff...she took all the worry right out of wedding planning for me. I cannot thank her enough for all she did to make our BIG DAY not only special..but beautiful as well.

    We were extremely happy with Pacific Party Rentals for our wedding! They were very fairly priced and flexible with last minute changes. We changed our dance floor twice and ultimately took it out all together and they provided us with refund and other ideas to save. They were prompt in pick up and drop off and staff was really friendly and helpful!

    We had our wedding at Kualoa ranch, We didn't have a choice in using PPR as our rental company as they are the exclusive company kualoa authorizes rentals from. But we were happy to find they were great people to work with. Kristen, was awesome at answering tons of questions, and working through a tricky tent set up with me.
    The prices are on the average - high side, but for how much they help and work with you, in the end we felt it was worth it. They are very flexible and I changed lighting options and head counts a bunch, so again at the end it made the costs of it all feel worth it. At kualoa you need to consider lighting as a key need, and tents with the rain walls if you are having any kind of a rainy season for your wedding. the expense was worth it, the tents looked beautiful, with some of the rain wall down and some up, it more of an formal feel, yet we still had the beautiful view, and no one got wet. we had enough light to see and have a great time dancing and walking around with no one tripping and falling. It was a beautiful set up, and wonderful day..

    We rented tables, chairs, china, linens, etc. from PPR for our wedding at Heeia State Park. Let me tell you, if you can get past their AWFUL website, it is definitely worthwhile to make an office appointment. We met with Sheryl and she was OUTSTANDING throughout the whole process. Although her emails were very local style (which I'm not a fan of), she was always prompt and we got most of our invoicing done through email after our initial meeting.
    As far as I know, PPR pricing is comparable to other rental companies on the island. Accel is cheaper, but if you check out their equipment it's in rougher condition than PPR's. PPR keeps everything in good shape.
    We paid for setup and breakdown of the tables and everything went well. I wasn't onsite for the dropoff/setup, but my aunty said the crew was very professional and quick!

    I put 4.5 stars on Quality of Service because their website is beyond awful for checking pictures and prices. They were actually out of the running as a vendor initially because of their website.

    Simple and exactly what we wanted

    Pacific Party Rentals supplied many of the items used at our wedding this summer and were great to work with. Very responsive to emails and phone calls, everything was very nice looking (no finger marks or chips in anything) and the team did a great job at walking me through things from afar as I couldn’t visit them in person to see items. Would highly recommend.

    We used Pacific Party Rentals (PPR) for our wedding at Loulu Palm Estate as part of the agreement to use the venue is that you must use PPR. As we didn’t have a choice on who to use for our wedding tent, tables, dance floor, lighting, cutlery etc, we were left with few choices in saving money/comparative shopping.

    The tenting, lighting, dance floor, tables, cutlery, etc, were all of good quality and the clear tent ended up being a stunning feature from an outside view at night time.

    The table clothes, runners, and decorations could be rented through PPR; however, we found these prices to be a bit extortionate for rental rates so we chose to purchase our own table clothes, napkins, runners, etc. Our wedding planner then coordinated the table set-ups with our provided items.

    Loulu Palm Estate is an excellent venue and I would not be deterred from picking this venue again due to their agreements with PPR. Just be diligent when selecting some of your add on features to assure you are getting good value for money.

    We did not have a choice in equipment rentals through our wedding venue but we were pleased with Pacific Party Rentals. We used the company for tents, seating, dining utensils, and decor. At the event, they had everything we had ordered and it looked very nice. I have since looked at many other tent rental companies who charge far less for tents. Other than being overpriced on their tents, the company was great.

    I worked with PPR along side my coordinator, Alicia Hollinger, so I didn't directly work with them. Since everything went perfectly during the day of the wedding, I have no complaints! I loved the clear top tent and all the utensils/plates/cups/linens were clean!

    The only difficult thing was to get the final pricing but I think that's because we had a middleman (my coordinator). Otherwise, I would recommend PPR to anyone having a party!

    We went with Pacific Party Rentals after another vendor we were working with suddenly booked another event and told us they were no longer willing to handle our wedding. Luckily Pacific is now the preferred party rental company for our venue (Kualoa Ranch) so they were able to accommodate us on very short notice (like, a few weeks before the wedding).

    I think you're required to use Pacific at Kualoa Ranch now, but we were grandfathered in under their old plan. I felt like there was a lot of back and forth for me on rentals in general because even though the items we were looking for were fairly basic – not every rental company will have everything you are looking for or the price differences will vary widely. It was one of the tougher vendors to crack.

    We got married on Secret Island at Kualoa Ranch so it was painful to see the cost alone of simply transporting the chairs over to the island. Far outweighed the cost per chair for about 45 chairs. Like, OUCH. But what are you gonna do? I hear lots of Hawaii people often have folks standing during their ceremonies. I’m local but my groom and guests were mostly mainlanders and standing around wouldn’t have cut it.

    In the end, I was pleased with the décor. It was standard stuff like cutlery, gold chargers, string lights, extra tables for serving/high boys and beverage dispensers for the cocktail hour. Linens = all white, everything. They were the easy choice because they were the only choice on such short notice.
