Talented & Chill! What more can you ask for!
Josh and his team were exceptional. From the day we booked them to after the wedding! Josh always made my husband and I feel at ease and we never had to worry from day one, to the wedding day and after. Our wedding day was seamless and Josh and his team were a critical part of that. He captured all the important and beautiful part of our day and we were speechless with the results. We couldn’t have been any happier with our wedding photos and will cherish them forever! -

Made a Camera Shy Bride Feel Confident
I was very nervous and self conscious about taking wedding photos but Josh made it so fun that it felt natural. We made the decision to hire Josh immediately after hanging up the phone on our very first interaction. He was courteous, professional, so accommodating to our wants but most of all.. already started drafting a timeline of how our day would look if we chose to use their services. Josh, Amanda and Taylor were all such a blessing to work with on our wedding day (not to mention months/days leading up to it). The strong communication throughout our planning process was just one of the many reasons we knew we picked the right company. The quality of work and outcome of reliving your special day once your photos come back truly speaks for itself and solidified us making the right choice. -

To say that we were pleased with our wedding day photos would be the understatement of the year. We were amazed with the quality of all the shots and just how many photos we actually got back when receiving our album. The Owls Eye team was Attentive to everything that we wanted during the day and was flexible to any new additions of photos that we came up with last minute in order to make our day everything that we wanted. We would recommend them to anyone in the Hudson Valley area and have friends that liked our photos so much that they went ahead and booked them for their wedding next year. They are truly 5 star worthy! -

Oh. My. Goodness. There is so much I could say about Josh. My husband and I got married at the Grandview in December and Josh was our photographer. He is very well experienced and knows exactly how to keep everyone on track throughout your wedding day. Not only is Josh extremely talented, he’s also very nice. My husband and I absolutely LOVED our gallery and continue to look through all of the photos to relive our day. Josh and his team captured everything perfectly. We are so beyond pleased with his work, dedication, personality—everything. Highly, HIGHLY recommend. -

Owl's Eye was one of the best decisions I made for our June 2023 wedding. Josh is one above the rest, one of the best photographers, professionals, and human beings you could ever meet. His work is incredible and he captured our wedding better than we could have imagined. His personality was so helpful the day of our wedding and he made sure everything ran smoothly. He was charismatic, funny and so personable, and made me and my husband so relaxed in front of the camera. Your wedding day goes by so quickly, these photos were one of our first chances to really re-live the best day of our lives, photo by photo. I could not recommend Owl's Eye enough and I would recommend them to every single couple if I could! Truly the best and our wedding day wouldn't have been the same without them. -

Incredible!
We cannot recommend Owl’s Eye Studios enough. I will be raving about this photography group for a long time. We had a great time with Josh on our wedding day and we woke up the next day to a few sneak peak pictures - I was speechless. I felt at ease from start to finish and he truly captured our day. He knew our venue, worked SO well with our DJ and I cannot wait to see the rest of our photos. We are so happy that we booked Owl’s Eye and if you are getting married in the Hudson Valley area- book them. You will not regret it!!! -

Our experience using Owls Eye Studios was amazing. Josh is so flexible, patient, personable and his service was far beyond what I’d anticipate a wedding photographer would do. He helped keep the flow of the day running smoothly and worked with us as the day threw its curveballs (as expected on your wedding day). His obvious experience and calm demeanor was reassuring during the day’s hectic moments. In addition to his customer service, our wedding photos are absolutely stunning. Most Amazing Photos!
Josh was able to take the most amazing photos of my wedding day! He was very professional and he took many pictures on my wedding day. He even sent the picture gallery on a very timely manner in just 3 weeks. When I saw the gallery I could not believe how spectacular were the photos! I am going to have such a hard time picking my favorites because they are all so beautiful! 100% recommend Josh as a wedding photographer!!! -

I can’t say enough good things. Our photographers were Trish and Vivian. Everything went so smoothly from the time I booked up until the very end of the wedding. I loved their style of taking the pictures- everything was nice and quick. We didn’t want to spend forever taking pictures and miss out on and wedding time, so they really helped move things along and got our pictures done nice and quick. And they came out BEAUTIFUL. The angles, the edits, the poses they had us do, everything was perfect. Such awesome people to work with. -

