  Every aspect of my experience with Orospot was a pleasure. Their representatives were responsive, knowledgable, friendly and honest. I had originally ordered a pre-cast band in hopes that it would match my vintage engagement ring. They assured me that if it didn't fit, I could send it back and get a full refund. Well, unfortunately it did not fit--but true to their word, they allowed me to send it back for a full refund.
  To my surprise and delight, though, they offered to craft a band that matched my engagement ring. They estimated a 3-week time period for the job and were spot on; the ring itself was absolutely stunning. It matched perfectly-up to the tiny detail on the bottom. They even polished my engagement ring.
  And price-wise, they were untouchable-even after scouring the internet and local jewelers. I HIGHLY recommend Orospot for any bride looking for unique, elegant pieces-be it for engagement, wedding, anniversary, or otherwise!

  I had a really difficult time finding wedding bands that weren't boring or encrusted with diamonds. I found OroSpot through Etsy and I could not be happier with how our wedding bands turned out. They worked with our budget and our requests and helped us find the wedding bands of our dreams. Our friends cannot stop complimenting us on our wedding bands and we love them too. You cannot go wrong with OroSpot!

  I found the perfect wedding band for a great price. Most places I looked were charging hundreds of dollars more for similar rings. The quality of the ring is wonderful, it truly is a beautiful work of art.

  I purchased a diamond angel wing from them. It was exactly what I wanted: subtle, elegant and beautifully crafted. At first I was a little hesitant to pay so much money for something I haven't even seen, but it turned out to be a great experience. It was also wonderful to see that they make their jewelry in the United States - a nice change from the avalanche of China and India-made pieces.

  My experience with OroSpot has been absolutely great. They're extremely professional and very experienced at what they do. My husband purchase the Platinum Diamond Micro Pave Engagement Ring and matching band for me as a gift for our 10-Year Anniversary. The set is absolutely stunning and I couldn't have asked for a better gift. It is exactly what I imagined. I already recommended OroSpot to all my friends and look forward to working with them again in the near future.

The jewelry designer at Orospot.com worked closely with me to ensure that the final product met my expectations and he was very knowledgeable and patient in answering all of my questions and providing several quotes to ensure that the final price met my husband’s expectations (lol). I found it very refreshing to deal with a company that truly cares about their customers and that works with you to find you that special ring that fits your budget, your unique style as well your lifestyle. The craftsmanship and quality of these pieces is superb especially since I haven’t taken off my rings since my wedding day and they are intact and look as gorgeous as when I received them back in May. I would strongly recommend Orospot because I had a very pleasant experience with the company and the quality of the products they sell.   This may be a little strange but I am writing a review of OroSpot even though I did not end up keeping the ring I bought! I just had such a great customer service experience with this company. I ordered a ring via Etsy and when I had a couple of questions about shipping, they were very prompt in answering and very helpful. When I received the ring and it unfortunately did not match my engagement ring the way I'd hoped, it was very easy to return it. In fact I live close to OroSpot's offices and they were very flexible in allowing me to come by and drop it off even after I had to reschedule a few times because of work conflicts. Then I saw my refund that same day! Even though I didn't ultimately find what I was looking for with OroSpot, I highly recommend working with them, it was a great experience.

  Wrong ring size

  I recently had a wedding, and live in NYC, ordered two rings from here.
  
  Both rings were beautiful, exceeded expectations, however, my wife's ring fit perfect, mine did not. The ring was about a size bigger than the 12 they said it was. My wife emailed them saying that it was too big but they're telling her she's wrong because they double and triple check... Well, the finger belongs to me, and it's a size 12, as my 3 other rings I've wore on the very same finger are the same size, and the ring I was sent must be a 13 because if I match it up to my other rings, it's obviously bigger.
  
  They said we could send it back so they can check it again (thought they checked 3 times already?) but they also said that there might be a $70 charge. It costs much cheaper to resize anywhere else, but why are they trying to charge me anyway? First they say we're wrong, then they say they might charge us. I could bring it, I live in NYC, but they try so hard to not see you at all, so this is their loss. I was already recommending at least 3 other people to them, and I've now told them to not purchase from them.
  
  While I haven't spoken/emailed directly to them, my wife has, I don't think I want to have any conversation with someone who accuses me or my wife of being wrong of my own fingers size before they even feel any type of sympathy for their mistake.
