The Owenego was such a beautiful place to get married and the people there are wonderful to work with. John, walked us through everything we needed and helped with everything along the way. Brenda was such a wonderful and warm human being who made sure all my nerves on the day before were smoothed out. They allowed us to do a walk through of what the ceremony would look like the day before and worked with me to ensure our timing was appropriate for the song choices and more. I’m excited to share my pictures with John and his team and am thankful we were able to get married in such a beautiful place.

The Owenego's amazing service and beautiful grounds made our truly the best day of our lives. I cannot stress enough how amazing the service was! The staff and owner went above and beyond in every way! Our wedding was about 114 people, and every one of them was astounded by how beautiful, fun, and memorable our wedding was! We had our wedding at the Owenego in June and we couldn’t have dreamed for a more beautiful day. John and his team were incredible. They made us feel at home the minute we toured the venue. It was a no brainer to have our wedding at the Owenego. We must have received a comment on the venues beauty from every guest!!

My husband and I had our wedding ceremony and reception at the Owenego in June and it was more amazing than we ever could have imagined! Our guests could not stop telling us how stunning the venue was and how delicious all of the food was. The staff was extremely available, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout our entire wedding planning process and wedding day. I felt so comfortable and relaxed that they had everything we wanted and needed under control. Our wedding ran so smoothly and was exactly what we wanted. You cannot beat the amazing scenery at this venue! On top of this, food is plentiful and delicious and the staff is extremely good at what they do. I highly recommend the Owenego and can't thank them enough for making our day so unforgettable!

John and all staff at the Owenego felt like family by the time my wedding was over. The Owenego is a hidden gem - beauitful views make for great picutres. The raw bar and cocktail hour was absolutely delicious. John was always very honest and flexible with us and even suggested ways we could save money. No hidden fees. What made us most happy was how happy our guests were. The staff at Owenego made everyone feel so welcome and Lynn did such a great job making sure we stuck to our timeline. Between the beautiful views and the beautiful staff - good vibes were everywhere the night of our wedding!

Owenego is a hidden gem! We could not be more grateful to John & the entire staff who were so patient and kind throughout the entire process. Everyone is so relaxed and flexible to accommodate our requests, whether it was bringing in rentals, changing the house wines, and beyond. The venue is so beautiful, and Reid & I couldn't imagine getting married anywhere else. Everyone loved it and raved about the food. Though they don't do food tastings, rest assured that everyone will be well-fed with great portions! We love you Owenego & are so grateful!!

The Owenego Inn is simply amazing. It was the first and only place we looked at for our wedding. The venue, grounds and the view here is gorgeous. The staff is so professional, helpful, flexible and extremely easy to work. The atmosphere here is so relaxed, comfortable and beautiful and our guests loved it. The food and service was also amazing and we received so many compliments. The extensive passed appetizers were delectable and the fancy buffet was delicious. Everything was perfect. The staff also made it so easy for us by setting up and cleaning up all our favors/decorations/"extras" so we did not have to worry about a thing on the day of the wedding! They only do one wedding a day here and you can tell it is their priority to help you have an amazing experience. We are so happy we chose the "O" for our wedding and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone!

Everything was perfect and amazing from the initial meeting down to the day. Everyine we dealt with was nice, accommodating and extremely professional. It was clear that they cared to make sure our day was perfect. We felt like part of the family. We received multiple compliments from our guests regarding how perfect everything was from the atmosphere to the service. We couldn't have asked for anything more perfect.

We had our rehearsal dinner at the O and it was an amazing night. Our guests loved the food (we did a 'lobster bake' of sorts - lobster, steak, chowder, corn on the cob, roasted potatoes), everything was prepared perfectly.

Friendly and professional staff, great food, good drinks, and a beautiful view of the Long Island Sound. You can't go wrong with the Owenego and all of its New England charm. Great choice for a waterfront venue (rehearsal dinner or wedding).

The space is absolutely gorgeous. Our wedding guests were stunned by it.

The food was absolutely outstanding. We got the raw bar option for our cocktail hour, and couldn't be happier with it. Everyone was raving.

But the thing that stood out the most about this place is the staff. John, Brenda, and the entire team at the venue went above and beyond any reasonable expectation I had for the service provided by a wedding venue. I'm deeply grateful for the way they handled some hiccups that occurred along the way during our reception.

We live in New York and chose the Owenego because of it's natural beauty, value, and reputation. We couldn't be happier with our decision.

We had the most amazing wedding at the Owenego! I absolutely love this location and the staff are just as phenomenal - they truly go above and beyond! Not only was this venue by far our most favorite one we looked at while searching for a place to have our wedding, but it was also the most reasonably priced. Can't say enough positive things about the Owenego!
