12/10 Experience with Shawn!

Shawn and his assistant (also Shawn) were absolutely incredible to work with. They both displayed absolute professionalism but also a warmth and kindness that made my husband and I feel so comfortable to just be ourselves. Shawn had great ideas to add to our video and had so much enthusiasm for every shot he was getting. One of the compliments we received the most from family and friends was how great it was to work with Shawn and how amazing he was at his job!

Our video is incredible and every detail was captured perfectly and with such care. As a bride, I put my heart and soul into planning our wedding and Shawn captured ~everything~ from aerial shots of the venue to the photos of our dog we used at the photo booth!

I am so glad we chose to go with Oxford Media for our videographer; my husband and I could not recommend them enough!

We HIGHLY recommend choosing Oxford Media Films for your wedding videography needs! Having a video to look back on and reminisce about was something we knew we wanted, but had no clue who to book, until we stumbled upon Oxford Media. After watching a few gallery videos, we were sold; we needed one for ourselves!

Shawn was recommended to me by a family friend who used him for their wedding. I didn’t attend that wedding, but I then watched their video and was sold at how good it was. It felt like I was there! For our wedding, it was no exception!!! Oxford Media Films blew me and my husband away when we got the highlight video back. Happy tears the whole time !!! Best wedding videographer!

Look no further for your wedding videographer! Shawn was such a joy to work with and truly went above and beyond what we could have ever expected. From the second he arrived on our wedding day, he was flexible, accommodating, creative, and FUN! You could tell how much he enjoys what he does, which made him so much more awesome to work with. He got so excited about different shots, and I could tell how important it was to him to make our video perfect. He CERTAINLY accomplished that! We are absolutely blown away by how amazing our video is. We got a sneak peak literal hours after our wedding which was so beautiful, and then our full highlight reel captured our day absolutely perfectly. I didn't even notice that he was getting half the shots that he did! We also got a full-length video of all of the events of the day, and all of the raw footage, which made for such a great deal. We feel so lucky to have Shawn capture our day so that we could remember every detail forever. You will not regret choosing Oxford Media Films!!

If you’re considering hiring Shawn, do not hesitate! Shawn was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. The short reel immediately after the wedding made me so excited for the final product, but I could never have expected how much I would love it! Words cannot express how incredibly happy I have this video to relive that day. When you’re the bride (or groom) you don’t realize how much you’ll actually not get to see being IN the wedding. Above and Beyond—Truly Outstanding Videographer

We couldn’t be more grateful to have worked with Shawn! From start to finish, he went far beyond what we expected. He arrived early on the wedding day to capture additional footage before the rain rolled in—without us even asking. His thoughtfulness, professionalism, and attention to detail were evident in every interaction.

As a couple who is a bit camera-shy, we were nervous about being filmed—but he made the entire process feel natural and easy. He struck the perfect balance between being present and unobtrusive, helping us feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the day.

The final product was truly exceptional: a beautiful short highlight video, full-length footage of key moments like our ceremony and speeches, and a longer documentary-style film that brought the entire day to life. A True Professional Behind The Lens and An Amazing Person

Shawn was incredible. We can not say enough great things about him. He is passionate, caring, and an all around amazing person to work with.

From the moment we booked Shawn his communication was great. If we had questions he made sure to get back to us in a quickly and made time for a phone call whenever we needed one.

The day of the wedding, Shawn was beside us/following us the entire time making sure to capture every moment of the day and he brought a second shooter with him to capture moments from multiple angles as well.

We are thrilled with the product we received. Shawn got us our final video in a very timely manner. We received a short form video for social media as well as a fully edited long form video of the entire day as well as additional footage on top of that! The edited videos are cinemeatic and we could tell much thought went into the actual production of all of it.

We only have GREAT things to say about Shawn. He was our videographer for our wedding on June 29th 2024. From the very early stages of just emailing back and forth we knew we picked the right person. He was extremely quick with his responses. His passion is extraordinary, and his work is simply amazing. He is one of the sweetest human beings we could have possibly hired. The video that he made for us with the songs of our choice was beyond flawless. There wasn’t a dry eye in sight to whoever we shared our video to. Can't Stop Rewatching Our Video!