We couldn’t be happier that we went with Owl’s Eye studios for our engagement photos, wedding photos and video! Every interaction we had we felt so comfortable. I was a nervous wreck on the day of our wedding and Josh did everything he could to help me, grab me snacks so I wouldn’t faint and helped make the sure the day would still run smoothly. And you can’t even tell how nervous I was in the photos! He captured everything so beautifully. Josh and Rob were our photographers for our wedding day in July. It was an absolute blast working with Josh and Rob and we feel so fortunate to have had these two talented photographers capture our big day! My husband and I were a little worried that it would feel awkward to be in front of the camera and that taking photos would take us away from our wedding celebration, but the experience ended up being so fun and one of our favorite parts of the day! We had a blast working with them and everything just felt so fun and natural all day! They listened to exactly what we wanted and they also had excellent suggestions for poses and various locations for photos! They were organized, professional, and fun! Highly recommend Josh and his team for your photography needs! From the moment I saw his work I just knew he was who we would work with for our wedding. We ended up booking the Engagement Session too, which was a perfect way to break the ice and get some great shots for our invites. On the day of the wedding, he & his team were super easy going, and very familiar with our venue (which was such a plus the day of!) We literally had guests asking him to take pictures of them on THEIR personal phones with his lighting and he was so polite and helpful LOL we also got the best shots. Where do I begin with Owl’s Eye Studios dynamic duo, husband and wife team of video and photography. I booked Josh & Trish back in 2019 for a 2020 wedding. Upon my initial contact with Josh, I knew this was the team I wanted to capture my special day. Not only was their work amazing, their attentiveness and professional advice was something a price tag could not be placed on. After several email exchanges I finally got to meet Josh at the bridal show. His personality, swag and knowledge was way beyond my expectations. I came home and told my husband, I hit the lottery with our videographer and photographer. We booked an engagement session with them and I couldn’t be more pleased. Josh was personable, funny, a true human being. We felt like Josh was someone in our family at Thanksgiving. This further solidified our choice. As Covid hit, he was very accommodating and assured us everything will be fine. From our initial contact, rescheduling and leading up to wedding day, this duo was beyond what I could have dreamed of.
Wedding day: The entire team, Trish, Josh and the wonderful Henry showed up at our location. Can I say I loved them even more! Trish came in like a boss lady, knew her stuff and was able to capture so much in so little time. Not only was Trish beautiful but she was kind, patient and hand walked me through everything. It started to rain and she was like an angel, she assured me the rain will not affect the pictures in any way, basically talked me off the ledge. When she said she got me, she really had me. The sky opened up and the sun came out, I think that was Trish’s special powers lol. I loved working with a husband a wife team that not only had the most amazing chemistry, but together gave off this amazing energy that was felt by all who came in contact with them on our day, their aura and humor was infectious. They pinged off each other and just knew what the other was thinking. Their dynamic creativity just one thousand percent confirmed we made the right choice. Their chemistry was definitely #GOALS for us. They blended in with our guests at our reception capturing amazing moments without being obvious. Polished, poised and professional. LOVE THEM and I will say it again LOVE THEM!
Let’s talk Henry. Henry was AMAZING! My fiancé was so nervous and Henry truly put him at ease. Henry really made him feel like he had his back and they were in this together. My fiancé can not thank Henry enough for his kindness, empathy, and all around great nature. Henry you are the true GOAT!
You can’t go wrong with booking Owl’s Eye Studio for your wedding/photography/videography needs. You are not getting amazing professionals that know what they are doing, you are getting amazing human beings with hearts of gold that actually get it. I didn’t want a client/vendor relationship, I got much more than that, I got amazing people I call my friends and consider my family.
Josh, Trish and Henry, thank you so much for all you did for us. We truly love you guys and thank you for making this experience amazingly special. You are our family and friends for life!

I booked with Owl’s Eye Studios 2 years prior to our wedding as our photographer and videographer, never knowing I would soon be facing the nightmare of being a “pandemic bride”. Throughout the entire process of changing around dates and venues, Josh was always responsive to my emails and so accommodating. Having rescheduled our wedding 4 times, I never would have thought I’d see the day where I’d actually be celebrating my wedding day.
We got married 5/15/21 and the second Josh and his team came for bridal prep shots I know immediately that I was in great hands. They made me feel so comfortable, it felt like I had know them forever. Josh walked us through everything that day so that we weren’t lost and frantic. He gave us quite a few laughs and kept us sane. I swear he was there for us more then our own “Maitre D” was. I would have been lost without him.
Sarah was fantastic with my 3 year old son, she knew how to talk to him and get him to corporate with photos and it worked! The videographer was amazing and so kind and friendly.
The 3 of them made a perfect team.
Thank you to everyone at Owl’s Eye for the best experience and going above and beyond to make sure our day turned out perfect. You truly made our wedding complete. -

I hired Josh for our elopement because I loved all of his other work but I knew from our first phone call that this was going to be an amazing experience because he was just as excited to take the photos as I was to have them taken. You can tell he loves what he does and it shows. I had a winter elopement and I really wanted photos out in the cold snow and he was willing to hike out into the woods with us to get the perfect shot. He is someone you are instantly comfortable around and he will make you genuinely laugh. It seemed like every photo that came out was the best one we have ever seen of us. I am overjoyed with how everything turned out and I would hire him again in an instant. He is the best and I am so grateful that he was our photographer. -