Shawn's incredible videography team perfectly captured all the unforgettable moments from our wedding day! Every time we watch our video, we find a new shot or clip that we didn't notice before, and we are so grateful that they were able to record all the intricacies of such an amazing and eventful day. Honestly, we are so impressed with how much they were able to video and yet go so unnoticed. We were stunned by how they used drone footage to highlight the architecture of the chapel and natural beauty of the campus to look like straight out of a movie. I don't know where to begin. From the moment I called Shawn, to every question I had after I had booked him, was the most flawless experience ever. He was responsive, attentive, and contributed no stress whatsoever to my wedding planning process. The Best Decision We Made

Choosing Oxford Media Films as our wedding videographer was one of the best decisions we made. If we were given the opportunity to do our wedding over, I would hire Shawn every time. Shawn was extremely professional, kind and fun to work with. From the get go he was extremely flexible and gave us the option to add on more time. His easy going vibe and style of direction eliminate any awkwardness you might feel being in front of a camera. We were truly able to enjoy all the most important moments of the day while he captured them and never felt like he was staging us or getting in the way. Shawn enhanced our wedding in every way possible.

During the wedding planning process, my husband asked if a videographer was really necessary and why did we need to spend the money and all the typical things grooms say. We BOTH now agree that the video and footage Shawn made for us is probably the best money we spent for our wedding. The thought, creativity, timing and attention to detail that went into our video are outstanding. The quality honestly feels like you’re watching a movie. What I also think is incredible about Shawn is that he gives you the raw footage from your day. It’s true that your wedding day goes by so quickly, so to be able to remember it through video, especially moments that you may have missed, is truly priceless. The wedding video he made for us is something we’ll treasure for the rest of our lives.

Bottom line, when hiring a videographer for your wedding, you want someone who is professional, thoughtful, creative, easy to work with and most of all, someone who will put together an amazing video of your day. Shawn is all those things, for what is in my opinion, a very reasonable price. I would recommending booking with him ASAP.

Absolutely incredible!

Shawn is absolutely incredible! Not only is his work amazing, but he is also such a down to earth person and genuine person.

When looking for a videographer, I was beginning to stress! I wanted someone who would capture our day and all the special moments it would hold, but also someone who would not be in the way of the special moments taking place. I received Shawn's name from a friend who knew someone that used him - and I am so glad we did!

From the first interaction, I noticed how through and responsive Shawn was. He got back to us within 24 hours and clearly answered all the questions we had. After reviewing his work and getting all of our questions answered, the stress of finding a videographer melted away and we booked Shawn.

Through the planning process, he was always able to quickly answer any of the questions we had. His responses were always detailed and were delivered in a very quick fashion! This continued throughout the entire planning process.

On the day of the wedding, Shawn was extremely personable. He introduced himself right away and was able to clearly articulate what his plan was while we finished getting ready. During the day at times I forgot we even had a videographer! Not because he went missing, but because he was able to capture all that he needed without sticking a camera right in your face! When he did not specific footage that he knew would work well in the video, he was able to articulate what he needed. Although this is his job, my husband and I felt that Shawn genuinely cared about making our day as special as it could be!

When we received our highlight reel I was in tears - it was PERFECT! Shawn captured all the special moments, and to our surprise was able to fit so many memories into such a short highlight reel. Our family and friends could not stop telling us how much they loved the video and how amazing his work was.

Then we received the full length video int he mail with a touching note from Shawn. The full length video captured all the important moments in full and was everything we could have hoped for! and more The tears came all over again! It is truly amazing how Shawn was able to capture all the love and joy from our day.

Shawn's work is truly incredible, and you will not be disappointed in the work he does. But beyond that, Shawn is a genuine, caring and receptive person. He brought such a great energy to our day and helped make it one of the best days of our lives! He truly cares about his clients. Hire Shawn - you will not be disappointed!

Look no further! This is your videographer!

Look no further! This is your videographer for your wedding! Without a doubt, 10000%!

My husband and I got married in September! For a solid six months, I searched and searched everywhere for the best videographer that I could find, but also trying to stay in our wedding budget. We compared and contrasted over 20 companies, watching sample videos and going over their package details for hours at a time. we had very specific things that we wanted and had extremely high expectations. We wanted two shooters (important if you want to capture bride and groom reactions), super good high quality filming, drone footage, 8 hours of video to capture everything and microphones to capture vows and speeches. Most importantly we wanted a company that offered the raw footage, a longer highlight video and a full length video. Most other videographer companies only offer you a super short highlight video that is only a few minutes long or a super short “full length video” and charge an insane amount of money that most people could never afford.

Why is this so important to us to go this extreme? Because this was the most important vendor for our wedding! A detailed wedding video is the only way to make one special day last a lifetime. It is so important to capture every important moment in real time, family members that may not be here years from now, and to capture all the moments that you end up missing on your actual wedding day (as a bride trust me you end up missing a lot and don’t realize it until the wedding is happening) we took this very seriously!

We ended up stumbling upon Oxford media films and I was instantly impressed with Shawn’s package options, the super high quality of his videos and his price point was perfectly in our budget!! This was the only company out of all of the ones we looked at (20+ companies) that checked off every single checkbox we made and more. Also, after speaking to Shawn on the phone about details, it was clear how much love and passion he has for his company and what he does!

SHAWN AND OXFORD MEDIA FILMS BLEW MY EXPECTATIONS OUT IF THE WATER! Not only did they capture every moment we wanted to have captured, but they made the most amazing, highest quality full length video and highlight video that we could have possibly imagined!! The quality is incredibly impressive. The sound captured of the vows and speeches was top notch and I could not be more happy or impressed with the outcome! They were extremely professional, super friendly and incredibly easy to work with! I hardly noticed them at all on the wedding day (nonintrusive) but they were there and got EVERYTHING we imagined on video! Communication was on point and they were super fast with everything! They are also experts on capturing detail!
It was like they went into my head and took my whole vision and made it a reality!

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with this company! We also didn’t break our budget ether which is a huge plus! This company is the best and I can promise you, you won’t find better!
Just stop looking now and hire them! You will be doing yourself a huge favor!

Stop searching and hire this videographer!

Shawn at Oxford Media Films was incredible to work with! Communication with him was always prompt and easy. We were able to update our package seamlessly when we decided to add on more time. Wedding day he was so fun to have around and worked great with our photographer whom he just met. After the wedding he updated us the entire time during the editing process. Most importantly his work is incredible, we are still blown away by the video! The drone footage coverage is unique and adds an extra wow factor. Stop searching and hire him!

From our first phone call, we knew we wanted Shawn to be our videographer. He’s extremely knowledgeable and passionate about his job as well as very detailed, which is key to remembering your wedding day that goes by like a blink of an eye. He is very responsive and coordinated everything, so we didn’t have to stress about any of the logistics on our wedding day. He even stayed later than planned, free of charge, to get more footage to perfect our videos. Shawn brought so much energy to our day and is so creative! He was an absolute pleasure to work with. I don't even know where to begin. Shawn was an absolute pleasure to work with from the very beginning. He went above and beyond for us, working overtime to ensure he got the perfect footage. Completely Amazing Company; Highly Recommend Oxford Media Films

From the beginning, the communication with Shawn and Oxford Media Films was absolutely on point. They were always following up quickly and always ensuring that even before the wedding day we had the piece-of-mind knowing we made the right decision to use them. On the day of our wedding, Shawn and his team were, to say the least, on time, well organized, super easy to deal with and never had us even slightly questioning using them. We knew they were there, but all throughout the day, they blended in so well that even now I don't fully recall ever seeing them, though the end result certainly proves otherwise.

We simply can't say enough about Shawn and his team. They made us feel like this was the only event they had going on, when we fully know that they are very busy. We had a lot of calls prior to our wedding day but only met in person the morning-of, but by the end of the day and especially now, we truly consider Shawn family.

To put into perspective how this team functions, our wedding was on Boston Harbor and we had our hearts set on drone footage of the skyline and all that good stuff. Without charging for time or anything, Shawn went above and beyond to do all the permit research, making calls and whatnot, lobbying for us so he could deliver exactly what we wanted. All through that specific process, Shawn kept us up-to-date daily and never once had us questioning him.

You will not be disappointed! In fact, you will be blown away with the end result. You will not go wrong using Oxford Media Films; you will literally be sitting where my wife and I are sitting, having watched the finished product on loop hundreds of times and being incredibly grateful you went with them!

Highly Recommend Oxford Media Films!

We recently got married on 6/24/22 and had the most incredible experience with Shawn. Right from the beginning, Shawn makes you feel comfortable and confident that he will capture the most beautiful moments on your wedding day. & He did exactly that!! Hiring Shawn was a GREAT wedding investment … in fact he was truly one of our favorite wedding vendors. Shawn is not your average videographer. He is someone who truly loves what he does and will do whatever it takes to obtain the best shots. Also, he worked well with our photographers to ensure he was not in the way of the photos. The second videographer, Eric, was a great addition and very attentive. Shawn arrived early to capture drone footage and ensured he would stay as late as we needed to capture everything. The technology these days is incredible. The voice over is very clear and the drone footage is a plus! The very next day we were given a quick 60 second preview of our wedding day. Shawn kept us updated throughout the editing process and delivered the remaining videos in just six weeks! Even the packaging of the video will bring a smile to your face. What a great keepsake! I highly recommend Oxford Media Films to everyone out there looking for a wedding videographer. YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!