Where to begin? Josh has been such a pleasure to work with since day one. Our special day was postponed to September 2021 due to COVID. We had to move our original wedding date two-times and decided to have a small ceremony with our families and he worked with us every step of the way. When I first got engaged, I was told that you'll know who you should book for your photographer when you meet them. I stalked Josh's work and was lucky enough to meet him at a Bridal Expo. From the moment I met him, his energy was unmatched. Josh is a breath of fresh air, excitement, fun, charismatic, and incredibly talented. He was so knowledgable about our venue, great spots for pictures, and was supportive of doing a first look. Josh was on top of all emails, communication, and provided my bridal party with a fool proof timeline. So happy with our photos!
We originally booked Owl's Eye Studios for our October 2020 wedding. When the pandemic hit, Josh was super communicative about our different options and also gave us time to make an ultimate decision. We didn't feel pressured or rushed which was so great since it was already a stressful time. We ultimately decided to have a micro-wedding in October 2020 and another bigger celebration in 2021 and Josh was so accommodating with this. When he arrived to our venue, we already felt comfortable with him and like we were already friends. We just got our pictures back and they are all absolutely gorgeous - we're so happy with them! And we're so excited to get even more pictures next year! -

Amazing!
From our first meeting with Josh we immediately felt comfortable! The day of the wedding was no different, we had such a blast taking photos and they made it such a relaxing and fun time. We even asked to have our 2 dogs in photos, and Josh was more than accommodating!! We have so many great memories that were captured. Photography for my wedding was the one thing I was very worried about. For me it was one of the most important choices to make as the photographs are something that will always be looked at and document my special day. I took a fairly long time to look over various photographers and their portfolios. I found myself going back to Owl's Eyes Studio's website over and over. My husband's friend had hired them for her wedding and when we asked her she couldn't say enough about Josh and how much she loved her photographs.
We met with Josh and right off the bat we know he was the photographer for us. he has various packages to fit different budgets and we were able to choose exactly what we wanted.
We had such a blast at our engagement photo shoot. We chose to go to a hiking spot that has special meaning to my husband and I and Josh was game to hike with us! The photos came out amazing!!!!
The wedding photos..... I am in LOVE with them! I haven't been able to send in my photos for the album yet because I can't choose which ones I want in there because I want them all in there! Josh was able to capture so many memorable moments, my favorite being my husband's reaction to seeing me as a bride for the first time
I cannot thank Josh enough for capturing moments on one of the most special days of my life. these are photos that I will treasure forever and am beyond grateful for him being our photographer! -

First, Josh and his partner did not feel like vendors at our wedding -- they felt like awesome guests who were using very expensive cameras. They were professionals and, at the same time, made us feel incredibly comfortable throughout the whole evening.
We first had booked Josh for the engagement shoot. This was a great idea for us because we got to know Josh well before the day of the wedding. He is experienced and knows what will look good, so it’s easy to trust him when he’s giving you different poses.
Our photos came out great as well! John and his partner were very thoughtful when choosing angles so the bright sun at our ceremony didn't impact the quality of our pictures. We couldn’t have been happier with our choice of Owl’s Eye Studio for our wedding and hope you consider booking them for your wedding ☺ -

From the moment we sat down with Josh, we knew he would be the perfect choice to capture our wedding day. He was always readily available and responded back to our questions and concerns in a timely manner. He even went out of his way to accommodate our busy schedules by coming to a meeting at our jobs! On the day of our wedding Josh and Christian were nothing but excellent. They made our first look one of the most special moments of our entire day. Having them be a part of our wedding was by far the best decision we made. After our wedding, Owl's Eye Studios posted pictures on instagram and facebook from our day that blew us away. Just those few teasers were so amazing, it made us excited for the rest. Not enough can be said about the level of professionalism and care that Josh and his team had taken when documenting the most important day of our lives. When we first approached Josh, we were in trouble. We had hired a photographer that we hadn't done as much research on, and we started to get cold feet. We talked to Josh and he immediately put our minds at ease, told us what to expect, and showed us samples of his work (which were standing of course). The day off our wedding Josh took charge and captured some really incredible footage both photo and film. He used drones and steady cams though he did so with thought and care. He was able to wrangle both of our families together for photos. His colleagues (looking at you Christian) were just as great as he was. I simply can not recommend Owl's Eye enough! -

The Owls Eye Team is the best! The day of our wedding Josh and the boys made everything feel extremely natural and FUN! We used both the photography and videography services and we are so happy we did. Afterwards, they take amazing care editing and making everything perfect so when you see your final album it’s like reliving every amazing moment again. If there is one thing you want to make sure you have the best of on your wedding day it is definitely photography and I’d pick Owls Eye again in a heartbeat! -

This crew is unbelievable. My husband and I immediately fell in love with Owl's Eye's work when we saw them do a wedding a few years before ours. Then when we met them for our first meeting...fell in love with them even MORE! They are just the most amazing people with crazy talent. They have all sorts of packages that you can choose from so that you can pick what works best for you. Since we booked them so far in advance, we got to know them a little better and see even more of their work before our BIG day. The Strong's are wonderful people and their crew are just as awesome and all they want for you, is for you to be happy and make sure your day is perfect. They keep in touch all the way through the event and plan ahead on who you definitely want pictures with or how you want certain shots with your Bridal Party/Spouse. They honor whatever request you have and more! We were beyond happy with their crew and all they had to offer...we couldn't have pictured it any other way.