One word… amazing!

Shawn & team delivered more than we ever could have asked for with our wedding video. You can tell how much time and effort he spent on all of our wedding day footage to showcase the day perfectly! Throughout the process, he was very professional, transparent, and creative. On a few occasions he wanted to experiment with different shots, and we are so glad that he did, because they turned out amazing. We never felt that he was too distracting throughout the day and he was always very polite when he asked us for anything he needed for the wedding video. He was a great communicator throughout and fit the songs that we picked into his vision. Best Videographer!!

Shawn was recommended to us by our photographer for our wedding in April 2022. He was super responsive right away and his pricing was easy to understand and all inclusive with everything we were looking for! He worked with the photographer on our day of schedule and made everything easy! When the day of the wedding came, he was early and got amazing drone footage of our venue and the views!! He blended right in with our guests and got every shot we wanted and plenty we didn’t know about! I have been recommending Shawn to everyone I know!! He also stayed longer to grab shots of our late night snacks and party! He was seriously AMAZING! He gave us our short 9 minute video 12 days after our wedding and we were able to watch it while on our honeymoon!! Between the ease of planning, the quality of our videos, the short video and the full length, everything was captured beautifully and we give him a 10/10!!!

The best wedding decision we made!

Shawn is absolutely amazing!

First off- let me just say that if you’re in between getting a videographer for your wedding DO IT. You won’t regret it. We hired Shawn after he did my brother and sister in law’s wedding video and we knew we had to have him for ours. Fast forward two years with covid and postponing- Shawn was with us through it all answering emails and giving advice. Day of the wedding he came with one of his workers and they both did an amazing job without even noticing that they were there! So friendly and you can tell that Shawn loves what he does and puts his heart into it! He sent us over our video on our one month anniversary (how special) and we have watched it probably 14 times so far. He captured all the perfect moments and somehow put the best one’s into a 10 minute video making me cry like a baby! Such a special video!

A perfect video of our perfect day!

Shawn (and his second shooter, I am so sorry I forget his name) were so phenomenal!!!! His talent, timeliness, and eye for detail were all sooo crucial for capturing our perfect day! So many of our guests said they did not even realize we had a videographer (let alone two!) present because they were that good! Amazing videography

We are so pleased that we hired Shawn/Oxford Media Films to capture our wedding day! Our friends used him for their wedding video as well and we were totally impressed by his work so hired him soon after we got engaged. He is everything you would want in a videographer. The communication leading up to the wedding was excellent and he was very responsive to all of my emails. The day of the wedding he worked seamlessly with our 2 photographers and was very subtle with the video footage so that no one even knew that we were having a wedding video recorded. My now husband surprised me with the gift of videographer I instantly knew who I wanted to use since he has done a few of my friends weddings I was blown away by their highlight videos and I just knew ours would be as amazing. I can't say enough amazing things about Shawn and Oxford Media Films. He was responsive, prompt and easy to work with prior to the event. He and his crew were everywhere they needed to be on the day of--they shot incredible footage while not getting in the way of the photographers or the party.

Where it truly counts is the final product---we were blown away, both by his highlights video and by the full video. He captured every moment that mattered--and it was beautifully produced. Not only how the songs we selected were played in the video, but how he also played other footage as we heard the voices of those who gave the toasts. We both shared the links immediately with our families and friends--such an incredible way to remember a perfect day. To top it all off, he also sent us the raw footage in a beautiful wooden box.

Shawn was awesome he was able to meet us in person and plan out some of the event than he was early for the wedding to start videoing our video is breath taking and love every sec of it watched it several times for any event your having I would def have him video it. We had the best experience working with Oxford Media on our wedding video. Shawn was very easy to work with as we went back and forth on what we wanted to cover in our video. We ended up with 2 videographers for the day, and Shawn was willing to stay until the end of our reception when we did our last dance on the beach with sparklers. As awkward as it can feel when you are being videoed, Shawn made it feel more natural and broke the tension by making jokes. Most of the time, we barely noticed he was there videoing. I absolutely love how our video came out, and I can’t stop watching it. Even my mom said she was afraid she’s going to wear it out!
Shawn also went above and beyond by extracting a few of our favorite dances from the footage so that we could have them to share on their own. We did something fun for our first dance instead of a traditional wedding dance, so we were very happy to have that on video, as well as a dance that I did with my brother, sister, nieces and nephews. I really appreciate the extra time he spent to make sure we had those special dances caught on the video. I will definitely recommend Oxford Media films to anyone I know who is getting married or looking for a videographer!

Wow, wow, wow, we could not be happier with our amazing wedding video from Oxford Media Films! We were brought to tears by such a beautiful and professional product. Shawn found a way to include every special detail, made sure to get camera time with close family members, captured candid shots, and found panoramic shots we didn’t even know we needed! He meticulously edited our vows to perfection and included them to match the feel and flow of the video. And not only does Shawn have impeccable technical skills, he has the personality to back it up! Oxford Media Films was recommended to me by a friend, and we are SO happy that we went with them. Shawn was incredibly responsive from the start and answered my e-mails incredibly quickly. When I was unsure of the music selections for the video, Shawn was reassuring and offered great advice. On the day of the wedding Shawn & his assistant were a calming presence in the bridal suite, helped us stay on our timeline and knew exactly what shots to get. Oxford Media Films were absolutely AMAZING to work with as they captured our wedding day! Shawn and Mike were easy going, friendly, attentive and super talented! They captured our entire day from the very beginning to those last few moments on the dance floor. Shawn and Mike simply blended in as both the girls and guys got ready... sometimes we forgot they were even there. This team worked extremely well with my photographers and made the day very easy!

The only way to describe the highlight video is as UNREAL! Shawn and Mike put together a video that captured our vows (very important to us) but also the entire day with our favorite songs mixed in.

Shawn and Mike from Oxford Media Films were amazing! We had the best time on our wedding day and they captured it all. On the day of, they were right on time and got to work immediately shooting all of the little details we really wanted to remember. They stayed until they got all of the footage they needed to create a beautiful highlight video. Our friends and family went crazy over the video! My husband and I chose Oxford Amelia Films after seeing both my cousins, and a friends wedding videos. The quality of the video, the editing, everything was exactly what I was looking for. I booked Shawn early and it was one of the easiest and best wedding decisions we made. Our highlight video was PERFECT! While planning our November 2016 wedding we stumbled across Oxford Media Films & fell in love with their online gallery. After researching reviews, we were confident in this company's ability to perfectly capture the most important day of our lives.

Throughout planning, Shawn was extremely personable, reliable & quick to respond to our emails. When I covertly emailed Shawn to let him know about a surprise for my husband (Rene Rancourt), he sent me a link to another wedding he shot so I could see Rene's entrance & what I could expect. Talk about going above & beyond!

Come wedding day, Shawn & his second shooter Michael arrived at our hotel in Norwood (from Derry) ahead of schedule. In addition to Shawn & Michael, there were 12 other people in the Bridal Suite the morning of the wedding. There were more than enough people to make the room feel cramped & for me to feel anxious but, with their unobtrusive approach, I didn't even notice Shawn & Michael were there that day at all.

As promised, we received the 10-minute highlight reel a few weeks after our wedding which we love and have watched no less than 200 times. Between the film & accompanying music, the video allows us feel our wedding day again in a way photography doesn't. It was obvious in our video that Shawn really pours himself into his work. His talent is unmatched - trust us, we extensively did our homework before booking our vendors.

There is so much you miss on your wedding day. Somehow, Shawn and Michael managed to be everywhere at once, capturing every glance, tear & moment that took our breath away. We love being able to see how our wedding day came together on the full-length DVDs - the bridal party prep, guests arriving at our ceremony, venue staff putting the final touches on the ballroom tables, cocktail hour, reception... everything.

Booking OMF was one of the best decisions we made. We are so grateful for Shawn, his art & ability to preserve our wedding day ever so beautifully.

Our photographer recommended Shawn @ OMF for our destination wedding in Bretton Woods NH. We didn't meet Shawn in advance but luckily we did not even need to. He was so professional and easy to work with that we felt like we already knew him at our wedding. Shawn Heron from Oxford Media Films has been an absolute joy to work with from the beginning! I first found out about Shawn around 3 years ago when I was the makeup artist for a client's wedding, and he was the videographer. I saw his highlight reel video back then, and I knew I was definitely going to hire him to do my wedding someday. The video was so professional and beautiful. I have been following his work since then, and I find myself watching other couple's videos and being moved to tears, so I could only imagine how much I would love ours. My husband and I just saw our wedding video today, and we are absolutely thrilled with it! Shawn pays such close attention to detail and has such a kind and calming presence about him while he is filming. Most of the time we hardly even noticed he was there, yet he doesn't miss anything. WOW!!!!! Our wedding video came out even better than I could have ever hoped for or imagined!!!!! Shawn's editing and attention to detail blew me away!!! As a sound/video person myself, it is very obvious how much time, patience, and hard work went into making out wedding video flow perfectly. Even the timing and sound was coordinated to look like the people at our wedding were dancing to the beat of the video song!!!! I also can not say enough great things about working with Shawn and his assistant, Mike, on our wedding day. He worked incredibly well with our amazing photographer and they were able to maneuver around each other and flow well together so it was not distracting and everyone could get the shots they needed. (Hilary Colleen Photography- they had a packaged deal together and they were an AWESOME team!) On our wedding day Shawn and Mike were so professional and understanding of how nervous I was and were just so fantastic at making everyone feel comfortable while getting the best shots- even our families commented on how nice they were! I am totally blown away by how amazing our wedding video came out, from beautiful footage to flawless editing, it was even better then I had dreamed it would be. Shawn and Oxford Media were so responsive, easy to deal with, friendly, warm and really a joy to work with for my daughters wedding. I had seen a video online that Shawn had done for someone else's wedding and was so impressed by his work that I hired him before even meeting him.

The quality of the video is impressive, he hit every bit that we would want to see and some things that I didn't see at the wedding which I now saw on video! He was unobtrusive for those who may think they don't want to see the video person, and really quite a value for the final product that you receive.

I just hope that I get to use him again someday!

We viewed so many videographers’ websites, but as soon as we watched some of Shawn’s work we knew his style was exactly what we had been looking for without even realizing it. Shawn was a pleasure to work with the whole time leading up to the wedding and is such a nice and genuine guy! He put us completely at ease and we knew he would do a great job. Sean provides the most professional and greatest wedding videos. He is flexible and is very easy to work with. I saw the value that Sean and his company could add to a wedding at my best friend's wedding and knew that when it was my turn to tie the knot that Oxford Media Films were the videographer's we were going to hire. Sean's work speaks for itself just take a look at any of the trailers he provides on his website. He captures the best moments. I have no idea how he is able to edit hours of wedding film and is able to turn it into the essence of the wedding. He has a great eye, and his video productions show his talent. You will not find a better company to work with.

One last thing I'd like to mention. There were so many things going on our wedding that we ended up forgetting to pay Sean the remainder of the balance we owed him. When we realized that during our honeymoon we offered to send him a check right away from Hawaii. Sean told us not to worry, to enjoy our honeymoon and to pay him when we returned!

I am so completely happy with our decision to work with Oxford Media Films for our wedding. They were recommended to us from a relative who had glowing reviews from their own wedding. From the first email exchange with Shawn, the owner, I could see why. He was responsive, friendly, professional, flexible and extremely thorough.

In the months leading up to our wedding, Shawn was very easy to get in touch with. I was very comfortable asking questions for clarity. Meeting him in person was no different - on the day of our wedding he was so relaxed, prepared, and professional, it put me at ease. Not to mention he and his partner were just so pleasant to work with. This was so important to me.

The best part, however, is that there work is amazing. I absolutely love our highlight reel and full-length video, I've watched both many times in three short months and love it more each time. Oxford media films is owned and operated by Shawn Heron. His company was recommended to me by a friend only a few months before our wedding when I last minute decided that we should have a videographer. When I spoke with him initially he was not only luckily available that weekend but he was extremely helpful in explaining the packages, what I would be getting and what I would be experiencing. He arrived early to our venue and had recommended based on my needs/wants to reserve his middle package (6 hours). That had allowed enough time to get video of the bridal party getting ready and include the majority of our reception. He arrived with a partner (most companies charged extra for an extra person) and they immediately got to work. Working side by side with our photographer and blended right in so you didn't even know they were there. The finished product was incredible. It included a 10 min video with brief clips of the entire day so you and your family and friends could get a quick summary of all the events. Then we received a DVD decorated with pictures from our wedding and a dvd including all the video (edited by Shawn) that showed us our full ceremony, pre-ceremony footage, reception and dancing. It was so much more then I could ever have asked for and have already and will continue to recommended his company to all my friends/family who are looking for a videographer. It was worth every penny.

The 10 minute highlight video is a great recap of the wedding to share (and beautifully put to music of your choice) and it's also wonderful to have a full length video to relive the wedding day and see all the moments that just go by so quickly on the actual wedding day! I can't say enough good things, we are just so happy with our video!! Just watch one of Oxford Media Films' videos and you'll fall in love!

I couldn't be happier with oxford media films. Staff was professional and friendly, and Shawn made planning a breeze. He was quick to answer emails and very flexible with times and details for the wedding day. My family and friends were in complete awe of our video preview, which we were able to see on our one month anniversary. Turnaround time was quick and quality was superior. I highly recommend this company, and can't emphasize enough how much I appreciate the reasonable price for such high quality work!

I cannot say enough about Shawn and Oxford Media Films. I was on the fence about hiring a videographer but I have to say it was one of the best decisions we made. Now I can't imagine the regret I would feel if I hadn't! The day goes by SO fast - is it such a whirlwind of activity that you barely remember anything and miss half the speeches. The video was so important for us to be able to relive the day - it honestly didn't feel like it actually had happened until we watched it. Absolutely priceless investment.

Besides that aspect, Shawn is so wonderful to work with, a great value for an amazing product, and just an all around nice and genuine guy. I would recommend him to anyone and we are so happy we hired him!

I cannot say enough good things about Shawn and Oxford Media Films. I have worked in the event industry for 7 years and Shawn was not only my favorite vendor that I worked with for my own wedding, but one of my favorites that I have ever worked with on any event. Aside from his amazing talent, he was professional, responsive, and always transparent which I really appreciated. On the day of the wedding Shawn was so kind, he even stayed for an extra hour to ensure that he had enough footage. He was also very discreet. I'm still amazed by how many moments he captured when I wasn't even aware he was there! My husband and I were blown away when we received the highlight video which was truly a piece of art, not just your standard video. A few weeks later we received the full version and were equally over the moon by what he came up with. He's the best!

Shawn was a pleasure to work with! You can immediately tell he is a nice guy who cares a lot about his work. Shawn and Mike were wonderful, easy going and blended in seamlessly. His work is amazing and on top of that his turn around time was way faster than we would have ever expected. I would HIGHLY recommend Oxford Media Films to anyone!

Some people do not think having a videographer is worth the money for a wedding. I can tell you first hand that you are wrong. Shawn is worth his weight in gold. He is extremely thoughtful and thorough. His attention to clients is second to none.

Our first meeting with Shawn, (before we made a decision on videographer) he drove over an hour to just meet us to help answer any questions/concerns we had face to face. That is something that is really lacking today. For something as personable as a wedding it was extremely gratifying to see someone make the effort to meet in person for a meeting. He knows what it takes to make himself stand out from the rest, that is just giving each couple that extra attention they need to feel secure in their decision.

Shawn's work speaks for itself, it is great quality. He brings a lot to the table: creativity, timing, professionalism just to name a few. But what Shawn and Oxford Media films brings is also a tremendous amount of value. We KNOW we got a great deal, a more than fair price with premium service.

His turn around time is unreal. We had our highlight video posted online in less than a week and we had all our BlueRay Discs (5 discs) mailed to us the week after fully edited. We were extremely happy with the way it all turned out. All of our family and friends loved the highlight reel as well.

We can't thank Shawn enough for the work that he did at our wedding. If you are on the fence about hiring a videographer for your wedding, let me be the one to push you off and if you stumble across this review in your search, STOP and just call Shawn. Trust me, you will be glad you did!!

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Shawn and Oxford Media Films to ANYONE for wedding videography.

First, he is super responsive and professional in the planning phase. He was very prompt in responding, professional and easy to talk to throughout the entire planning phase.

Second, the day of the wedding is seamless with Shawn. It's like having a friend hanging around videoing your wedding. He makes everyone involved super comfortable and gets the most amazing shots.

Finally, the videos are TO DIE FOR!! We received them within a very reasonable time frame after the wedding, and haven't stopped watching since. They are professionally edited and perfectly capture the most perfect moments of our wedding, from getting ready to the final dances.

You will never regret hiring Shawn and Oxford Media Films to film your wedding.
